Unfortunately the ‘very, very, wrong’ bit refers to a year earlier, in 1980, only a year into Conservative rule, when the song was written, so rather an important bit of lost context there (see http://www.guardian.co.uk/culture/2002/mar/08/artsfeatures.popandrock)
