Mark Mardell has awoken. I assume he has been slumbering in recent days such has been his apparent lack of interest in the OccupyWallStreet movement. Initially, I thought that perhaps even HE would be embarrassed by the disgusting antics of this motley crew. I mean, defecating on a Police car or spitting on a Marine are things that surely any civilised person would be ashamed of and yet it’s right up there on the “To Do” wish list for OWS. But Mark has suddenly chosen to engage with OWS and. as one might expect, he’s a fan. Instantly, he compares it to the Tea Party, and is now wondering what it can achieve. He continually references the Tea Party in a vain move to compare the two whilst carefully erasing the law-breaking that has accompanied the Occupy movement – Obama’s little stormtroopers.

Have you seen Katty Kay’s take on Occupy Wall Street? The protesters are so “endearing” she says before continuing “it’s interesting that – barring the one incident of pepper spray used against demonstrators on Brooklyn Bridge – the nice people camping out in Zuccotti Park have been well, so nice.”
So nice – apart from the anti-Semitism, the anti-white racsim, and of course the shitting in public.

The OWS are anti-corporatist, anti-Marxist and want the corporate corruption out of DC and Wall street.
Any marxists you see on the left wing or right wing media, do not speak for the OWS movement dispite what the mainstream media would like for you to believe. The OWS movement hate having their money stolen from them by the Government and handed over to the big banks, because that is socialism.
There are a lot of Tea Partiers and Ron Paul supporters in the ‘Occupy’ Movement.
They don’t hate The Obamessiah. They don’t love Him like the Beeboids do, but this is not an anti-President protest, not even remotely. Where are the signs expressing anger against Him? Why not Occupiers outside the White House? The Occupiers aren’t angry about having their own money stolen from them. They are angry that the Government isn’t handing them enough cash.
Show me the signs complaining about the billions given to His bundlers for failed green energy projects, and speeches complaining about the President’s Stimulus, then we can talk about how the protesters are angry at the President as much as at Capitalism and rule of law.

LOL! Thanks David and it is all a bit of a shock seeing OWS everywhere, when I noticed a jump in visiters I checked the url trail and it was peole seaching fro OWS blog!! So I posted on Monday re OWS (linking to a tangled Web) next day I was hacked! Spent most of this week trying to get my blog back! Seems back to normal almost but not without having to seriously cut back (delete) a lot of my online presence.

This evening on BBC Radio 4 they have been advertising a forthcoming programme on Obama by someone called Young who seems to be giving Obama a kicking if you listen to the clips. I wonder if he gives him a get-out.

The hypocrisy of Bragg is legendary. But the irony is that there is no more capilalist industry than the pop music industry. Maybe it should be closed down. I for one wouldn’t miss it !
