    So, Saville’s decades of sexual abuse is all the policy’s fault, according to the Today programme at least.

    Too many police forces and no-one to joint the dots. Or something.

    I can’t help but think that if Esther Rantzen and her chums had given the police more dots to join (you know, that old thing of reporting suspected child abuse rather than just keeping it to yourself) then maybe things would’ve turned out differently…
