As the Nationalised Death Service continues to achieve its aims, with cardiac patients dying whilst awaiting NHS treatment in Cardiff, the bBBC’s report has no room for its usual ‘but Labour says …’ or Burnham’s embarrassing anger and false-concern.
Could this be because the hospital itself is taking action within months of the deaths, and that the problem has been publicised rather than being ignored, denied and covered up as happened with all of Labour’s killing fields?

And this post duly appears ABOVE the exchange I’m highlighting. QED. Will the thing escape the eventual death of this Open Thread and migrate to the new one ? And has it killed off Albumen ?

UK Professor Emeritus of Biogeography Philip Stott of the University of London explains the crux of the entire global warming debate and rebuts the notion that CO2 is the main climate driver.

“As I have said, over and over again, the fundamental point has always been this: climate change is governed by hundreds of factors, or variables, and the very idea that we can manage climate change predictably by understanding and manipulating at the margins one politically-selected factor (CO2), is as misguided as it gets,” Stott wrote in 2008. It is not simply, the sun or CO2 when looking at global temperatures, it is the Sun, volcanoes, tilt of the Earth’s axis, water vapor, methane, clouds, ocean cycles, plate tectonics, albedo, atmospheric dust, Atmospheric Circulation, cosmic rays, particulates like Carbon Soot, forests and land use, etc. Climate change is governed by hundreds of factors, or variables, not just CO2.’

Yes, that was UK Professor Emeritus of Biogeography Philip Stott.

Sounds like a scientist to me, and a purdy high falutin’ one at that.

And he’s just down the road from the BBC.

Going to invite him into the studio, Roger (Harrabin, that is)?

    Full article here:

    http://www.climatedepot.com/2013/05/14/co2-nears-400-ppm-relax-its-not-global-warming-end-times-but-only-a-big-yawn-climate-depot-special-report/

‘But despite the man-made global warming fear movement’s clarion call of alarm, many scientists are dismissing the 400ppm level of carbon dioxide as a non-event. Scientists point out that there are literally hundreds of factors that govern Earth’s climate and temperature – not just CO2. Renowned climatologists have declared that a doubling or even tripling of CO2 would not have major impacts on the Earth’s climate or temperature.

Scientists also note that geologically speaking, the Earth is currently in a “CO2 famine” and that the geologic record reveals that ice ages have occurred when CO2 was at 2000 ppm to as high as 8000ppm.’

Come on, Roger, nothing to fear – you know you’ll be able to put him straight with your settled science and consensus and extreme weather killer arguments.

At least we hope you will, working for the world’s most admired independent and impartial broadcaster and all that. Top notch on science n’ stuff, by all accounts. Don’t let us down now……….

The bBC, its hatred of the Jew and its love for Islam.

Maccabiah Games reinforce Jewish identity through sport
The Maccabiah Games, known as the Jewish Olympics, are taking place in Israel. The contest, which takes place every four years, brings together Jewish athletes from around the world to take part in events from rugby to gymnastics, to cycling and rowing. While a handful of Israeli Arabs take part in the games, this is an overwhelmingly Jewish event, something that the Israeli sports commentator Ron Kofman has criticised.”If there is a sports event, everyone who wants to come should come,” Mr Kofman says. “It’s sport. There’s no room for religion or race in sports.”

And here is one they made earlier about the Women’s Islamic Games
    Sport and the scarf
I tried to explain that the girls representing Britain were there because they were Muslim – that this tournament was special to them, as it was the only one where conditions allowed them to remove their hijab in order to play. The organisers would love the competition to become an Islamic alternative to the Olympic Games – national teams from all over the world gathering to compete under these special conditions. But if non-Muslim teams start taking part, how will the football-mad Muslim girls from countries where they are in a minority – like Britain – ever develop their sporting talents? And what about those Iranian sportswomen who simply don’t care about the hijab?

The bBC, its hatred of the UK and its own left tinted horrible histories
Gibraltar accuses Spain of ‘engineering’ border delays
The Gibraltar government has accused Spain of “unacceptable” behaviour by deliberately engineering border delays. It said Spain created “deliberate hold-ups” to traffic travelling from Spain to the British territory on Sunday. That was after nearly six hours of delays for those leaving Gibraltar on Saturday in temperatures of 30C (86F) as Spanish authorities searched “practically every vehicle”….Spain disputes UK sovereignty over Gibraltar, which became a British colony since 1713.

And here is what the bBC doesn’t want people to know what happened in 1713:
    Treaty of Utrecht
The Treaty of Utrecht, which established the Peace of Utrecht, is a series of individual peace treaties, rather than a single document, signed by the belligerents in the War of the Spanish Succession, in the Dutch city of Utrecht in March and April 1713. The treaties between several European states, including Spain, Great Britain, France, Portugal, Savoy and the Dutch Republic, helped end the war.
In addition, Spain ceded Gibraltar and Minorca to Great Britain and agreed to give to the British the Asiento, a valuable monopoly slave-trading contract. In North America, France ceded to Great Britain its claims to Newfoundland, Acadia and to the Hudson’s Bay Company territories in Rupert’s Land. The formerly partitioned island of Saint Kitts was also ceded in its entirety to Britain. France was required to recognize British suzerainty over the Iroquois and commerce with the Far Indians was to be open to traders of all nations. France retained its other pre-war North American possessions, including Île-Saint-Jean (now Prince Edward Island) as well as Île Royale (now Cape Breton Island), on which it erected the Fortress of Louisbourg.

Gee I wonder why the bBC didn’t mention that Gibraltar was signed over by the Spanish .

The journalist who wrote what you are about to read, felt secure enough in his own elite, establishment role to lay his totalitarian beliefs on the line in his own Guardian column (28 February 1999 – http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/1999/feb/28/lawrence.ukcrime4) and, as the newspaper’s editor and owners were content to see such material published, one must presume that they also were not averse to seeing such a Brave New World imposed upon the dumb, British herd.

    This is what was said:

“WIDESPREAD AND VIGOROUS MISCEGENATION (race mixing)… IS THE BEST ANSWER…

Teachers are the most effective anti-racist campaigners in the country, this means more than education in other religions, IT MEANS A FORM OF POLITICAL EDUCATION.

Only people who understand the economic forces changing their world, THREATENING THEM… have a chance of being immune to the old tribal chants…

THE FINAL ANSWER, FRANKLY, IS THE VIGOROUS USE OF STATE POWER TO COERCE AND REPRESS… I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT REPRESSION CAN BE A GREAT, CIVILISING INSTRUMENT FOR GOOD.

STAMP HARD ON CERTAIN ‘NATURAL’ BELIEFS FOR LONG ENOUGH AND YOU CAN ALMOST KILL THEM OFF…

A NEW RACE RELATIONS ACT WILL IMPOSE THE WILL OF THE STATE ON MILLIONS.”

When I read this article I felt the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.

1984? Animal Farm? We had arrived, we were there already. It wasn’t paranoia after all, it was very, very real. It didn’t matter what we did, it didn’t matter what we said, it didn’t matter what we wanted, it didn’t matter how we voted, the same old dark manipulators would always be in charge and we better start getting used to it.

    Or else.

The liberal commissar responsible for the casual sabre rattle recorded above was none other than that most languid Master of political ceremonies, Andrew Marr, top bloke at the BBC, eponymous host of Sunday morning’s “Andrew Marr Show” and one of the most powerful political journalists of the age.

BBC-NUJ’s political bias on this has been recently publicly criticised.

BBC-NUJ, via NUJ policy, supports U.K membership of the European Union.
