I am sure you will have seen this from the BBC.
Islamist militant group Isis has said it is establishing a caliphate, or Islamic state, on the territories it controls in Iraq and Syria. It also proclaimed the group’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, as caliph and “leader for Muslims everywhere”. Setting up a caliphate ruled by the strict Islamic law has long been a goal of many jihadists.
This suggests that only Jihadists want to see a global caliphate but surely this is not quite the case. Many Islamic scholars around the world also advance the idea of a caliphate, it’s just that the Jihadists are the cutting edge to achieve this. I wish the BBC was not so dhimmified that it fails to confront the core dynamic behind Islam – Dar al Harb.
The bbC has been infested by all the Pakistanis they employ into becoming the mouth piece for radical Islam, that is why they hate Whites, love Muslims, Hate Jews, Love China, Hate America.
The problem for the bBC is for all the propaganda they shove out in which to try and excuse Islamic intolerance , the fact remains the facts on the ground show otherwise, I mean how many people in the Uk actually believe that Islam is a religion of peace…Exactly. Ask the vast majority of Non-Muslims in the Uk (97% of the population) and they mirror that, they know you can’t trust a Muslim and a growing number do not trust the bBC. But the bBC still continues to peddle the line that Muslims can only be victims line.

The useful idiots at the BBC don’t understand religion, especially Islam. It’s obvious to the world and his dog that there is a religious civil war underway in Islam – a real jihad with real blood and death. Not the pretend jihad which is portrayed as striving to be a better person.

Despite the proclamations by ISIS a set of occupied roads do not a Caliphate make. However once they control entire towns they will be on their way to ruling a Caliphate.
Let them have their Caliphate. It will be a tiny state. But we know that states are vulnerable to….terrorist attacks, so good luck with that ISIS. Remember too that funding can be acquired via implementing some capitalist system.

Afraid not. ISIS has the dry, dusty, Sunni-inhabited bits of of eastern Syria and western Iraq. Most of the oil is along the eastern side of Iraq, where the Kurds and Shia are the dominant population. What they have is blackmail access to the major oil pipelines crossing E/W to Turkey and the Levant.

This impassioned video from TEXAS (I am just watching it at the moment) of Caroline Glick shows that when the conflict rears its ugly head in the Middle East again. The UK will be asked to support the EU anti-Israel bias) – i.e. fighting on the ‘wrong side’ against Israel. No doubt the ISIS supporters in the UK (sponsored by the BBC and EU elite) are unlocking a can of worms that will lead to a regional war and we (UK) will have to decide which side we are on as a nation. The BBC are ‘pro Muslim’ anti-Jew and anti-Catholic and so are clearly the EU elite. We Brits historically gave Israel the right to exist after the last war. The BBC are against any such historical claims behind the EU, so we know where the trouble really is in Europe and the crisis when it comes will be drawn back to the UK as sponsors and facilitators of Islamic extremists.

Sorry to say, but the Brits gave Israel nothing. It was the League of Nations that created Palestine as a ‘Jewish National Home’, theoretically with British support (Balfour Declaration), but in practice the British reneged on their obligations to the League of Nations as soon as they took over as a temporary government. They gave most of the land to the Jordanian Arabs, leaving of the original Jewish homeland only the part west of the river Jordan. In the end, it was a Jordanian army under British command that illegally took over a big chunk of the remaining land (the West Bank) and held to it for 19 years.
OK, off the top of my head, Churchill committed Britain to the creation of a Jewish State in Palestine in 1920 in what was known as the Balfour Treaty.

I’d be extremely surprised if any decisions taken at that time were entirely British.
Agree, we should have done more at lot more at the time to establish a nation state which effectively it now is, the UK at least established that freedom. The danger is that the Obhama/US leaves overall security to the Junkers/EU and we know what that means… appeasement to Islam.

Is it a co-incidence that the first Caliph (632) was named Abu Bakr?

Now there is a man set up as a Caliph, and head of all the Muslims, and there will be plenty ready to follow any command he has to issue.
The Caliph has the authority to order aggressive Jihad, where before only defensive Jihad was allowed.
Now Jihadis don’t need to travel to Syria, they can conduct Jihad in which ever country they are at the command of the Caliph.
Imagine the consequences when he orders a ‘statement’ attack on the UK, and the hundreds if not thousands of young Muslims only too ready to carry that out for him.
