Ten News was undiluted propaganda. Started with what the article above calls ‘The Jihad Slut Three’, finished with the wonderful Mo Farrah humiliating whitey, and in between, the time-bomb anti-UKIP story they’ve been building up since Christmas. ‘…can only be broadcast now…’ said Jane Hill. No, Jane, it could have been broadcast when you first got mileage out of it, but you chose to keep it until as close to the election as possible without running foul of the broadcast rules.

Anyway; given the vileness in the world at the minute, it’s outrageous to smear a decent little old lady, who just spoke frankly, as some monster. She’s not cutting someone’s head off.

Just watched the increasingly lame Weekly Wipe on i-Player (last time!).

Pusillanimous Charlie Brooker mentioned Obama’s laff-a-minute exploits with a selfie stick on the day the murder of US hostage Kayla Mueller was announced. The slimy Brooker conceded that it ‘may’ have been a bit insensitive but was nothing compared to Bush reading a kids book on the day of 9/11.

As puke inducing distortions and fake ‘equivalencing’ goes, this one is right up there with the Al-Beeb’s worst. That well known clip of Bush was taken during a working visit to a nursery where he was reading to some infants. An aide came in and whispered the news of the beginning of the 9/11 attacks and Bush had the decency and composure to finish off without alarming the children. Imagine the shock of hearing news like that on camera and in front of kids. Equating that situation with Obama’s narcissistic cavortings is a truly vile bit of blind lefty ignorance.

    Brooker – you’re a Grade A cant.

He really used the reaction of Bush as a criticism?

What did he expect… dropping the book and screaming ‘we’re all doomed!’ before running for the door?

Don’t think even his squeeze would have done that with a breaking news as she interviewed a skateboarding turtle.

It’s not like POTUS doesn’t have previous, as Michelle’s reaction to his gravitas during Nelson Mandela’s funeral showed.

As a bbc-favoured interviewee may say, Mr. Brooker may wish to reconsider his position on that.

According to Al Beeb, three very intelligent A Grade girls head for Syria, and our so called ‘Prime’ Minister states that… “It needs every school, every university, every college, every community to recognise they have a role to play.”We all have a role to play in stopping people from having their minds poisoned by this appalling death cult.”

Surely, this is one for the Muslim Community of our country to address?
This nation is desperately in need of a responsible leader that can be called a statesman?
I am afraid this will upset our Conservative readers, but Cameron certainly does not fit that bill.

Mr. Iredale must be very proud of such professional analysis, and shows true BBC professional integrity in assessing what is ‘news’ and clearly ‘not news’ (c) A. Newsroom Tealady.

That “quote” obviously not quotable, which is odd given what the BBC sticks in inverted commas usually at the drop of a one degree of separation smear from an opponent.

Of course this is from the party’s outgoing representative, and exasperated the incoming one, so best to play down as a professional courtesy.

Did I mention how professional the BBC is? The DG will be proud, at least sources close to him will say.

Sky News covered this story last night. Joey Jones was open-mouthed incredulous that Austin Mitchell had made such a gaffe. He said it was likely to hurt Labour, not just in Grimsby but all around the country. Stark contrast to the BBC coverage.

[Joey Jones was Deputy Political Editor to Adam Bolton. You would have expected him to get the job when Bolton moved on, but they gave it to Faisal Islam from Channel 4 who had experience in Economics, not politics. Odd]

Beeboids, Islamic State, ‘Scottish,’ and Islamic victimhood.

“’Scottish woman’ may have helped recruit 3 missing UK teen Muslimas for the Islamic State”

    BY ROBERT SPENCER, ‘Jihadwatch’.

    [Opening excerpt]:-

“Aqsa Mahmood, says the BBC, is a ‘Scottish woman,’ but does she consider herself a Scot in any way other than geographically? Unlikely. Despite her parents’ claims, she almost certainly grew up in a Muslim area and was taught Islamic values, including the distaste that the ‘best of people’ (Qur’an 3:110) should have for the jahiliyya, the society of the ‘most vile of created beings’ (Qur’an 98:6) — unbelievers. She clearly rejects a great deal of what most Scots would consider essential to what it means to be a Scot.

“Yet for the BBC, she is as Scottish as William Wallace and Mary Queen of Scots — reflecting a dogma of the Left, that sociocultural values are the same everywhere, and thus it is only geography that makes for nationality. Move a Russian to Poland, and presto, his children will be Polish. The Western intelligentsia believes that if Aqsa Mahmood’s parents move to Scotland, and Aqsa is born there, that Aqsa will grow up Scottish, with Scottish values — and that if she doesn’t, it is the fault of Scottish authorities, who declined to allow him to assimilate because of their racism. The idea that Aqsa’s parents (again, despite their protestations here) and other Muslims in Scotland might have had no interest in assimilating is not allowed to be discussed.

“Meanwhile, if a group of Scots moved to Syria and established a small enclave, a Little Scotland within Syria, and had children born in Syria, would their children be considered Syrians, open and shut, without question? Would the BBC refer to them as Syrians, as in ‘a Syrian man, Alexander Burns’?”

I remember (shudder) when Labour were in power and Precott was their rep at yet another tedious ‘climate change’ conference.

Being interviewed by the BBC at said conference he was giving us his usual ten-to-the-dozen mangled outpourings and suddenly blurted out, Tourette’s-style: ‘Look, this is all about social justice….’

In other words, redistribution of wealth (which us sceptics knew was part of the hidden agenda anyway.)

I’ve often wondered whether Prescott was ever one of the politicans that helped write the IPCC ‘Summary for Policymakers’ – you know, the 25-pager constructed jointly by scientists, politicians and environmentalists – you know, the one which the full IPCC report aka the ‘bible’ of climate science has to keep in step with via retrospective amendments. The mind truly boggles.

The defining event of Prescott’s life was failing the eleven-plus; he has devoted himself to the politics of envy since that day. He sees his ‘success’ as proof that the eleven-plus was ‘flawed’; some see his ministerial failures as proof that it worked as intended.

How Mrs Thatcher dealt with the biased BBC, a shame she’s ten times the man leftie Dave is, although was a Conservative meritocrat interested in helping people succeed through their own ambition and efforts as opposed to leftie Dave leader of the LibLabCon party – interested in Political Correctness and ensuring him and his friends hold on to their unearned and untaxed wealth.

This article was written by Jean Seaton an ‘historian of the BBC ‘ and is hardly flattering of Maggie.

It’s typical BBC double speak. Any criticism is wrong and right-wing in nature. i.e. she was only complaining because the BBC didn’t say what she wanted it to. It ignores things like Arthur Scargill being given the opportunity to put his point of view more than everyone else from both sides during the Miners Strike.

In other words it is a load of old bullshit.

I agree with you, but the point that Jean Seaton perhaps didn’t bank on getting across was that at least Maggie did something where the pathetic appeaser leftie Dave has done nothing.

What a surprise!. The BBC exonerating itself as usual . Why do they bother with inquires and a complaints department.
A new mission statement( I hate this phrase but it is a liberal left favourite) for the BBC-The BBC is infallible. It’s reporters and news gatherers are never wrong ,biased or just have an off day. Mistakes never happen. On the very rare occasions when it looks as if the BBC has made a mistake this is not so. You are wrong, misguided or plain bad.
Furthermore if you have the nerve to complain this just proves the point.

Just watched the 6pm news on bBC 24.
The first 12 minutes was all about the girl, well 3 girls actually. The family )(And the left) were given carte Blanche to shed crocodile tears for the camera while asking ‘Why?’

Yet nobody from the media, can work out how a death cult which masquerades as a religion of peace which has no problem murdering unbelievers, treating woman like shite, promoting intolerance as the word of god, raping little girls and of course returning any country they rule back into the stone age. is the reason why. Instead they look and blame anybody and everybody except the reason why?

During this, a so called bBC expert on Muslims (What, did he take it up the arse for allah?) is allowed to opine that these poor very private people are so concerned they have allowed themselves to be filmed in which to get their young girls back. Yet these are the people who have no problem parading in their hundreds of thousands in the west when they don’t get their way:
    Israel fights back…protest
    France bans burka..Protest
    Denmark draws cartoons…Protest
    UK holds remembrance day..Protest
Troops given freedom of the city…Protest
Muslims murder 2 in Denmark…protest against free speech.

Muslims have no problem going public in which to get their way. Yet in an attempt to excuse the bigoty of three splitarses going out to murder death kill , then they become private people.

Have to laugh at the father of one of them who explained she was a Chelsea fan… So does that mean she’s a fucking racist?

It could easily be Ukraine’s fault though. That and the EU which encouraged it to become hostile to Putin’s Russia, and to overthrow an elected government, replacing it with one which appealed to the EU.

Then there’s the ‘mistake’ of the way Ukraine was reconstituted after the break up of the Soviet Union leading to them having (in their eyes) good reason to take it back.

Unusual for the biased BBC to support Russia, because they hate Putin with a passion because he hasn’t wholeheartedly embraced homosexuality. He’s the nearest thing to a bogey man they could find, and without him they would have to invent one, after all they just can’t bring themselves to criticise the Muslim countries who actually apply the death penalty to gays.

It is very telling that while the BBC is still boo-hooing over the ‘mysterious’ disappearance of the three wannabe jihadi brides as its top story, the Telegraph leads on the threat to shopping centres in the west by the Somali franchise of insane islamism.

Which of these stories is actually more relevant to the BBC’s viewers? The altogether unsurprising flight to jihad by the children of immigrants who clearly self-identify as alien, or a genuine threat to their lives as they go about their business?

And then there’s the latest Gilliigan revelation about the odious ‘Baroness’ Warsi and her strange choice of associates. The BBC seems keen to downplay the importance of that, too.

Why, you might start thinking the Corporation has an agenda, mightn’t you?

Did you see the Scottish lawyer of the parents of the ISIS recruiter?

Wikipedia says ‘Aamer Anwar is a prominent Scottish lawyer of Pakistani background who is noted for his left-wing political views and several associated controversies. He was an active participant in the Stop the War Coalition, campaigned against the 31st G8 summit at Gleneagles and against the closure of the Dungavel Detention Centre for failed asylum seekers.

Anwar is noted for his controversial statements in the aftermath of the 2007 Glasgow International Airport attack, in which he claimed, “That there is no difference between a stealth bomber and a suicide bomber, the effects are still the same”. In further remarks he argued that there was a moral equivalence between the 9/11 hijackers and the United States. He also argued that Muslims felt alienated because of a Western “binge drinking and Big Brother” culture.

The Herald reports that Aamer Anwar, who was a leading voice in the Yes campaign in the run-up to the independence referendum and recently joined the SNP, had been tipped as a candidate for the Glasgow Central seat.

However, he confirmed yesterday that he would not be standing, saying the decision was the right one for him and his family.

So this lawyer is a senior member of the UK party most supportive of votes for 15/16 year olds. Here he is, totally contradicting the notion that people of that age are capable of making a sound judgement and crafting words to portray them as helpless ‘young girls’ who have been let down by authorities – a ‘child protection’ issue. No shame whatsoever about double standards.

Needless to say, the ‘Families have a right to demand an inquiry‘. Maybe a smidgeon of compensation as well?

The BBC has finally canned the appalling Atlantis which was the most expensive program it has ever produced and which failed miserably, partly due to the casting of the lead actor Jack Donnelly who had more wood than the Trojan Horse !
The comments at digital spy are rather amusing though.

“Come on folks- its the BBC, its remit is to forcibly extract the licence fee from every household with a TV, then completely waste it on 30 years of the same rehashed Eastenders stories, worthless Radio stations, overpaid buffoons and some antique and property shows…… you can’t expect them to invest in anything good or original, or give a choice for that matter……. the minute something original and different comes along it gets knifed to death.

Incidentalyl if this is saving £18 million, can this come off the licence fee, as ‘Id rather have 2pence back in my wallet wherever possible than have it go to producing the codswallop that the BBC makes.
More entertainment to be had dropping that 2p down the back of the sofa.

For me the BBC has tried to be so inoffensive with this series that it forgot Aesops old fable try to please everyone end up pleasing no one.
Bland and characterless programming is all we can expect now as the BBC attempts to be all things to all men while offending no one.
