    This lady will be ignored by the liberal left. It is hard, even for the liberal left, to call a black lady racist.

      She speaks the truth and does so very well. It may be hard for the (il)liberal left to call her a racist, but (say) a white man expressing these commonsense views would certainly be shot down.

        Ian – Whilst I accept you are right about this. One thing in particular this lady did make me think about is the “identity” politics point.

        Because we are so constantly in battle with all these liberal “shit flingers” sometimes I think we miss some of more subtle things that are happening.

        I naturally assume now (with one or two notable exceptions such as Kassam) that anyone with an “effnik” background is a natural remain supporter and liberal. This video went quite a long way to remind me that this is not always the case and some of the assumptions we automatically make are not always correct. Not sure whether it is a bit of colour prejudice or just liberal propaganda conditioning.

        What it does also tell me that there are many more out there who share are views – who are not always male, middle aged and grumpy. (not that that is always a bad thing!)

        Dont worry I am not going soft . And I am certainly not planning a white, middle aged and grumpy pride march – yet!

      No, not at all!
      Thomas Sowell who actually is Black was called a ‘racist’ because he criticised the Obamessiah who is not actually Black.

      The Metropolitan senior Police officer who wrote a report on why Pakistani Police officers are far more likely to be guilty of corruption was called a ‘racist’ even though he was actually a Pakistani Muslim !

      The reality is that ‘racist’ is a meaningless word which can be applied to anything and anyone, the only definition I can come up with which goes some way to explaining it is “someone who disagrees with the Fascists” and therefore by that definition she is in fact a ‘racist’.

      Not just ignored, but vilified and ostracised, like any Black who doesn’t allow Leftists to patronise them and treat them like a poor, helpless child.
      One of my favourite American Conservatives is Larry Elder.

    Though I suspect if asked to comment on her the likes of Khan would have her down as an “Aunty Tom” Not that he ever does identity politics!

    Lord Heseltine was being very lordly on BBBC this morning ( 11am on Radio 4 ). He thinks that many of those who so deplorably voted Brexit were ” beer enthusiasts in public houses”. It would seem that as far as he is concerned if you like a pint in the Pig and Whistle you really shouldn’t be allowed a vote on how and by whom your country is governed. Perhaps Lord Heseltine should be reminded of the days when the pub was known as The People’s Parliament.

      It would be great if we could find a public house in my area given the influx of anti alcohol persons .We would like our local pub back.Mainly they turn into mosques.

    Unfortunately many fellow blacks don’t do themselves any favours by not supporting someone like this lady.They will say she has sold out to white supremacy and colonialists.White privilege etc.

    Until they move on from the slave past a great many will not progress.Left wing politics doesn’t enable them to do so keeping them trapped as voting fodder. Identity politics is cruel in the way it enslaves and pigeon holes various groups.

    A lot of truth in what you say Deborah – A lot of “victims” are only victims because that is the identity they choose for themselves. And as you say you can wallow in self pity (ah la BBC) or make something of your life.

    I read that some Black people voted Brexit because of the Multi-Racial Commonwealth, and some because they saw the European Union as a White Supremacists idea of Internationalism.
