A murder probe has been launched after a young man who was repeatedly stabbed in a south London street died in hospital.
Bjorn Brown, 23, was attacked by two men in Thornton Heath, Croydon, on Wednesday evening, police said.
He was stabbed repeatedly in Kelling Gardens and attempted to cycle away from the scene of the attack before he collapsed.
The first suspect is described as a black man, of a heavy build and approximately 5ft 6ins tall. He wore a dark “puffa” style jacket and dark trousers.
The second suspect is described as a black man, of a slim or average build and approximately 5ft 5ins tall. He also wore a dark “puffa” style jacket and dark trousers.
Was Bjorn Brown white? And if so why have the police not come out instantly and said this may be a racist attack? Where is the BBC report on the frontpage?
Whatever the colour of the victim why no BBC mammoth coverage? I will be listening to Nolan tonight as he discusses ‘Black’ knife crime and the sus laws.

Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of trespassing on a protected site after a barrier was climbed at the Palace of Westminster.
The Metropolitan Police said no access was gained to any Parliament building and the incident lasted approximately 30 seconds.
When Croydon and crime is in the headlines right now why is the stabbing and murder not immediately a priority? Are the BBC trying not to distract from the ‘racist’ attack angle of the other story?

The strange thing is I know some people that believe everything the BBC tell them.
The narrative is white people are all privileged racists and everyone else Is powerless by comparison therefore cannot be racist.
I attended enough diversity days in my career to have this drummed into me.I don’t believe a word of it. I treated all service users with equal respect and didnt need telling how to do it.The group think at BBC has totally bought into this view of white privilege.
The real untold problem is the amount of imported warfare and prejudices in our cities and towns which have nothing to do with indiginous population and is leading to gang violence on the streets.

I went to school very near to where the attack took place. In those days, the whole area could be described as “quiet residential” and peaceful. I wonder what has changed ?
Croydon became a London Borough back in the sixties. I do not know what the political machinations behind that were. That may be a contributary factor in the decline. Geographically, I think it may still be in Surrey, but not very leafy any more. As soon as I left school , I got out and never went back.

I forgot, we talked about this before ! I was accepted by both, but choose Trinity, but I can’t remember why !
But according to Jeremy Corbin, Croydon is where Iranian Kurds find safety. Now, I am no expert on the wider Kurdistan but I do not believe the Kurdish minority is under any sort of major threat whatsoever in western Iran and in contrast to Turkey. Well not enough anyway to warrant fleeing to the UK and claiming asylum.
Iranian Kurds are fighting IS and on the same side in this war as the Iranian government.
As such, why would a 17-year-old Iranian Kurd be here and fleeing his homeland? He certainly didn’t find sanctuary and, ironically, it seems he would have been much safer staying at home and where Kurds are not attacked by thugs on their way to a UKIP coffee morning (sorry, that was the BBC’s take on the incident)!

I know nothing about this case, but Bjorn sounds hideously white – dare I say it, Norwegian even.
