   Anyone else having difficulties trying to get Disqus comments on various blogs?

     No I ran a test on Guido, posted no problem.
     There is no outcry on Twitter
     except some older stories of how Disqus is offering blogs the option of “shadow banning”
     Whereby someone is defined as a “troll” and then to them their comments look normal , but to everyone else they seem invisible.

       Thanks. Interestingly, there appears to be no problem on my alternative broadband supply, via satellite, but on my normal broadband connection, I can’t reach Disqus in any shape or form…

     One result of the Manchester attacks may be to make people like Grande realise that adolescent anti-westernism of the type displayed above does not make her immune from attack from those who hate the west. She will be wracking her tiny brains wondering ‘why me?’, like the intellectual in the old sci-fi movie who tries to ‘understand’ the alien monster, only to be destroyed by it.

   At 0623 a total of 1415 Royal Navy personnel were killed in a matter of a few minutes in a massive explosion. Spare a thought please.

   24th May 1941. The sinking of HMS Hood by the largest and most modern battleship afloat, Bismarck.

   Hood was not fit for engaging Bismarck. British Government mismanagement. What’s changed?

   An amazing story, that Theresa the appeaser tried to supress the name of the bomber, and the fact that he was a Muslim only to become a victim of the leaks which the BBC have been sneering at Donald Trump for highlighting.

   “Although UK journalists had Abedi’s name, the UK government and Greater Manchester police declined to confirm it more than two hours after it appeared in the US press. Earlier in the day, the government indicated it might not release the name at all on Tuesday because the investigation was continuing.”

   Just more evidence that we cannot trust our government which appears to owe more allegiance to its Saudi masters, not upsetting Muslims, than it does to the British people.
