BBC will have to start earlier than 6am to trick me!

Yes it’s 6am on Monday morning and the propaganda machine is in full swing.

This time it’s a BBC survey which tells us that Two in five women in the UK say they have experienced unwanted sexual behaviour at work. Excellent news. This marks a huge drop since they reported a BBC survey several weeks ago: ‘Half of women’ sexually harassed at work. Or maybe the survey data is just total junk and it’s another manufactured story created by an organisation more interested in activism than journalism?

Is it me or is this Grenfell Tower issue now just crap. Initially there were just over 100 people to rehouse – now there are 300 because there were 3 generations of family living in one flat ( were they registered?) and now they want a house or flat for each generation – and they are suffering so bringing grannie in…
Currently BBC are haranguing the leader of Council (who is standing her ground) for not sorting it all quickly – despite there being a block of flats in Kensington empty because the families don’t want to move there – Do me a favour! Most people in London would love to live in a new flat in Kensington. These people are just taking the P…S

Sad to say I agree. If ever there was a case for keeping the state out of housing people that is it and I grew up on a council estate in very very different times where there was a huge responsibility of residents to behave themselves and housing officials were not corrupt and more discerning – shall we say – about who got decent places and who got other lesser stuff which they deserved.

These people of all got roofs over their heads and people die in terrible circumstance all the time – it’s jo bloody cox and Lawrence rolled into one liberal love – they might as well chuck the Birmingham 6 and bloody hillsborough in just in case.

One in five women have been sexually harassed in the workplace: Telegraph Nov 7th
“Polling by Opinium Research revealed that 14 per cent of people in the UK have experienced sexual harassment at work – rising to 20 per cent among women and dropping to seven per cent among men.”

However there is something fishy, look at the URL ..seems to me that the reporter first wrote it as 2 in 5 and then changed the story.

Some observers note that in the days when children routinely played together without adult supervision, they had to sort out their own quarrels and battles, in a process known as “growing up”. Nowadays they have no idea how to do that, with the inevitable results that we see daily.

So, instead of telling a pest, sexual or otherwise, to feck off, the idea now is to run to the nearest authority figure and claim damage and victimisation.

This, of course, is jam for the Left, whose goal is to remove all shred of personal responsibility and personal power from people. In its place, the benign hand of the Leftist state takes care of you.

I’ve been watching videos by Canadian psychologist Dr Jordan Peterson, who is very well worth watching.
He has a theory that all this ‘trans’ stuff going around is partly to do with young people having their developmental identity stunted when children. Instead of being allowed to fantasise and explore their identity through unstructured and unsupervised play (as most children did until the 1990s or so), children are now constrained and supervised every moment of the day and this has led to pathological confusion and a desire to act out fantasy identities.

The BBC report is hilarious…all 568 pages. Some interesting ‘facts’ from it. More woman (9%) are positively ok with wolf whistles at work than men, in fact most woman think it is generally acceptable and fewer men do.. and men aged between 55 -64 is the group with the highest percentage of unwanted wolfwhistles….funny old thing percentages

In most areas the results between woman and men are about the same…funny the highest % of woman who say they have had their breast bottom etc touched work in retail and the same group is also highest in saying they have had relationships with work colleagues…

There are huge discrepancies in the weighting of this study and the questions asked – you can pretty much make any preconceived view match the figures as the BBC have done.. very selective analysis

Apparently the most harassment seem to be aimed divorced female Buddhists who work in retail…really

I was helping at the pensioners coffee morning last week
    It’s mainly old women.
The adult boy scout turned up to collect the charity cheque.
    He was wearing shorts.
So the old women made comments and got up close to him for a photo.
I wonder how much compensation the poor harassed scout will win ?

\\Survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire have accused fringe agitators and political groups of exploiting the disaster for their own ends.

Former residents of the block are so dismayed at the self-promoting agendas and militant tactics espoused by some of those claiming to support the victims that they are bypassing outsiders and are in direct contact with Downing Street.

They say that Grenfell, where 71 people died in June in one of Britain’s worst fires, has become a magnet for activists with different aims. An investigation by The Times has discovered that:

      • A prominent activists’ group set up after the fire is continuing to inflate the death toll;

      • A volunteer network for victims is being run by a conspiracy theorist who claims that Grenfell…//

Don’t be surprised if you hear in the next month or two that the NHS Consultant who resigned today is a member of Momentum!

Perhaps Corbyn and his girly groupies have been “fishing” for him with juicy big hooks – perhaps to stand for the Labour party at the next General Election.

I’m sure, like me, the vast majority of occasional or frequent RT-watchers are able to discriminate between good, straightforward news and Russian government bias. It’s usually not difficult. I have not seen an RT report on Grenfell, but am suspicious of the Times assertion that it is attempting “to use the disaster to foment class war in Britain”. I rather think it more likely that RT is covering the story without much bias, and thus is getting up the noses of the more left-leaning journalists of the Times – and, of course, the whole sorry crew that currently run the BBC. I may be wrong. But it IS clear the BBC et al. would love stop RT broadcasting in UK.

You could do a survey about pretty much anything to set the agenda.

I wonder how many surveyed would say multiculturalism is a success? That is one survey the BBC would never be interested in.

Has she been arrested yet? She should get at least three years for such an unambiguously racist comment.

Of course, a muslim making anti-semitic attacks is allowed. Nay, even encouraged by Corbyn and his party. Expect to see her standing for Labour in the next GE, in the manner of Barmy Bernie Grant.

The delay in allocating housing is not just down to lefties pushing games
    – Some of the 140 Grenfell households were big so they’ve decided to split them into 208 new homes.
    – The first lot have been offered 3 choices of home each, until they make a decision of which to choose all 3 have to be held for them.
Not until they choose one can the remaining 2 be put back in the pool for people further down the list to choose from
..That seems like a strange system to me.

One complication is that of course most people down want to take anything higher than 3 floors.

    • Fedup2 says:

Stew – is the delay being caused by lack of council flats with swimming pools ?

      Today watch

Rand corporation ( the American outfit which lost the Vietnam war by using body count as a measure of success- so kill em all ) says uk will suffer after Brexit. Al Beeb loved it naturally

Husband of Iranian woman banged up for spying on the radio giving a running commentary again. Albeeb loves it as it shows Boris is failing to get her out.

Police inspectorate says don’t stop search and arrest anyone for smoking cannabis in public because it upsets the blacks . Maybe do the same with other laws which upset people like parking on yellow lines , drink drive or carrying knives . In fact why have laws which upset people? Tv tax?

My god they even did a story on how trees are better together because some fruit hoop thinks they help each other through their root system. I was waiting for the Labour / Brexit link. Judi dench gives them names of course. HRH the next mad king will love it.

As some as they mentioned Rand Foundation I was on the iPad. RC started afterWW2 and ties to Military, Ford FOudation, Rockerfeller, George Soros funded etc so very independent!! Any organisation mentioned by BBC should be researched as to its funding. INteresting that I got most information from DUckDuckGo and Google did not bring up the associated funding interests without a lot of rewording in the search on my part.

About the only issue that Grenfell has NOT been used for is to question mass immigration, whether such people are required in this country and what provisions can realistically be made for them with available resources.

Instead of congratulating yourself why not start the week with a “Start the Week” thread?
Many on BBBC have requested daily threads.
The threads are becoming of longer duration with titles that make this laudable website seem amateurish.
    WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
