Our colonial masters the lib-establishment have created a 3 tier society : libs, libs’ pets, the rest of us
– libs crimes like Brendan Cox get suppressed from reporting unless the pressure is too much
– libs’ pets can break law with mostly impunity
eg The illegal travellers camp at Glastonbury is allowed to argue “human rights” as they occupy council land with their junk housing
#Glastonbury Town Council is supporting travellers' rights to stay in the plot of Somerset countryside they have resided in since 2008, which spans over four acres and houses more than 60 caravans https://t.co/VlLpITm6eX
The Sunday Times has an article penned by Alex Jones, co-presenter of The One Show on BBC1.
Apparently she studied film, theatre and TV at university and took her final exams in Magaluf with Davina MaCall as the invigilator – so really well qualified to be parachuted into the BBC on a meal ticket for life.
After presenting some Welsh program she was invited to be the new presenter of the One Show on a salary of nearly half a million pounds a year.
Doesn’t the law require jobs to be advertised, or does that not apply to the BBC?
Having had her first child she took a lot of criticism for only taking three and a half months off work before returning to the show.
Yes, I can fully understand how upset she must have been to have been given £125,000 of license-payers money for the time she was at home looking after her son.
Andrian Chile’s and the Northern Irish Beauty queen negotiated half million salaries, so the precedent was set.
And her agent negotiated the same.
Small price for losing your dignify every day on that show ?
DAVINA MACALL AS AN INVIGILATOR ???????? this is a woman who had a heroin addiction and a drink problem, and then becomes the darling of the media – clearly qualified then .
Now Trump and Treezer are friends and tied up with Macron, who wants 200 million immigrants in Europe, it might be time for a realignment of Trump’s enemies. Still opposing Trump is Treezer’s toy boy, the Mohamidan Mayor of London, who is calling for a protest against Trump.
Which way will Treezer jump?
Perhaps she will placate the little twat and arrange it so that Trump does not come to London.
GW
At the current rate treeser won’t be PM much longer – if the overblown boatymcwindrush thingy keeps going both Rudd and May may have to go – also the coming vote on customs union ( Thursday ) might finish her off .
The idea of a mayor of London being insulting to a president of the United States shows what a low calibre shit they elected .
Heres a story you may have missed.
A man with autism was prevented from going on a fairground ride.
This reached the courts on the grounds of disability discrimination.
For all that hurt over not going on that ride he was awarded……..£25,000.
Is the judiciary utterly mad?
Maybe £25k is peanuts to them bu to the rest of us it represents years of savings. All I can say is….please please will someone discriminate against me?
I could really do with that kind of money.
Sluff,
discrimination is a fluid and subjective word. If you are male pale and stale (hate that term) and working for a living earning a median wage and enjoying relative good health because you look after yourself you are incapable of being discriminated against. There is no pressure group for you and your views are secondary set against the many self interest ninnies.
Know your place, keep paying and put up with it!
I recognise the picture on the cover of the Daily Star, someone on this site gave a link to. That’s why I said in my earlier post that Stephen looked like a pleasant young man.
But that’s not the entire photograph. Never bought a Daily Star, so don’t know what’s inside. Maybe the whole of it? Haven’t watched the 3-parter by the BBC either; maybe they had the whole of the photograph?
Not that the rest of the picture is necessarily conclusive of anything. But it does clash with the tentative smile. The smile says one thing; the rest of the photo is a hint of a different tale.
I haven’t really thought about it for 20+ years, so perhaps everyone knows what I allude to. So I’d better try to keep up.
I’m sure we are all agreed that a brutal ‘racist’ murder needs to be unreservedly condemned. Ditto for all the many others that have taken and are taking place. And a murder victim won’t feel any different because of the kind of murder it is, I would guess. So enough of manipulating labels.
Somehow I get the feeling that this one has become something quite different from all this others. That feeling is amplified when it is joined in the narrative, not to all the similar incidents, but to the Windrush affair.
Its very loudness seems to be part of a denial of what is really happening. A sort of obfuscation: ‘Look here, don’t look there!’
Deceiving little pictures of a jigsaw, handed to us by the kindly BBC, Daily Star and others, from which we are supposed to draw certain conclusions.
But I’ve seen where the little piece we are shown, comes from. Brutal, racist murders come from no particular race and all. Victims come from no particular race and all. Police incompetence and possible cover-ups, ditto. Let’s not defile this and similar killings by using it for propaganda.
Let’s keep a balance and get a grip.
The day we see a murder or assault and don’t ask the colour of the victim and don’t ask the colour of the assailant and all such crimes are reported evenly will be the day Martin Luther Kings dream really comes true. We are a very long way from this day.
On Friday I commented on yet another appearance by the BBC’s seasoned and weathered maid-of-all-work Polly Toynbee on Daily Politics. Since then she has been a panel member on Marr’s comedy series and a ‘fount of all knowledge’ in Parliament Square – plus other valued contributions I might luckily have missed.
Over-exposure? Or with BBC economy in mind, maybe its Buy Two Get One Free? Whichever, it’s no bargain.
Beltane
I guess it’s just lazy producers who know there won’t be a problem with anything this wealthy socialist will say .
Every one wants the next better job so why bother getting anyone new and untested to say anything if you land up with the legal bids trying to get out of a defamation suit .
So the same faces are recycled . Opinions are entrenched . Views repeated . And a disservice to those who still pay for the service .
Our Polly is great . She was ripped off by a Nigerian once , and by convoluted reasoning , it was America’s fault because the EU hadn’t been a good role model . No that WAS the reason why . Don’t argue until you read the piece . It’s all there , just inverse logic and it becomes clear .
Then there was a bloke mowing his lawn . Bad apparently because he wasn’t thinking about African poverty as he was doing it . Or was it about AIDS .? Either way he was not mowing his lawn with enough guilt about something .
Polly’s tragedy – or ours really, I suppose – is that, to her, her mind is lucid, practised and politically astute. Although only the BBC and the Guardian agree with her, that financial reality fosters her vanity and the belief in her absurd and artificial status. Only Matthew Parris occasionally exceeds her level of conceit.
Meanwhile the rest of us sigh in resignation and, except on this valuable safety valve, pass by on the other side.
Have disliked Toynbee for as long as I have read and heard her rantings. She used to purport to speak for the working class and she realised they held views diametrically opposed to her lefty liberal venom and now she despises them and champions ‘the poor’. This incoherent contrarian marxist will always find a cause because this is her real purpose in life and if one didn’t exist, she’d invent one and find a suitable bogey man (see male pale and stale post above).
Guest
Al beeb really flogs this third rate stuff don’t it ?
All because pay to view has all the decent stuff.
Maybe they could do under 21 footy or similar if they want to expand the market .
The BBC must think that everyone lives in their world. This quote from a story on their entertainment web site:
“Film fans have long discussed the representation of sexuality and gender on screen.”
Film scenes lit with pink and blue equals “bisexual lighting?” Blimey.
I thought in recent years film fans were always complaining about the overuse of Teal and Orange – cool, dark teal backgrounds with warm orange skin tones “popping” in the foreground. “Modern movies all look the same!”
BTW, that BBC article is littered with errors – it’s canon, not “cannon” and the film title is Super 8, not “Super Eight.”
Competing ideologies cover every aspect of government and we have an ideologically biased organisation that seeks to interfere in the political processes that are rightfully conducted elsewhere.
The BBC must be transparent about the ideology it promotes with every scripted segment broadcast and this should be achieved by audit and added to content ratings.
These ratings must also be sampled for quality control by outside independent auditors.
Roland, I don’t know what piece you are referring to but I have just been listening to the last Item on Radio NZ’s morning news programme and it was a BBC report about a group of European and Arabic women walking together to the north pole. Apparently the whole thing is an excercise in racial harmony and what has been learnt so far? Well the answer is that the burkha is the garment that Arab women like to wear! They are not forced into it or anything like that!
I managed to keep down my breakfast.
It was a report from Rotherham, “a town with a troubled history of race relations”. A history that was briefly alluded to in that “hundreds of young girls” were sexually assaulted by “predominantly Pakistani men”. A longer time was spent saying that the far right had been active in the area and that hate crime had gone up, with a clear inference, to me anyway, that this was the real problem, not the little historical matter of the targeted rape of non-Muslim girls.
We met Casie, a 17-year-old white girl and her “rare” friendship with Waj (?) who is also 17 and happens to wear a hijab. How they “bonded over their differences” following their National Citizens Service. This was designed to strengthen social cohesion. And lo, we were shown a larger group of youngsters of all colours and none saying what good friends they all were with one another and smiling happily.
Clearly, not only LeaveEU have noted the Nazis clever propaganda. Goebbels would have approved.
Catch it on the iPlayer for tonight’s BBC1 news at 17:57.
#1: Windrush with lots of pictures of black people
#2: London Marathon, “Mo Farrah came third”. No mention of anyone else. Video showing lots of of black people running.
#3: British Muslims killed in coach crash on pilgrimage to Mecca.
#4: Social media report with Indian born Amol Rajan. Includes a black woman talking.
#5: Suicide bombing in Afghanistan. Lots of Muslim victims in video.
#6 Working class students. Video with 2 black women moaning about cost of education. Lots of Muslims and blacks in the background. Interview with President of Student Union who also happens to be black.
#7 Football. Mostly whites doing a pitch invasion. Close up of black player smiling being hugged by fans.
#8: Race relations. Lots of Muslims and Pakistanis moaning about race relations in Rotherham.
And that was the end of the national news. Watching those 22 minutes I will assume white people are almost extinct in Britain then?!?
Oh dear, the silence is deafening from the Beeb regarding their Muslim poster girl. The fragrant and ‘national treasure’ Nadiya posted a tweet re the Syrian air strikes, saying ..
“This woman [Mrs May] is the threat. We must take a stand and defend ourselves from these monsters that call themselves leaders”.
Foot in gob time, the tweet was deleted shortly afterwards. This item was never discussed in any of the Press reviews either. Tut tut cant say anything inflammatory about someone who has been lauded by the BBC, who is the child of Bangladeshi immigrants, and who baked a cake for the Queen, oh and who describes herself as a “food and travel presenter”. Hard to stifle a laugh isn’t it.
Let’s not forget the facts, facts, facts, facts. I know the BBC don’t like ‘facts’ so-far as the ethnic’s are concerned, but, in 2017 the figures were roughly (‘roughly’ because due to ‘Open Borders’ the stats will not include those who illegally entered the country).
Population 64,769,452 (July 2017 est.)
Ethnic groups white 87.2%, black/African/Caribbean/black British 3%, Asian/Asian British: Indian 2.3%, Asian/Asian British: Pakistani 1.9%, mixed 2%, other 3.7% (2011 est.)
(Source: Google)
So, remember these figures when the broadcasters, principally the BBC, surreptitiously try to present their version of ‘facts’ that white is the minority.
The BBC is a social engineering company … the experiment is paid by the majority …
“By 2020, the BBC wants its employees to comprise 50% women, 8% disabled people, 8% lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people and 15% people from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds.{bbc.co.uk 14sep2017}”
Errrr, I’m not ‘missing out’ because I mix with people similar to me, and clearly those who live in their separate communities feel the same. This is a divided Britain and will be forever so, its just the politicians, the far left and the media who won’t admit to it.
I recall that more than one poster on this site has been predicting the demise of Gary Lineker as Match of the Day host, in favour of a female or BAME presenter.
Tonight’s MOTD: FA Cup Highlights – “Reshmin Choudhury presents highlights of the FA Cup semi-final. . .”
Reshmin is an attractive young Asian lady – looks like the auditions have begun.
Now, if any of you prescient people out there can provide me with next week’s lottery numbers. . .
I’ve developed a blah blah filter . For instance al beeb apparently running a big overt propaganda exercise about crossing divides or all in it together crap . I can’t name the project exactly because my “blah blah” filter switches on and I stop hearing the dross .
Apparently al beeb commissioned an online survey and got the results it wanted about how every thinks Blighty is more divided and we all want to stay in the Reich EU .but of course only certain kinds of people use the interweb thingy…
TrickCyclist- I am just surprised that the MOTD wasn’t the
encounter between Wolfsburg ladies – Chelsea ladies. There
used to be a player Grafite, who played for Wolfsburg in
the Bundesliga. As I have said before it looks like the writings
on the wall for Gary Lineker.
Yeovil will draw with Forest Green tomorrow evening. That’s
my day job!
Forget the London murder rate – Asad Ahmad’s BBC London News bulletin would much rather concentrate our minds on the ‘record temperature for the London Marathon’
Well, you have to have news priorites, don’t you.
And there’s a public interest here. “some water stations ran short of water” that’s a cause for concern. “organisers say they will review the situation for next year”. Phew, thank goodness for the BBC speaking truth to power there and getting something done!
I seem to remember a couple of years ago they ran out of water for a different reason. Locals deciding the water belonged to them and removed pallets of the stuff in wheeled shopping carts and prams. Not sure if the Beeb covered it in any depth.
Don’t worry AsiSeelt- Asad Ahmed , Riz Lateef and the rest will be
back to slagging off the Metropolitan Police on their Londonistan
programme ,before you can say Mark Duggan.
Funny where the class warriors at the BBC go when a SIR Alex, SIR Mo, SIR Patrick, SIR Ben insist on the full regalia isn`t it? SIR Bradley too, naturally
Guess some people are”republican compliant” than others. Where are the LADY equavalents…can`t think of any as insistent on media forelock tugging and chain yanking as these sporting luvvies.
The New Gods eh? Like Lady Madonna I suppose…the Royals might be despised, but no Corbyn would NOT called Fergie “Sir Alex”.
And THIS is the revolutionary cadre? Sport and Theatrical Arts are one and the same, demand the same fealty from media toadies and bien-pensant weekend rebels and rabbles.
Both are right to some degree. Julia H-B is completely right, she is clever. Webb is right in that he is not clever. He must have used his lefty privilege card to get in.
I watched “The Woman In White” on al Beebus last night, needless to say its makers managed to shoehorn diversity into it right from the get-go.
WTF? al Beebus used to be THE worldwide benchmark for historical drama, no one could could it better; now they have sacrificed that reputation for reasons of PC, to try and present the ethnohistory they wish Britain had – rather than the one it did.
“Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.”
George Orwell, 1984
No means no. The UK will not stay in the customs union after Brexit. That’s the message from the government this morning.
The customs union is the agreement between EU countries to apply common taxes on imports from outside. It sounds fairly mundane, but has become a key sticking point. Theresa May has made leaving the union central to her whole approach to Brexit, but MPs have been uniting across party lines to demand a change in position – arguing it’ll be better economically and help resolve the Irish border question. Many voices from the business community feel the same. Last week, peers defied the government and voted in favour of staying in, and as a result, MPs will get a chance to debate and vote on the issue later this week.
It’ll be a symbolic vote, but it matters, says the BBC’s political correspondent Eleanor Garnier. Next month, there’ll be a vote on the issue that does count, she points out, and Downing Street is sufficiently worried about the level of sabre-rattling to feel the need to clarify its position today.

Firstly, I notice the bloke doing this job is toast. Seems Victoria and Eleanor (me neither) are now on point. Hope they are paid the same.
But they also know a good row when they stir one up. All a bit vague on who, but job done, and doubtless a few will be in touch for vetting to be brought on air with bbc approved anger and protest once they and the bbc audience they appeal to fall off the sofa.
Likewise the equally vague ‘voices in beeboid heads’ from yet another ill-defined ‘community’. Branson en route to W1A?
Symbolism matters when trying to rig things down the line.
If you listened to Carolyn Quinn’s program ‘The Westminster Hour’ last night, you would have heard her preparing the soil for this little plant. Especially the Brexit and Windrush patches. Quinn is great at stirring the manure in. They are looking to Parliament to hijack the people’s decision. They are looking to Windrush to keep
a broader agenda boiling.
Toady is working hard to water this effort, hoping it will bear fruit.
So we know what this week will be all about on the biased State broadcaster.
Labour selecting loads of female trade union organisers and community activists as MP candidates – solidarity to @gmbgillo + the rest https://t.co/UV1Ivsl4wx
One of the sisters of kwasi Anim-Boadu, the Finsbury Park stab victim, has said of him, “He brought joy to everyone with his conspicuous smile.” The other Finsbury stab victim, Brayane Tchenda, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
So, as expected, both killer and victim, are almost identical. Both African. Both willing to pull a knife. Clearly knife wielding Kwasi wasn’t quite as angelic as his sister would have us believe.
Where’s the outrage? Where are Black Lives Matter? And most pertinently, where’s the bloody BBC?
Oh yes.
Still chuntering on about Stephen Lawrence…
Was the water shortage an attempt to reduce the number of plastic bottles ? I think the marathon should be banned because it puts more carbon dioxide into the atmos , adds plastic to the environment and encourages pot holes by wearing out the excellent roads of londonistan .
It is also biased towards white people so more ethnic types should be encouraged – particularly in fancy dress such as a suicide vest – alternatively whites should be encouraged to black up or wear Lawrence family face masks .
Nice one GW
Sure al beeb will say he was actually a female Black Muslim disabled lesbian with mental issues who couldn’t get treatment on the nhs – and was a remainer of course.
I heard this shite from from a Guardian reading acquaintance a while back, G.W.F. Banging on about our patron saint being a Muslim! I asked how this was possible when SG died in 303 AD and the religion of special needs didn’t appear until 622 AD. It didn’t go down well.
Let`s invite those who say that St George was a Muslim to our nearest Sunni Mosque.
Make sure its mainstream-ie “Salafist, Wahhabist or Deobandi”. Yes-the hard edged fundis, not the hippie Shia or Barlevi.
Wonder if a skewered and kebabbed Guardian hack goes best with garlic or chilli sauce/
R4 : lesson continueth with ‘Start the week’ : ‘Life is a dream’ – Tom Sutcliffe and guests looks at Aristotle’s and other philosophy.
Turns out it’s not about philosophy but about about wimmin and slavery. That sets the scene for an African-American lady from the South. You can guess.
Sutcliffe pulls another guest to comment on the oppression and exploitation. This is to be the focus it seems.
There is a bit about the after life. ‘Secularism is an oppressed religion’. That sounds more promising. Oh no, we’re also back to slavery and torture. Even Obama pops up briefly. Yup, Sutcliffe has steered back to ‘injustice’.
Now a bit of an attack on God. Does he fit contemporary ideas of ‘social justice’. Is he ‘moral?’ Gays are popping up. I’m now wondering whether Windrush and SL will come up.
Philosophy….poppycock.
Near to start : Kaseem points out Enoch had already given the same speech two months earlier in Walsall and no fuss had been made
..the only difference was the letters her read out.
#2 As Health Minister – he arranged for staff to come over to work for the NHS, on the understanding is was a TEMPORARY basis.
#3 His position on race was similar to many feminists on women, who don’t say that men/women are the same, but assert women often have special qualities, in that he acknowledged there were differences between the races. Hence racialist rather than racist
#4 The guy was genius-level : A professor of classics at 23, and the armies youngest ever brigadier.
Yep, he`d already done the speech beforehand a few months previously.
But felt he didn`t get the publicity it merited, so did the embargo bit with ensuring national media deliberately courted.
And, he would have had no problem if he`d quoted his Vergil bit in the original Latin, as he knew it.
Now were these gross errors? Vanity? Or political and social martyrdom sought of necessity?
Banned from order-order.com … with this response, but no actual details so it’s impossible to know what the problem is …
“We banned a batch of people for making racist or race related comments.
Am totally fed up with this, you were a guest and now you have been thrown out.” – order-order.com
Marky my thoughts and prayers are with you on your Ordeur ordeur account – but as for the maps – so accurate and many thanks for the laugh out loud. There is one missing – English speaking v non English speaking . Or is that racist too these days .
Light a candle for all my comments that have been removed … sing a song … enough is enough of racist comments. (Muslims are not a race, it is a religion)
We all stand together as we forget what MarkyMark wrote on order-order.com and just delete everything he ever wrote …
. . .
A memory hole is any mechanism for the alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing documents, photographs, transcripts, or other records, such as from a website or other archive, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened.[1][2] The concept was first popularized by George Orwell’s dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, where the Party’s Ministry of Truth systematically re-created all potential historical documents, in effect, re-writing all of history to match the often-changing state propaganda. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_hole
Nothing about St Georges day on the BBC, funny that we get every other festival day rammed down our multicultural throat, but as for a England festival day you can forget it.
em Nope : The title is Jeremy Corbyn makes St David’s Day holiday election pledge
Only buried near the bottom does it mention that other states will get their own national holiday.
The page has OPEN COMMENTS HYS
Only one BBC page in the last 30 days mentions “Georges Day”
An 11 minute CBBC radio broadcast, mostly about the cub-scouts, with briefest of mentions of St George.
It was not promoted on Twitter https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p062dhcq

Local radio progs did mention St Georges Day this morning
Paris Climate accord : why does the BBC think Bloomberg’s $4.5million is a big deal ?
bearing in mind that Paris involves transfer of Trillions of dollars , http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-43860590
The article is a child level advert for alarmism
As part of the agreement, the US had pledged $3bn to the Green Climate Fund, set up by the UN to help countries deal with the effects of global warming.
– The money promised by Mr Bloomberg does not aim to cover this, but the US contribution to the UN’s climate change secretariat.
– “America made a commitment and, as an American, if the government’s not going to do it then we all have a responsibility,” Mr Bloomberg said on CBS.
More appalling racism from the BBC with the grossly over-paid Jane Garvey on Wimmen’s Hour.
Interviewing the author of a London play, Ms Garvey noted that on the night she attended the show the audience was “overwhelmingly white”. Told it was press night, she said “that’s another problem”.
Of course the majority skin colour in this country, if racial judgements float your boat, is still set fair. Something to do with ancestors living some way north of the equator, I believe.
Meanwhile, try substituting “white” for “black” when considering Garvey’s problematic view.
Today’s WH was another excuse to have a Clinton supporter on
How come when Sarah Palin was doing well, they never brought her supporters on ?
well, cos prog has lib agenda first, then women>
To them Palin is “the wrong kind of woman”
You’d think the BBC would be busting a gut to get someone like Candace Owens on Womans Hour, especially after Kanye West name-checking her on Twitter this weekend (they must have noticed that…). However, even though she is the ‘right’ colour I’d imagine the BBC would still see her as the ‘wrong’ kind of woman. She’d eat Garvey for breakfast.
One day ALL women will look and be like Sarah Palin.
Or maybe Julia Bradbury if she scoots off the BBC, and will meet me at `spoons for a cider.
The Perkin Warbeck 8pm tomorrow looks good Julia-or any Sarah Palin tribute acts who are proper women, not those ones the BBC thinks are.
Father Jack and the Lovely Girls! ScrumpyAnd Western swing yer pants tunes!
My new band, auditions currently being held around the Bristol area(no, not an” oo er” moment!)
CM – that reversal of “white” for “insert ethnicity here”, is a deft trick for identifying the hypocrisy of al Beebus’ drones and their fellow travellers; I often use it and imagine the howls of indignation which would follow such a statement, if it were to be made with the word “white” substituted.
I remember reading a part of “The Redneck Manifesto” by Jim Goad, where he does it with a description of “white trash” published in the US MSM and muses on the reaction were it to be written about blacks.
What happens when an intolerant friend meets a tolerant one? He knifes him to death, but its O.K. if the intolerant friend is Black, but not if he is White.
At the moment its two O.K. deaths per week, versus one documentary per week about a not very O.K. death, per twenty-five years.
This implies that Blacks are killed by Blacks in London every four days, while Blacks are killed by Whites every twenty-five years. His means that Blacks are 2,283 times more likely to murder Blacks than Whites. It also implies that Blacks don’t really think that Black lives matter much unless killed by people of value in society such as White people and police officers. Therefore according to Liberal Fascist ideology, your value is determined by the quality of the people who kill you.
Here we are folks, Labour’s new Candidate for the Worcester constituency.
And remember, if Labour get in its people like this running our country..Cant wait..!!!!!!!
I think Guido has had a visit from Ofcom or something so they are being extra careful.
..An item about a non-white saying loony things is going to invite personal comments, and people will slip in to mentioning her skin colour.
Maybe the BBC could ask David Lammy if he will ride his bike to show how international he is … £650 bike paid with UK MP expenses (so free to him, £650 to you) …
Apparently the WTO, which regulates trade all around the world, is no good and we are too small and will be ignored. Only by being in a big group like the EU, where we are ignored, will our ignored voice be not heard.
Sometimes I think the BBC would be happy if we just put all our things on a cart and did a midnight flit, leaving everything to the wogs et al
Meanwhile plucky little Iceland, not in the EU, makes a trade deal with China, not in the EU, in less than a year.
All trade deals are equal, some are more equal than others … BBC News Omission Service – £3.5bn and going up every year to pay for Gary ‘£1.75m’ Lineker’s echo chamber.
JimS.
With all due respect, the BBC don`t always repeat the “Brexit Is Stupid” meme.
They only know what Boy George sang to them in their gender bending Sonys.
“War, war is stupid…and people are stupid”.
Which, in a real sense we can all agree upon. And will make up most of next Sundays sermons across the country, Sunday Worship will probably have to overrun to grasp the theological basis of O Dowds Law.
Rotherham child sex abuse: Inquiry finds 100 more potential victims
High levels of hate crime have subsequently been identified; Muslims are reporting attacks, mostly assaults, once every three weeks.” {bbc.co.uk 23apr2018}
“once every three weeks.” – have to make it sound like it is always happening.
“attacks, mostly assaults” – mixing data. Hate with actual harm.
“Anjem Choudary” – never mentioned again!!!
An image I have of this Marky is the BBC seeing itself as the Pakistani cricket teams nighwatchman. Late in the day, no booze allowed but here comes a hologram of old Geoff Boycott out as the sun goes down on the pavilion. He`ll stall, stymie, bore for Britain and not dare risk a run or an incident. Just play on in neutral as the BBC spinners play out the evening. Bat on pad, ball padded down to a dead pitch.
And most of the crowd have long gone, but think it`s cricket and let it all play out as it used to.
Oh dear-pan over to the Warwick Rd end, all those vibrant boisterous but lively Pakistani crowd have gone. The girls are coming out to play nearby, neither parents, carers or BBC types will give a damn. Just white trash from the local schools, sexual health magic bus and care homes…who does?
Rotherham-don`t bovver `em!
AS for “facts”
How many “assaults”-and how do they vary from “attacks”? sexual? guns, knives, A&E? Or just Tell MAMA again?
“Gangs of men of predominantly Pakistani origin?”
Tell me more Beeb?…how many, Deobandi or Barlevi, Ahmadiyya? Swat, Kashmiri? IS or Jamaat al Islam?
Sorry to say this-but we`re increasingly going to have to know aren`t we?
Don`t ask, don`t tell?…well lets start asking shall we?
A man’s been fined £800 for teaching his dog a Nazi salute, says our state broadcaster.
Spike Milligan’s 100th birthday today. He would have appreciated the surreal nature of that.
Meanwhile, there are some salutes, kinda similar in a way, that are not only fine-proof, but can turn you into a hero, ‘martyr’ and an icon.
All depends on whether you open your hand in a stretch, or close it in a fist. One says you’re a criminal, the other says you’re a hero. What a strange species we humans are.
That fist thing is going to be hard to teach your dog. Spike would have made something surreal of that too.
The 8.30 news on local radio says that Corbyn accuses the Tories of creating a “hostile environment” for The Windrush 96 and counting.
Are any of them Jewish?
Only then will Corbyn be able to tell us what he thinks is a “hostile environment . Auschwitz to Dreyfuss? Or merely Ellmann to Lipman?
Still though-the BBC see no possible link, guess that there was no black Jews allowed by Creech Jones or Ernie Bevin back then onto the ex Nazi boat they renamed the Windrush.
“Invoking and then perpetuating the well-worn stereotypes of the uncivilised Arab who must either be subdued or ejected from polite society, they again prove to be incompatible with our way of life. They are unwelcome at our dinner table.”
WARNING! Don’t try that at home. That fist thing I spoke about, in my piece on Spike Milligan. Owing to (surreal) double standards, I should mention you would be suspected of being a ‘supremacist’ -and thus pretty nearly a criminal- if you are not the correct colour. You’re only an icon if you’re the latter.
Consider this a Health and Safety warning. Nothing official of course, I am not the HSE.
And don’t try teaching it to your dog either. Regardless of his colour. They don’t like dogs doing anything like that.
R.I.P. Spike. There’d be enough material down here for fifty shows, if you were still around.
They ran with the Starbucks racism story though of course it was not as cut and dried as they made out. The two gentleman refused to purchase anything yet demanded they be allowed to stay, which is clearly not on. They claim they were there to do a major real estate deal which seem unlikely if they could not even afford a coffee.
All this obsession with race merely empowers opportunists and nasty people as they have a get out of jail card when they behave unreasonably , or in the case of Munroe Bergdoff the transgender model they get to forge an entire career playing the ‘diversity’ card. Most decent members of ‘minorities’ just want to be treated the same as everyone else and do not want to wallow in all this patronising victimhood nonsense.
The BBC loved the story as it fitted their narrative, though even the most basic google search let alone actual journalism would reveal the incident had nothing to do with race. Narrative first, facts second if at all: the complete opposite of what ‘news’ is meant to be. And the women moan they are underpaid? How hard can it be to say the same narratives over and over and over?
Up yours, all you lefties, moaners about Royalty, whingers about starving immigrants, and the rest of the third-world apologists. No doubt the gauradian will find something nasty to say as well as the bbbc, who will mention privilege and all the other crap they spout on these occasions.
Well done Wills and Kate, we love you two to bits, and will expect you to take over instead of that dimwit of a bloke with aspirations to be an architect, and with a wife sort of person who thinks she might be a ‘queen’.
Great news on St Georges Day, when at least the English have something to celebrate, despite the bbbc’s attempts to downplay our big day!
At least we have been given respite from the forthcoming ‘wedding’. Her Maj must be wondering what’s going on – treated to a bloody awful musical tribute for her 92nd birthday, (no wonder she’s reputed to wear ear plugs), her country in immigration turmoil, the death of her beloved pet, and her grandson marrying a social climber that even her family can’t say a good word about. I wouldn’t be surprised if she knocked back a couple of Valium with her daily Dubonnet !!! I would.
I understand you feel you should not be obliged to pay the TV Licence, you feel some BBC staff are overpaid which you feel is a waste of the licence fee and you feel the BBC should do more to highlight expense claims by MPs.
Naturally we regret when any member of our audience is unhappy with any aspect of what we do.
Whilst we thank you for your views on the general premise of a compulsory TV Licence as a universal funding mechanism for the BBC’s UK public services, we must advise that any feedback in this area should be addressed to the Secretary of State for Culture Media & Sport as the UK Government controls this area of law.
The TV Licence is not actually a BBC requirement but a UK Government requirement under the auspices of The Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004 (as amended) and the Communications Act 2003. The BBC, through TV Licensing, is obligated to administer the licensing process in terms of collections and so on.
The Government’s legislation does not allow for non-payment or refunds/reductions of the TV Licence fee in light of unhappiness with BBC actions, output or spending decisions. If you feel it should, you should make your views known to the Government directly as this isn’t something within the BBC’s remit. We’d also explain that the Government sets the level of the annual TV Licence, not the BBC or TV Licensing.
Any personal views relating to BBC output or spending do not negate the legal requirement for premises in the UK which operate television receiving equipment to hold a valid TV Licence at all times, and we must warn that failure to hold a TV Licence where one is legally required may lead to evasion enforcement action including letters and home visits, and potentially court action and fines.
The BBC is required by its Royal Charter to disclose the pay of all individuals receiving over £150,000 from the licence fee in each financial year.
The BBC operates in a highly competitive market alongside the likes of Sky, ITV, Netflix and Amazon. Despite this, it is widely acknowledged that the BBC pays less than its competitors and our Annual Report shows that the total amount spent on paying talent is down this year by 2.5%. The bill for those earning over £150,000 is down 10% year-on-year, and down by a quarter over the last five years. The amount we pay the very highest earners has dropped by 40% across the same period. The BBC has achieved these savings at a time when there has been significant cost inflation across the industry in areas like entertainment, drama and sport.
While the BBC will never be able to compete with the budgets of some of our competitors, research shows that four out of five members of the public think the BBC should try to get the highest quality presenters, actors and reporters for its programmes and services – even if it means paying similar amounts as other broadcasters.
On gender and diversity, the BBC is more diverse than it has ever been. We have set the most stretching targets in the industry for on-air diversity: by 2020 we want all our lead and presenting roles to be divided equally between men and women. Of those on the list we hired or promoted in the last three years, 60% are women and nearly a fifth come from a black, Asian or minority ethnic background. Across the BBC as a whole, our gender pay gap is 9.3% against a national average of over 18.1% – but we know there is more to do.
In October 2017 the BBC published a number of documents, including an independent audit of BBC staff pay (overseen by Sir Patrick Elias (a former Court of Appeal judge) and conducted by consultancy firm PwC and legal firm Eversheds); its gender pay gap report; and a full management response to the outcome of both. In January 2018 the BBC published a report which covered correspondents, presenters and on-air editors in news and news-related areas. For this particular group of employees there is a 6.8% gender pay gap.
Both audits concluded there is no evidence of systemic gender discrimination in the way the BBC pays its staff, but they do identify a number of issues in relation to pay which have resulted in anomalies that need addressing. The Director-General recently announced a five-point plan to help create a fairer and more equal BBC.
Further details about the pay reviews can be found on the following links. We will not be providing a breakdown or more detailed information relating to individual stars’ contracts. However, we have said that in future we will do more to explain the pay of each presenter paid over £150,000, especially where they do more than one role.
We know that not everyone will agree with our choices on which stories to cover, or the order in which they appear. Our news editors make these complex decisions, based on the editorial merit of all the stories at hand. We accept that not everyone will agree with each decision – various factors are at play and there’s often debate in the newsroom too.
I buy a DVD when I can. I have two on Climate Science produced by the scientists themselves. Looking forward to others about other issues censored by the mainstream media. The point is that with DVD’s the Liberal fascists cannot censor the issue by destroying the evidence with the equivalent of book burning, unless they send the police into my home to take away the DVD’s.
Oh, they will. Prepare for the door to be pushed down in the early morning. You shouldn’t be in possession of material like that – you may have only those videos which are approved by the state.
A long piece about how the BBC found one single person, Ian, campaigning FOR a Mosque to be built.
“I knew nothing about Islam, and someone sent me an email saying, ‘We’re running a series of talks – would you like to come?’ So I did. I sat in the front on my own and it was fascinating,” Ian says.
So we have a pro-Mosque campaigner who knew nothing about Islam – just like the BBC themselves.
At the very end of the article Ian says, “I served in Kuwait with Muslims. I served in Borneo with Muslims. It makes me feel very proud that I have been accepted.”
If you want to become a Muslim then yes you will be accepted by other Muslims. Unfortunately the rest of us that don’t want to be Muslim have to be raped, bombed, acid attacked, stabbed, head cut off etc.
Perhaps if the BBC ran an article about a group of Muslims converting to Christianity whilst living in the UK then that would be a good “crossing divides” story.

This weekend BBC4 & Lana Botney have presented 3 hours of how the US is beastly to Cuba. Cuba’s slow decay & poverty was largely attributed to the “blockade” imposed by the USA. The word suggests that the US prevents Cuba trading with third countries. It does not . It just prevents trade between the USA & Cuba & “embargo” would have been a more accurate word.. Cuba brought about the US action by the nationalisation, without compensation of US companies’ interests in Cuba.
Given the many 100s of millions living in Latin America, Cuba have not been short of potential trading partners.

Which way will Treezer jump?
Perhaps she will placate the little twat and arrange it so that Trump does not come to London.

Hail to Our Polly .

WTF? al Beebus used to be THE worldwide benchmark for historical drama, no one could could it better; now they have sacrificed that reputation for reasons of PC, to try and present the ethnohistory they wish Britain had – rather than the one it did.

Brexit row over customs union
Customs union story

Oh yes.

I heard this shite from from a Guardian reading acquaintance a while back, G.W.F. Banging on about our patron saint being a Muslim! I asked how this was possible when SG died in 303 AD and the religion of special needs didn’t appear until 622 AD. It didn’t go down well.

A memory hole is any mechanism for the alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing documents, photographs, transcripts, or other records, such as from a website or other archive, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened.[1][2] The concept was first popularized by George Orwell’s dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, where the Party’s Ministry of Truth systematically re-created all potential historical documents, in effect, re-writing all of history to match the often-changing state propaganda.

The state cannot force people to become friends. But what can be done is to create environments in which relationships can grow and blossom, an aim that seems urgent in a country so pessimistic about its divisions.
– What happens when an intolerant friend meets a tolerant one? What happens when lies meet with the truth?

The BBC continues its ‘Brexit is stupid’ approach with radio 4’s In Business – The Global trade Referee.

Last week Dave Rubin (of The Rubin Report) sat down for a rare interview with Thomas Sowell. For three quarters of an hour they roamed over an amazing array of issues – social, political and economic. YouTube (where The Rubin Report is posted) demonetised the video immediately. This is a favourite trick of the platform – to signal YouTube’s disapproval of the content, making sure that the no one (other than YouTube, of course) and certainly not the content’s creator can make any money out of it. For YouTube it would seem that nothing is scarier than a black economist talking brilliantly about the issues of the age. {spectator}

A big pile of steaming of pro-Islam shite from the BBC here…
Crossing Divides: Meet the British Army veteran turned pro-mosque campaigner

Did he ask about leaving Islam? Awkward … also the BBC are talking about their favourite subject … themselves …
