67 days until the UK leaves the EU. State Tax funded broadcasters will push against democracy with their political bedfellows even more than the oh so long previous two years
Our columns will be full and busy with evidence of their clear bias . I might have to go to a Thread every 2 days …phew
Can anyone on here remember any reference to the petition to HM Gov to leave the EU without a deal (actually to leave with a deal – a NO-Deal deal – well, if sophistry is good enough for Remainers then it’s good enough for Brexiteers) on the TODAY Programme? They had three opportunities to mention it this morning, one of them a little weak maybe, but in the Roland Rudd and Rebecca Long-Bailey interviews it really should have been mentioned. Signatures are heading towards 350,000.
It hasn’t happened in my hearing but I’m afraid the TOADY Prog is starting to lose one of its lifelong listeners.

The procedure for such a bbc Vox pop never ceases to intrigue.
Does a suitably diverse bbc moppet wander around the quad on open days and approach prospects staring in wonder the gleaming spires and say “Hello, half-breed… you been given an offer? Want to score extra points for being favoured beyond measure?”.
Or does Anoushka’s Mum call up her second cousin at BBC Race Network and ask her to get her on the telly to swing a bonus at the next family gathering?

I would suggest to Anoushka that if she does not want a Cambridge education, she should make way for someone else who does.
In reality, this is of course a complete non-story. Like all universities, Cambridge is cripplingly liberal and politically correct. Even the university’s chapter of the Ku Klux Klan accepts blacks these days, and the annual cross burning on Trinity Great Court has been cancelled due to concerns about climate change.

As I pointed out yesterday, Cambridge under represents white people cos they’re are 22% BAME
The prog’s trick was to cherrypick black at 3%
.. and the issue is partially that white people hoover up the unpopular subjects whereas black BAME often go for law/medicine where competition is stiff.
As I mentioned below the prog followed by a long article, then promoted on FB is political CAMPAIGNING by the BBC.

Guest,
Guaranteed a place? She’s already been in a bCBBC drama series called ‘Stepping Up’.
Funnily enough the episode in which she took the lead is about a new girl trying to fit into a new school. And she was fine.
Oh, and her mother might help on her own, no cousins needed. She is Anjula Mutanda. A psychologist and “celebrity therapist” who is regularly on cBBC Breakfast, Woman’s Hour, Radio 4, The One Show, This Morning, Big Brother, The Wright Stuff and others to talk about relationships and the rest of the bs that the bBBC believes is news. She has even fronted various programmes across these channels.
The Asian angle is that Anjula Mutanda is mixed race, Ugandan politician father, with an Indian Hindu mother. She went to Durham, which doesn’t seem too multi-cultural either. It doesn’t seem to have been a problem for her though does it?

When I was at Cambridge in the early 90s at least a third of the kids on my degree were non-British, including: Kenyan, Malay, Indian (lots), Pakistani, Yemeni, Nigerian, Taiwanese, Spanish, Irish, and Dutch (from memory, probably more). There were also quite a few non-white Brits, including a black friend (of Grenadan, Caribbean origin, whose parents had moved to the East End in the late 60s), a Chinese friend (whose parents ran a takeaway in Coventry), and a Sikh from Leicester.
It was EXTREMELY multi-cultural and multi-class, and worked surprisingly well… but, then I did a degree in Chemical Engineering, and out of some 50 who started the course there were only 3 girls, which would be totally unacceptable these days, I suspect? To be honest I really would have liked a few more girls in the group, being an 18 year old lad at the time and all.
Always amazes me how we ever coped with these things 25 odd years ago, and it never made the press… hell, it might even have been some kind of ‘meritocracy’ where you actually had to EARN your entrance with exams and dedication, or something…

It has been interesting some of the narratives promoted around Brexit by the BBC and others who are against Brexit. Last autumn and with a hint of a break for Christmas/New Year, I have been hearing via R4 that ‘our country is divided’.
The first interesting aspect is that the BBC started using this as a meme exactly at the time some politicians were relayed using it. Collusion? Maybe. Maybe not.
Since the New Year it has been trotted out increasingly frequently and usually with some vehemence.
Is it wishful thinking on the part of these ardent Remainers that the country ‘is divided’? Hence 50% would accept remaining in the EU – and vote that way if there was a second Referendum. Or is, as I suspect, the country (out there – the voting public – the people who value our democracy) starting to unite around LEAVE and leaving the EU a.s.a.p., deal or no deal?
Up2, yes that particular phrase is filling the airwaves and it does stick in my craw.
It’s been the go-to phrase for terrorist events “they’re trying to divide us” (no — they’re trying to kill us). It might be wishful thinking in the case of leaving the EU, but social progressives need to view the world as a perpetually divided entity that must be brought together. Without that perspective, existential breakdown awaits.
(Other platitudes I dismiss out of hand these days: ‘toxic’, ‘weaponised’, ‘community’, ‘sparked a backlash’, ‘tanned’…)

Of course we are divided. Our institutions – parliament, the law courts – are based on division. By debate and experience we make our decisions. What is so bad about that?

It’s good to hear someone correctly name the reason for the recent rise in “European”antisemitism as Islam.
I’m really fed up with the media insinuation that native Europeans are to blame for a surge of “far right” racism.

This story is all over US media right now, as it should be. It’s being dissected and shown that things are not always as they seem until you look at the big, full picture. Also shown that major media outlets are quite happy to use Twitter etc as news feeds, without checking them thoroughly. Hence the Donald’s ‘fake news’ and lazy journalism. They hate him, but he continues to prove them right every time. Another example was his tweet which referred to prayer mats being found near to the border wall….this was ridiculed and scoffed at, as of course there’s no evidence to show that other far flung nationalities are trying to enter the USA through the southern border…..Oh, wait, journalist on Fox last night talking about groups of Bangladeshis, Chinese, Indians, who are waiting to cross and apply for asylum. So these people have paid thousands of dollars to fly over and get through people traffickers to do this.
Anyway, back to the Covington boys…at least in the US this is being discussed openly and rationally in some cases. Compare to the case of the ‘bullying ‘ of the Syrian refugee at school in the UK. Where was the full story with different video evidence there? Most, even around the world, were quite happy to accept the story from one clip of video, because it’s what they wanted to believe. Where is that story now? What happened to the boy who was slandered and pilloried for ‘bullying’ without having a chance to present his side of the story?
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6443677/Bully-16-attacked-Syrian-refugee-fled-country-mother.html
How many bullies from school do you know who were charged with common assault?
But that’s the uk where we don’t have free speech and the media are complicit in that.

This morning – the 0620 business spot was an interview by the hope less kiwi with some no one frog from the IMF embarking on Project Fear without challenge as usual
Basically 5 % UK GDP reduction and 1.5% in the ReichEU is we have a full UK brexit
So no challenge on that assertion .
And since the IMF is basically a corrupt French run enterprise these days why bother talking to the enemy?.
Their past prediction have been dire ( no mention by the beeboid )
I believe people listening to this rubbish at early o’clock will be well informed enough to know what a shallow nonsense it is and thankfully does no credit to the biased far left BBC what so ever .
Also Toady seems to be fixated with Rhodesia going done the inevitable pan together with South Africa . No surprise .

Then there are some tough social problems to deal with. If the BBC really want some misogyny to emote over, they should close down in the UK and decamp to NZ, on the West Coast, in a smallish, fairly poor, remote farming community. They will have to forego their £3.5>£3.4bn, and falling, income but there’s plenty of booze as a consolation prize but it doesn’t come in magnums. Oh, there’s also plenty of lamb to eat as well if the BBC hasn’t gone totally vegan.

President Trump’s stand-off with US Government goes on. What is not highlighted – ever by the BBC – is the efficiency of that US Government: about 800,000 Govt. workers (according to the BBC) for a workforce of approximately 160 million in the USA. State employment of one in two hundred.
In the UK, we employ 333,000, twice as many proportionately, but not including many others who are effectively in state employ. There are significant differences between the two countries, with much more happening on a local or State level in the USA. However, the US does run very lean and mean. That tends to be a characteristic of US business as well.
We in the UK however are very good at expanding Government. And Boris Johnson wants to expand it even more, according to his major public speech last week at a JCB plant.
At the time of the start of the 2007-2009 Crash, the UK was said to be heading toward one in four of an approximately 32m workforce being employed by the State. The Coalition Government reduced that figure, IIRC, to about 1 in 6, but that is still way too high compared to the USA.
And the EU.

UP2,
I watched a YouTube video last night that put some meat on the long term prospects of the Federal Government closedown. Seems theres something called, “RIFF” or similar (maybe in the Constitution or an Act?). Meaning that as the full month elapses, the Government staff start being laid off, PERMANENTLY i.e. lose jobs. The YouTuber suggested that as the Federal Goverment departments have been seriously over manned for decades, this is a Trump plan to relieve the over staffing aka draining the swamp as when re-employment takes place, a new level of ‘selectivity’ will prevail and the future numbers will be far less that pre-closedown.

G, coo – overmanned in the ‘States @ 0.5%! Not bad.
Do they count the military in the 800,000? I guess not. How about the Coastguard? The Coastguard is quite something in the US, I gather with strike as well as multi-engine aircraft and pilots at their immediate disposal.

Rob,
The lovely Lyse Douchette has popped up in Northern Mali. I’m not really that interested to be honest but it seemed to me that the bBBC was complaining about a desert country having too much rain. It seems that a cycle of flood and drought, caused of course by global climate change, is leading to crop failure and a population on the verge of famine and in perpetual poverty.
Islamist warfare was touched upon but climate change is at the root of this and of course the West are ultimately to blame. Wasn’t it irrigation and water management in agriculture, thousands of years ago, that allowed our modern societies to develop. Why can’t they managed in Mali today?
Talking about the climate change agenda:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/the-reporters-46921487
“The battle on the frontline of climate change in Mali”
Here are some highlights for those that can’t be bothered to read it:
Extremely fat woman (clearly NOT starving) with ‘five young children’ (and probably more, older ones), says ‘worst rains in 50 years’ washed away her crops and then poured through the cracks in her mud hut, which had previously been damaged by an explosion created by (Islamic) militants.
‘Temperatures in Sahel are set to increase by 1.5 times the global average’ says ‘UN’, and the proof is (apparently) that the average temperature of the region has increased by ‘nearly 1 C’ since 1970. FAR MORE than the global average increase in temperature over the same period (interesting).
SO, to clarify, that’s a mean increase of NEARLY 1 degree C in around 50 years? Sorry, but does anyone else think that’s:
a. Merely within the margin of error – especially given thermometer readings in the past using equipment of dubious accuracy, by (presumably) often poorly trained field workers, in poor conditions?!
b. Small fry and quite honestly the kind of NATURAL variation to be expected over a period of 50 years?!
c. Bound to happen if you chop all the trees down and let your massive herds of cattle overgraze the grass, and turn your country into a desolate, sand blown wasteland without any shade, or moisture?
Anyway, back to the article.
‘Roughly 80% of the Sahel’s farmland is affected by degradation, including soil erosion and deforestation, estimates the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN.’
Maybe that’s because the population is ‘doubling every 20 years’ in the region and now there are far too many people, and cattle, for such an arid land to support?!
Another woman is mentioned a ‘mother of eight whose lost her husband’ FFS!
The article continues:
‘Mali is now lurching between droughts and floods. They are both lasting longer and inflicting a huge cost on crops and livestock.
And that means farmers and nomadic herders, from different ethnic groups, are facing off over shrinking resources.
“There’ve always been small clashes between cattle herders and cultivators but water levels are decreasing and that’s creating a lot of tension,” explains Hammadoun Cisse, a herder who heads a reconciliation committee trying to mediate between communities.
And Islamist groups are also fuelling these fires by meddling in this combustible mix.
“They come in as protectors of communities and then try to impose their way of living on us,” explains Mr Cisse.
“We don’t accept this kind of Islamic culture with jihadi ideas so this creates another conflict.”‘
This isn’t anything to do with ‘global warming’, ‘colonialism’, or even ‘poverty’, it’s a local catastrophe, caused by a combination of idiotic over breeding (lack of birth control), greed for limited resources (no controls/protection of the environment), and religious hatred (Islamic fundamentalism).
The kind of things the ‘progressives’ want to import to the UK, so we can turn our country into an overpopulated, desolate, hell hole, terrorised by ‘Islamic Fundamentalists’ too…

Oh yes, also featured will be Duncan Carswell and someone called Hannan – but they are those awful Brexiteer types, so no need to pay attention while they’re on.
Seems an automatic ‘tour de force’, another ‘coup’ for the BBC – to keep things continental. As I’m sure they will.

26 pages and well worth a read.
My overall thoughts? Well, a reading of the document explains Treason May’s continuing mantra that the people of the UK want to halt ‘Free Movement’. It does that alright but a close reading reveals that Treason accepted that the UK cannot remain a member of the EU if Free Movement is stopped. However, the ‘agreement’ is certainly essentially all, ‘EU’ in every other respect. No wonder JR-M and his allies deny it is leaving the EU. It binds us to the EU lock stock and barrel. If accepted, it would be a massive sell-out.

Jeremy Vine inciting man-hatred this morning. Apparently the advice as to how to use ‘the pill’ has changed.
We are told that men invented the pill, not so that women could control their fertility, but to make them available for consequence-free sex. Women still had to have a period though to please the Pope and their husbands!
Dr. Sarah Jarvis mocked the accent of the male ‘doctor’ in the information film, (wan’t it the BBC’s own Frank Phillips?).
Could there just be a possibility that the mass medication of women had unknown risks and that some caution in the use of the pill was sensible?
Could it just be possible that men are human too? They have mothers, grandmothers, sisters and daughters and some might even try to do the best for everyone? What would men know about bio-chemistry anyway?
Good old BBC, never waste a chance to stir up some unwarranted hatred!

It contains none of the search terms I used : NDP Rebel
The guys last tweet was a retweet of the Labour Party
… so a Labour Party activist is spending cash to push a message at me and this is NOT counted in political finance
The tweet itself is not so political , it’s message being “look at this BBC, prog about woman’s equality” in the workplace”
BTW actually I’d already heard that prog this morning
It opened with a dig at Nigel Farage
“Farage last week said in the finance industry women are worth less, after they have a baby”
ie with that word order they seem to say Farage said women are worthless… which of course was not what he said.

Line between a political party vs media body : part 2
This story about Rebel is ‘too weird to be true’ territory
..That they did a billboard in Alberta saying ‘Shouldn’t the Education Minister be fired ?’
And the Alberta NDP government set up a secret trial and convicted Rebel of undeclared political advertising, as if Rebel were a political party’
But that is a point we make all the time, the BBC acts as a polical party funded by taxing the common man, the MSM all campaign as well, but at least it’s their own money.

Rebel’s own video says
“This billboard is part of our campaign to fire David Eggen”
that is political
but similar to other media who might say
“This billboard is part of our campaign to end single use plastics”
that too is political ..just like an opinion column is.
… It is difficult to say that how such single issue campaiging is actually “election campaigning”

Rebel are overdoing it by playing the victm, but it is a dumb law, being dumbly applied. By applying the bad law like it does the NDP party loses out and Rebel win by playing the victim.
A possible scenario is that NDP will lose the election and the new gov could throw out the conviction
– Rebel spent about $3,000 on a crowdfunded campaign billboard to remove a politician from a ministry.
– Some kind of election commission comes along and says “we have a law on election advertising that third parties have to be registered to post election advertising. So this advert is illegal and the fine would be $5,500″
– Rebel say ..”hang on you’ve been ignoring our lawyers letters so this is undue process
… you are just trying to shut us down”
Em Rebel are playing the victim here cos they are not about to get shut down.
Rather the Province has a dumb law , badly applied.
In freespeechland citizens should be able to say they want an official removed. they should be able to do that in a newspaper letter , in a column on Youtube, on a hoarding etc.
The Province’s Law says that party political spending should be restricted ..I guess so one rich party doesn’t dominate.
but then it adds that third party advertising must be registered, I guess to keep an eye on parties cheating the rules. But it exempts media from this rule. This is effectively unfair cos the rich liberal guys can get a campaign in the national press and the poor guys can’t.
Rebel are saying “we are a media biz buying a billboard, so we should be exempt”.. Yeh but that means that funelling billboard advertising thru a biz media would be a trick around the rules.
Rebel did break the rule, but didn’t getdue process to put up a defence.
The three contexts are that
#1 $3,000 is so small it’s not worth the paperwork.
#2 the law is being unfairly applied cos it’s not being applied to lefty campaign groups
#3 Premier Notley is pursuing a vendetta against the Rebel, removing them from press events etc. Rebel’s reporter has worn a Stop the NDP T-shirt on broadcasts now.

The ReichEU is playing a very dangerous game with regard to Ireland . This morning the Dutch hippy one has started to talk about the need for a hard border with Northern Ireland .
Fools don’t read history . Being a saddo I ran this version of brexit a bit ago and could see a form of Irish republicanism turning on the Reich EU – targeting them – particularly when UK says’ we arnt putting up a border ‘
What would Eire do about the free travel area
My long term view is that we manage to get out of the ReichEU with our dignity intact- without a sell out – the Irish republic might start looking at what it gets being a member of the ReichEU….
I write this here because the BBC would never touch it . A biased public disservice .

Fed, unfortunately leaving the EU was never going to be a numbers game. If you own the ball, you get to be centre forward even if you’re shit.
I think May will soon run out of plan A’s, B’s C’c whatever (they are all the same anyway) and recognise that her EU loving MP’s would rather crash the tory party than carry out the democratic mandate as given us by themselves.
May will soon have no choice other than to call a general election rather than see authority transferred to MP’s under a coup d’état. This will at least result in the immediate deselection of all those tory mp’s who reneged against their own manifesto commitment and the promise to honour the only peoples vote to have validity and allow the fight to be taken to each and every constituency where leave voters and democrats have been so comprehensively betrayed.

Shocked no, saddened yes and bloody angry. The POS that did this isn’t fit to wipe the flying boots of the men who flew in a Bomber Command. This complete lack of respect permeates our entire society and is rapidly getting worse. It will eventually result in the complete fragmentation of society and anyone will do whatever they like no matter how much it impacts others. Liberals are getting exactly what they have wanted for the past fifty years but they won’t like the outcome anymore than the rest of us will.

At least we all know something now with the Brexit debate………….70% of the Commons are “remainers” some like Grieve most likely sees himself as French.
That coupled with the many mouthy traitors who have emerged e.g, Grieve, Soubry,Cooper, etc etc at least allow the voters to have a target list at the next elections.
It also reveals the extent of the “Commons” protection that is in place to allow the evident bias of the bBC to prevail.
Its also reveals something else………the Conservative party is now 2 party’s whilst Labour are divided between communists and liberals.
The re-alignment coming towards us is going to be “very interesting”
Also interesting to see New Zealand stepping forward as friends following Australia ………you wonder if they sense major agricultural opportunities ….. the Irish must be getting worried.

parliament, like the lords is a closed club of like minded time servers who see their interests trumping joe publics’s. South Wirral Labour MP on lbc earlier said each mp must look to their own conscience and vote accordingly. Ergo stuff the electorate and stuff the referendum that they should never have been allowed in the first place.
Wonder how Corby’s second referendum is coming along? Hope he remembers to game the options and then attach the caveats to ensure the rabble don’t win again!

Corbyn will need to fix another referendum to leave the “ no deal “ option out . Since the Electoral commission is a remain outfit he could do it .
A50 would need suspension but even the Reich EU wants an outcome by their May elections …
Just another crisis.

I suppose they call it a referendum because if they called it a plebiscite that might give us plebs the idea that our votes would count.

I am pleased that the United Kingdom has regained its No. 1 spot in the Portland soft power top 30, particularly because we overtook France in order to do so. Although not every element of our soft power is under my right hon. Friend’s Department’s control, will he ensure that organisations such as the British Council and the BBC World Service are well funded and able to project our soft power globally as we leave the European Union?
Mr Hunt
My hon. Friend is right to mention those organisations; they do a very important job. I actually think that the role of the BBC in providing impartial news across the world is very underestimated; that is an area in which we could do much better.
Will they never learn?

She didn’t even soften the insult by making it an apology for possible clumsy wording that was open to being misinterpreted by we idiots.

Summary : Dorries is not complaining about the show
..but rather the Twitter clip, which Newsnight put out
.. It lacked the intro ..so alone the clip makes her look like she was saying the opposite.
Furious Dorries replied to the tweet
So Esme the Newsnight editor apologised and deleted the original tweet.
Then they put out a new tweet video summarised as
“Conservative Brexiteer MP Nadine Dorries could vote for Theresa May’s deal if it included major changes to the Northern Ireland backstop “

Leave won yet them politicians are finding so many ways to water down our leaving that it resembles leave in no way at all.
We are told they are trying to find a way to please both leavers and remainers and that is why everything is being conceded by this remainer, anti democratic parliament.
Just think, if remain had won 52:48, what do you think they would have done to give something to the leavers ‘to try and please them on such a close vote’
I think if Remain had won we would have been given nothing at all and would have been told “you lost, get over it”
Why are all these remoaner pipsqueak politicians getting everything their own way, stacking loads of parliamentary obstacles and amendments led by extreme remainer Bercow.
Where are our MPs.
When do we start to fight back.
The remoaners are having their own way on everything and the silence from our side is deafening.

Time and again politicians on the Remain side, say that the public didn’t know what was entailed when voting to Leave 2 years ago.
So, why doesn’t just one interviewer say, “well surely it was your job and all those in Parliament to have ensured what the wording was on the voting slip”. That would soon shut them up !

The politicians did not read what was on the £9 Million leaflet that the Government sent round every household.
Yes, I would go for a ‘Peoples Vote’, that is to Vote Out every MP going back on their statement to ‘respect the result of the Referendum’.
The are making a mockery of British democracy. A democracy that was hard won by the People of Great Britain. That’s two World Wars and all those lives lost!
We need a new party and a new leader.

… so if Ireland and the UK refuse to put a hard border, what are the petty fascists in the EU going to doe exactly?
They gonna force their will on Ireland with their EU army?
This is going to show the EU up for the toothless bullies that they are. They only have the power we choose to give them… we should tell them to shove it, they had their chance.

Let the EU man the border – if they want it ?
When we get independence from the EU , the republic of Ireland will follow us . That is what really concerns the EU.
“we should tell them to shove it, they had their chance.” ………I am afraid we don’t have the leaders with the courage to do that . We are lions led by donkeys.
Al Beeb – “France and Germany have signed a new treaty on Tuesday aimed at breathing new life into their place at the centre of the European Union.” Give em a couple of bottles of wine and a brass band and they will be marching their way through Europe again.

If the default Brexit position is “No Deal” then what is to stop Mrs May just sitting on her hands and waiting for 29th March?. Unless I’m missing something, maybe that is the reason she put exactly the same demands on the table as she did the first time, knowing, perhaps even hoping that they will once again be rejected by the – elected by nobody – European Commission. Could it be that the best thing for our PM to do is nothing? Just a thought.

she really doesnt strike me as smart enough to conduct a 2 and a half year game of double/triple/quadruple bluff for just WTO, when she could have immediately invoked article 50 and said prepare for wto , start racking up the trade deals and waited for the eu to come a begging

Under the terms of the Withdrawal Act 2018 we will leave the EU without a deal on 29 March unless Parliament approves the deal with the EU that the government has negotiated. MPs rejected May’s deal, yet they are now very angry at the idea of leaving without a deal. Those are the terms of the Act of Parliament that they passed.
It is now clear they didn’t know what they were voting for and I expect the BBC to inform us repeatedly that MPs are too stupid to be allow any further role in Brexit.

It seems to me that the remainers are like a dog with a bone. They will growl and wrestle to hold on to the bone. The harder you try to take the bone, the more they will wrestle and growl.
The thing is, the bone has lost its flavour. It has become tasteless and unsavoury. The bone has been chewed up so much that it no longer even resembles the bone it once was.
But the dog wanted the bone. It won’t let go of the bone. It wants the bone for the sake of having the bone, regardless of just how unsavoury it has become.
Why would a Remainer still want to remain now that the lies about the EU army have been exposed. They have seen the contempt and insults from the EU, but still they want to remain.
Why? Because they are like a dog with a bone. They don’t want to be proved wrong and they can’t let go.

A three year-old boy in his pushchair was doused with acid in an attack planned by his own father.
—”The boy’s face and arm were burned when he was squirted with sulphuric acid at a Home Bargains store in Worcester. Prosecutors said his father, 40, enlisted others in a bid to “manufacture” evidence to discredit his estranged wife.”
No photo or naming allowed of the ‘Worcester man’ but you can see some of his accomplices at other news outlets (not of course at the BBC, where they prefer to head the article with the now obligatory image of the police clear up).

The reporter from ITV Central News read key parts of the prosecution in the Worcester acid attack case. The father told his wife when she returned to him after three days (because of his cruel behaviour) that he was going to take his children to a MUSLIM country and kill them. The local newspaper, The Express and Star also reported this:
