The employees of the State Broadcaster are getting bigger than their job . Marr accusing a Home Secretary of smiling . Naga shouting ‘racist’ at the president of America and the queen on newsnight found to be biased by her own organisations’ disciple board. Maybe just small cuts will lead to the death of the Unbritish broadcasting corporation .

I really think fed, that the whole BBC is so rotten now it stinks to high heaven. I don’t believe that any new, independent, honest news organisation that replaces it would want to be associated with the name.
So death by a thousand cuts imho is too kind for it. It needs to be terminated with extreme prejudice.
I would like to see that the good old days be remembered. Perhaps the period from conception up to 1962 could be referred to as BBC BC (Before Capture) And if the original name is retained after the coming reckoning it can be referred to as BBC AD (After Deliverance).
And as for the period we are in now? Well let’s just call it Hell.

So long as the BBC pursues a Marxist agenda the bias, distortions and, let’s face it, pure lies in some instances, it will continue. One can only guess, with the nodding consent of the political establishment in toto.

I see it as a campaign on a number of fronts .
Death by a thousand cuts is slow but if it gets there then that’s okay .
Revolutionary change under the current political regime is unlikely unless the state broadcaster does something which achieve a hue and cry .

So unless there is a fairly radical change , and hopefully a move we’ll to the right – we are stuck with it .

I want it privatised or ended because it is just an overhang from a country which no longer exists .

      • Doublethinker says:

The BBC is not a hangover from a country that no longer exists, I wish that it were. The BBC has long been the spearhead of an elite liberal project to change the UK and its people into a new society of a kaleidoscope of races , religions and genders. Most people have never been consulted about this transformation because the elite knew they would say NO , which in the eyes of the elite was proof that the people and the society they belonged to needed to be radically changed.
The project has progressed well and its values are gaining ground everywhere and those of old cohesive Britain are withering , slowly dying out. The vote for Brexit might in ten or twenty years time be viewed as the last hurrah of old Britain. Even if we succeed in eventually leaving the EU the liberal elite will still rule us and will still allow more and more migrants into our small overcrowded island. Dissent from this immigration policy will be treated ever more harshly.
The BBC isn’t a hangover , it is a key player in bringing about the multi culty Utopia the liberals dream of and which is nearly upon us. Getting rid of the BBC isn’t a bit of house keeping , tidying up an old anachronism from the mid 20th century, it’s a key objective in the battle for national survival.

I suppose the reference related to how far back you go . I’m thinking of a time when Britain was a daily mono culture of race and to religion and outlook . I know there has always been a class conflict and it’s not as simple as what I’ve just written .
I still think it’s a hangover because once it did a job of informing -now it is a propaganda tool for its own internalised beliefs linked to the rest of the bubble .

The BBC was captured early in it’s life. It’s not a modern phenomenon. Winston Churchill had run-ins with BBC producers who were attempting to deny him a public voice. A certain Guy Burgess was a frequent adversary. The traitor class has rarely been far away in the organisation.

    Labour :
From the beginning to the eighties was the party of the working man .
From eighties to mid nineties was the party of factions , pressure groups , identities et al .
From the nineties it is the party of clerisy , troughers , power elites , academia , globalists .
Anyone who took money from the working man and gave it to a functionary is the natural Labour supporter . That’s why the BBC likes the liberal left .
Labour was the working mans voice in Parliament . Now its Parliaments voice telling the worker whats good for him .

Daily Mail tells me that Nick Robinson says it is undemocratic for Boris to use social media to speak to voters without the BBC news holding him to account. To be honest, I couldn’t be bothered to read the article. But if it is true, sounds as though the BBC have been rattled and are beginning to realise they are becoming irrelevant.
But if it is true, they have been the cause of their own downfall. Started with New Labour, doing Alistair C’s will even before Labour got into power. But Brexit and Facebook and Twitter may be their end. Their inability to be unbiased may bring the chickens home to roost. And if it is the case, I couldn’t be more pleased.

‘Populist ‘ really is one of those words which gives the game away . To me any one who turns their nose up at ‘ populist ‘ doesn’t believe in democracy and knows far better than thick voters – i mean – why should these people be allowed to vote at all ?

The gravel voiced Sarah (Labour leader) Smith is brought in by the politically independent and unbiased BBC to partner the Bee Lady.

Sarah, lucky lass, gets to interview Nicola Sturgeon. She makes the wee hen squirm a little but when she really has Nicola on the hook – “You want another Referendum or two but you do not accept the results of other recent Referendums. Why? Is that not hypocritical? Will you accept a losing result next time?” – Sarah does not ask the killer questions.

    I wonder why?

  7. vrager says:

Nick Robinson and other BBC interviewers are not appointed by anyone to ask politicians questions. The BBC interviewers interrupt Brexit supporters and their tone of voice expresses incredulity that anyone could hold their views or they sneer expressing their distaste. Rarely are Brexit supporters allowed to finish their answer. Remain supporters usually get to finish their sentences, and there are usually three or four Remain supporters to every Brexit supporting one. There is no balance. The bias is clear on any BBC programme… the liberal remain supporting BBC staff clearly think any one who disagrees with them is an idiot and deluded and has to given a hard time to make them look like they don’t know what they’re talking about. As for Andrew Marr interrupting Priti Patel and being astonishingly rude to her while being sycophantic to others he agrees with… no one with high blood pressure bothers to look anymore as he’s so biased and full of himself that it’s just unpleasant to see.

This morning on Today the BBC man in Luxemburg was asked what were civil servants and politicians saying about the Brexit negotiations. Confidently he replied on what they were saying. How on earth does he know? Who talks to BBC reporters on confidential negotiations? They’re making it up.

Does Laura Kuennsburg have more knowledge than the Cabinet on what is going on as she confidently tells us this morning what is going on? No civil servant is allowed to talk to her without breaking the Official Secrets Act and government spokesmen are saying nothing… so she’s making it up as well. No wonder no one trusts the BBC.

TOADY Watch #5 – Rainforest ignorance

One of the final items, a Prof from Kew Gardens is brought on to demonstrate that he knows how awful President Bolsanaro of Brazil is in his arson attempts in the Amazon. He inadvertently lets slip that the Amazon extends across national borders in South America and runs into Peru and Bolivia.

This Prof (the Amazon expert) omits to mention the six other countries that contain part of the Amazon and its basin. Martha asks “Are the fires started by humans or naturally (ie. by lightning strikes)?” The Prof (the Amazon expert) says they are all started by humans.

    Awful news.

Humans have spread over a vast area, over 2 million square miles+, of rainforest and are cutting it down and setting fire to it. Yeah, right. The Prof knows this because of what satellites are telling him.

    Gullible?

    Maybe.

How does a satellite differentiate between a fire started by a lightning strike, a discarded cigarette or an un-extinguished or carelessly extinguished cooking fire and a deliberate attempt to burn the rainforest?

    Martha did not ask.

And do we not have to clear away the Amazon to provide level, clear savannah or pampas so that we can feed the world a vegan diet?

    Martha did not ask.

    Opportunities missed. A shame.

I wonder if they might have asked about previous Brazilian government policies on Amazon clearance. They might have found burning and clearing was a policy before Bolsanaro was even born. I remember talking on a bus with a Brazilian, on the way to Brasilia, who applied for a parcel of land and wanted to harvest the trees and keep them. He could not get the land unless he cleared it. That was in the eighties.
Maybe they also ought to question luvvie drug taking habits which have resulted in the exploitation of land in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Guyana and Venezuela. But that is probably too close to home.

Toady featured their new hero, writer John Le Carre, who -in his latest book- identified ‘Nationalism’ as the enemy.
I became a fan in the sixties with the ‘Spy who came in from the Cold’ and the hunt for Carla novels. Good old Smiley, Best of British.
Le Carre started turning sour for me in the nineties, when the new enemy became things attached to the Western State, but I kept buying and reading his stuff.
Haven’t now for some five years, but -had there been a 50p Le Carre in a charity shop, would have taken it.
The writing/tension quality has also been going steadily downhill, by the way. I think, with hindsight, he should have quit after the Fall of the Wall. Ever more very ordinary stuff appeared, could have been written by anyone of a dozen novelists. Smiley had been unique.
Now, the parting of the ways is complete. Seems he didn’t notice that Communism, the Old Enemy, had ditched its Leninist political guise and Marxist economic and historical doctrines, and crept into the west, disguised as ‘Liberalism’.
There is no fool like an old fool, they say. I hope he’s proving his sincerity by hosting a lot of ‘migrants’ at his place in Cornwall. He claims to much love Africans, so I hope at least ten of them are living off his LARGESSE.

I think it speaks volumes that, the people shouting the loudest against measures to prevent voting fraud, are the Labour supporters.
It was mentioned this morning on Talk Radio by Julia Hartley Brewer, that the majority of these voter fraud cases involve Bangladeshi or Pakistani’s whose (Muslim) Imam’s instruct their “communities” on which way to vote.
It would seem that Labour stand to lose the most votes if fraudulent voting is prevented.
        Go figure.

It’s trying to petition to stop VOTER ID. on the grounds that the richer you get the more forms of ID you potentially have, so their logic means poor people won’t have any form of ID…..im, sorry but this is just not sitting well with me.

can we not just solve this with a Free National ID card….like NI did in 2002?

I think the issue of voter ID is a red herring. The real problem is postal voting.

We know for a fact, proved in court, that Pakistani muslims ran voting factories for Labour using the postal voting system. Unless that is reformed, the entire voting system is open to abuse.

Making people who turn up in person to vote have to show ID will not even begin to solve this major problem of corruption at the heart of our electoral system.

I agree the ability to cast your in any place other than the predefined locations is the problem, its open to Abuse & Manipulation, also allows a crime to go unpunished and is as far as I know undetectable as a fraudulent vote.

For instance, imagine your the registered carer of said person, how do we confirm that the vote for the chosen party was made by the individual & not the carer, or the carer basically saying, Yeah yeah you want Brexit party Margaret…and (“Woke”-Grace) the carer votes LibDem Party, Margaret would be non the wiser and so to would the electoral Commission.

The people power activists who toppled East Germany

Nobody had a mobile phone or social media to mobilise supporters back in 1989. But East Germans fed up with communism poured into the streets of Leipzig, despite extraordinary restrictions on their personal freedom.

“We didn’t have a phone at home – we weren’t allowed, and they would have been listening in any case,” recalls Katrin Hattenhauer, one of the organisers of the demonstrations.

A candle-lit mass protest on 9 October became the turning point: a crowd of 70,000 thronged the city centre and for the first time dared to march past the feared headquarters of the Stasi secret police. “We are the people!” they chanted. “Wir sind das Volk!”

Unbelievably, the cosy anti-Boris room sends out a beeb journalist to speak exclusively to Caroline Lucas in the lobby of parliament. This cosy room was another thinly disguised hatchet job, make no mistake. They will merely say they had to have all the parliamentary parties there. Ed Davey, representing the TINY LimpDumbs with its 19 MPs, seemed to have the most to say.
No sign of an interview with Nigel Farage, who has far more voter support than do the Greens.
This is TYPICAL, ABSOLUTELY typical, of the very biased State broadcaster.
It once again ABUSES the licence-fee payers, for who it no doubt, has nothing but contempt (long as they keep paying). Shafts the voters. In the cosy room, reduced the government voice to one sixth. No doubt, to cancel out HM’s message.

Once again the bbc are in their happy place reporting a shooting in the US.

They are very keen we should know in the very first word that it was a black woman shot, and they’re at pains to inform us it was by a white cop.

“Black woman shot dead by Texas police through bedroom window”

    Yep, those racist cops again.

But the body cam shows it was a tense situation, with the cop creeping around a dark garage when he sees someone and shoots.

Trigger-happy perhaps, but who wouldn’t be in those circumstances and with so many guns in the general population? And with gun crime being disproportionately black. So why must the beeb immediately imply racism by stressing the colour of both parties.

Note that in all the stabbings and shootings on the beeb’s own doorstep in Londonistan, colour is never mentioned, even when it might help identify or catch the perpetrator, thereby perhaps saving further lives.

As we know – the state broadcaster is a formidable propaganda instrument but it was never been turned toward black boys and their tribal tendency to reach for the knife and use it ( after school ) . Perhaps the state broadcaster is just plain racist …

If the BBC is Dr Jekyll then it’s alter-ego Hyde is certainly Channel 4 (complete with the delightful Mr. Snow etc.)

This interview between some lady psycoanalyst and Tom Watson is obviously intended to smooth over the cracks which formed over his close involvement in the fake VIP Paedo scandal.

    https://www.channel4.com/news/britain-on-the-couch-tom-watson-on-labours-brexit-and-the-vip-paedophile-scandal

Mr Watson is unusually very softly spoken in a beautiful garden setting being preened by an adoring no doubt lefty Academic – very carefully done in my opinion to disguise the fact that he was a prime mover in a totally baseless attempt to besmirched mainly Conservative famous people, in my view for political reasons and to show him instead to be a sensitive, loving soul.

I think you can see exactly what’s going on here and why C4 made this in this way for one of their chosen own!

Has the racist far-left bbc collective reported on the matter of someone called Richard Huckle, described by the Telegraph as one of Britain’s worst paedophiles?

Apparently, he has been murdered in his prison cell.

Without wishing to appear to be defending anything this man has done; and until I read the Telegraph headline, I’d never heard of him; but this extra-judicial punishment is happening far too often. I remember the times when Tommy Robinson was in prison and he was, perhaps deliberately, exposed to muslim violence. Then there was Kevin Crehan who died in prison and we still don’t know the details of how he died. Not forgetting the despicable treatment of Julian Assange, currently languishing in Belmarsh prison.

The state has a duty to protect people in their custody, regardless of who they are or what they’ve done. It’s a scandal that the prison services, and the Home Secretary are failing to do their job properly.

Anyone else hear Corbyn’s speech this afternoon ?
After two amusing / “positive” conservative speakers, it was Corbyn’s turn: Typical antagonistic, negative drivel from start to finish – criticising everything in the Queen’s speech and just claiming Labour would do it so much better. (Of course no explanation of how, probably not the right time or place).

No, he is not prepared to call for an election (though he seems to think that from early November there will be a Labour government?!?) “… because he doesn’t trust the PM” – what on earth? The cowardly, indecisive Janus (as Boris later rightly called him), surely even the thickest see right through him?

But one point that shocked me – he gave way to one of his “right honourable friends” (aggressive-looking labour blond, can’t remember her name) who asked if he agreed that the government’s decision “to require voters to have photo ID at ballot box is clearly an attempt by the Conservatives to suppress voting … and particularly designed deliberately to hit the poorest” … which was of course seconded by Corbyn :-O

No, surely it is to be welcomed as an attempt to stop corruption and the blatant cheating apparently common at British elections? Presumably having to present proof of identity (and only being able to vote once) will be bad for Labour – hence their worries? Appalling …

In Germany you simply cannot vote if you can’t prove you are who you say you are!
