Delingpole on the Australian fires.
And his follow up attack on the ‘Green Blob’.
So here you have a significant problem: Britain’s de facto state broadcaster, still taken seriously by a worrying percentage of the population, is pumping out not environmental news but pure green propaganda. And almost no one is correcting it or gainsaying it.
But it gets worse. Normally, you might expect the print media – at least the conservative print media – to counter the BBC’s relentlessly leftist green narrative. It rarely does though because its editors are running scared.

I suggest one or two of us try these quotations in front of the usual virulent hate filled lefties you can find everywhere, and wait for the inevitable accusation of ‘Islamofauxbia’.
The quotation is directly from the mouth of Ayatollah Khomeini hardly someone who could be described as ‘islamofauxbik’ in any sense.
He also said:
“Allah did not create man so that he could have fun. The aim of creation was for mankind to be put to the test through hardship and prayer. An Islamic regime must be serious in every field.”

What is it about murderous regimes and meddling oligarchs and their ‘charities’ that first attracted the support of the supposed state broadcaster of an ally in the war against terror?
I think we should be told.
In fact, I may ask.
First the BBC, then OFCOM, the dcms, then my MP and then, if that all fails… as seems likely on past evidence… anyone vying for office next election.

How very odd to see the almost exclusively white crowd of left wing Fascists in London with their socialist workers placards condemning the death of an Iranian war criminal responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent people.
Labours John McDonnell even gave a speech condemning the killing as apparantly only White people deserve to die!
Meanwhile genuine Iranian refugees from the regime have been celebrating, hoping for the downfall of the religious maniacs regime so presumably they can return home.
Odd to see the Fascists taking a position opposing the Muslim Shias in Britain, but then their hatred of white people knows no bounds.
In Germany though where Merkel the Mad allowed unchecked numbers of Islamist terrorists into Germany Bogus Iranian asylum seekers have been protesting the killing.
They should all have been rounded up, their stories for why they are eligible for asylum checked, and if they have lied, returned back to their home countries!

While the leftist media (including of course Al-beeb) shed buckets of tears for the ‘assassinated’ (humanely removed) Iranian General (terrorist), wringing their hands as they warn of dire consequences, other voices are saying ‘good riddance’ and that the world is a safer place.
Just don’t expect those voices to be aired by our impartial unbiased broadcaster.
But hey, look on the bright side: the world is rid of a terrorist who, having died a martyr’s death, is now in paradise enjoying his 72 presumably underage virgins.
Win-win, everybody happy.
(Except Al-beeb and perhaps 72 other people.)

The BBC is almost willing a ‘told you so’ opportunity. Guess they figure their bunker is good enough.
However, almost none in a media estate comprised mainly by TDS sufferers has anyone thought about the likely targets, and more crucially what this says about what is being confronted.
Or how a small but growing psychotic % of the population allowed to live amongst us will react should the playbook be repeated.

Don’t forget Sunni Muslims ALL HATE Iran because it is Shia. The ones we have taken in as refugees who have claimed they have a ‘well founded fear of persecution’ also HATE the religious leaders in Iran.
That leaves a small minority who should not be in the UK, perhaps because they made a false claim of asylum and should now be returned having demonstrated their true colours, and others who were given citizenship but probably should never have been so.

Err, John, note to yourself….they are not allowed. TalksportRadio have the exclusive ball by ball commentary of England overseas test matches. They outbid Al Beeb to the rights. Beebs answer is to get former players sitting around having a jolly boys and girls laugh and joke with occasional updates from ‘aggers’ who is only allowed to comment on what has happened not what is happening.
They are doing it more and more with mid week or sat evening football too.
I’d recommend Talksports cricket commentary, far more up to date than the Al Beeb approach. And remind me again, what sport do the Beeb actually cover live once they’ve paid the crisp salesman wages….ahh yes wimmins football and darts.

The correct punctuation would be:

Update on the Paris islamic terror attack – or as the beeb would have it: Confused man just looking for some aspirin. (As per their usual MO, the beeb are slowly drip-feeding some ’embarrassing’ facts into their report.)
1) ‘Philippe Bugeaud, deputy director of the regional judicial police, said there were a number of religious books in the 22-year-old attacker’s bag, “some of which we can classify as being Salafist”.’
2) But get this, beeb: ‘Prosecutors said on Saturday that “an act of terrorism cannot be ruled out just because a person has psychiatric problems”.’
So for years all the beeb’s whitewashing of terrorists as ‘mentally ill’ has been a lie: they can be both mentally disturbed AS WELL AS terrorists. In fact to attempt to murder complete strangers sort-of implies some degree of mental illness, does it not? Coupled with blind adherence to a violent ideology.
Let me make it simple enough for even a beeboid to understand: Mental instability + a creed that preaches violence = one shiny new born-again terrorist.

The article then goes on to describe the problems of religious intermarriage..

‘ If the man is Christian and the woman is Muslim, in general it is the parents of the woman who refuse.”

Loobs, the only ‘religion’ now is ‘trans-vegan’!
They don’t grow tomatoes in ‘Thanet Earth’ during the cold months, as toms really need a lot of light, not necessarily a lot of heat. This fact will confuse the BBC, as 1) Vegans will be deprived of Vit C, and a delicious red vegetable, (fruit actually, but that’s an ‘ecumenical issue’ as grunted by Father Jack), and, 2) Toms can self-fertilise, therefore another quandary will muck up the GQT teams’ under-managers for at least a series, and will probably make the Toady God-slot one day!
There used to be another farming religion, exposed on the BBC, ‘The Archers’, or ‘Archerism’, but when their assistant-sub-managerettes managed to totally buqqer up the stories, introduce all sorts of ‘issues’ from ‘The Prisoner’ and ‘The twilight zone’, most of the population switched off! Mrs O’Blene definitely did…

Alighting on the subject of sex, the BBC carry a report about young women upset that their paid for and videoed porno performances were somewhat more widely circulated than they wanted. The BBC story is written as though this were some kind of #MeToo issue.

In fact these prostitutes – carefully and euphemistically termed ‘models’ by the BBC – seem to have much more of a copyright or royalties case against their employer.
Oh well, I guess the BBC can’t help itself these days – it has about three-and-a-half different narrative agendas and pushes them at every opportunity. Given that each of its obsessions is based in left-liberal groupthink you could say it has a one track mind.
We have to understand that (presumably) these ‘models’ were depicting heterosexual activity. At this stage, there is very little knowledge of such things in the BBC, so it is challenging for them to report it.
And as a wise woman once said: “The main people exploited by pornography are middle-aged men with credit cards”.

Lots of noise about hs2 today.
This is the train set that gets you to a station outside Birmingham 15 minutes quicker which you then take off the 30 minutes it will take to get the connection to the centre of Birmingham.
It will take longer to get to the city centre if you use hs2.
Same in the other direction to (outer) London.
Add more time (lost) making your way out to the hs2 station to start your journey.
Today, the latest cost is estimated at 108 £billions.
The handful of people involved in making the hs2 decisions are making themselves fabulously rich(er) day by day.
We don’t want it but the few that do want it are the ones who have the power to stop it. But, of course, they will not.

The BBC (and the rest) have been less than honest about Qasem Soleimani travel restrictions and the fact that the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) have been designated as a terrorist organisation – bias by ommission
“Under the Iran nuclear deal, a U.N. arms embargo on the country and a travel ban on Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani are due to expire next year. The Quds Force is the overseas arm of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC).”
https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-usa-iran-un/pompeo-warns-of-new-turmoil-if-u-n-arms-embargo-on-iran-lifted-in-2020-idUKKCN1VA25X
“On April 15, the IRGC will be added to the State Department’s FTO list, which includes 67 other terrorist organizations including Hizballah, Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Kata’ib Hizballah, and al-Ashtar Brigades.
The IRGC FTO designation highlights that Iran is an outlaw regime that uses terrorism as a key tool of statecraft and that the IRGC, part of Iran’s official military, has engaged in terrorist activity or terrorism since its inception 40 years ago.
The IRGC has been directly involved in terrorist plotting; its support for terrorism is foundational and institutional, and it has killed U.S. citizens. It is also responsible for taking hostages and wrongfully detaining numerous U.S. persons, several of whom remain in captivity in Iran today.
The Iranian regime has made a clear choice not only to fund and equip, but also to fuel terrorism, violence, and unrest across the Middle East and around the world at the expense of its own people.
The Iranian regime is responsible for the deaths of at least 603 American service members in Iraq since 2003. This accounts for 17% of all deaths of U.S. personnel in Iraq from 2003 to 2011, and is in addition to the many thousands of Iraqis killed by the IRGC’s proxies.
This action is a significant step forward in our maximum pressure campaign against the Iranian regime. We will continue to increase financial pressure and raise the costs on the Iranian regime for its support of terrorist activities until Tehran abandons this unacceptable behavior.

My other half was calling across the house yesterday (the way you do because it’s clearly much easier to shout across a house than walk up to one another).
“Is that whatssisname up for the leadership then?”, she asked
“Who do you mean?”, I called back.
“You know, that Steiner bloke”.
I paused for a minute wondering why she had confused a Labour leadership candidate’s name with a character out of the 1970’s Peckinpah film ‘Cross of Iron’ but then realised she meant Steir Kramer.
I then surmised how the mistake could so easily have been made: Check out his steely gaze. Those ice-cold eyes and fixed look would be perfect for playing an SS officer. This could be good news for Sir Steir Kramer. If a career in politics never blossoms further than the front row of the opposition, he could always up schticks and audition for a re-make of the aforementioned film as Captain Hauptmann Stransky, previously played by Maximilian Schell.
Yey wait a minute….Maximillian?

All of this is of course true but, the Americans are friends with the even worse Saudi Arabia, who attacked them on their own soil on 9/11 and which their government cravenly covered up.
ISIS is a creation of Saudi – Al Qaeda is a creation of Saudi, Theresa May covered up the report on Saudi sponsered terrorism in the UK Saudi won’t even recognise the existence of Israel, and will not allow anyone with an Israeli stamp on their passport to travel there.
We are dealing with relative terror threats here, and yes Sulaimani was an evil man, but then so is Mohammed Bin Salman – probably even more evil.
It is the Western political elites love of petro dollars which has led to this. There is no doubt in my mind the Saudis have bought Trump, just like they bought all his predecessors, and many other Western leaders.
I have deep suspicions of Boris and many others having taken money from Iran hence his lukewarm response (other than his utter cowardice and incompetence).
I have heard an allegation today that Cameron has been receiving bribe money from Saudi and other oil rich Sunni countries via offshore companies based in Panama. Detailed evidence which appears to be credible.
We know that Saudi and Iran are sworn enemies and we know they are effectively fighting a war in Yemen we through our political elites have chosen to side with Saudi.
If the allegations here are true it would mean a betrayal of the people by the political elites which wouldf make the Brexit betrayal look minor.

There is a real world and on the graph of world energy consumption
coal, gas, and oil use increases, yet the bright orange line of renewables is tiny and doesn’t increase at the same rate as they do.
Every time you connect new wind/solar you are adding prioritised supply which costs more than 3 times the £40/MWh price of conventional fuels ..meaning the NHS has to take nurses off the ward.

An adviser to H.J.Ansari Zarif, the deputy for parliamentary and Iranian affairs within Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically threatened to expose every corrupt official who accepted bribes to make the Iran deal happen three years ago, while the chief of inspections at the UN nuclear watchdog agency resigned suddenly, the agency said on Friday without giving a reason, according to Reuters.
“If Europeans stop trading with Iran and don’t put pressure on US then we will reveal which western politicians and how much money they had received during nuclear negotiations to make #IranDeal happen” Middle East analyst for The Jerusalem Post, Raman Ghavami tweeted the remarks allegedly made by Hassan Ghashghavi , the deputy foreign minister of Iran.
The very next day after Iran made these threats Boris Johnson flew to the USA and appeared on Fox news attempting to save the Iran nuclear deal.
If that doesn’t smack of dodgy dealing and present a prima facie case to investigate Johnson over potential acceptance of Bribe money then nothing will.
Boris Johnson, the British foreign secretary, pleaded with Donald Trump not to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal on Monday. Johnson, in the US but not scheduled to meet Trump in person, appealed instead via an opinion piece in the New York Times and a more direct channel: an appearance on Fox & Friends, the president’s news show of choice.

So you believe that Boris took a bribe from Iran to try to stop Trump from shutting down the Odama Iran deal. How does the blackmail you speculate about fit with the present day Foreign Secretary and the Defence Secretary both issuing statements this weekend in support of the US strike against Soliemani . Boris is hardly likely to sanction this if the Iranians can expose him as taking bribes when he was FS.

The Foreign Secretary this morning declined to give his full backing to the US strike that killed Soleimani as he labelled the general a ‘regional menace’.
Mr Raab is expected to meet his French and German counterparts early this week before travelling to Washington DC on Thursday for face-to-face talks with US secretary of state Mike Pompeo.
The meeting, understood to have been arranged ahead of the strike, comes after Mr Pompeo criticised the UK’s response.
Doesn’t sound to me like the UK has given unequivocal support to the US in any way at all, and on top of that Boris the Bottler has been holed up in Mustique staying well clear of actually saying anything at all !

MIGHT have taken a bribe not to stop Trump, but to support the original Obama deal.
The attempt he made to stop Trump ending the deal was in order to not have names released.

The deal I’d dead . Where is the evidence that Boris took a bribe?

The US takes out an Iranian thug in Iraq.
So, naturally…
Whilst Israel braces for that which Jeremy Bowen and team cannot see, hear or feel, even when launching next door.
Any pol or journo pushing the rubbish I am seeing currently should be dispatched immediately to Tehran to show true solidarity and serve as the first line of defence around various ministries should the guys in beards do something elsewhere that warrants a response their controllers will remember, if briefly.

The Beeb continuing to do it’s best at bringing the country they are supposed to represent and those people that we love from history down in this article “Why Fewer US Students Want To Learn About The UK These Days”.
Of course Empire bashing comes into it and they say that British Studies are seen “to be old-fashioned, hide bound, conservative and boring – a discipline of old men in tweed coats who still hanker after the stuffy and sexist atmosphere of the senior common room.” Yes forget about all the wonderful cultural offerings that we have and continue with all the irrelevant bitterness that you guys can muster.
The article is almost relieved that the new curriculum is doing away with those awful authors such as Dickens and it “now includes modern writers from nations that used to be part of the British Empire, like Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie”. Hooray.
The only interest from new students apparently comes from how the study of the Empire fits in with the new “Global View” and interests such as “how the consumer society was predicated on slave labour and the destruction of indigenous people.” (of course).
Instead of mentioning that many in Hong Kong are crying out to the British rather than Chinese, they manage to find a student who thinks “I’ve heard family friends discussing whether it was a good thing for Hong Kong to be separated from mainland China for so long given the trouble happening now”, rather than the benefits that British rule gave them which are at risk of being taken away.
So another article that is completely needless and anti-British. I’m sad that the BBC has completely lost it’s mind like this. I can think of a much loved “tweed-wearing author with Conservative views” that may have looked on despairingly at seeing this insane direction it has taken. The BBC are obsessed with destroying the Shires and all it’s history and replacing it with it’s own Globalised Hellish version of Mordor, with everyone allowed to have their own identities apart from those that live here.
I would like to see an article “Why Are The BBC Intent On Destroying Britain From The Inside?”

Why indeed do 53 nations of the world voluntarily belong to the Commonwealth. All former countries of the British Empire that look up to us. We could not have been that bad could we ?
Al Beeb should not call itself ‘British’ any more for it hates the British, yet it funds itself by taxing the British.
Cut its funds off .

Absolutely. Yes at times we were not the kindest country to those we ruled, but as you say why have 53 stayed on? There is a reason that those intelligent and educated protestors in HK are waving UK flags rather than Chinese in the streets. Maybe the BBC journalists should spend a few months in their Chinese motherland, criticise that government and their people and then see how their views on Britain change. Maybe then the positive articles would increase dramatically.
Hopefully this website can be the catalyst for much needed change.

Yes, lets hope it begins by getting rid of the global propaganda broadcasting channel. Great Britain has no need of it.
Boris, take note.

I very much doubt, at the time, ‘kindness’ played much of a part.
That said, the British just did what everyone did. Only, at the time, better. On any measure.
Interestingly, having done it, the British had at least secured security enough to evolve to a better place and, despite a competence slide, retained enough resource to withstand an assault that would have not necessarily concluded to our advantage or, indeed, that of the planet.
I quite like my country.

“I quite like my country.” If only Labour, the BBC, Guardianistas, etc., could say as much! Not much to ask.

Not 53, it’s only 51 former countries of the British Empire or Dependencies. The other two are Mozambique (Portuguese colony) and Rwanda (Belgian colony). I guess the Mozambicans and Rwandans just didn’t want to miss out on all that racist, exploitative heritage eh, BBC?
