TOADY Watch #1 – something to celebrate (am sure others on here noticed)

Some diversity on the prog in the prime slot interview this a.m..

A Govt Minister diverges from the pack and gives as good as she gets from Mishal Husain. Well done Kemi! She is really good and doesn’t put up with Mishal’s interrupting, hectoring and harrassing (might make a good R4 Panel Quiz programme?) and ‘plays everything with a straight bat’.

One of my tips for the top: I hope Kemi Badenoch can keep up that good a performance and that she doesn’t get carried away or diverted from good conservatism.

While the lying BBC continue the fiction that the US riots are ‘peaceful demonstrations’, Tucker begs to differ.

He points to the Orwellian distortion of truth in the msm whereby violent riots become ‘peaceful demonstrations’ against police violence and are condoned by the authorities, either because it suits the Democrats for political reasons in election year, or because they’re plain scared of the mob.

    As he puts it:

“The only real crimes are thought crimes.”

Violence is ok, so long as you are chanting the correct slogans. But thought crime will be severely and swiftly punished.

Something awful has happened to the Democratic Party. I can remember when it was a Party of peace, of law and order, and its policies were not far removed from the Republican Party. Everyone in the DC was a loyal American and chaser of the dream, just like most Republicans.

Was it the killing of Bobby that did it?

Was it the treatment of Jimmy Carter (by Americans generally including his own Party and the Washington establishment) that did it?

Or was it the failure and failings of the Clintons and Obama that did it?

Joe Biden has made a strategic mistake in my view. It may cost him and the Democratic Convention dear in November. They deserve it. They have become evil.

Ofcom has today confirmed changes to the BBC’s operating licence to allow it to provide more content for children online.
This follows a request from the BBC to increase the provision of children’s news through the Newsround website, and provide more new children’s content on BBC iPlayer.

    Get them young.
    Get them often.
    Get them everywhere.

    Get them messed up.

TWatO Watch #1 – who says the BBC don’t do comedy anymore?

The programme today was hilarious. Starting off with the Spanish ‘flu’ and ending with one ‘flu’ing over the cuckkoo’s nest with an American women academic, Professor Wretched. All the spokespeople and scientists and medical people contradicted themselves as did Sarah. She was obviously hostile to the Government’s decision to advise against travel to Spain at the start of the programme.

I wonder how many Beeboids have holiday homes and/or property portfolios in Spain? If they have, I think BBC presenters and BBC journalists should declare their interest before speaking on the subject.

By the 30 minute mark, Sarah had switched her position and was on the side of the Government. Worth a listen for a chuckle.

“24,000 children watched NewsRound in April & May this year”

… that sounds to a metric or “reach” where if you dipped in once in a time period like a month you get counted as one viewer.

News reports say ” from 37,000 children aged six to 12 in 2019 to 24,000″
I reckon there are about 1 million children in each school year, so the pool is is 6 -7 million
So 4,000 in each 1 million children watch
    ie 1 in 250

    TWatO Watch #2 – I wonder why people don’t like the Co-op?

Apparently people are being beastly to Co-op shop workers and it is all the PM’s fault. Bojo brought in his facemask rule and Co-op workers are bearing the brunt. A spokesman for a Trade Union (USDAW?) explained. He was honest enough to say that Co-op workers were attacked before the Pandemic and Lockdown. I wonder why? Is it because they are often sullen, unsmiling and the shop’s goods expensive?

I think of an Iceland store, where the staff – all of them – are pleasant and helpful at all times. They almost always have a smile for customers and chat & joke with them in friendly fashion.

But hey, let’s blame the facemask rule, chaotic Government and the PM. Why not? The attacks on the Co-op are increasing now. I wonder why? After all, we know that the Co-op movement was a founder of the lovely Labour Party and supports them and the lovely LibDems.

The BBC is partly responsible for all this WILEY antisemitism.
Douglas Murray has touched on this as well. With the BBC
subjugating itself to BLM. With the BBC acceptance of
violence at BLM protests. With their agreeing with the so called
racism of Winston Churchill. With them becoming in fact the
unofficial mouthpiece of this anarchist Marxisr organization.
With them showing on EVERY football match the taking the knee
when Skysports are not. They have made militant BLM
supporters feel that they are “untouchable.” And maybe with
some police also subjugating themselves to them by running away
from their violence or even taking the knee themselves, they
are untouchable. BBC all lives matter. You have become like

Fighting the Power: Britain After George Floyd: George Floyd’s killing … sparked … a revolution … Britain … with demonstrations sweeping the country, organisers believe they are closer than ever to changing British institutions and individuals … but is this country ready to move beyond tolerance, to become an actively anti-racist society?

The Windrush Scandal, Grenfell and a resurgence in Far-Right terror plots expose fault lines across Britain. NOW George Floyd’s death is forcing us all to ask questions about the scale of racism in our communities and explore what can be done to eliminate it for good.

From Premier League football clubs, to superstar actors like John Boyega, the message is loud and clear – Black Lives Matter. Daniel Henry follows the UK campaign, as the country is forced to look again at its record on race.

Seeing racism in everything from the structures of our institutions to the coronavirus is a kind of madness. It reminds me of the satanic abuse panic of the 80s and 90s. For a while that was taken very seriously, stories about it dominated the news and satanic rings were popping up everywhere, even in rural communities like Orkney. The idea that there were innumerable people with the same dual interests of paedophilia and worship of the Evil One who were joining together to indulge their shared passions in a ritualistic manner did not seem preposterous to the liberal left media. Then, as now, it was rare to find reason and good sense and anyone willing to tell it as it is.

Chilling words: “is this country ready to move beyond tolerance, to become an actively anti-racist society?”

Equality and tolerance are not enough, we must now be in a state of permanent revolution, like an insane Inquisition, actively investigating men’s minds and souls to extirpate any trace of unconscious racism.

Silence is not enough, we must scream our hatred of racists, we must scream louder and longer than all the other screamers, like in Stalin’s Great Purge, or Mao’s ‘Struggle Sessions’ of the Cultural Revolution. And woe betide you if you stop screaming too soon.

Innocence is not enough: to prove our own innocence we must denounce others to the Thought Police – friends, family, anyone, please just stop torturing me, I’ll say anything you want.

“The aim of a struggle session was to shape public opinion and humiliate, persecute, or execute political rivals and those deemed class enemies… In general, the victim of a struggle session was forced to admit various crimes before a crowd of people who would verbally and physically abuse the victim until he or she confessed. Struggle sessions were often held at the workplace of the accused, but they were sometimes conducted in sports stadiums where large crowds would gather if the target was well-known.”

It’s quite clear and chilling that the MSM blindness to the havoc playing out in the USA (and developing now in the UK) is toxic and extremely dangerous.

CNN and NYT are prepared to rewrite the narrative around left orientated mobs run by marxists egging on gullible youngsters to violence is for the same reason that the BBC rewrite and recolour events here in the UK.

It’s simply that they think it’s the best way to bring about the destruction of governments that they hate. In the USA, the Republicans and especially Trump and in the UK, the Conservatives and especially Johnson.

In my honest opinion the BBC, CNN, NYT et. al. are thereby all complicit in the deaths, injuries and destruction which have followed because the mobs are encouraged and emboldened by this press blindness and even see it as tacit support.

As long as this “approval” and thus support continues the chaos will grow and grow and the only likely outcome will be that eventually the sane majority will have had enough, crack and be forced to push back bringing violent and bloody civil war.

This must be the first time in human history that “journalists” have chosen to become political terrorists against their own Countries.

Maybe then they will finally realise what they have done, but probably not as they seem completly oblivious to the danger they are courting.

Not BBC but on a theme for which we know them well. Bear with me.

Last night there was a documentary on BBC2 about the 1970 fire which wrecked the Britannia Bridge, which links Anglesey to North Wales.

The Secretary of State for Wales was then Labour MP George Thomas, who later became a popular Speaker of the HoC. He visited the site.

He then said in terms ‘we expect firemen to be brave and do their job’.

There’s the point. Back then even Labour had an expectation that the emergency services would perform when required. It was their role.

An expectation. What a contrast with the snowflake society we have today where we have to clap for them on Thursday evenings, and doff our caps for our ‘brave heroes’ on demand, whether they have been genuinely brave or not.

I’m guessing fear of accusations of racism are preventing explanation . Maybe they should be taught to wash their hands? ( don’t I sound terrible – bit of broad brush for the trolls `)…

Even if hell froze over or the BBC put out a pro-Brexit programme would I ever say that.

An odd little comment from Evan Davis on R4’s PM this evening.

He was talking with Jim Al-Khalili about a new nuclear research facility in France and the difference between fission and fusion. At a certain point he asked: “… how is this different from the nuclear power we know and love?”

Why on earth did he feel the need to add “… and love”? Is it because nuclear power is supposedly better for CO2 emissions, the BBC’s ‘obsession du jour’? Well, maybe it is, allowing for the CO2 emissions when building the plant and those from decommissioning after the station’s operating life … Of course once upon a time, nuclear was dangerous, and especially bad as it threatened the miners’ ability to bring down Tory governments in the UK by striking and putting the lights out. How times change – so now “we” (who?) “all love” nuclear! Speak for England, Evan (not).

To ‘know and love’ is just a turn of phrase meaning something that we are familiar with.

Evan Davis might even be using it sarcastically.

Many here ‘know and love’ the BBC phrase ‘we got it just about right’. We certainly know it, it appears in every pro-forma response to crticism, but we definitely don’t love it.

OK but why would Evan Davis need to employ any sarcasm? For the record, I’m not against nuclear power at all; it’s the tone of the PM presenter that I didn’t get. I do listen to R4 less and less these days.

It depends whether we believe Evan D is too thick to know that existing nuclear plants are all fission plants (which perhaps we know and love) as opposed to the sun, which is a very large fusion plant.

I suspect the whole life CO2 usage of nuclear is quite a bit lower than fossil fuel plants but there are several good reasons for having nuclear as part of the mix. Not the least as base load supply on cold winter days with little sun or wind.

The BAFTAS. That well known slap on the back fest for luvvies in the entertainment world is being Shown on Friday, BBC1 from a closed studio, with the nominees appearing via video link.

And who doth the BBC get to host this ? one Richard Ayoade, – me neither, but his name is a giveaway and you’d be right. However, when you see him, he will be recognisable as the weird bloke with frizzy hair, brown suits, monotoned voice and deadpan face from the adverts, goose stepping his performance around the world for a famous bank. Its going to be a rubbish programme anyway, but once he is on it will nosedive.

Not sure if he’s a comedian (term used loosely), or what, but who the hell at the BBC thought this was an inspired choice ? because its further evidence of picking out some black bloke to do a gig for the sake of it now. We’re seeing more and more double acts pitching up and not for the better. Last night I watched the final of Bake off the Professionals on Ch4. One half of the hosting was Liam Charles (I think he won Bake Off), absolutely awful ! has the personality of a chair leg, and pranced about believing he was funny in a crown and cape. WTF ???

ITV did the same tonight. Good prog on Princess Anne, and out of all the royal correspondents to choose from to comment, yep, another man of colour was picked. In the ad break, the GovUk/Transitioning commercial had 30 seconds of black and brown faces in all walks of life, not a single white face. The media and the Advertising world are crapping on 58 million (out of 66) from a great height, and it has to end sometime.
