She was filming a policeman carrying out his duty knowing that she would be putting the video out for all to see so she set out to come over all sweet and correct.
To me she sounded all smarmy and trying to be too clever.
She was talking over the police and she just knew that the clip would be played out over the news.
I doubt if the policeman had any idea that every word he said would be dissected and any micro aggression or confected insult, not intended, would be used against him.
The female policewoman will also have every word looked at and I suspect she didn’t know it would be on the nations news.
Meanwhile, Butler knew all she had to do was say nothing controversial (being a politician she’s used to saying nothing anyway) and just lead the police into areas where they may make some indiscreet remark.
Given they exist solely in and for the bask of Twitter love, she might not want to look at the comments on every media thread trying to turn it into something.

I’ve watched Dawn with interest as she is from my bit of Londonistan and went to the local girls school where my mum was a dinner lady … anyway … she has a safe seat on the other side of London and has been ‘groomed’ for great things in the Party . The main problem she has is when she opens her mouth . Footage of what she thinks of ‘Brexiters ‘ was less than nuanced and I think she is quite simple – but got lucky playing the race gender game before the field got really crowded.
She’s a younger version of Diane Abbott but without the crack head criminal son methinks .
I’ll be interested in the footage which I will view via the internet as I don’t do BBC any more . I’m sure it won’t be too damaging for the cops as they have body cameras as well
. Cressida will apologise whatever the circumstances and then we ll just move on to the next London murder for an hour or two .
I’m sure Dawn has been thinking of the teenager slaughtered with a machete in oxford street on Saturday afternoon . I’m sure she’ll be demanding more ‘stop and search ‘ – but only on whitee ….
There’s a video on Parler which shows the driver is white.
It’s on Tommy Robinson’s (real name etc.) thread.
It cannot be racial profiling.
Butler is shit stirring.
Because it was like winning the lottery for her, it’s a badge of honor for her now. She will milk it for all it’s worth, well at least in her “community” she will.
From Guido.
Suck Here
“It is imperative that the Black community have trust and confidence in our police.
The abuse Dawn has received over social media is wrong and must be condemned.”
Only the Black community?
He has probably forgotten about real British people, few vote Labour.
Been looking for a mobile to replace my golden oldie. What is now the fashion is that mobiles come with an irreplaceable battery. That is, the life of the phone is the life of the battery.
As far manufacturers are concerned, this is good, but it is highly irresponsible to throw perfectly good high tech equipment just because the battery ran out. And yet we worry about a flimsy thin plastic bag
Too, a woke phone all the time , means that the government now has the equipment to monitor you all the time. Fine in China but here?
It wont be long before one cannot switch off “Location”. The excuse will be that the government needs to monitor terrorists and paedophiles. But its really us.
Mostly you go on Youtube and videos explain the tricks to replace such built in batteries.
Ha I see Apple, have software lock on later version batteries
There is probably some work around being thought up.
The easiest trick that you could do is have an external generic powerbank that fits in the charging socket.
I would still be using a twenty-year old phone had I been able to get a replacement battery. I tried and bought one but because some of the cells were back to front when compared to the original I reckoned it would not work and it didn’t. I was also concerned that if that was the quality of replacement batteries, I certainly did not want to leave an unattended phone charging, especially overnight.
I have a smart phone which is a bit crap
hence new batteries are not available
In Indonesia they had a kit
They found a smaller generic battery which had the same contact alignment, and then padded around the battery to make it fit.
When that battery eventually failed, I bought that same generic battery off the internet.. it still works
If I take it out it might take me 3 attempts to get the pins aligned.
Another thing is the charge connector bit of your phone often wears out
For £3 I bought a universal phone battery external charger
It has contacts that you slide to fit the battery.

If you have an iPhone sometimes there can be good deals on a new battery – I’ve got an iphone7plus and got the battery replaced for the cost of a good night on the lash . iPads – it seems are a different fish kettle and I wonder if you good people on biased BBC would ‘crowdfund ‘ for a new iPad Pro for me – I only need a top of the range one with a 1000 G memory thing ….
As stew green sez – the YouTube has a wealth of people from Arkansas telling you how to replace the battery – the Fedup website will give you tips on replacing iPhone and iPad screen for a modest cost … I have combat experience in both ….
As for the ‘location ‘ issue – I bet amazon and your credit card providers can track and trace you much better than that phone thingy –
Fed.
I’ve replaced the battery in both iPads and iPhones.
It can be done but it’s a right clart on.
You need to heat the case, carefully open it as there’s a glue holding it together.
Several very thin and fragile leads to disconnect, tiny screws to undo to lift and remove panels and items like the camera and a bit of soldering as well.
It’s a real pain and if you’re not earthed you can knacker the iThing.
I’ve done maybe 50 – 60 up until 2014 when I retired.
Some iPods are doable but others are a mare to do.
My mobile is some sort of white thing with a small screen, which I leave in the car for emergencies…
I make three or four calls a year ‘to keep the number open’ whatever that means, and since three years ago, my account still has about eight and a half quid in it on a pay as you go…
Senora O’Blene has my old business phone from 2003, which has the original tenner on it, minus a couple of local calls!
If some Chinese nerd wants to find out what I’m up to, he might be better off writing me a letter, or maybe do some sort of semaphore from the hill down the road!
Actually, an Alldis Lamp is a better option, although he won’t have a clue what I’m signalling, and I won’t give a monkey’s about what he’s up to either…
My first mobile had a handle and looked like a brief case, a huge battery that lasted all of 12 minutes and on one or two occasions actually got through to the person I had dialed. And all for £1450 the equivalent of about £5000 today.
The timing of our final leave from the EU is at a time of confusion, personal fear of a virus and economic upheaval.
Too, its just after the US presidential election. If Pres Trump loses, the Democrats will push Britain in a corner. PM Johnson will have no alternative but to hold another referendum. With the BBC in full cry, a pro-EU parliament, crazies like the extinction rebels, antifa, BLM and other assorted loons, we will be cap in hand in Brussels. just so we can have a bit of peace.
Never since WW2 has so much rested on a US election. If Pres Trump loses, its not just our political freedoms, but due to smartphones, are personal freedoms too.
Funny how press photos are photoshopped to activists’ convenience
This was earlier today at Trafalgar Square, was so confused when I got there. The fake blood was poured all over the place with people also standing in fountains. pic.twitter.com/o4smcpgbPm
A couple of people said Twitter prevented them uploading their own photos
It’s kind of weird the internet shows only XR or PA official photos.
Ah hidden on facebook a guy tooks some after shots
One shows a black council guy with pressure washer
another shows a hoard of XR protesters trying with brushes
Survival International have always been the ones for looking after Indigenous peoples rights
When I was in the Amazon their excellent centre explained why westerners should not visit remote tribes etc.
SI, have always criticised groups like WWF cos what eco/animal measures they push, often end up harming indigenous people.
Looks to me like XR are trying to hijack their much older campaign.
The logic of the Social Justice Warriors demanding free unlimited access to the UK for the “refugees” (actually economic migrants) is that this ease of access will act as a very strong “pull” factor to millions, if not billions of people from the Third World. With no limits imposed, this draw, by definition, will not stop until this country approaches the World average economic standard. At present the UK GDP per head is $43,000, the World average is $18,000. So, by agreeing to the demands of the middle class virtue signallers our living standards will decline to less than half it is at present. Why do none of the BBC interviewers of these people ever ask what they consider to be the maximum number that should be allowed in – and what would they then do to stop any more when that number is reached?
They would (and do) argue that the new “Britons” will add to the GDP. Strange that, at the touch of a button, ONS could produce a diagram showing, by Post Code, personal tax paid against benefits received but they don’t do this though according to them it would demonstrate how better off we will be.
I just wish that even one BBC “reporter” had the balls (or even just the inclination) to challenge these do-gooders living in their Common Purpose world
Just as a matter of interest, if anyone is wondering where the term ‘ social justice warrior’ originated, look no further than the Vatican. The term ‘social justice’ peppers many of the pope’s pronouncements going back many decades. I presume some left has been reading these documents and had the bright idea to label themselves as warriors.
Lord Hall said, “The BBC now accepts that we should have taken a different approach at the time of broadcast and we are very sorry for that. We will now be strengthening our guidance on offensive language across our output.”
I take it he will be doing something about the f***ing s**t that makes up most of their comedy and drama?
You can ‘Rethink Leadership’ with Amol Rajan on R4 soon. He’s gathered lotsa them together for our benefit, apparently. Leaders that is. His announcement is delivered in haste, cos -no doubt- he’s also a busy little leader.
Can anyone think of anyone less likely to teach anyone anything about leadership than our Amol?
Trailer for upcoming autumn schedule for BBC is an anthology series telling stories from London’s West Indian community.
Titled Small Axe, these docufilms are made by ……. Steve McQueen (no, not Mr Gorgeous of Bullitt fame, but the other one).
Not sure whether these film footages have been cobbled together after the advent of BLM, but its more than a coincidence given the timing, and that they are about riot clashes between blacks and the police in this country.
Looks like the Black Broadcasting Corp. is going to continue boring us with this visual battering for the foreeseable future.
“50 years ago, on 9 August, 150 protestors marched against police harassment in Notting Hill.
This is the story of the Mangrove 9, a group of Black activists arrested for leading the protest and who changed British history by taking a stand against racial discrimination. #SmallAxe

Vid of giggly Dawn. Looks like she was not the driver and the driver is either white or mixed race with only a tiny bit of black and no seatbelt. Not enough black for a racist, systemic institutional cop to spot.
The video Butler took was reversed. This one is corrected. She wasn't driving, the driver is white. pic.twitter.com/ChQrFmFr8f
Literally hundreds of tweets say the video is reversed
and that police name badges are always on the officers own left side.
BTW the driver could be a light skinned mixed race person.
We are aware of video footage that is circulating on social media this evening following the stopping of a car in Hackney. Our colleagues want to be able to share their Body Worn Video of the incident and as a Federation we are calling for this to happen. pic.twitter.com/t6ZjJohYZs
Here we go Folks the @BBCNews Has finally told us @DawnButlerBrent MP was in fact the ‘PASSENGER’ of a vehicle legitimately stopped by police; Drama Queen Butler Now insists on meeting @metpoliceuk Commissioner for an Explanation! Well I’ll insist on a meeting with Keir Starmer!
Just another step in the obvious long-term tactic to become “Untouchables” by the law. This manipulation of the truth is obviously regarded as an approved technique to achieve the ends they really want.
BLM will never be dropped. It might just slide down the priority scale temporarily, to make room for feminism, trans-ism, gay-ism, socialism, globalism, Remain-ism, anti-Trump-ism, etc, before being rotated back to the top again.
The BBC on their homepage today proudly announce the trailer of the first of five films commissioned and paid for by the BBC showing how black people have struggled to survive in racist Britain:
I firmly believe that this constant picking at the scab by the filth media is creating more and more resentment rather than bringing together.
The BBC blindness to the fact that there are millions of poor white people in this country who get no sympathy or support from the talking heads simply because they are white is building a festering wound for the future.
Guy Fawkes wanted to blow up the Houses of Parliament, which would’ve killed hundreds, including King James I, because he wanted a Catholic monarch on the throne. Not sure how that’s changing the world for the better.
Labour MP Dawn Butler has said she is "angry and annoyed" after being stopped by officers in east London, and claimed there is "Institutional racism" within the police.
Sour, disgruntled, unhappy woman, who sees that with applying emphasis to the race card, will help feed her thoroughly vindictive resentment of most that is around her-of course the large unearned MP’s salary will bring her some relief! How on earth did this individual become a member of our Parliament? She might hold a British passport, but she is not an indigenous Brit-only indigenous Brits should be alowed into our Parliament-yes I’m being very racist brought about by the cancerous and traiterous media headed by the BBC.
@ Bobotc @ 1.54 am Nelson Mandela…..terrorist, Emmeline Pankhurst……letter bomber, Guy Fawkes……failed bomber. I’m seeing a theme here, or am I going gaga.
I remember the great Bernard Manning joke…….my parents had no money we had to get all our clothes from the army and navy stores. I spent the first 6 months at primary school dressed as a midshipman from the 3rd flotilla Japanese imperial navy….lol
I am linking that joke to Amelia Earhart the great heroine shot down its beloved by the Japanese …its 4am
An investigation by the BBC reveals that Britain is horrifically abusive towards its British Sportswomen – undervaluing them, underpaying them, abusing them and oppressing them at an institutional level as well as at a social level.
Beirut has been left devastated after a huge explosion thought to have been caused by a store of ammonium nitrate – but who knew about the dangerous cargo and who is to blame for the destruction it unleashed?
Be interesting to see if the explosion has any reducing effect on the number of missiles and bombs regularly delivered to Israel from those loveable chaps in Palestine!
Do the BBC ever cover any REAL news relevant to the British people?
All I see from the BBC is them spending all their time and effort pushing their very obvious and pile of bullshite agenda – which is one long war against white heterosexual men, Christianity, English and British history and culture, English and British white people (especially the elderly which the BBC label the racist generation).
My x wife’s aunty was perhaps the greatest women athlete this country ever had. Before she passed away 20 years ago she sat down and recalled her life an amazing story and one that should be made into a film…no prejudice no crying just a mill girl from Lancashire that took on the world. We even have a medal given to her by Mussolini mistress 3 days after receiving it she was back in the mill…..amazing beautiful women
I think a major cause of the racist far-left bbc being so crap is two-fold:
1. The Dunning-Kruger effect is inbred in the hive, and
2. The predominance of tokens
The BBC this morning getting behind teachers and their unions who would like the teachers fully paid holiday to continue into 2021, meanwhile trumpeting that it’s flagship program Strictly come Dancing is to return complete with social distancing, face-masks and no doubt hazard tape everywhere.
It’s basically them vowing to report any users to the police who dare give off the suggestion that the BBC’s preaching message of Black Lives Matter and ‘women are better than men’ is completely wrong.
They also vow to do this:
“We will keep growing our coverage of women’s sports, and keep covering issues and discussions around equality in sport.”
So keep that in mind. Your enforced contribution to the corrupt BBC will be used to force women’s football down our throats in a desperate bid to say that it’s actually a decent sport.
If there’s a day where coverage of the Women’s Super League supersedes that of the Premier League on the BBC, it’s depressing to say I won’t be surprised.
I hope that doesn’t mean they’re going to increase the number of woman commentators and summarizes too.One of the very few things that I actively look forward to on the BBC is Test Match Special I know a few people mentioned the Beebs glee when England lose but that’s the YTS reporters on the sports desk the commentators are more pro England especially the ex England players.
Was listening to the one day match last week and it finally happened two woman on at the same time commentating.Okay it was slightly different circumstances as the test match was starting the next day at a different venue so the team was split up a bit. When I listen to mens cricket I want to listen to men commentating I also don’t want to know about the womans game during the lunch break.Am still an avid listener but for how much longer?
There’s also a woman summarizer who does the football on the radio.Sounds like a child and is clearly thinking very hard what to say between sentences it’s painful to listen to.
I’ve just given up on any sport commentary nowadays, ND.
When I have a spare hour, I’ll always watch some superb footage on Youtube, like Bob Willis/Botham Ashes, Wales versus England from the seventies etc…
I’d think that Aggers and Michael Vaughan are pretty fed up as well, but can’t show it. I’ll never be interested in football anyway, especially when the gurning Linecar or whatever his name is, is spouting bollocks.
How about a petition for men-only commentating on female topless darts…? Does Dawn Butler play? She seems to like the publicity!
According to the Telegraph ‘Holidays give your brain a break’ – so don’t expect much hard news from our intrepid press hacks this August morning.
Not that there’s anything serious going on in the world – or not going on economy-wise.
Plenty for us to get our teeth into however on the front pages this silly season Monday morning. There’s Rosemary Conley’s ‘immunity diet’ in both the Mirror and the Express. ‘Eating plan to fight the virus’ I do hope our public health scientists on whose advice politicians have paused the economy at such tremendous national cost are taking note.
The celeb cooks might just be able to save us from Chinese flu but apparently there’s no cure for mass immigration. Nick Timmothy in the Telegraph laments ‘We cannot protect ourselves from this new wave of immigration’ – best forget about it then.
If you prefer Jamie Oliver has a pull out featuring his new recipe book in the Daily Mail. Although our Jamie, at least on the front page teaser, isn’t promising the secret of eternal life as seems to be the case in the Times ‘How to be fit for longer, the longevity expert’s guide’
The Telegraph has ‘Health on Monday’ but before we get too enthusiastic about health and fitness bear in mind all the tabloids today have the story of poor old Simon Cowell who broke his back cycling.
Geena Davis, apparently an American actress AND activist (no me, neither? – she was in the US TV show Grey’s Anatomy) but its always handy to have another string to your bow. She comes to our attention (where else?) in the Guardian ‘I want to change the world!’ Course you do, luv.
The ‘i’ boasts an exclusive ‘BBC reprimands news star for moonlighting’ Some might say the notion of a “news star” points to much of what has gone wrong with BBC journalism. Seems there may have been a little misconduct on the part of our greedy Naga who recently went to court to force the BBC to close her pay gap – ‘Munchetty failed to clear commercial work with her managers’ Oh well, its only public money.
I was so concerned about Dawn Butler MP being stopped by the racist met police x3 that i couldnt sleep . “ dawn “ i kept thinking – “how you suffer . Why cant we all make nice ?” Now she has to trapse around TV and Radio stations telling her sad story – oh how she suffers .
Mranwhile Jeremy Menesses – age 17 – with a touch of the tar brush – as we used to say – is dead in a mortuary after being butchered with a machete on saturday afternoon in oxford street .
Promising footballer / architect / law student / yoof worker/ gangster – delete as applicable .
No description of the killers which means they are ‘ of colour’
The BBC morning news with rolling live reporter from the Channel filming the Border Force helping the next boatload of immigrants get to Dover.
The tone is one of hushed reverence and admiration for the bravery of these poor desperate souls, it’s rather like watching the splash-down of a US spacecraft back from Mars.
I suspect the hidden agenda is to overwhelm the footage by Mr Farage because it begs the question why has it taken them so long to get onto this?
I suspect they have realised that their previous tactic of completely ignoring what’s going on isn’t working any more because of Mr Farage’s work so they have now decided to go on the offensive.
There is probably a BBC-ite on the shore in France making sure that any children are equally shared between the rafts to make sure they get the “money-shots” when the invaders land.
Be prepared for images of wide-eyed toddlers in life jackets being helped out of the rafts in due course.
One small typo there might have cost a BBC employee their career. But we can relax, it is the former French colony of Niger.
‘Gunmen have attacked a group of aid workers in Niger, killing six French citizens, their local guide and driver, officials say.’
‘The gunmen arrived on motorcycles and opened fire, the governor of Tillabéri region, Tidjani Ibrahim, told the French news agency AFP.’
Nasty.
‘They were in the Koure region, which attracts tourists who want to see the last herds of giraffe in West Africa.’
Nice.
‘In photos seen by the BBC, the victims’ bodies were found lying on a dirt road by the side of a 4×4 vehicle.’
Not for publication.
‘Despite this, tourists still visit to see the Niger giraffes, a sub-species distinguished by its lighter colour. ‘
Cue Getty Images pic of lovely giraffes.
For some reason I give in to the temptation to misquote Basil Fawlty…
“Well, may I ask what you were expecting to see in a BBC report on an Islamist terror attack? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of giraffe sweeping majestically…?
BBC WEB-SITE Watch #1 – Those of us who think ‘there may be something going on …’
are being well-served by the BBC.
The BBC are getting a bit casual with updating the daily increase in new infections: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51768274 . I am certain that if it was Public Health (England) or one of the other Health bodies or the ONS responsible for this failure, then the BBC would be trumpeting it from the rooftops as another example of a Conservative Government’s incompetence.
There are two narratives about Covid-19 infections and deaths in the mainstream media (MSM) at the present time. On one hand, infections are rising and deaths have been or are excessive. On the other hand, infections are falling, hospitalisations are falling and the death rate from Covid-19 is also declining.
This was evidenced in Saturday’s Daily Telegraph which I was able to look through but not read at length. There were contradictory articles representing these two positions on Covid-19 in the UK a few pages apart. You can also see on the newspaper front pages this morning the same contradictory views. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-the-papers-53717674
One way of attacking ‘conspiracy theories’ and false narratives is to have access to accurate statistics. Meddling with data, BBC, increases suspicions and ‘careless talk’.
I switched on before 6 a.m. but switched off after 20 minutes or so. Happened to be sat here when the laptop clock said 8.09 a.m. so I thought I’d switch back on for the prime interview. It was a dull three/four-way conversation about A-level results with Martha.
Katya (Adler) did the next bit. NHS nurses are underpaid and undervalued. Well, it could be said that with the NHS having to be protected from Covid-19 by the general public and the UK economy combined, but still praised to the heavens, then it is the taxpayers of the UK who are underpaid and under-valued.
A Health Minister (sorry, forgot to note name) came on to be ‘monotonised’ (blame the home studio, the duvet and the egg boxes) to death by Katya. The Minister could and should have made some firm points to Katya but did not.
1. Nurses on the lowest pay levels got guaranteed pay rises during ‘austerity’ from 2008 onwards at a time when pay in the UK for many people, especially those in the private sector, actually declined.
2. A nurse now starts training at close to average UK pay, when other students are still at university heaping up debt upon their own heads or on the heads of UK basic rate taxpayers.
3. Importing qualified doctors and nurses from abroad deprives another nation of their health care professionals. OK maybe, for Australia, Canada or New Zealand, whose newly qualifieds and young professionals might want to see the ‘old country’ for a few years. But a different matter for India, Poland, Philippines and South Africa who find the loss of their qualified health professionals much harder to bear.
Katya is obviously an Imperialist of the old school, slavery notwithstanding.
Up2
Yeah , the BBC selectivity when it comes to our NHS heroes knows no bounds.
There is a lot of understandable noise about undiagnosed other conditions, especially cancer, arising from the closure of non-coronavirus health provision.
Will our NHS heroes have to be accountable for policies that may be killing more people long term than they are saving short term?
And will the BBC’s finest impartial investigative journalists be covering this ?
We all know the answer to that one.
The classic Toady technique was in evidence this morning.
Amazingly they had on an Australian who supported that country’s policy of toeing boats loaded with economic migrants, sorry I mean poor vulnerable refugees including lots and lots of women and children with beards (oops), back out into international waters. Ozzie PM Tony Abbott made it happen.
Couldn’t we do the same thing here?
The guy was explaining it all but it was obviously too uncomfortable for the Toady wokes, so guess what?
‘Sorry we’ll have to leave it there, we’ve run out of time’
Yeah, right.
There’s only one path. Formally withdraw from the UN Migration Compact with immediate effect then put practical solutions in place. Any truthful Goverment anxious to halt the invasion will already have this in hand……………….’truthful’?
My thoughts go out to Treason May who signed the Compact secretly without most Brits knowing anything about it.
G, isn’t the Dublin Convention part of EU Law? Could the UK not sue the EU and have the French pay themselves to create a secure border along the French coast and have the expense and trouble of transporting illegals (for that is what they are) back to the EU country of entry to claim asylum there?
You need help. Follow this action plan to end the crisis:Repudiate EU Dublin 3 regulations.Leave the UN Migration Pact.Leave the Barcelona and Marrakech Declarations.Set up Australian-style offshore holding for people attempting to enter the UK illegally from a safe country. https://t.co/416gKEPOts— David Kurten (@davidkurten) August 7, 2020
‘Sorry we’ll have to leave it there, we’ve run out of time’
What a great epitaph for the the entire BBC. At the moment I am in the process of defunding my mother’s over 75s contribution. Legally, of course. Now our entire family will have ceased paying one penny to the garbage channel that is , to modify Private Eye, a legend in its own lunchtime.
BBC WEB-SITE Watch #2 – maybe this web-site has clout!
Did wonder if it would happen but within minutes of my post #1, miraculously the figures for 9 August have appeared. I can understand why the BBC might have been reluctant to put them up before the end of the TOADY Programme.
The increase in Kent Covid-19 cases yesterday was a record-equalling low of 6. Now that wouldn’t fit well with back to school concerns of teachers’ Trade Unions or NHS nurses’ pay levels or increases in infections in Scotland would it?
The imbalance between the massive Silicon Valley types and the ‘joe bloggs’ is immense particularly when it comes to contracts between the parties. Yes, the Silicon Valley types will have the joe bloggs all bottled up, legally. But will they?
Patreon refuses to allow its users to use the court system for disputes. Patreon does not permit, ‘Class Actions’ (groups of the aggrieved getting together). Only their preferred arbitration system applies – ‘take it or leave it’. When they fail to have all the contractual cards, they resort to the court system to address/restore their preferential contractual position.
Well, lookee here: a court in California said no – you want arbitration, live by arbitration.
This is a very important, (and yes, heartwarming) case. How the mighty fall. Well worth a watch.
“The 3 Reasons Patreon Got WRECKED in Court”
Anyone remember Flanders and Swann? From the late 50s.
Thinking jokily about Nationalism, Flanders reflected about sports results. A good result was reported as ‘a triumph for Great Britain’. A bad result was reported as ‘England loses again’.
I suspect, 60 years later BBC reporting broadly follows these rules but there is a new twist.
Reference healthcare.
A good piece of news is reported as ‘NHS heroes cures/ saves lives/ opens new ward in record time’. Etc etc. You get the idea.
A bad piece of news, if not totally swept under the carpet (mid Staffs, Bristol, Shrewsbury, Maidstone) . Is reported as ‘Government fails ….(on e.g PPE procurement, or Test and Trace)
Not that the government has covered itself in glory, but government sets policy. It does not implement. Matt Hancock does not personally do procurement and order chasing. He does not personally ring up people who may have tested positive.
Despite no doubt many earnest and willing staff, The NHS is basically a useless and flawed model and even with an open cheque book consistently seems unable to manage a drinking session in a brewery.
Mind you, they are in competition with Public Health England on that score.
And all with pay rises and job security and totally insulated from the actual economic conditions and results of their actions.. Nice if you can get it.
“The English, the English, the English are best
I wouldn’t give tuppence for all of the rest!
The rottenest bits of these islands of ours
We’ve left in the hands of three unfriendly powers
Examine the Irishman, Welshman or Scot
You’ll find he’s a stinker, as likely as not”
In my opinion the NHS is a corrupt death cult and there’s plenty of evidence on the internet to support my contention. I even sent some of it to my MP. Unsurprisingly, it elicited no response. And at least two months after asking her to confirm that masks and vaccinations will not be made compulsory, I’ve still not had a reply.
This is what we’re up against. And I wonder if only God can sort things out now, because the wicked ones seem to be everywhere.
This will be a highly disturbing piece of news for US Politics watchers. I predicted this likelihood some while ago, here.
Seems all the riots in Communist run Democratic States has (and still is) a ‘dummy run’ for the big event in November: the US Election.
Judging how the Communists are prepared to attempt any action to thwart Donald J Trump and recover power to achieve their aim to destroy America, a coup is on the way. A real coup.
Extremely troubling. I hope DJT has a ‘Plan B’. And I hope the majority of the voters will rise up to finally destroy the Communists.
Judging by the election result in Belarus I think the lefties will be in for a shock, many people are getting totally fed up with their screeching, I think planned riots by the left will simply bring Donald home with a huge majority. I believe normal People have had enough of the playground politics the left play.
Belarus? I don’t follow Belarus politics but I get the impression that the majority of voters want the dictator now re-elected out. He’s been in power since 1994.
I hope you are right and DJT obtains a resounding maj. However, the Communists, apparently, are preparing to obstruct with, what we have seen, violence and sedition anything leading up to a coup.
Did you see the latest President Trump, where he said ” you may not see me for a while”. And when he left the White House, all of the staff were out to watch him leave; which by all accounts is very unusual.
It’s possible something’s afoot. And I hope so because the commies have been plotting against him for the past four years.
Apparently there have been assassination attempts against him, with one bunch of lefty bastards planning to besiege or invade the White House either this month or next.
A quick look at the BBC HomePage shows a number of items that are several days or a week old. Now, times are not normal, but it is one thing that BBC staffers can update remotely, even if journalists on the ground find it slightly more difficult and face restrictions when going out and about to find the news.
Come on, BBC. Get a grip, get up-to-date, become fresh and lively.
This article has all the check boxes ticked: business woman – tick!, trans thing – tick!, black woman – tick!, photo of a white man with compulsory beard – tick!
How can Britain afford to send £20 million to Lebanon to support the terribel disaster? Very sorry indeed but with people waiting to have serious operations performed, with people struggling to survive, and with many people still sleeping rough, and with child malnutrition, how can the UK justify such an amount. Being facetious, let us not forget the thousands of of immigrants struggling to get to these shores, they will need help in all directions costing the UK a few £ million. We are daft and getting dafter.
The next time that Yvette Cooper is being interviewed on tv I would request that the interviewer ask her how many ‘refugees’ (or whatever we call them today) she has taken in as she promised she would.
This goes for all the other virtue signallers as well. We know who they are.
I genuinely would like to hear their excuses.
Have any of them taken in a ‘refugee’
My guess is not one of them.
If these channel crossers were told they would never be granted asylum in the UK if they entered illegally no matter what their circumstances I think that would stop the flow.
Fingerprint and return and the message would soon get through.
However, ‘our’ government will not do this as they want the flood of enrichers to continue.
If they wanted to stop it they could, easily, but they don’t want to.
Quite right, they should have big advertising posters along the roads leading to Calais saying in numerous languages :
“PLEASE BE AWARE ALL PERSONS ENTERING UK BY AN ILLEGAL
METHOD WILL BE PERMANENTLY EXCLUDED FROM CLAIMING ASYLUM IN UK.
PERSONS DOING SO WILL BE ARRESTED AND HELD IN A SECURE
DETENTION CENTRE BEFORE BEING REPATRIATED TO THE COUNTRY
FROM WHICH THEY DEPARTED FOR UK.”
Judging by the election results in Belarus, with the incumbent “Conservative” reportedly getting 80% of the vote the gobby leftists may now be forced to face the fact that most normal, sane people are not taken in by their hysterical screeching, banner waving and street antics and want nothing to do with their “brave new world”.
I hope we are in for a rerun of this in the USA come election time for the sake of liberty, common-sense and freedom in the Western World!
i believe the silent majority are at last making their voice heard were it matters – through the ballot box, not on the streets or printed on T shirts etc.
However I have no doubt that we are in for a deluge of “they wuz robbed…corruption… etc…etc” from the BBC however people are waking up to their devious antics as well.
Stop the presses: Racist MP racially profiles a white policeman, fiddles a video and appears to lie about her ‘black’ companion in order to jump on the BLM bandwagon, play the victim, stir the race pot, get her name in the news and generally be a pain in the arse.
Net result: race relations are now slightly worse than yesterday.
The only ‘comfort’ I take from the whingers, the protestors, the critics and the nay’sayers on rolling news, is once they’ve had their ‘say’ in an interview, its forgotten ! as the anchor moves immediately on to something else.
I noticed this with my own behaviour. You listen, and a minute or so later its over, and nothing that the interviewee has said is remembered. And when the Anchor has said ‘thank you for speaking to us this morning’, I add “yes, now bugger off” !
I haven’t seen the footage of the “Butlergate” incident. I don’t watch the news any more, what’s the point?
However, despite all of her claims of racial profiling, I thought that I heard that her driver was white. Perhaps I misheard, or perhaps I’m just wrong…
However, what is certain, is that pretty soon the police commissioner, God help us, Cressida Dick, will make a full and heartfelt apology. She might even be kneeling as she does it.
You know, if the Met finally caught up with Jack the Ripper, Dick of the Yard would be offering the geezer an apology. “Yes, I witnessed the arrest and it did seem to be unnecessarily heavy handed. I do hope Mr Ripper will forgive us and will accept our heartfelt apologies and be comforted that the officers involved will face immediate suspension…when they’re finally released from intensive care…”
I’m not at all sure what actually happened in Hackney.
However, I do know one thing for sure…
Dawn Butler is a race baiting, shit stirring shyster.
From what you can see of the driver, it seems highly unlikely that he could have been racially profiled on the basis of skin colour. That’s not to say he may not be “officially” black due to perhaps a grandparent of colour.
The sheer variability in facts, even still, and between MSM types desperate to scoop each other is hilarious, if making it hard to engage meaningfully with the dawn patrols screaming ism at the drop of a mobly vid.
It might have ‘evolved’ already gain, but my understanding is the MP for Mememe South was in a vehicle with windows of darkness, location in vehicle vague, possibly deliberately so.
She was with a man.
The man was not white, or black, but identifies it seems as the latter.
And yet she appears to have expected police persons to be able to make skin tone judgements that should not matter through tinted glass, of a person who ‘identifies as black’ but isn’t, thus making it racist profiling.
This is from @SkyNews advert!!! “News with no agenda” this from the organisation that continues to employ Kay Burley, Beth Rigby and Adam Bolton! ???????????????????? anyone else falling about laughing?? #ScumMediapic.twitter.com/H4x8hO9CNh
That fuzzy pic tells us little except his arms are not super black
@Jay_Beecher tweeted stupidly claiming (as though it were a fact rather than an opinion) that the driver is white, will play into Butler’s hands
and allow her to further race-bait.
It’s already confirmed the driver wasn’t white. (by JHB’s friend)
Yet soon she’ll have even more ammo and support.
Would a cop operating a road check actually see the driver as black or not? From the picture it is unlikely that the cop would see a black driver. If so, then the cop was not looking out for blacks.
What the cop might have noticed was a rather trashy looking person in the passenger seat. But then, that is Labour MP’s taste. Know what I mean?
The point is
#1 Butler’s initial tweet says
“I JUST GOT STOPPED BY THE POLICE DRIVING THROUGH HACKNEY… MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW..”
.. that’s fake news cos it implies she was the driver
and she wasn’t
#2 The flipped video
That did make it look like she was driving
Sky played it out like that ..so it is fakenews
Did she deliberately flip it ? She claims that “selfie mode” front camera does that
That’s BS .. but she could have had it on “mirror mode”
#3 The claim of white driver,
That comes from her political world’s alternative reality where “black” actually means non-white
She described the driver as black, most would describe him as mixed race. Unfortunately people saw her lie that he was 100% black
and took it to mean really he was 100% white.
It is of course good that there is a random angle to being stopped
otherwise the bad guys would game the system.
Butler’s stop went straight to the numptie land of TVNews soap opera
but it is not REAL world news, cos of the rule
“if it’s not on FULL video it didn’t happen”
.. put up EDITED end part is not news it’s soap opera.
Its continually reported that its a dangerous thing to do to attempt a Channel crossing. One would imagine so with all the heavy shipping traffic, but how many of these illegals have actually drowned ? maybe a couple ? Well, if 4000 have managed to get here since January it cant be that bloody dangerous. Maybe if there were wholesale drownings then less would be tempted to try it.
Wait till Lammy, Butler, Lewis Hamilton and the BLM posse hear about that. A change of name will be demanded before you can say ‘white privilege. innit’.
Deep joy.
The BBC 1 1 pm news tell us that this week they are going to focus on elite sports women and the alleged abuse they face.
Cue a welsh rugby player I’ve never heard of.
Followed by an Asian male spokesperson. Amazing, no?
Followed by a gay female sports person.
The tick box news department can’t believe their luck.
Sluff
I was at a friend’s while BBC was on and it was snooker the interviewer/presenter was a young asian female ( who may be a world snooker champion – I don’t know) and it occurred to me that I actually can’t remember a recent BBC sporting event that was hosted by just single white man? We all know of Linnie the crisp, but amazing the number of young females (often non white) that seem to be experts at sport now and commentating on primarily male sports but with few men allowed to commentate on female sports…or am I being cynical again?
Personally, I’m sick to death of listening to the high pitched whiny voices of women/girls who have now taken over the airwaves. They’re everywhere, news reading, news reporting, presenting, sports reporting. If its not women, its BAMEs – Sky has one male reporter who covers everything the women dont, Ashish Joshi. And I’m sick of him too.
I want to return to listening to the deep timbre of a male voice (with the exception of Huw Edwards), particularly covering sport – the natural male environment. The pendulum has swung too far.
“Personally, I’m sick to death of listening to the high pitched whiny voices of women/girls who have now taken over the airwaves.”
Me too!
The so-called Feedback programme (more and more BBC a means of putting over the BBC’s point of view) last week had a female producer justifiying the lead role of The Plague being given to a woman rather than a male, as written, (despite the ‘confusion’ of referring to her wife) as it was important on radio to be able to differentiate between the characters.
Maybe its me, but in general I have no trouble telling male voices apart on Radio 4 but all the women are feisty clones, straight out of W1A, regardless of period, (unless they are serving wenches when they all speak yokel or ‘northern’).
Then there all the advertising girls, (I say girls because they are all young), with their strange intonation and as appealing as crack whores.
@Caliphate mentioned it above at 2:30am
“Social media #trolling affects almost a third of elite British sportswomen, BBC Sport survey finds ” http://bbc.com/sport/53430686 #UK
Doh ! What do they mean a third ?
Being trolled is 100% normal from social media if you dare raise your head above the parapet.
And then you use techniques like DNFTT
For the most part there is no harm from the trolling, cos you don’t let it get to you . The block button stops 95% of it.
If there is a higher level trickery, then you’d just pass it on to your agent or sports body to deal with.
Someone like David Vance gets trolled every hour
..but the BBC don;t seem concerned .
.. Looks to me that the BBC is being sexist, racist by supporting some people who are trolled and not others.
London and South East BBC news announce at1330 with a totally straight face that Priti Patel is today inspecting the border controls at Dover.

What a nasty sneaky person that Butler must be.
A right smarmy madam thinking she’s being clever.

I understand that the driver was white. So why could the driver not respond to the cops? Why did Dawn have to but in and make it into a race incident?

There’s a video on Parler which shows the driver is white.
It’s on Tommy Robinson’s (real name etc.) thread.
It cannot be racial profiling.

Thanks Steve.
New phones have all the attributes of Big Brother. Orwell thought it would be the BBC.

Crazy idiots.

Anyone see this article from BBC Sport?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/53697662

‘…a sub-species distinguished by its lighter colour’
Don’t panic. The BBC is talking about giraffes.
Although quite why the BBC turned the subject around to wildlife in this news item is a bit of a mystery.
‘Niger attack: French aid workers among eight killed by gunmen’
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-53716588

Remember that, BBC? ‘Careless talk costs lives.’

TOADY Watch #1 – but what about those in need?

G, isn’t the Dublin Convention part of EU Law? Could the UK not sue the EU and have the French pay themselves to create a secure border along the French coast and have the expense and trouble of transporting illegals (for that is what they are) back to the EU country of entry to claim asylum there?
Well, it’s a nice thought ….

Doesn’t stop me being pleased, though. 🙂

‘Poetic Justice’? – Patreon

Examine the Irishman, Welshman or Scot
You’ll find he’s a stinker, as likely as not”
All together now ….

Positive!

She makes Di seem smart and Lammy like Sowell.

One would imagine so with all the heavy shipping traffic, but how many of these illegals have actually drowned ? maybe a couple ? Well, if 4000 have managed to get here since January it cant be that bloody dangerous. Maybe if there were wholesale drownings then less would be tempted to try it.

We all know of Linnie the crisp, but amazing the number of young females (often non white) that seem to be experts at sport now and commentating on primarily male sports but with few men allowed to commentate on female sports…or am I being cynical again?

Nope, not cynical, just truthful.

“Social media #trolling affects almost a third of elite British sportswomen, BBC Sport survey finds ”
http://bbc.com/sport/53430686 #UK
