The odious Duchess of Social-Climbing and Gold-Digging is pitching a documentary to Netflix about BLM, at a time when the company are in big trouble over paedo-porn Cuties, and support for BLM is collapsing after months of violence and vicious attacks on police officers.
Good luck with that one Meghan.

TOADY Watch #1 – the BBC toadies attack the Rule of Sick
I am slightly in sympathy here with the Beeboids because it is all getting farcical over the Pandemic. The Beeboids obviously are not bright enough to understand the rules as Mishal singled out shooting grouse versus a five a side footie kickabout. I think you will find, Mishal, that organised sport is exempt hence the grouse shooting and eleven-a-side football taking place.
The NHS are back to milking the Pandemic for all they can get, whether ‘more money’, ‘give us more money’, ‘just give us yer munny’ or isolating themselves at home with a cold or early ‘flu’ or a chill or a headache for some extra hols. How long before we give the NHS clap again?
And worried well parents taking up precious Covid tests capacity for their children, thus depriving the NHS and its ‘workers’. In any class of children – say 30 – will there not be a handful who don’t want to go to school and suddenly develop a cough or tummy ache or something? The double period of a disliked subject, the empty homework folder, a spat with class mates? Any excuse …

You can tell when a media outlet is a bitter political adversary when it contorts a headline about a vote win to read: ‘Bruising commons victory for Johnson. Prime Minister avoids defeat…’
If only my favourite football team had played sufficiently well to “avoid defeat” on the first day of the season.
So we take it the ‘i’ would rather Parliament had blocked Brexit once again, just like old times.
Think that’s bad? You can read exactly what the globalists think of Britain in our FT: ‘Berlin’s real problem. Brexit is far down Merkel’s list of rogue states’ – that’s right, Britain has gone rogue. To be fair to the wonderfully named finance journo Gideon Rachman, although a Remainer, he has been an advocate for the moderation of Brussel’s federalist project.
The Guardian attempts to rekindle a long spent tale of project fear: ‘Revealed: No 10 warned of 7,000 lorries stuck in post-Brexit chaos, Secret report predicts long delays for freight and Eurostar passengers’ – did the Guardianistas miss the recent 14 day quarantine news – how’s that for a delay?
Stymied by that tiresome general election and the 80 strong pro-Brexit majority how does our oppositional press go about sticking the boot in?
The Wuhan Flu is a gift that keeps giving. A good way to hoist Boris with his own lockdown petard. Forget PPE. Testing is the latest obsession.
The Telegraph bemoans: ‘Crisis in hospitals with health workers unable to access tests’ – but surely a crisis would be patients dying from the virus, although that was superceded by NHS staff not having enough PPE – so we take it that’s all now fixed.
The Times adds its two hundred penneth (£1.10 to subscribers): ‘Virus tests run out as labs struggle with demand’
The Metro giveaway chimes in: ‘No trace of a test… NHS staff kept off work waiting for covid results’ – maybe our envy of the world health service for which we ritually clapped and for which our kids scrawled a million rainbows could pull its socks up a bit, stop blaming the government and get on with the job in hand?
The Telegraph notices: ‘Problem drinking has almost doubled since start of lockdown’ – I’ll drink to that.
The Mail is succint: ‘Britain turns to drink’
The Express alone swims against the corona tide: ‘For the sake of 35,000 lives… we must act now. Britain’s cancer crisis…’
Quick question dear readers… do you personally know anyone who has died of covid… how about cancer? Answers to your MP, please.
Of course there is always the old anti-Tory trope of huntin’ and shootin’. The Mirror sets the dogs on Johnson: ‘…the government says you can still go grouse shooting with 29 chums’
Also in the Telegraph there’s news of our national broadcaster: ‘Senior management cull expected at BBC’
There can be little relief for disgruntled Licence Payers as any potential savings are soon spent. The Guardian excitedly brags: ‘BBC review 700 women get pay rise’
The Star front page predicts sunny days and adds to our ever expanding weather vocabulary: ’31c Britain hotter than Hawaii. Aloha! It’s all because of a “Saharan spurt” of hot air’

I suspect the real worry is that lack of testing will lead to a lack of “cases”. Not that an asymptomatic person requiring no doctor treatment was ever considered a “case”.

I’ve heard these tests are super sensitive and give a positive result with only the tiniest amount of virus present.
It’s a bit like there being gold in seawater. It’s there if you have sensitive enough equipment to detect it but it’s totally insignificant in the real world.
I’ve also heard they give a positive result for those who may have had it months ago and are shedding dead virus.
To elaborate further:
It has been estimated that 1% of these tests are false positive.
If we test the entire UK population of (say) 60 million then 600 thousand false positives would be subject to isolation rules.
If 20 million (for the sake of argument) go to work, that would mean 200 thousand false positives would isolate and not go to work for up to two weeks.
Furthermore, 1% false positives would be very hard to achieve. It could be even far worse than 1% with worse conseqences.
Not forgetting:
If you spend 15 minutes at a location where someone else positive for Covid (maybe on another day) spent 15 minutes, and if you were tracked down, you would have to self-isolate for up 14 days, even if you tested negative.

AISI, great review as always. I do however need lots of that Daily Star front page explained. Now I know what the ‘spurt’ is about, thanks. But ‘Cat fled us guns’, ‘the £19 wind-up’ and ‘Ant: I’m a target’ ? Perhaps the reason JustRemainIn Webb likes the Daily Star so much is because it has replaced the ‘Puzzle for today’ in his affections.

3 TV channels (one for archived material previously paid for by TV taxpayers)
3 or 4 national radio stations (again, one for archived material previously paid for by TV taxpayers)
1 international radio station (World Service)
8 or 9 Local Radio stations
recombine TV iPlayer with BBC Sounds make it available to everyone again
and
cut half of the web-site and make the search facility work properly.
Get rid of the duplicated reporters, multiple health and environment and other so-called ‘correspondents’.
BBC cost savings? Substantial, I guess.

Once again bbc, if you are that great people will be tripping over each other to subscribe. What is the issue, just give people the choice. After not watching or listening to any bbc content for some time I can thoroughly recommend the experience. I’m not for abolition, there are those who thrive on having wokist agenda rammed into every aspect of their lives. Good for them I say, but they should pay for it. Why should I have to pay for their entertainment to receive live content I wish to consume? Isn’t that pretty much a protection racket. Remember the old tv licence advert berating those reading newspapers over other people’s shoulders? The implication being the reader was getting something they hadn’t paid for. Yet the bbc would happily take mine and anyone else’s money even if they never use the bbc, hypocrites.

TOADY Watch #2 – Mishal tightened her corsets and tackled …..
… Priti Patel, the Home Secretary, on a variety of subjects most of which were not within the HS’s brief or area of expertise. Priti relied on her best ‘Just William’ impression, droppin’ her ‘g’ all over the place. It didn’t prevent Mishal breaking the first rule of radio broadcasting and talking over invited interviewee Priti.
I am starting to wonder whether the Rule of Sick was some sort of sick joke dreamed up by Bojo to embarrass the BBC. They can’t really complain because ostensibly the Rule of Sick is to keep the nation as healthy as possible while the Covid-19 germs play out their last gasp. Also, the BBC love a bit of a crackdown, some legislation (unless it helps Brexit along of course) because the BBC rely on the law for their bucketloads of cash. Also, the Rule of Sick ‘appears’ to help the NHS, a Beeb favourite.
Mishal will just have to get tougher with those corset strings and her whip to beat Priti Patel to win a round.

Didn’t this happen to a group caught up in the anti – Confederate march that wanted to tear down statues? They ended up killing the person and then the media and the BBC talked about white supremacists murdering peaceful protestors.
Now BLM activists and the BBC have the police as targets. If you look around the BBC website you see them making stories out of any police arrest involving a white police officer using force to arrest a criminal deemed to be in the woke victim group.

I’m old enough to remember how back in the 50’s parents were in a quandary as to whether to let their kids have the Polio vaccine or not. It was all discussed in the pub or school gates, but there was never any marches/protests/banner waving/petitions. Just shows how uncivilised society has become.
Perhaps it has something to do with a lower population back then. Accessing Covid testing and getting results is down to the huge population we have – all excuses are given – lab access, lack of home kits etc etc. We coped with all manner of illness outbreaks decades ago, and the NHS was never overwhelmed, but with the amount of migration (and bringing with them TB etc) then what does one expect ?

Over the past week the BBC have been creating stories about “John Boyega” the black actor who was employed because he was black when the Star Wars franchise went woke and wanted to have a black lead to partner their white woman lead.
The BBC have written many articles about him using him as a vehicle to call others racist because a) he wasn’t given a big enough part that satisfied him in one of the latest sequels of the stars wars franchise. b) A perfume company shot an advert with a Chinese actor to appeal to the Chinese market and John was angry they didn’t use the ad with him in it for the Chinese market.
These stories have made headline news – on the BBC homepage, BBC news homepage, BBC world news homepage, BBC UK news homepage, the BBC Asian news homepage, the BBC children’s channel CBBC, the BBC Entertainment & Arts homepage.
These are nothing stories between the vanity of an overbearing pompous actor and a US film studio and a British perfume company that paid him generously.
But the BBC decide to dedicate a woke team onto it to dredge up this shite from the obscurity it deserves into the limelight as they see that when misrepresented and faked it can be foisted onto the British public to push their own toxic woke agenda.

Yesterday’s Today prog had an interesting interview. Mishal Husain was talking to a poor woman who had lost her home in the Oregon fires (around the 2:38 mark):
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sound…
Mishal asked her what she thought caused the fires. Unfortunately, in answering the question, the poor woman only mentioned arsonists and high winds. So Mishal had to pull out her big red WRONG ANSWER buzzer and patiently tried again. “Do you think climate change could have contributed?” Mishal asked in a totally non-leading way. Of course, the woman replied. Phew, got there in the end.
Maybe hiring at the BBC is skewed to get staff the answers they like to hear?

I’ve had a response from the government about the petition on the virus vaccine. In case some haven’t seen it, here’s an extract. They say they don’t currently have plans to force people to be vaccinated. But in the last paragraph they suggest they might do so if we’re being naughty and refusing to voluntarily be pumped with goodness knows what chemicals. And look at the ridiculously low numbers of ‘ lives saved’ they are using to justify this biological and chemical warfare they are carrying out on us. And unless I’m mistaken, these saved souls are concerned with bacteria, not viruses:
The Government has responded to the petition you signed – “Prevent any restrictions on those who refuse a Covid-19 vaccination”.
Government responded:
There are currently no plans to place restrictions on those who refuse to have any potential Covid-19 vaccine.
After clean water, vaccination is the most effective and crucial public health intervention, and a cornerstone of public health that we must not take for granted. It is vital that a significant proportion of people who are offered take up a Covid-19 vaccine in order to protect themselves as well as other vulnerable individuals. Averting a second wave is a key priority for the government and high take up of a vaccine when available will greatly contribute to that.
Immunisations save thousands of lives every year by preventing outbreaks of serious infectious diseases and, in cases such as smallpox and polio, eliminating diseases in the UK altogether. Since the introduction of the measles vaccine in 1968, it is estimated that 20 million cases and 4,500 deaths have been averted in the UK. From 1970 to 2017, it is estimated that rubella vaccination has averted 1,300 babies being born with congenital rubella syndrome and 25,000 terminations. With further innovation and the development of new vaccines, even more lives could be saved.
We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to do the right thing for their own health, and for the benefit of the wider community. There are currently no plans to introduce a Covid-19 vaccine in a way that penalises those who do not take up the vaccine. However, the Government will carefully consider all options to improve vaccination rates, should that be necessary.

The BBC’s appetite for all things black seems to have gone into overdrive.
They’re now bringing us the “hidden history” of wonderful black composers and various musicians. Lenny Henry will get, yet another, outing at our expense. Blimey, that’s a turn up. I haven’t seen old Lenny for…minutes…
Then they’re going to give us a season about slavery. That sounds like fun… weeks of unsurpassed joy, pretending Africa had nothing to do with the slave trade and bashing the British. As per usual.
Already this year we’ve had the endless and uncritical cheerleading for Black Lies Matter. Violent riots that saw police officers badly injured, damage to monuments, memorials and property were blithely dismissed as being “largely peaceful.”
They foist upon an unsuspecting public months of anti police, anti white propaganda following the death of George Floyd…a violent serial offender with a list of convictions as long as Southend Pier. You know, I’m quite surprised someone at the Beeb hasn’t suggested a statue be erected in his honour, possibly in Trafalgar Square. I guess it’s only a matter of time…
And when this present season of self flagellation eventually ends it’ll be time for a long overdue two hour Panorama special.

Just why are the BBC making Freedom Of Information requests for emails from Sir Patrick Vallance about the lockdown timing?
I suspect they are preparing a programme to challenge the government account and actions leading to the March 23 lockdown.
The BBC firmly believe it is their job to hold the government to account, but all too often there is no attempt at even-handedness. Instead it is driven by blatant political partisanship which is what gets them into so much trouble.
I’m not convinced by the ‘holding government to account’ line because it’s never a forensic dissection of the facts but rather ‘how can we mischief make to create maximum damage by playing fast and loose with a few facts’.
As for making FOI requests, they have a bit of a cheek given their record of trying to evade any aimed at them.
That last para resonates.

Craig – Goodall has tweeted 42 times today and that doesn’t count his retweets.
He is trying to abide by the rules by quoting others but none the less making his one sided points clearly. For example saying that the U.K. is a rogue state but doing so via a Peter Wishart MP comment.
Is he doing all this in his own time or in BBC time?
I can only assume that the BBC rules allow unlimited tweeting in work time as part of the journalistic job description. I do wonder whether nowadays the social media savvy journo’s demand this as part of the terms of job acceptance. With nearly 200,000 followers it probably helped him secure the job because he can advertise Newsnight every day for free to those who follow him. That’s very powerful and persuasive marketing clout.
Some critics might say, ‘and bent as a 9 Euro note’, sources close to me have learned.

She is trying to say that rich kids get better grades and therefore better life chances BECAUSE they are rich kids, thus depriving poorer kids of life chances.
She seems to be asking for a system that elevates poor kids because they are poor and to penalise rich kids because they are rich rather than judging on ability. Typical socialist clap-trap.
Add to this the fact that rich kids are more likely to be socially responsible, well-behaved and committed in the classroom whereas a lot of poorer kids would rather not be there.
She also totally ignores the elephants in the room, private schools attract the BEST teachers, teachers who understand that their job is to TEACH not indoctrinate and spend a lot of time modifying their pupils beliefs on a range of “social” issues rather than the knowledge and skill and self-reasoning that will set them up for life rather than distort their outlook and attitude.

Maybe those in power shouldn’t have infested teacher training colleges with commies and eviscerated the Grammar Schools.

digg, “Add to this the fact that rich kids are more likely to be socially responsible, well-behaved and committed in the classroom whereas a lot of poorer kids would rather not be there.” That’s mostly right.
A relative of mine by marriage who was a Labour supporter taught in a good old Labour ‘bog standard Comprehensive’ in a new town in England. Got a better job teaching in a Grammar School in an old English city. Found that the attention span and work rate of children in class required the teacher to prepare twice as much teaching material for the same length of lesson.
That said, in some parts of the country, school children are understandably demotivated when they have a grandparent on the dole, both parents on the dole and no real prospect of work after leaving school at 16 or 18 in the local area. That’s why I’m a Conservative and believe in job creation but not the Conservative Party way – tax cuts for the high earners and wealthy individuals and low tax for Corporations – but for a Government that will stand up for UK PLC and create jobs.
That has been the great achievement of the Coalition Government (2010-2015) and the three Conservative-led administrations since. Now all turned to ashes because of the Pandemic.
Indulge me with an ‘if only’: If only David Cameron had had the guts to file Article 50 notice with the EU and pass a Bill reversing the Bill of Accession 1972 in early July 2016, 1. he would have still been PM in September 2020 with a bigger majority than 2015, 2. he would have got us out of the EU by summer 2018, 3. he would have had a year and a half without the shackles of the EU to carry on reducing UK unemployment and making the UK economy even fitter to face the Pandemic, 4. he might have made a better job of a UK Lockdown period, and 5. he would have been a hero to not just those who voted to Leave the EU but also many of those who chose to vote Remain. Now like Theresa May, Jeremy Corbyn, Ed Miliband and Gordon Brown, he is pretty much forgotten.
The key things in the UK economy now are:
1. Keeping inflation slightly negative, and,
2. Tackling unemployment a creating new jobs.
I don’t think the PM is up to it. I hope the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, is far, far, better at organising the economy as well as the PM.

My experience of comprehensive school 40 years ago was of classes constantly being disrupted by the scum we were there with. Even a small minority could cause trouble out of all proportion to their numbers.
I was reminded of this recently when I saw a picture, clearly taken in the seventies, of blazered school kids conducting experiments in a physics lab – something that would have been impossible at my school. We had to watch the teacher do it; anything else would have been inviting disaster.

TC, Comprehensive Education was a Labour Party idea that destroyed the futures of children for doctrinal purposes. If I recall correctly, it was invented by a Public (ie. Private) School beneficiary who went to University at Oxford. Ironically, Tony Crosland was said to be or claimed to be an anti-Marxist, a non-Communist, on the ‘soft’ Socialist wing of the Labour Party. Hah!
My old school was destroyed – in reality, it no longer exists – because of its forced conversion to a Comprehensive School. Another reason why I tend to vote Conservative.
Unless I am really upset with the Conservative Government

Stew, I nearly didn’t listen to the BBC R4 Book at Bedtime last night because it was obviously chosen by the racist BBC to pander to the BAME Community. Bracing myself, I thought I’d give it a chance.
It was actually quite good, included some gentle humour, was well read by Paterson Joseph who managed – to my ears – some realistic voice variations. The book is by Chinua Achebe and is called ‘No Longer at Ease’.
I hope tonight’s and subsequent readings are as good. Recommended.
Made me think of our friend Grant who used to be a regular on here. Wonder how he’s getting on.

The BBC automatically versus conservatism puts me in mind of bear-baiting.
Boris and the Conservative are of course, in this case, the bear, seemingly powerful but artificially restrained by chains of public morality to prevent them from doing too much damage in self-preservation.
The BBC adopt the role of the baiters, unwilling to tackle the bear alone directly for fear of injury and loss they wait in line with their pet attack dogs who are released one-by-one to try to wound the bear and hopefully bring about its demise on their behalf.
The attack dogs of course would include Labour activists, BLM, Antifa, unions, momentum, climate nutters, green nutters, remain nutters, would-be communists, teachers, university professors and lecturers, some law-enforcement folk, radical lefty scientists, left-wing activists, left-leaning health professionals and council big-jobs-worths particularly if they happen to be for instance mayors of large conurbations.
Does anyone recall any person of standing and with a conservative viewpoint given a platform by the BBC without getting shouted down or denigrated?
As with actual bear baiting I always hope for the bear to be able to suddenly break it’s chains and retaliate in a fair fight.

The following should cheer you up it did me.
I’m sick of covid-19.
I’m sick of black vs. white.
I’m sick of labour vs conservative
I’m sick of gay vs. straight.
I’m REALLY sick of the media.
I’m sick of the language being used and plastered all over the media…
I’m sick of no-one being allowed to think what they want & feel what they do without offending someone.
I am sick of the people who are out there jumping on the bandwagon to protest just to cause mass confusion and more hatred and to riot, loot, and destroy…
I am sick of blaming the world for the sins of a few.
I like meat, again your choice not to eat meat, my choice to eat meat. End of.
I’m sick of people who think that 60yr old history is our fault… it’s history… get over it!!
We’re one race—the human race. We All Matter!!
You want to support Boris Johnson, You do it! It’s your choice.
You want to support Keir Starmer? Fine… also your choice!
You want to believe in God? Ok, believe in God.
You want to believe in magical creatures that fly around & sprinkle fairy dust to make life better? Awesome… you do it!!
BUT how about, being mature enough to be able to deal with the fact that, everyone doesn’t have the same exact mind-set as you. Having our own minds is what makes us all individuals and beautiful. If you can’t handle that fact….I’m sorry!! I don’t have to agree with everything you believe in however, you will still be my friend.
So be a decent human being. Love one another, be kind, be humble, be thankful, help a stranger and do a good deed, daily!
Not sure when that piece was written, but think it relects much as people feel just now.

I do not think Priti and the Tories care. They will care when the hotels are full up. Its an insult to the genuine asylum seekers .
Mass immigration, the very reason the people of this country voted for Brexit and the Tory government . Expect more terrorism and crime followed by ‘lessons to be learned’ . Its ‘Battle of Britain Day’ yet we are still being invaded .

Where are all our Supreme Court Judges and ‘Gina Millers’?
US District Judge, William Stickman IV, rules “The Constitution cannot accept the concept of a ‘new normal’ where the basic liberties of the people can be subordinated to open-ended emergency mitigation measures.”
Where is the ‘holding power to account’ BBC during this ongoing torrent of Statutory Instruments taking away our basic rights?

Tom Peck of the Independent sees Boris’s win on the withdrawal document as a disaster brought on by Boris himself for some deranged reason.
https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/twenty-agonising-minutes-boris-johnson-received-humiliation-was-his-life-s-work-b440027.html
Tom doesn’t like Boris. In fact our Tom launches into the most foul and personal physical denigration of Boris that he can conjure up. Always a good sign that his arguments have nowhere to go.
For instance;
“Fat-tongued, slack-jawed, wide-eyed and wobbling, Boris Johnson sat on the front bench of the House of Commons and faced down his inevitable humiliation with the kind of dignity only he can.”
In fact Tom doesn’t like anybody who has ever had anything to to with Brexit it seems.
https://www.independent.co.uk/author/tom-peck
This summary reads like a relentless catalogue of vitriolic spats of the kind one might associate with a dumped ex-wife.
The truth seems to be that Tom is at the epicentre of the crowd who will never forgive anyone who was instrumental in getting the UK out of the frightful EU. He is destined to play out his years like that same half-drunken dumped wife sitting in the corner of a bar spitting expletives to herself and sobbing into her gin.
What a very small-minded specimen he is!
