Start the Week Thread 17th May 2021

Sometime this week the BBC is to publish a report by Lord Dyson on its’ conduct over the Princess Diana interview by Martin Bashir . Mr Bashir left the BBC for ‘health reasons ‘ on Friday 14th May. He had held the post of ‘head of religion ‘. Now it transpires that a Panorama documentary about the Diana Interview – due to be broadcast on Monday – has been cancelled . Much more will follow ….

I’ve noticed a trend in the reporting about Gaza now.
Because they can’t fault Israel for retaliating and they can’t find any good reason to support Hamas aiming rockets at civilians, the MSM are now homing in on the number of women and children killed.
They are not mentioning how Hamas use them as human shields (even the news office block just destroyed had Hamas in them : they were using reporters as shields) and there is no suggestion about whether the figures are true or propaganda. Indeed the BBC used a propaganda teddy-bear shot themselves.
The noteworthy thing is that they have all switched in unison to the same tactic. Just like they did say say ‘Trump falsely says the election was rigged’ when they can’t possibly know it is false.
I wonder if they just read each others reports and join in or the boss gets a phone call then orders the staff to do it.

I see the BBC is looking to accelerate the ethnic cleansing of white faces from the airwaves by potentially sacking Nick Knowles, because he appeared in an advert for Shreddies.

As people have pointed out, the BBC have no issue when it comes to their favourite leftie Gary Lineker advertising Walkers crisps, so any such move would just be hypocrisy on the part of the BBC. So no change there then

Having worked in a Mental Health Unit for over 10 years I am heartily sick of reading how mental health has only been discovered since Harry Wills and Kate decided to get involved. Honest to God anyone would imagine that psychiatrists, medics and relevant staff had been stuck with their fingers up their a….ses in all the years previous.

We’ve seen all the slebs put in their three’penny worth with their eating disorders, bi-polar, hot flushes, books on menopause, and now its sodding hair dye – 10 minute wonders who feed the columns their juicy bits then disappear from view. But visit any MH Unit and see the dementia patients, those suffering nervous breakdowns in the elderly, and then those menopausals will be glad they’ve only got that to deal with !!

    .. we shouldn’t stigmatise people”
#3 It’s unprofessional of the BBC to use the title “doctor” without giving the context that she is not a medical doctor

Some of the comments to the propaganda are pointing out that this eco-lunacy will result in much higher energy prices, and that only the rich will be able to heat their homes and travel around. Bless. That’s one of the key ideas of Globalists – create artificial shortages in energy and transport (and health care, too) in order to maximise prices. The surge pricing in electricity in Texas earlier this year, which resulted in some households being charged up to $15,000 for a month’s worth of energy, gives a good illustration of what happens when a ‘deregulated energy market’ (translation: a totally manipulated system) is in place. There was an old joke in the 1960s – I think it was aired on ‘That Was the Week that Was’ – about a man in Russia having been arrested for breaking in to the Kremlin and stealing the results of next years election. I suspect that there is a locked safe in the BBC Centre – sorry, can’t remember its name, the one with a statue of a paedophile above the front door – containing pre-prepared ‘News’ reports for the years and decades to come. However, I can guarantee that the archive department doesn’t include past news reports predicting that the Polar ice cap will have melted by 2000, that there will be no more snow after 2010, that London will be under water by 2020 etc.

TOADY Watch #1 – it is that tone of voice again that is a real giveaway

Cannot now remember whether it was the Newsreader at 5 a.m. (didn’t intend to wake that early – I misread the clock and switched on the radio for TOADY) or at 6 a.m. or a correspondent in the first half hour (not Jeremy Bowen, I’m fairly certain) but the Palestinian attack on Israel, now mostly from Gaza but previously internally, featured a casualty score near the start. Something to the effect: “More rockets were fired into Israel in a conflict which has seen 10 Israeli dead but 200 Palestinian dead.”

It was said in such a tone that you knew the BBC did not approve of the uneven ‘score’, if I may use that word in such a tragic and unfairly reported situation.

What the BBC , perhaps deliberately, fail to realise and report that the Israeli Government provide bomb/rocket shelters for its citizens whether Jewish or Arab and any other nationality that might live or visit there. In addition, much money flows into the PLA, into Hamas, Hezbollah and other groups and the leaders of the organisations all get first goes at it. The rest of the Palestinian population under their authority, well they get the dribs and drabs from what is left over. Billions of Euros from the EU every year could provide bomb/rocket shelters for the ‘civilian’ Palestinians but somehow the money runs out before they can ever be built.

That is why the casualty ‘score’ is so uneven.

Its an odd week for news. The BBC is under fire for multiple transgressions not just its bias axis but how it treats the people who work on the programs – which it juggles with – and then dumps. Its like a huge vanity project , if not woke enough or hit the ratings its dumped and the next in line for the wheel of fortune. It makes the BBC staff frustrated not being as ‘rich’ as they were told they would be – if they worked ‘hard at it.

At the start of the week we learn that someone claiming to be impartial at the BBC and an editor of BBC news was also called ‘Red Andy’ was a well known political ‘activist’ (student) and now claims (since success at the BBC) that the BBC are stopping him from ‘speaking out’ as such. He is of course better known as Andrew Marr the BBC (former) politics editor.

Who is Andrew Marr kidding? We all know exactly what he thinks already
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/17/does-andrew-marr-think-kidding-know-exactly-thinks/

Plus the BBC are still wriggling due to the weight of evidence that PANORAMA did fake evidence as ‘routine; to impress whoever they targetted for a ‘scoop’. Martin Bashir claims its was standard practice at the BBC. Lets not forget the BBC was key in closing down the ‘News of The World’ newspaper for such similar dodgy claims. But not in BBC land is its all ‘valid’ documentation (that has to be disproved).

BBC bungling has somehow made the Martin Bashir Panorama disaster even worse
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/tv/2021/05/18/bbc-bungling-has-somehow-made-martin-bashir-panorama-disaster/

In another blow, the BBC has been forced to pay out millions to one of its presenters who got himself seriously injured in a stunt that went badly wrong. If you imagine that risk of Jeremy Clarkson stunts at TOP GEAR, you can see that the BBC will only go so far if your seriously injured and have to be pensioned off. But you can still claim your million ££££ in lost earning. In this case £3.9 Million, which the BBC has admitted was liable as employers at the time. It disputes the claim for damage however… – a sad end to a good Science show when the BBC does not do ‘Science’ since ‘Tomorrow World’ was abandoned and replaced with ‘Country file Climate change’ as indicator of how far the BBC has sunk.

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/17/bbc-agrees-multi-million-pound-payout-inventor-suffered-brain/

The official, BBC news feed has been seriously damaged by the ‘fallout’ of The Grauniad in woman-on-woman power struggle. Made all the more credible in that the same ‘esteemed’ newspaper has to budget to only loose £30million a year on year – to stay afloat. Its that the worst sales of any national UK newspaper and totally unprofitable. Despite ALL the BBC recruitment ads and offers of ‘retraining’ to be a big time BBC journalist. The rigour we have come to expect from the BBC that money is great at the BBC. It it folds, the BBC will have to go else where for muppets. If The Guardian does go bankrupt – as it will without Labour (itself not without financial scandal ans loss of credibility). The left will all have to to share content with the BBC online. And the Guardian claim the BBC is biased. So there will be clashes!

Guardian leaders clash over ‘who calls the shots’
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2021/05/17/guardian-leaders-clash-calls-shots/

The BBC research (Guardian read) is at the fault of the BBC. There is not any research beyond a quick google search of Guardian online.. Its enough to just hate ‘Conservatives’ and ‘conservatism’, people that voted ‘Brexit’, people who don’t like smoked ‘Avocado’ or anyone else ‘not-one-of-us’. No bias there. None at all — if you work within the BBC – there is no such thing as bias, only opinion that matters.

This situation with Biden, the complete cover up by the likes of the BBC and the dozens of things they are desperately going after Trump for is grotesque. It’s like some kind of uncomfortable horror film and we are only 15 minutes into it. Truth and integrity are absolutely gone : anything could happen next.
How bad will they let Biden get before they remove him ?. Putin, fat-boy Kim-Jong and Jinping in China must be flabbergasted at what is happening. They will be working out how they can exploit it as we speak.

One Honey Badger of a mum there … but more than that – anybody with school age kids in the UK will likely be familiar with what’s going on in many public schools in the USA

New York prosecutor says Trump inquiry now ‘criminal’
If it were just one or two things, I might accept that going after Trump like this was normal investigation, but the sheer number of different things they have tried or are trying to get him on is simply ridiculous. It is absolutely a political vendetta to get rid of him.
I have two issues with this:
    1) Why are media like the BBC (whose very existence is a check-and-balance to prevent things like this) giving every individual case full credibility
    and
    2) Who is paying for it ?. And if it’s the American taxpayer, they should be kicking up a real stink.
The MSM is not fit for purpose any more. The watchdog needs a watchdog.
I am increasingly worried that our society is closer to self-destruction than most people realise. I really do think civil war is a possibility in the USA. And it’s the socialists/communists behind it yet again.
