    7pm Countryfle
    – mother and son farming duo Andrea and Hector Meanwell. diversifying to make ends meet.
    – Their neighbours to find out how they are working to protect this beautiful landscape and the animals which call it home.
    – Northern Ireland young naturalist Dara – as he takes a group of young eco warriors out on a nature adventure.
(Actually a plug for his book)

    – the worrying rise in attacks on livestock by dogs off the leash.

That list seems short so they’ll be banging on about other things as well
..their photo comp and some other things

7:45pm Radio : Tale from Trinidad
just happen to pick a lesbian one
“Jade Anouka, a young teacher wrestles with her dating apps in her search for Miss Right….”

Their DH Lawrence drama earlier also seemed to have lesbianism

The book show actually doesn’t have a black author this week
Instead it’s a white South African one
“Amor, the youngest daughter of the white Swarts family overhears her father vowing to Amorā€™s dying mother that he will handover a house on their land to their Black maid, Salome”
(That sounds like a cottage, which is possible
.. not the main house, which is a kind of false promise the ANC used to make)

    Yesterday’s R4
    – drama ..even though it was supposed to be about the Hapsburgs
they made a Muslim man the main character
    He was wise and peaceful
whereas the white characters are either weak, or evil and scheming

Profile : Another Nigerian writer ..
but the twist .. she said “my feeling is trans women are trans women”. She was branded transphobic

Is there a rule that every London black person gets to be on Desert island Discs at the end of their career ?

BTW The food prog was London Indian people
“From Mumbai childhood to pioneering London ”

    BBC news

Thought Iā€™d drop in for more tales of amorality – but the BBC is big on a lady who knocked some cyclists of their bikes in France ā€¦
ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦not so much news about the Muslim terrorist in Germany who murdered 3 women with others still serious illā€¦.

    Funny that .

Meanwhile – announcements on covid restrictions to be made tomorrow – methinks it might be put back to August the 34th – maybe 2023ā€¦

Fed, LOL, that’s a good one. On the other hand, could Hancock have been engineered out of the way just to have a SoS for Health who again looks at data, not at dates? I’ve assumed it was probably Gina who made sure she got her man but could it have been Bojo? Apparently the appointment of the new SoS for Health was approved by Princess Nut Nuts, so the BBC told me at 7 a.m. this morning.

I am a bit taken aback by the BBC publishing bits of the MOD papers that were handed to them – which presumably some drunk MOD type left on a bus .

If the papers were about catering arrangements fair enough -but it was a discussion of HMS Angrys ā€˜ holiday trip in the crimea and whether to upset putin on not

And it looks like putin has used the smersh cameras in all smoke alarms and amazon echos to dump a cabinet minister ā€¦

BBC WEB-SITE Watch #1 – why are they so ignorant of the imaging business at the BBC?

After all, it is part of their everyday life. Cameras, digital still capture, digital moving image capture. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/world-asia-china-57603023

They have to spoil this clip by adding the sound of a motorised film SLR to the shutter release moment of a digital mirrorless camera taking still images. The Leica, by the way, was reknown even in the days of film for its whisper quiet shutter noise. With a digital Leica (the photographer was obviously not operating a wind on lever) it is even more quiet.

Did you know you can trust the BBC? Not anymore – they are fakers – worse than the worst ever newspapers. Another Martin Bashir moment by the BBC.

The story about the police shooting a man in Milton Keynes. From the reported comments of a neighbour the incident seems to have involved a gay couple who had a baby. The baby was injured, one of the gays shot the other dead, then the police arrived and shot the remaining gay dead.

I have had to piece together what happened myself because it is not obvious from the way the BBC report it. They are reluctant to spell out the facts on their website. A clear case of bias and downplaying a negative story about one of their favourite minorities.
