BBC claiming that in India sea levels are rising to swamp communities due to climate change. Now correct me if Iā€™m wrong but sea levels are distributed around the globe. I live on the South Coast of the UK and about 2m above normal sea level. We have had torrential rain for 2 days but the sea level has not bloody moved. So does India have a different sea level than we have here?

Itā€™s total frigging lies and nonsense. Simply local wind and tide conditions.

There is no doubt that the media are under mind control by a few influential nut cases and we are being lied to on a gigantic scale in the interests of some shady globalists.

Shout backā€¦ you are lying to us!

Donā€™t take this evil crap any more.

I have now little doubt that the whole climate change crap is being driven by left wing communist types. The constraint to industry and commerce would play right into their hands.

As my mum would say it will all come out in the wash!

        • Ian Rushlow says:

Better to think of it as a symbiotic relationship between the globalist capitalists and communists. Communists are motivated by the desire to control people’s lives, to define what they can and cannot do, both as a means in itself but primarily to prevent any political opposition. Globalists share the same goals, but view them as only a means to an end, which is making money. The debt-based economy is not sustainable indefinitely, with the financial crisis of 2007-2008 acting as the wake up call. The new model is based around creating and maintaining artificial shortages in energy, food, transport and medical care under the pretext of sustainability, in order to increase privatisation and maximise profits. Most of the Left do not realise that they have been co-opted to achieve this goal, and safely derailed from challenging global capitalism by having their energies directed towards the fatuous goals of identify politics. A few, more cerebal Marxists, having got past the first page of Das Kapital, are keen to advance monopoly capitalism on the basis that it is a pre-cursor to the establishment of worldwide communism.

A REFUGEE in France has been arrested with reports claiming he walked into a police station on Monday over allegedly killing a priest.

Anyone seen the covid vaccine earnings forecasts?

Pfizer expect sales of $10bn in the first half.
Biontech expect sales of $7bn in the same period.
Dear, stupid, woke Astra Zeneca expect sales of $1.2bn.

What that means in the real world not inhabited by the BBC, wokes, and the moronic members of Oxford University, is that Pfizer and Biontech will be able to increase their market competitiveness as they will be able to re-invest $billions into research, technology, new products, new product development, and patent protection. Investment that AZ will be unable to make as they are not allowed to make any profit. So there will be a nett loss of jobs, taxes, and prosperity from the UK and Sweden to Germany and the USA.

And that, dear reader, is what happens when virtue-signalling takes the place of the market economy.

None of which of course is remotely of interest to the BBC who don’t have to compete, they just receive.

Let us all stop funding UK terrorism! It would seem Khalid Masood (Westminster Attack 22.03.2017 5 Innocents Killed) was on benefits which comes out of National Insurance payments by the workers of the UK. Thus, it would seem prior to these findings the workers in the UK were unknowingly funding terrorism. But now we know terrorists operate using welfare benefits it would seem we are knowingly paying terrorists.
Can I suggest that the Government please make sure NI payments by UK workers donā€™t go into the hands of terrorists by removing the terrorists in the first place. Can you also calculate how much we have/are funded terrorism via welfare benefits by simply getting all known terrorists (left, right, islamic) arrested to-date and those on the watch list and check welfare payments made to them or their immediate family (under various names possibly).

Another example is where imams preaching intolerance such as Anjem Choudary (preached hate 1999-2016) to his hundreds of worshippers (5 times a day, everyday), can all imams be checked if they are on welfare benefits, paid by UK workers, and these payments be stopped immediately. It is the community that needs to fund the imams if they want religious teachings, similar to how the Church of England was funded with donations in the past.

The Carrington Event[1] was a powerful geomagnetic storm on September 1ā€“2, 1859, during solar cycle 10 (1855ā€“1867). A solar coronal mass ejection (CME) hit Earth’s magnetosphere and induced the largest geomagnetic storm on record. The associated “white light flare” in the solar photosphere was observed and recorded by British astronomers Richard Carrington and Richard Hodgson. The storm created strong auroral displays and caused serious damage to telegraph systems. The now-standard unique IAU identifier for this flare is SOL1859-09-01.

A solar storm of this magnitude occurring today would cause widespread electrical disruptions, blackouts, and damage due to extended outages of the electrical grid.[2][3] The solar storm of 2012 was of similar magnitude, but it passed Earth’s orbit without striking the planet, missing by nine days.[4]

    Well, here we go again…

According to “scientists” we’re facing a global catastrophe. “Irreversible, man made climate change…code red for humanity…heatwaves…droughts…flooding…blah-blah-blah…”
If you didn’t know that this would be the result of the UN report, then you’ve not been paying attention.
Even Prof’ Fergusson could have predicted this one correctly…

It’s interesting to note that the graph both the BBC and the equally sinister Sky News choose to bring us, shows the weather patterns from the mid 19th century to the present. Why not go back a little further? Well, we know why, because it would clearly show how often our climate changes. That’s what it does…

The Romans, as every schoolboy (of my generation) could tell you, were able to grow grapes the length and breadth of England. Even with all our modern advantages, we struggle to do that today. It was warmer than it is now.

Further back still, dinosaurs roamed a planet considerably hotter and wetter than the present. These giants beasts needed massive vegetation. There’s nothing like it today. The bones of a huge diplodocus were found close to Charing Cross Station. Poor blighter would either starve or freeze to death these days. “Man made” climate change couldn’t possibly be responsible for the temperature of the Earth back then; we didn’t exist…

So, we’re just emerging from one hysterical, utterly futile, over reaction to a very nasty virus, heavily manipulate by the media and now we’re being primed to be terrified all over again.

To get the right level of fear instilled in a gullible public I reckon they should change the sound track they use for the beginning of the BBC News…

How about theme tune from Jaws?

The BBC sort-of report on the murder of a French priest. The self-confessed murderer is a Rwandan ‘asylum seeker’ who, last year, was arrested for setting fire to a church.

The French extradition procedure being apparently as useless as ours, he was still in France and on the loose when he murdered the priest.

The useless BBC refers to the arsonist / murderer as “the unnamed Rwandan”.

Now, I don’t have a budget of Ā£4.9 billion, nor a staff of 35,400 – but it took me precisely 30 seconds to find his name on my clapped out laptop: may I introduce you to Mr. Abayisenga. I guess it doesn’t sound Norwegian enough for the BBC.

I also found a photo in 10 seconds flat – perhaps a bit too tanned for the BBC, who would like us to take in more such savages.

And, in honour of the priest, below is Father Olivier Maire (whose name the BBC also manage to get wrong in their pisspoor ‘article’).

I sincerely hope Siemens checked their contract with ABP with a fine tooth comb. I worked in Hull, in a local government authority sampling foodstuffs and water on vessels and Docks. There was a large company importing fish from Russian catching vessels. There office was nowhere near the Docks. I was talking to the managing director one day and asked why they weren’t on the Docks in an office. This was his reply, why should this company build a shed with offices for Ā£500,000 on ABP land, when after 10 years the said shed and offices become ABP property and we have to pay rent.Would you build there he said!

China’s carbon emissions are vast and growing, dwarfing those of other countries.

Experts agree that without big reductions in China’s emissions, the world cannot win the fight against climate change.

China’s President Xi Jinping has said his country will aim for its emissions to reach their highest point before 2030 and for carbon neutrality to be achieved by 2060.

President Xi has not said how China will achieve this extremely ambitious goal.

Hong Kong UK Property Investment Set to Increase
Itā€™s not just mainland China investing in the UK, though, as Hong Kong buyers are also emerging and showing interest in the country.

The UK government recently launched a special visa offering permanent citizenship after five years for around three million people living in Hong Kong.

Under current laws, those holding a BNO (British National Overseas) passport can visit the UK for up to six months without applying for residency visas.

However, from January 2021, passport holders from Hong Kong and their immediate dependents will be able to apply for residency visas with the view to achieving permanent residence.

The Financial Times has already reported that the UK is the top overseas market for Hong Kong buyers.

With this new influx of potential UK citizens, Hong Kong and Chinese investors will continue to flock to the UK. Hong Kong UK property investment will undoubtedly continue to increase.

I had a short online discussion recently with a Climate Change enthusiast. I sent him graphs as to how the climate has naturally changed over millions of years (source ice-core comparisons in Greenland).

He said it was better to be safe and drastically change our economies just in case the graphs are wrong.

    Our BBC would approve.

Just as it’s right to spend trillions we can’t afford on reducing our own output to make a global difference of a fraction of a percent.
The only justification I have seen for it is ‘It will be a good example for the rest of the world’.
Right. Like any of those in the top 20 worst CO2 emitters care what we do.

What Effect Do Solar Cycles Have on Earthā€™s Climate?
According to the United Nationsā€™ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the current scientific consensus is that long and short-term variations in solar activity play only a very small role in Earthā€™s climate. Warming from increased levels of human-produced greenhouse gases is actually many times stronger than any effects due to recent variations in solar activity.

For more than 40 years, satellites have observed the Sun’s energy output, which has gone up or down by less than 0.1 percent during that period. Since 1750, the warming driven by greenhouse gases coming from the human burning of fossil fuels is over 50 times greater than the slight extra warming coming from the Sun itself over that same time interval.

We were still emerging from a mini ice age in 1750, but don’t allow the facts to interfere with our present paranoia.

There’s a fascinating piece of film, available on you Tube and narrated by the late Leonard Nimoy… all about global cooling. It’s what we’d now call “fear porn” and bangs on about the coming climate catastrophe, but from a totally different angle.

He mentions the three coldest winters (since records began) all occurring in the last ten years. It’s so interesting noting how the language is almost identical to the present propaganda.

He tells us how the climate is changing rapidly and very soon we’ll be stuck in another ice-age. It’s the complete obverse of what we’re hearing constantly today. I think it dates from about 1979, or thereabouts.

      It’s worth a gander…

UK indie band British Sea Power have announced they are changing their name to simply Sea Power, in a bid to separate themselves from the recent “wave of crass nationalism”.

      . . . . .

Vinny Codrington, Middlesex chief executive, confirmed that the club had received ā€œone or twoā€ complaints from Muslim communities concerned that the name was a reference to the medieval Christian crusades which saw military wars waged against other faiths.

He denied the move had been made for reasons of political correctness but said that some people found the name ā€œrather upsettingā€. He added: ā€œWe wanted more kids to pick up a cricket bat, thatā€™s why it was devised. We were on a crusade to get children into cricket.ā€

He went on: ā€œThe name was nothing whatsoever to do with the crusades in the 11th and 12th century.ā€

‘Sea Power’s new single to go with their new name, Two Fingers, is the first offering from their upcoming album Everything Was Forever’
Obviously friends with someone at the BBC and the whole thing is taxpayer funded PR.

Climate anxiety: Survey for BBC Newsround shows children losing sleep over climate change and the environment

      Current page

Five tips if you’re feeling worried about climate change
      3 Mar 20203 Mar 2020
It’s normal to have some worries about big issues like climate change and the environment.

      Original page
Nearly one in five of those we asked admitted to having a bad dream about climate change (19%)

A similar number (17%) told us that they have had their sleeping and eating habits affected by their concerns.

Archive comparison (you may need to halt the autoreload the BBC builds into new pages )
      March 2020 vs June 29, 2020
Basically the current page has been edited down to leave only the section “Are there ways to feel less worried?” that was on the original page
but even that has been rw-edited a lot

Look news pages are supposed to be a source of record
You are not supposed to release them
and then completely re-edit them months later
The NYT did that though last month
when it came out that the Chinese government had paid for some articles the NYT ..quietly deleted a fe.

BTW the June edition of that BBC page had live comments from children saying they had Climate nightmares
.. These too are now invsible unless you go to the archive like i did.

There are plenty of people dying because they did get it. Plenty more will die because they have had it. Natural immunity is stronger than anything these experimental injections can do for you; in fact, it has now been proved that they can do nothing. The sooner this all comes out, the better.

On ITV news they briefly cover the issue that China produces 27% of all CO2 emissions and has masses of coal power stations. Hurrah. About time.

Unfortunately it then winds that line up very quickly and then goes all neurotic about the UKā€™s 1% of total emissions ( ignoring even they are down 50% since 1970 whereas China will not reach peak CO2 emissions until 2030) and reverts to the sackcloth and ashes routine with words like catastrophe etc etc.

An opportunity for reality sadly missed.
