This is why the Dick woman has intervened, because if the Gestapo had done nothing then everyone who had been fined under these laws would have grounds to appeal their fines and have them potentially quashed.

With some distance between ourselves and the Westminster and MSM Bubbles it is easy to see what this whole thing is: it is an attack on a Government purely for being of the Conservative Party which caused and – to an extent – delivered Brexit. It is plain as a pike staff as the ancient saying goes. It is made worse by the fact that Boris Johnson is the PM because many on the Left really hate and hate him.

I wish all the Conservative MPs in the House would shelve their personal ambitions and see this for what it really is: an attack on our UK democracy.

Toady has just finished an item on growing more trees in the UK. Apparently, we are the second largest importer of timber to China and we need more home-grown trees. Maybe the plethora of paper legislation concerning timber and its harvesting, grants and all the rest, should have stayed as wood. That may have helped.

Have I stumbled on a secret policy of the BBC when discussing UK land use issues? Keep your eye on this. The policy seems to be, to only mention two important land use issues at the same time. This morning? Home grown foodstuff and woodlands. Last time, it was building more houses for immigrants and foodstuff. Missing trees. If you mention all three in the same item, the nonsense is exposed to being simply not possible. When the interviewees are posed the final question, for two aspects as to there being enough land, we are assured there is. Never any mention of the third…………. That would encroach on comedy.

He hissed back that “My name’s not Burt Lanacster, it ‘s DOUGLAS”!

As Joe Biden doesn’t seem to know what day of the week it is, it is not surprising his statements vary from one day to the next. Though to be fair, he is mostly an automaton doing what he is told (“Read this, Joe, and you can have ice cream and sniff the hair of the new day nurse”). The BBC mentions it, but like the rest of the controlled media, does not specify the significance of the US threat to “halt the opening of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline that would send Russian gas to Western Europe if Russia invades Ukraine”. The implication is that this is a serious sanction that would badly affect the Russian economy. Well, maybe, but the likelihood is that this would simply have the effect of increasing gas prices worldwide, so their existing exports would become more profitable. It would also benefit other large gas exporters, such as the World’s second largest, which just happens to be… the USA. Which also happens to export LPG to Britain. A case of heads they win, tails they win.

Also never mentioned, but related, is the revelation that Britain exports nearly 10 billion cubic metres of natural gas annually (estimate for 2020, source is CIA’s ‘The World Factbook’). Gas exports are difficult to track as in some instances a country is selling on supplies from another country, but it might still surprise many people.

Woman who BBC pays a lot to say things The BBC likes prints ‘analysis’ that Timmeah! can say is independent.

Enders Analysis released this research on 28 January 2022. It has been emailed in full to subscribers. A brief description follows:

Alongside freezing the licence fee for the next two years, the government made it clear that it believes the fee is no longer the optimal mechanism to fund the BBC, demonstrating a willingness to remove it in 2028

What seems to be the government’s preferred replacement, a subscription, is not ideal: there are structural issues that mean it would not be possible to have a service that all could subscribe to without a costly switchover

Furthermore, a subscription would undermine a number of tenets of public service broadcasting, most notably universality, breadth of programming and representing the diversity of Britain—naturally a subscription service would pivot to commercially efficient content that targets its subscribers and those most likely to subscribe

Yes there is an age old law which can easily be changed – a radio or tv station could easily be taken over so that the government of the day can do its ‘ ‘project fear ‘ for what ever the ‘emergency ‘ is

And if its the ‘big one ‘ the arrival of a big missile bomb that project might only last 2 or 3 minutes before the EMP wipes everything….

It’s thought that as many people were enslaved in the Eastern slave trade as in the Atlantic slave trade.

It’s ironic that when the Atlantic slave trade was abolished the Eastern trade expanded, suggesting that for some Africans the abolition of the Atlantic trade didn’t lead to freedom, but merely changed their slave destination.

This gob is from Nigerian parents, but happy to attack the UK for racism and also attack a white man debating her for having the “keys to the kingdom” whilst not mentioning she is from the Nigerian Royal family….

      Racism in Nigeria:

The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and Minority Rights Group International, present the alternative report submitted by FIDH affiliated member in Nigeria, Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO), at the occasion of the examination of Nigeria by the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (Committee) [1] and welcome the concluding observations addressed by the Committee to the Governement of Nigeria.

Indeed, the concluding observations issued by the Committee largely reflect the main areas of concern put forward by CLO in its alternative report to the Committee.

The Committee noted with concern the inadequacies of the system of protection against racial discrimination as it currently exists.

The Nigerian legal system does not provide for a definition of racial discrimination. Furthermore, constitutional guarantees against racial discrimination do not extend to non-citizens [2]. For example, regarding the acquisition of nationality, foreign men are unable to acquire Nigerian nationality in the same manner as a foreign woman.

Finally, as the Nigerian Government has failed to implement ICERD into domestic law, victims of racial discrimination cannot directly invoke the provisions of the Convention.

The Committee expressed its concern over « active discrimination by people who consider themselves as the original inhabitants to their region against settlers from other States » which led to many violations of the right to equal opportunities, in particular in the field of employment, education and housing. For that purpose, the State party is urged to develop wide-ranging information and public-awareness campaigns and strengthen its affirmative action policy.

With respect to discrimination based on work and descent, the experts took note of numerous allegations on the persistence of the Osu Caste system in Central and Soutern parts of the country and urged the State party to set up effective programme to eliminate this form of discrimination.

Inter-ethnic, inter-communal and inter-religious violences and the Government’s response to it – which reportedly led to many cases of « ill-treatment, use of excessive force and extra-judicial killings as well as arbitrary arrests and detentions by law enforcement officials » should be properly investigated in order to avoid the rule of impunity. The Committee urged the State party to make public the results of all investigations.

The experts expressed concern over the adverse effects on the environment of ethnic communities of large scale exploitation of natural resources in the Delta Region and other Rivers States, in particular Ogoni areas. All affected communities must be properly consulted and the Nigerian government must adopt a legislative framework setting forth « the obligation to abide by strict environmental standards as well as fair and equitable revenue distribution ». In addition, the State party must conduct investigation into the numerous allegations of human rights violations by law enforcement officials and private security personnel in these same areas.

In relation to the application of the sharia in Northern states, the Committee reiterated that Muslim women should not receive harsher sentences than other Nigerians. The State party must comply with the requirement of equal treatment before tribunals and all other organs administering justice.

CLO, FIDH, and Minority Rights Group International recall that all provisions of ICERD must be fully complied with by the Nigerian government. CLO, FIDH, and Minority Rights Group International also remind that the federal government is responsible for all practices of racial discrimination whether perpetrated at the federal, state or local level, both in the public and private sector. The Nigerian federal government must therefore launch proactive policies in order to combat prejudices and negative stereotypes conducive to marginalisation and discrimination. CLO, FIDH, and Minority Rights Group International take note of the Committee’s request to be informed by the State party of the implementation of its recommendations within one year

5 things to know about why Russia might invade Ukraine – and why the US is involved

One interesting part of this analysis:

“Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, for example, advocated for strategic cooperation between Europe and Russia while he was in office. He later joined Russian oil company Rosneft as chairman in 2017.

Other senior European politicians promoting a soft position toward Russia while in office include former French Prime Minister François Fillon and former Austrian foreign minister Karin Kneissl. Both joined the boards of Russian state-owned companies after leaving office. ”

Putin is also using Ukraine as leverage for Western powers lifting their sanctions. Currently, the U.S. has various political and financial sanctions in place against Russia, as well as potential allies and business partners to Russia.

A Russian attack on Ukraine could prompt more diplomatic conversations that could lead to concessions on these sanctions.

The costs to Russia of attacking Ukraine would significantly outweigh the benefits.

While a full scale invasion of Ukraine is unlikely, Putin might renew fighting between the Ukrainian army and Russia-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine.”

Hunter Biden, second son of US President Joe Biden, is being investigated by the Justice Department over his finances including, according to US media reports, some of his business dealings in China.

During the 2020 election campaign, he and his father were frequently accused by Donald Trump and his associates of wrongdoing in regards to China and Ukraine, allegations which they both denied.

The New York Post reported on an alleged email in which an adviser from a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, apparently thanked Hunter for inviting him to meet his father, Joe Biden.

Asked about the allegations, Joe Biden told a reporter it was a “smear campaign”. No criminal activity has been proven, and no evidence has emerged that Mr Biden did anything to intentionally benefit his son.

After a trickle of private briefings, Theresa May has finally commented on Partygate in full. In a letter to constituents, obtained by Guido, she says “nobody is above the law” and like so many “I was angry to hear stories of those in Number 10… not properly following the rules”. She sternly concludes “I expect full accountability to follow”. The question is, has she put in a letter in to Graham Brady?

And dame nut nut to follow ….

On the party nonsense – WATO had a socialist MP on who was truly on his ‘high horse ‘ about law breaking – apparently he was one of those who ran with the Cummings leaks at the start

Then there is ‘speculation ‘ about what plod is doing – such as – are they investigating attempts to pervert the so called justice by deletion of images or emails in number 10 ..

… nothing would surprise and the old adage about the cover up being worse than the sin applies here .

So plod finds deleted emails – arrests civil servants ‘ Tory party personnel – report to the CPS – …. Spring turns to Summer – and it’s still being talked about …..

… lucky there’s nothing more important going on in the world ….

Next month’s Winter Olympics is a huge marketing opportunity for sponsors – a showcase for brands.

However, Beijing 2022 is also causing a huge headache for the 13 official corporate partners of the Games.

Stuck in the middle of a diplomatic spat between the US and China – many are choosing to stay silent.

The US, UK, Australia and Canada are among the countries making a diplomatic boycott of the Games, although their athletes will still participate.

Those country’s governments have criticised China for alleged human rights violations against its minority Uyghur population, and its actions in Tibet and Hong Kong.

BBC analysis shows a dramatic reduction in tweets referring to the Games from the Olympics’ global sponsors – as compared to last year’s Summer Games in Tokyo.

The BBC also approached all 13 Olympic partners for comment on accusations of China human rights abuses. None responded directly to the allegations.

The former chief marketing officer for the US Olympic Committee at the Beijing 2008 Olympics, Rick Burton, told the BBC multinationals were “walking a tightrope”.

“I don’t think that any of them as global brands can afford, or are willing, to insult the Chinese government,” he says.

Lord Frost has got it right by pointing out these types of failings but the msm will misdirect everyone to the Downing Street cheese and wine and his replacement will Carrie on ignoring the real reasons..

If…he stopped immigration dead now, stopped the fishing free for all, triggered article 16, completed brexit properly and ditched ALL the green crap the Tories would romp home…but he won’t though (will he?)

There is an old Soviet joke. An American dies and goes to hell. Satan himself shows him around. They pass a large cauldron. The American peers in. It’s full of suffering souls, burning in hot pitch. As they struggle to leave the pot, low-ranking devils, sitting on the rim, pitchfork them back in. The American is properly shocked. Satan says, “That’s where we put sinful Englishmen.” The tour continues. Soon the duo approaches a second cauldron. It’s slightly larger, and slightly hotter. The American peers in. It is also full of suffering souls, all wearing berets. Devils are pitchforking would-be escapees back into this cauldron, as well. “That’s where we put sinful Frenchmen,” Satan says. In the distance is a third cauldron. It’s much bigger, and is glowing, white hot. The American can barely get near it. Nonetheless, at Satan’s insistence, he approaches it and peers in. It is absolutely packed with souls, barely visible, under the surface of the boiling liquid. Now and then, however, one clambers out of the pitch and desperately reaches for the rim. Oddly, there are no devils sitting on the edge of this giant pot, but the clamberer disappears back under the surface anyway. The American asks, “Why are there no demons here to keep everyone from escaping?” Satan replies, “This is where we put the Russians. If one tries to escape, the others pull him back in.”

“This is where we put the Russians. If one tries to escape, the others pull him back in.”

Tax Expert Warns Against Following BBC Stars in National Insurance Avoidance

One of the UK’s leading tax experts today sounded a warning against using Personal Service Companies (PSCs) for the purposes of tax and National Insurance avoidance. Tax expert and founder of DSR Tax Refunds, David Redfern, spoke out today after reports surfaced at the weekend that a host of well-known BBC stars have landed in hot water with HMRC by falling foul of IR35 regulations, owing HMRC hundreds of thousands of pounds in underpaid National Insurance contributions as a result.

All that the BBC stands for can be summed up with the policies of Joe Biden in America.

This historically unpopular President is incompetent, conspiratorial and divisive

    From today’s TELEGRAPH (28th Jan)
Lets not forget the involvement of the BBC ‘World-service’ media in creating the climate change that is progressive socialism in the USA, just as Blair tries and succeed in the UK to create what is now a land of woke compliance with communists. All our institutions spineless and hollowed out. Examples are National Trust, British Museums are busy re-writing our history and promoting liberal sexual identities and progressive slavery narratives of the left.

And in that video above Vote harvesting, is an acknowledged tool of Biden to transfer pools of votes from one state to another.
Reported only this week, massaging illegals and dropping them off overnight in New York shopping centers using government flights. CIA again is doing what it required by a rotten US president that even the ‘left’ in America now see as an idiot of colossal proportions.

Cannot truly believe that Shamima Begum could return to the UK after court victory. In February last year the Supreme Court ruled that she was not to be allowed back over public safety concerns.
But the latest ruling could mean she could be in with a chance of returning to Britain. Tell me I’m dreaming, this cannot and should be allowed. She was no such dumb kid as she claims. How can it be accepted that this woman ran from this nation allowing herself to join the enemies of this nation and willingly enjoin with certain terrorist becoming pregnant a number of times. It is very difficult to accept that a Supreme Court ruling can be possibly overturned.
