TOADY Watch #1 – delayed for various reasons, bit like a well-known report

The BBC and TOADY presenters were keen to keep unredacted/redacted naming names/not naming names Sue Gray report and the Metropolitan Police’s investigation in the forefront of everyones’ minds. The Toady contributor, Caroline Russell of the Green Party, was hyperventilating on the matter in front of a BBC microphone.

She had nothing of real consequence to say except this.

Caroline Russell of the Green Party knew that there will be new future mutations of Covid-19 possibly or probably causing lockdowns.

    Hhmmmnnn.

    Green party manifesto:

MG400 We will replace existing British Immigration law with an Immigration law which does not discriminate directly on the grounds listed above (see MG205). This law will be based on the principle of fair and prompt treatment of applicants rather than on excluding dishonest applicants whatever the cost to the honest ones.

MG205: Preference should not be given to those with resources or desirable skills.

MG401 We will allow the partners, prospective partners, immediate families and prospective families of British residents to join them without excessive delays or unreasonable requirements for proof of relationship. This will be independent of the financial status of the resident and will not be dependent on her/him providing accommodation

MG404 Migrants illegally in the UK for over five years will be allowed to remain unless they pose a serious danger to public safety.

MG414 Transport providers must not be penalised for bringing people without the required visas, etc. to the UK.

MG415 We will provide advice and assistance in appropriate languages at ports of entry and provide legal aid for immigration cases.

We will encourage greater ethnic minority participation in the Immigration Service.

MG420 We will resist all attempts to introduce a ‘barrier round Europe’ shutting out non-Europeans or giving them more restricted rights of movement within Europe than European Nationals.

MG442 The Green Party will recognise the contribution of migrants and people of colour to the UK by making the 1st Monday on or after 22nd June, Windrush Day, a public holiday.

Ah yes, Gamal “I’m asking the questions” Fahnbulleh.

Think he went from SKY to Granada about a year ago.

This is his interview with Iain Duncan Smith in April 2020 re covid, I switched it off after the first 90 seconds. Perhaps his interviewing techniques have mellowed somewhat since then. If memory serves he did not feature much on Sky news after the IDS interview. Appears he also had another spat with Dominique Samuels.

I notice the BBC are going big on the anniversary of Bloody Sunday.

What about the anniversary of Warrenpoint when 18 soldiers were killed. What about the hundreds of soldiers that died in various massacre’s.

Of course the BBC won’t mention the lads and lasses that died, it doesn’t suit there woke, pathetic leftie agenda.

The only time us veterans get a mention is when they are in court for something that happened 40+ years ago on jumped up politically motivated charge. And of course even before the trial begins the cretins at the BBC will have us already guilty..

I notice the BBC have started playing vomit inducing sombre music in the background to maximize what the deem as an already sad story…Bloody Sunday was awful but so was the whole bloody war…Time to move on and as a veteran who served 3 years in total in Northern Ireland, I have.

          Absolutely.

I concede that some killing of the IRA by our soldiers may well have been as the result of extreme predjudice. If I was SAS with a KNOWN IRA murderer at the end of my barrel, I would not have read him his rights. And in hindsight (after Blair gave them all letters preventing any prosecutions), it would have been the right thing to do.

When they tortured and murdered people, was done through sheer evil. What do you say maxicony ?. Want to try and defend them and the BBC ?.

Not totally BBC related but a different perspective.

100 000 are “ massed” at the Ukrainian border by Russian troops .
That’s one tenth of the Russian military. Less if you include reserves of three million .
    That’s over a border of 1,500 miles .

Countries are the culture and history of their past . Russia is a paranoid country, led by Putin , a product of his time .
( unless the country commits cultural and demographic suicide )
Russia is paranoid because it’s been invaded time and time again and saw the relief from invasion by expansion. After it expanded it saw the best defence against invasion was space . That space saw it survive against the two biggest world adventurers; Napoleon and Hitler . It saw it could lose whole armies bigger than the invaders armies , but space meant the invaders would “ lose steam” , run out of their supply lines and be exhausted from the space to be occupied. The more space the invaders had to conquer, the more the Russians would survive . Space also meant time .

Crimea was Russian until Krushkev gave it to the Ukraine in 1955 . Now imagine that we were subsumed into a EU superstate and the EU commission gave the Channel Isles to the French for control .

A little final thought , we joke that we watch The Great Escape on bank holidays , and Colditz is a BBC treasure in its good days . Russian prisoners of war were starved to death .

    Not the BBC
But the weekly monologues by Neil Oliver is something which the BBC could not countenance now . The nearest I can think of was the ‘letter from America’ by Alistair Cooke .

You can tell that the effort he puts into his monologues delivers a value the BBC can no longer achieve . It replaced ‘letter from America ‘ – which I listened to from the 1970s through to the end – by ‘a point of view ‘,

What a travesty of a title – 15 minutes of approve tick box approved views . …

… ok – I gave up on it a while ago – because it was only an approved ‘point of view’.

But think about that – friends – all thatR4 output and they spend 15 minutes a week with what is meant to be an independent ‘view ‘ but which can only be ‘ approved ‘… the shame ….

Tweet was swiftly deleted but keen-eyed Twitter followers spotted staff member’s name
Leak is now subject of formal process by the Civil Service

The civil servant, who is said to be passionate about civil rights and poverty alleviation, is believed to have worked in aid programmes in northern Africa before joining the Civil Service around six years ago.

It would be inappropriate to comment further while that inquiry is ongoing.’

Musician has condemned misinformation on platform’s top podcast, saying ‘they can have Rogan or Young’‘ (Guardian)

Spotify Is Removing Neil Young Songs After He Complains of ‘Misinformation’‘ (New York Times)

So the old grey lady (I mean the New York Times, not Joni Mitchell, 78, pictured frontpage of the Observer looking like Methuselah’s mum) admits defeat in this attempted cancel culture move; since Spotify obviously prefers Rogan to Young and moreover the left-leaning NY Times at least has the modesty to put scare quotes around the supposed ‘Misinformation’.

Closer to home, our Guardian comes over as a rather more determined culture warrior: ‘Neil Young’s battle with Spotify is principled – and comfortable‘ – so says Alexis Petrides – who he? Public health expert? Epidemiologist? Virologist? Nope: Alexis Petridis (50) is the Guardian’s head rock and pop critic. All the (Neil) young dudes… carry the news…

Our supposedly conservative-leaning Sunday Times and Telegraph appear to call for a Big Yellow Taxi for Mr Johnson: ‘“Frat house culture” led to ban on PM taking secret papers home‘ (Sunday Times) – couple of points to make here. One: what’s with this American cultural take over in reference to Frat house culture? Dave Cameron was always branded as a Bullingdon Club chap and that seemed to suffice. Two: What’s this about taking red boxes home… isn’t the expensively redecorated Boris flat famously upstairs in No10?

PM’s aide watched cricket as Kabul fell‘ (Sunday Telegraph) – I’m sorry but I’m immediately reminded of that famous scene in the classic British comedy Carry On Up the Khyber where there is a rebel native attack on the official colonial residence whilst they are eating their meal stiff upper-lippedly as though nothing out of the ordinary were happening.

As the cannon fire on the residency, Bernard Bresslaw (blacked up as Bungdit Din) jokes “that’ll teach them to ban turbans on the buses

The gunfire causes part of the ceiling to fall into the soup. Lady Ruff Diamond (Joan Sims) ad libbed the line, “Oh dear! I seem to have got a little plastered

    All cancelled now, I’m sure.

Sources said the incident highlighted the problem of some passengers wrongly believing that train doors will automatically reopen if an attempt is made to stop them closing.

The woman had tried to jam her hand in the dior as it was closing.
She then had to move at a “fast walking pace” as the train pulled out, before being able to free her hand prior to the driver spotting the problem and bringing the train to a halt.
Despite the RAIB stating that she was “dragged”, this is felt by other sources to be a slight exaggeration

    2010s

2010, 14 May: MP Stephen Timms was stabbed during his constituency surgery by Roshonara Choudhry, a British Islamic extremist, in an attempt to kill him. She was found guilty of attempted murder and jailed for life with a minimum term of 15 years. Choudhry was the first Al-Qaeda sympathiser to attempt an assassination in Britain.
2013, 29 April to 12 July: Pavlo Lapshyn, a Ukrainian student and right-wing extremist, fatally stabbed Birmingham resident Mohammed Saleem on 29 April. Lapshyn later detonated a home-made bomb outside a mosque in Walsall on 21 June.[38] On 28 June, Lapshyn detonated a second home-made bomb near a mosque in Wolverhampton, and attacked a mosque in Tipton with an improvised explosive device containing nails on 12 July. He later admitted to police that he wished to start a “race war”[39] and was sentenced to serve at least 40 years.[40][41][42]
2013, 22 May: A British soldier, Lee Rigby, was murdered in an attack in Woolwich by Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, two Islamist extremists armed with a handgun, knives and a cleaver. Both men were sentenced to life imprisonment, with Adebolajo given a whole life order and Adebowale ordered to serve at least 45 years.[43]
2014, 10–14 February: The New Irish Republican Army (NIRA) claims responsibility for a series of parcel bombs sent to army recruitment offices in Oxford, Brighton, Canterbury, Slough, Aldershot, Reading and Chatham.[44][45]
2016, 16 June: Murder of Jo Cox – Thomas Mair, a 52-year-old white nationalist, shot and stabbed the MP Jo Cox outside a surgery in Birstall, West Yorkshire, and severely wounded a passerby who came to her aid. The attack was treated as an act of terrorism,[46] and in sentencing Mair to life imprisonment the judge said “There is no doubt that this murder was done for the purpose of advancing a political, racial and ideological cause namely that of violent white supremacism and exclusive nationalism most associated with Nazism and its modern forms”.[47]
2017, 22 March: 2017 Westminster attack – Khalid Masood, a 52-year-old Islamist, drove a car into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge, killing four and injuring almost fifty. He ran into the grounds of the Palace of Westminster and fatally stabbed Keith Palmer (police officer), before being shot dead by police. The attack was treated as an act of terrorism motivated by Islamic extremism.[48][49][50][51]
2017, 22 May: Manchester Arena bombing – An Islamist suicide bomber, 22-year-old Salman Abedi, blew himself up at Manchester Arena as people were leaving a concert, killing 22 and injuring 139. It became the deadliest terrorist attack in Britain since the 7/7 London bombings in 2005. Many of the victims were children or teenagers, the youngest being an eight-year-old girl.[52][53]
2017, 3 June: 2017 London Bridge attack – Three Islamists drove a van into pedestrians on London bridge before stabbing people in and around pubs in nearby Borough Market. Eight people were killed and at least 48 wounded.[54][55][56] The attackers were shot dead by police eight minutes after the incident was reported. All three were wearing fake suicide bomb vests.
2017, 19 June: Finsbury Park attack – Darren Osborne, a 47 year old British man, drove a van into Muslim worshippers near Finsbury Park Mosque, London. A man who had earlier collapsed and was receiving first aid died at the scene. The incident was investigated by counter-terrorism police as a terrorist attack.[57][58][59] On 23 June, Osborne was charged with terrorism-related murder and attempted murder.[60][61] In February 2018 at Woolwich Crown Court, he was found guilty on both counts[62] and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
2017, 15 September: Parsons Green bombing – The London tube train was targeted and witnesses reported a flash and bang.[63] Thirty people were injured, mostly with flash burns and crush injuries, but there were no fatalities. The threat level was raised to its highest point of critical soon after.[64]
2018, 14 August: 2018 Westminster car attack – A Ford Fiesta ran down pedestrians outside the palace of Westminster. The car then went on to crash into the security barrier, after aiming at two police officers.[65]
2018, 31 December: Mahdi Mohamud, a Dutch national from a Somali family, stabbed three in a knife attack at Manchester Victoria station. Mohamud shouted “Allahu Akbar!” and “Long live the Caliphate!” during the attack. Despite suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, Mahomud was convicted of a terror offence and attempted murder of three people due to his possession of significant amounts of extremist material and the attack’s extensive planning.
2019, 29 November: 2019 London Bridge stabbing – On 29 November 2019, police were called to a stabbing near London Bridge, in Central London, England, at 1:58 pm. Plenty of criticism this morning across the media of Met Commissioner Cressida Dick to sticking her oar into the Partying at Downing Street, but all of them studiously avoiding the obvious question.

Why? What has she been offered to induce her to take this course of action?

Pretty plain when there is a cabal of influential powerful people surrounding a wounded PM attempting to make the problem go away that they would use any means at their disposal to make it happen.

The obvious question should be exactly what has been promised to Cressida Dick and what is it that she might want in order to have taken this action?

From Our Own Correspondent oozed sympathy for Merkel and Germany’s refusal to upset Putin, downplaying and soft-soaping the close relationship Merkel had with Putin…naturally Germany is not supporting Nato…they have so much business to do with Russian, they have the gas pipeline…and Merkel grew up in the East along with Putin where she may actually have worked with him….no wonder they had such an affinity, such a close relationship and such a similar understanding.

Contrast that with how the BBC demonised Trump and peddled a fabricated claim about him for years insisting he was in the pay of Putin….of course he wasn’t but Merkel quite probably was….the most successful agent the Soviets ever had…even if just purely by default….but the BBC excuses her ‘collusion’ and manufactures ‘collusion’ for Trump…odd huh?

Odd that the Germans themselves question the German government continuing that grovelling to Putin…..a [lefty] DER SPIEGEL Editorial….

‘Germany’s Position on Weapons for Ukraine Makes No Sense’

The BBC again picking sides as it downplays the ‘Freedom Convoy’ in Canada protesting the vaccine mandate for truckers….note how the BBC starts off….

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-60164561

‘After a week-long drive across Canada, a convoy of big rigs has arrived in the national capital to protest vaccine mandates and Covid-19 measures. Organisers insist it will be peaceful, but police say they’re prepared for trouble.’

So already linking the convoy to ‘trouble’…..they go on a bit later quoting police claims that this could be an entrypoint for the Far-Right….why put in such rubbish? Amazed the BBC doesn’t also link in QAnon which is its favourite bogeyman at the moment. Not as if you ever see similar warnings about Extinction Rebellion or BLM or any Muslim ‘protest’ from the BBC.

Just so you get the message…anyone who doesn’t get a vaccine is not only a dangerous, irresponsible and selfish sociopath but maybe….just maybe…a Nazi.

‘Police say they are concerned about how the convoy has attracted extremist rhetoric, and some far-right groups have suggested they might also head to Ottawa.

“The demonstrations this weekend will be unique – fluid, risky and significant,” Ottawa police chief Peter Sloly said on Friday, noting they are “massive in scale” and “unfortunately they are polarising in nature”.

He said that police are preparing for potential parallel and counter-demonstrations and were concerned about people on social media in Canada and abroad “who may or may not come to the city” but “who are nonetheless inciting hate, violence and in some cases criminality”.’

    • digg says:

Chief Police Peter Sloly’s response over the Ottawa convoys comes straight from the Chinese Communist playbook. If you don’t like what people are saying, first demonise it, then you can ban it and then vanish it as many people in China have found out the hard way.

What we have in Canada is “soft” Communism but it will get brutal at the first opportunity.

Much the same approach is marching through our Schools, Universities and News Media. It also has a stranglehold in global empires such as Google, Netflix, et. al.

As always there will probably come a time when the only option left is to push back. The Ottawa phenomenon suggests this might have already started.

Heard ‘More or Less’ trying to debunk the 17000 figure….‘Social media and some news outlets have spread claims this week that only around 17,000 people have actually died of Covid. We debunk.’

So basically if you are healthy and catch covid there’s very little chance of dying. Interesting that in the freedom of information data [see last video] it shows fairly consistent death rate for the young…in 2020 it was about 1500 and in 2021 the same, whilst the death rate for the elderly dropped significantly…because they were the first to be vaccinated….the death rate for the young staying consistent disproves the BBC’s suggestion that early figures are unreliable and thus deaths were probably higher and more than the official figure.

They say that covid was the cause of all the other deaths even if you had underlying conditions…including of course the famous being run over by a bus…..but that’s almost a philosophical question….you could look at it completely the other way and say they only died because of the underlying conditions…they probaby wouldn’t have died without them if they had caught covid…so…what killed them? The BBC opts for the choice that suits its own narrative rather than letting us decide for ourselves.

Many death certificates said ‘with covid’…the BBC has decided that all those deaths are due to covid when that’s just not the case. Sure covid may have pushed some of them over the line but is that then the cause? Again that’s a philosophical point.

‘More or Less’ wasn’t exactly neutral…the tone was anyone who used this figure was an idiot….those ‘clever people on the internet’ as the presenter dismissed them.

The video that upset the BBC….
