Empathy was George’s great strength, he radiated it
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-65949435

The BBC are obsessed with empathy. Most of their stories are full of it these days.

But their news should be impartial. Empathy infers opinion as to who are victims and it is not the BBC’s place to judge that.

Take the religion of peace and the shenanigans in the Middle East for example : their ‘victims’ are actually terrorists.

But we all know what was George’s most important feature which aided him most to get to the top. He was a perfect fit for the agenda.

And the rotten BBC just can’t leave it alone : what place has this in anyones obituary ?

‘His childhood of change and assimilation helped shape his personality and informed his professional judgement.

There was some racism. He was almost the only boy of colour; there were “Bongo Bongo land” taunts in the showers.’

And to leave a final insult to the mans memory, they put up a quote from prize turkey Sopel.

The BBC has no empathy for the third of a million covid vaccine seriously injured, or the millionaires excluded from Coutts because they are not multimillionaires. The BBC and Coutts Bank are “not inclusive or empathetic” towards people, unless they are “extreme left-wing multimillionaires”. The BBC hates the vaccine injured because they are the enemies of Big Pharma’s extreme left-wing multimillionaires and Bill Gates who is also a multimillionaire. So Huw Edwards must be a multimillionaire.

I think that the use of the left/ right spectrum of politics isn’t sufficient to describe the politics of the 21 st century.

As well as the left right horizontal axis we need a vertical axis of nationalist / globalist ( or somewhere/ anywhere) . As you go further up this verticals axis the distance or difference between left and right narrows until it almost vanishes.

This narrowing of left and right allows the globalists to be made of the traditional left and right or capitalists. They all believe in One World government, mass migration , that the nation state is past its time and democracy is a hindrance to mankind not an asset. They are prepared to impose their views on us whether we like them or not .
Those globalists to the left believe that allowing a few billionaires to become even richer is a price worth paying. Those globalists on the right think that allowing the leftists to demand women can have a penis etc is a small price to pay for being allowed to become much much richer.
It is an unholy alliance that will be tough to break.

Unlike the BBC’s ‘science’ people the rest of us know the current Worldwide temperatures are summer, are nothing unusual. I was thinking about the stats while watching the Test Cricket while another personal record was reached. Yes, the perfect analogue for weather statistics is cricket statistics. It’s a fact that almost every Test match yields some record or another. Whether batting bowling, run rates, partnerships etc etc there is pretty at least one record per match. Bingo, that’s exactly what weather statistics are, a multitude of potential records dispersed around the World and various weather phenomenon and combinations. Every day there are potential records, the BBC just has to pick the ones it wants.

The ClimateClock shows two numbers. The first, in red, is a timer, counting down how long it will take, at current rates of emissions, to burn through our “carbon budget” — the amount of CO2 that can still be released into the atmosphere while limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. This is our deadline, the time we have left to take decisive action to keep warming under the 1.5°C threshold. The second number, in green, is tracking the growing % of the world’s energy currently supplied from renewable sources. This is our lifeline. Simply put, we need to get our lifeline to 100% before our deadline reaches 0.

There is another story in the Telegraph today about aliens this time a spaceship possibly crashed on Mars! A few weeks ago various US public figures , almost all hyperglobalist supporters, were saying that the US airforce and navy had strong evidence that earth was being visited by aliens.
The most likely explanation is that the next ‘global scare’ will be that the earth is about to be attacked by aliens and only by forming a One World government can the earth be saved from these invaders!
They must reckon that rigging elections, swamping us with third world young males , spreading a pandemic virus and imposing lockdowns , promoting a non existent climate catastrophe , just isn’t working fast enough or perhaps even the most gullible of us is beginning to have doubts .
So an invasion scare probably complete with pictures , mysterious deaths , inexplicable explosions, scare programmes on all compliant networks , etc etc might do the trick.

In the 1980’s Farmers reported UFO attacks on farms in Canada. Freedom of Information 30 years later revealed that the Canadian Army was on night exercises at the time, buzzing farms with helicopters testing new sound cancelling devices and very bright search lights. People at the time therefore did not complain about the Army. I suppose that means all those people who complain about being abducted by Aliens, who are then put on the slab for surgical experimentation, are actually people used by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for experiments. This is a brilliant strategy because is means they don’t blame Bill Gates.

However, tomorrow on Blaze (Freeview Channel 64) at 9pm. Top Secret UFO Projects are Declassified, followed by America’s UFO investigation, followed by Swamp People, can Trump drain the swamp. Also a red double decker Bus and a Lancaster bomber have been found on the Moon.

Massive insurrection and attempts to overturn the government in Israel?

If Netanyahu’s supporters did the same it would an ‘insurrection’ ala Trump and Jan 6…..however it being lefty types we hear they are actually defending democracy not overturning it…..

‘Israeli MPs have passed into law a highly controversial bill despite mass protests which aimed to thwart it.

The law removes the power of the Supreme Court to overrule government actions it considers unreasonable.

The planned reforms have triggered some of the biggest protests in Israel’s history, with opponents warning they imperil Israel as a democracy.’

So MPs passing a law is undemocratic? Er….isn’t Parliament sovereign? And if parliament votes for it then that is democracy in action no?

What isn’t democracy is a mob trying to force the government to obey them by using violence or other tactics designed to bypass actual democracy because democracy hasn’t provided them with the answers they demand….such as the eco-terrorists in this country which can only end really badly unless the police start to do their job.

You always know who are in the wrong depending on whether BBC reporting is favourable to them or not…and it always takes a stance.

My understanding of this is that the Israeli Supreme Court, much like our own, is a left wing institution, which simply finds any law a right wing government passes to be “unconstitutional”. So the Israeli government is trying to take power back from unelected judges to elected politicians.

      How dare they!

The BBC regularly give HAMAS a soapbox for their public statements – usually with more prominance than the Israeli side. And they NEVER mention that they are an officially designated terrorist group.

The Left don’t care one bit who gets murdered or how horribly it’s done. They only care if they can use it for their political agenda.

      Still dodgy….

‘On 4 July, the BBC reported Mr Farage no longer met the financial requirements for Coutts, citing a source familiar with the matter.

Ex-UKIP leader Mr Farage later obtained a Coutts’ report which indicated his political views were also considered.’

Note the ‘also’….still suggesting finances were an issue when they were not….and the BBC report fails to mention that Simon Jack was sat next to Dame Alison Rose at a BBC do the day before he made the revelation about Farage’s financial status…alleged….Jack not revealing his source because the manner in which he received the information shows how dodgy his story was…and how he just accepted it without any checking….

‘BBC Business Editor Simon Jack also tweeted an apology, saying his story was “from a trusted and senior source”.

“However, the information turned out to be incomplete and inaccurate. Therefore, I would like to apologise to Mr Farage,” Mr Jack continued.’

The ‘apology’ from Dame Alison Rose to Farage wasn’t a real apology…it offered him a Natwest account, personal not business, rather than giving him his Coutts account back….so he’s still out.

Jack’s intial report is still up…but with an update…but the update is somewhat disingenuous……

‘Update 21st July 2023: We acknowledge that the information we reported – that Coutts’ decision on Nigel Farage’s account did not involve considerations about his political views – turned out not to be accurate. Since this article was originally published on the 4th July, Mr Farage submitted a subject access request to Coutts bank and obtained a report from the bank’s reputational risk committee. While it mentioned commercial considerations, ‘

      Hmmmm…..‘While it mentioned commercial considerations…’

What the BBC doesn’t tell us is that the bank stated there was no commercial case for dumping Farage…so the BBC is still implying this was part of the reasoning to close his account when it was not at all.

The concept of confidentiality has long gone IMHO.

Back in the day GP doctors were strong armed into putting their patients records online. So convenient for the local health authorities to take a little peek.

Offshore banks had their arms twisted to give over details of their customers to e.g. UK authorities. Little ‘tricks’ were used to get this information. For example Guernsey fishermen had their nets cut by french brigands all whilst a Royal navy protection vessel sat nearby twiddling their thumbs. Over in Switzerland a US agent got a bank employee deliberately drunk and then when the man crashed his car and was banned from driving the agent insisted on driving him to work thereby being able to sweet talk the man into leaking bank account details.

In the UK drivers have long experienced being extorted e.g. £100 payments because they have driven past an unlit notice at night and suddenly found themselves having their private address details leaked by the DVLA to e.g. a car park fining company.

Now that they have this information the next step is to use it to harm us: inject us, infect us, fine us, track us, coerce us, brainwash us, poison us, fact-check us etc etc.

So turn off that telly and post it off to some politician or bBC employee you hate. You have no idea how much better it will make you feel. Peace in our time.

Hmmm…not ‘wildfires’…most are set by man either deliberately or by accident…nothing ‘wild’ about them…..man-made…unlike climate change…lol.

And just previous to that I caught the last 10 minutes of Today….a wokefest if ever there was one.

With questions about ULEZ and Labour forcing Khan to make a tactical withdrawal, for now, Today told us that many people would be disappointed…wheel in a mother whose daughter died from asthma…coroner stating caused by air pollution.

Completely one-sided anti-car tag-teaming between Today presenter and the woman.

Then we had the Today bookclub, to encourage children to read more…..as if Wayne from the council estate is listening…or am I stereotyping?

Naturally…well, need I go on…today it was history books….Greg Jenner on, from the Horrible Horrible Histories…picked, surprisingly maybe, Asterix but not before celebrating how diverse books were now….so much history available now about lands he’d never heard of in his youth….like China, the Middle east and Africa. Pretty sure, certain, there was plenty of history about those lands available and taught in schools.
Of course the others went directly to the woke and picked books that celebrated blacks….that Mary Seacomb [Harry’s sister] for instance said a librarian….yeah really…..must have read such a lot about her…..and not forgetting the intrepid Windrush Generation.

Next week it is nature and climate…go figure…any agenda from the BBC? Looking forward to the Greta Thunberg Big Book of Climate Science.

SO, for those that know, do today’s houses have the dreaded white figureheads ? or has diversity decreed that there must be a Lenny Henry or Alison Hammond named house.

Marianna (Tintin) Spring, the BBC’s confused disinformation correspondent, is thought to be working for an incompetent MI5 agent called, Ken (Duggie) McCallum, to censor all evidence that is not officially sanctioned by the authorities. The official realm of evidence is the only evidence authorised by the government, all other evidence found in scientific papers on Google Scholar is officially labelled a “Conspiracy Theory” and banned by OFCOM. All other evidence is restricted and controlled by the authorities. Any evidence that is not officially approved by the State and its Establishment is therefore completely unauthorised and therefore ignored or denied by Marianna Spring under orders from Ken (Duggie) McCallum. With disinformation firmly planted in the minds of the brainwashed by the BBC, Marianna can use it to justify calls for draconian state censorship. All dissent, all evidence and all opinions that the State and its Establishment “partners” need to bury in order to maintain “Trust in the BBC” can be expunged by using “psychological nudge weapons” to label all who hold anti-Establishment opinions “conspiracy theorists” and by calling all the evidence that questions power “conspiracy theory.”: https://off-guardian.org/2023/07/24/deconstructing-marianna-in-conspiracyland-part-4/

      Is anyone surprised?

Surprisingly as a child and living on the south coast, my holidays were spent at my grandparents in… Rotherham. Yes it was grimey because of the coal mining and steelworks, but there was a warmth from the people, girls wore rollers under their headscarves for a night out, the whooshing sound of the trackless buses, and the sound of pub goers shouting “g’night love” as they went home. I loved this home town of my parents.

Then migration hit, and leather jacketed swarthy Asians, with Turkish barber haircuts started roaming the streets. A trickle of Romanians turned into a tsunami of indians and pakistanis and thus changed the face of Rotherham forever, as they have done in Bradford, Dewsbury and other northern towns. Their culture stinks, they don’t bring a “richness” to our country as the media would have us believe, and for those that shamed Rotherham with their acts of sexual abuse, prison is too good for them.
We can expect to see more of these vile acts with the numbers pitching up crossing the Channel.

Get that? Demand. There is a demand. If that demand has to be met, and cannot be from our local open cast mine, then presumably it will have to be met by imports.

So the smug fanatics want to make people unemployed AND impact on the nation’s balance of payments.

Facts obviously beyond the cretinous biased BBC

As anyone reading my miserable , negative , pessimistic comments might know – I have not much faith in any politician challenging the present arrangements of bbc funding .

So if natural attrition of 500 000 plus licences are cancelled each year – by the time of renewal of the charter – 2027 – the bbc will have lost at least another 25% of its funding by refusal of punters to fund it .

Also – if half the funding is furnished by overseas sales – the rapid decline in quality suggests they will be selling less and less as the likes of HBO and others brave or quick enough to dump woke crap -increases market share ….

BTW – as I sit in my little bit of the med I am watching a mini forest fire – it hasn’t rained for a week – it’s been quite cool for a week – and such things happen here . In maybe 30 minutes a few aircraft will bomb said fire with water and I will go to bed .

      Rationing is on the cards.

Did hear Isabel Hardman from The Spectator put forward the idea that the solution to the people not accepting and not wanting to have their lives and lifestyles ruined by green fanaticism and puritanical demented zealotry was to have all political parties come to an agreement to get to net zero by whatever means necessary and then the great unwashed wouldn’t have a choice….ie…they would have no say and no chance to say no because whichever party got in the policies would all be the same.

But isn’t that exactly what has been happening already with both the Tories and Labour fully on-board the net zero bandwagon?

We’ve had absolutely zero say in what’s happening…banning gas cookers and boilers, banning car production and stealth bans on car travel now via ULEZ schemes and 15 minute cities imposed upon us along with the drive to shut down farming and stop meat eating and the full political spectrum totally accepting the Extinction Rebellion narrative whilst making mild protests about the methods…but in fact doing f all to stop the eco-terrorism.

Personally I think that a whole lot of trouble could be avoided by a little direct action being taken now.
Refuse to pay the Licence Fee as FedUp campaigns for , boycott those companies who withdrew advertising from GBN as Deborah suggested, vote Reform , paint out all ULEZ cameras , withdraw all money from banks like Nat West, burn down any sites being prepared for migrants before they are open for business.

A very obvious chain of events and reasons for….but the BBC still tries to portray the Police as in the wrong…..she paid for her ticket…if only the police had asked to see it eh?…..

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-66290457

‘The Met Police has referred itself to the police watchdog over the treatment of a woman arrested in front of her son in Croydon, south London, after wrongly being accused of bus fare evasion.

Footage of the mother shouting as two officers handcuffed and held her provoked criticism on social media.

The Met said she was later released when it was confirmed she had paid for her ticket.

….Officers did eventually check her ticket, which was valid. She was then unhandcuffed and released.’

Bad writing or a desire to portray the cops as bad? Not ‘wrongly accused of fare evasion’…. The woman refused to show her ticket to the inspector…police were called, she still refused, got abusive, was cuffed…then after all that showed her ticket….simples.

    The BBC reports….

‘It also told BBC London it was trying to “find the lady involved, and to get her side of the story” and that “our comms perhaps could have been slightly better”.

“Trust has taken a hit,” Met Ch Supt Andy Brittain, who covers Croydon, said.’

Selecting quotes from fuller statements which further down in the report indicate a slightly different view of things….and interesting to note the police see that trust in the police has been diminished by this video.

This is a video put out to rabble-rouse, to inflame relations with the police…it is a deliberate attempt to show the police in a bad light…the BBC has a duty to report accurately in a calm and balanced way so as not to inflame things further….but instead it chooses to help push what is a blatant lie….and once again does what it can to build distrust and hatred towards the police amongst Blacks.

The person who took and presumably published the video originally asks if the boy is the woman’s son….he then demands the police tell him why the woman is being arrested…the police tell him it is nothing to do with him…he then claims to be her brother….and yet he doesn’t know his own ‘nephew’? So he’s a liar. What else does he lie about?

LBC/Nick Ferrari has a statement by a TFL witness….you’d think the BBC could manage to find someone as well….and make the point that fare dodgers and their often vioelnt reactions are a constant and sometimes dangerous occurrence….

‘”A bus worker called Joe, who was helping with the fare inspection operation and saw the whole incident, said that he was often subject to fare evaders who become abusive.

He told LBC’s Nick Ferrari on Monday: “The inspector told her to please show the pass and she started being abusive to the inspector.

“And when the police asked her to show the pass, she started abusing the police as well. She could have just shown the pass and walked away – and that would have been the end of the matter.”

He added: “She committed an offence by failing to show her pass when requested.

“And then the next thing to then verbally abuse the police and inspectors – and that was why she was detained.”

The woman did not offer an explanation for why she didn’t want to show her pass, the witness said.

He added: “Every single day we are subjected to abuses by people who fail to show their pass or people who fail to pay.

“It is a constant thing – it is a daily occurrence.”

Joe said: “We are very concerned about our safety and we are constantly trained about how to deal with situations.””‘

You know that footy chant about being ‘sacked in the morning ‘( which I confess I’ve used ) – well here so the latest from the DT about the BBC Coutts ‘disaster ‘

STARTS The BBC double-checked whether a “senior source” at NatWest was happy for it to publish private information about Nigel Farage’s finances, The Telegraph can reveal.

Deborah Turness, the chief executive of BBC News, said the corporation was directly given the go-ahead to run a controversial story about the closure of his Coutts account.

The piece ran claims from “people familiar with the matter” that the former UK Independence Party leader was removed as a customer because he had fallen below the bank’s wealth threshold.

It has since emerged that the financial institution closed Mr Farage’s accounts at least in part because of his views on issues including Brexit, immigration, and net zero.

Ms Turness made the revelations in a letter of apology to the politician, in which she explained how the BBC had come to run the story about his personal finances.

She admitted that the corporation had been fed “inaccurate” information by a “senior and trusted source” at Coutts, which is owned by the NatWest Group.

Our business editor, Simon Jack, was told by a senior and trusted source that the bank contested the story that you had put into the public domain – i.e. that Coutts had closed your accounts for political reasons,” she wrote to him.

“The source said your accounts had been closed for commercial reasons. We felt this was a story of significant public interest and went back to the source to check they were happy for us to publish the information. They said they were.

“After the information from your subject access request was published, it became clear that your political views were involved in the bank’s decision to close your accounts.”

Ms Turness added: “It’s clear that the story we originally published, based on information provided by our source, turned out to be inaccurate.

“While our teams took the correct steps in rectifying this on air and on our corrections and clarifications page, I can understand why you feel this story has contributed to you being put through a considerable and humiliating amount of publicity. I would therefore like to apologise to you on behalf of BBC News.”

Mr Farage has written to Howard Davies, the chairman of NatWest Group, urging him to open an internal inquiry into who leaked his financial details.

NatWest has been contacted for comment.ENDS

Eddy, whilst the Tesco club card used to mean you got a few pence off an item Tesco have changed the goalposts. Now Tesco has as its normal price one which compared to other supermarkets is ridiculously high, and the club card lets you buy at a sensible price.

Meanwhile Waitrose used to let you have a free newspaper with their card. I think the Telegraph is now £2.30. They have stopped the newspaper but a very few offers come by email. Limited to 2 and most give 50pence off. As someone allergic to nuts, an offer off almond milk is not appreciated. I don’t think 50 pence off an overpriced item is going to ‘nudge’ people into buying if that is what the vegan lobby think.

Another ‘all whites are racist’ Floyd type story so I went to find the video of the woman to see what really happened.

And – absolutely as expected – the video starts AFTER the police have hold of her. It’s been edited so we don’t see why. And even then, she is clearly resisting arrest.

    Case closed. She deserved it.

    The ‘Metro’ says:
‘Met Police officers arrest and handcuff mother in front of crying son for not paying for bus ticket despite establishing that she had done so.’

Liars. It was her abusive behaviour which got her cuffed.

But of course the Left won’t let it go until the police issue an apology and presumably she gets some compensation which we aren’t told about.

Whether they were justified or not, the police will apologise simply to deflect the racist baying mob. And in doing so, make the problem a little bit worse for next time.

Seems to me this conforms to a recurring pattern. The people vote in a government to to carry out conservative policies. The liberal left who control the judiciary try to prevent that happening, all the time claiming it is they who represent democracy.

Like all left-wingers, democracy can only be whatever they want, never mind anyone else – even if it’s the majority. If we hadn’t seen it so often before, you almost couldn’t make this sort of ‘doublethink’ up.

As BBC reporter apologises over false Farage story, how long CAN NatWest boss alleged to be the source survive? – asks the Daily Mail.

Our Nigel is clearly gunning for the bank and giving the BBC a pass: “It’s not often that the BBC apologise. But for the BBC to apologise, I’m very, very pleased,” Mr Farage said… “There is no fault or no blame on the BBC. This now goes right back to the Natwest Banking Group [owners of Coutts]. (BBC)

Well, that’s his prerogative – but to my mind the BBC was far too keen and willing to take the illegally blabbermouthing banker, busy bad-mouthing their customer – against obvious financial confidentiality rules – at face value and without question.

The BBC will hope its apology will draw a line under the story. The journalist behind the report was given misleading information from a source he trusted. That source said politics had nothing to do with the bank’s decision-making process and that Mr Farage’s account was being closed only for commercial reasons. That was not correct. (BBC)

I’m very much reminded of those spoof Blue Peter sketches done by comedy duo Armstrong and Miller where, accompanied on the familiar studio sofa by a female presenter, the trio extra-earnestly deliver their Blue Peter apologies for being caught out in bad behaviour to their audience of kiddies

“Hello! Now I’m afraid today we have to start with an apology. You may have already heard in the news about something which happened to us last week. After Thursday’s show we went to a special cafe near the studio, called The Coach & Horses. The drinks made us act in a silly way. The music was very fast and loud and Tina pulled her jumper up over her head, to do a dance to it. On the walk home one of us went to the toilet in someone’s letterbox. And an amount of Tina’s underwear was left on the wing mirror of a car. Alistair was kind and took Tina into an alleyway behind some shops to try to help out with the muddle with her clothes. But some people from a newspaper thought they saw him wrestling Tina in a special way. They took some pictures of this because they believed you’d be interested in seeing it. While Alistair was explaining to the cameraman, he accidentally bit him on the nose, quite hard. He now realises this was wrong. Yes it was. So today we’d like to say that we’re sorry… Alistair, you’ve been to Telford to see a Vulcan bomber…”
