      Sad question for @Dickie

I’ve been puzzling over how you managed to get Alex Christoforou videos right at the top – first posting – on each of the pages of this thread!

Because I’m a sad bastard, I’ve even counted the number of posts on pages 1 and 2, and they’re not the same:-

      122 messages on page 1
      120 messages on page 2

So presumably it’s not that – waiting until 120 posts have been made, and then post yours (?). Nor can it be a mere coincidence, surely?

      How did you do it?

      Curious minds need to know….

          “Is it love?”

Far from it! I never listen/watch those vidoes either. I had to click on one of them to find out who it was.

I was merely curious about the tech or message-management aspects of how Dickie did it!

One of the downsides of working in IT, I suppose. I could have been a librarian in another life.

I notice the junior doctors are holding the country and it’s taxpayers to ransom again in the New Year.

Wool and cotton are entirely sustainable as they come from nature and return to it when used, although the fibres can be re-used many times.
Not only that but they keep you much warmer in Winter and wick away sweat in Summer. The only reason they are not more widely used is cost.

Exposing violent watch thieves and their young female ‘spotters’
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-67608184

Reference this story we commented about earlier and which used a picture converted to black and white so you could not tell the colour of the thief:

In a bizarre development, they’ve now changed that picture to be the colour one:
    _131925401_index_rolex_brightened_457093.jpg.webp

Now why would they do that after all that effort to edit it for the earlier version ?.

I wonder if they realised what they did to hide the black person was extremely obvious and so had to stop it standing out.

Or I wonder it was the long-standing trick to fool as many people as they can in the early version of the article when it is fresh, then changing it to something they can’t get called ‘racists’ about later.

That ‘Tir Dhondy’ who wrote it is very much in the ‘Panorama’ class of BBC employee so I wouldn’t trust anything she writes as far as I could throw Starmer.

Yeah why an earth would a gang of thieves want to talk to a journalist about their enterprise?
It makes no sense – looks like made up bullshit.

        Eddy,
I agree, I saw it on the BBC news and hiding behind a gimp mask (standard issue at the Beeb?) with voice distorted they could have been anybody.
Also, the idea of a violent teenage crim feeling the need to confess their sins sounds very much like something from EastEnders, Casualty or Doctors.

For some reason or other, BBC lunchtime news featured a primary school in Sheffield, which is ‘between’ two busy roads and so there are the earnest cries about pollution. Not asked of course was the glaringly obvious question – why have a school there in the first place?

Given Sheffield’s status as a leading manufacturer of steel for decades, all courtesy of its proximity to coal fields, with massive attendant pollution, not to mention all the coal fires in people’s homes, one wonders how anyone managed to survive at all over the last century.

So what we have is a totally synthetic outrage story designed simply to add to the unceasing anti-car, war on the motorist narrative.

The claims of particular air pollution are routinely not evidenced.

It’s usually some obsessive nutso parent or a local Eco-activist try to get attention (the two aren’t mutually exclusive!)

BBC feature about organised crime using violent methods to steal high value watches from people in the street.
Not mentioned. All the criminals have…..ahem…….darker skin tones.
So. Yet another triumph of multiculturalism. And from the BBC? The usual conspiracy of silence.

The DT plats the extract – when genrick challenged Meesh – meesh went to the weather or maybe squirrels or something else approved – a true dirt bag …

A Dr Singh is whingeing that jnr doctors are not paid enough and its a scandal, blah de blah. Hmmmm yet these Asian doctors can’t wait to get to the UK and work in the NHS, they know the pay and conditions so the problem is ? Most of those on the picket lines are non white and are many nationalities, but they have a choice. Stay or go. If we didn’t have millions of migrants our NHS could cope and be a lot healthier and not relying on overseas medics. Didn’t have staffing problems on the 50s, 60s, and 70s.

IMHO the Rwanda treaty is just another Tory ploy to “kick the can down the road” it will have little affect on the mass invasion of Great Britain.
The Tories take you all for fools if they think you will vote for them again .
Consider the Reform Party the next time you vote .

To my utter surprise the BBC has led with an article almost sympathetic to Israel.

“Israel Gaza: Hamas raped and mutilated women on 7 October, BBC hears”

An horrific read which should be compulsory reading to every Palestinian-flag waving student and Liberal.

It’s a pity that it’s taken 2 months for the ‘flagship’ BBC
to “hear” this piece of major news that went right round the world totally escaping their attention.

Perhaps Jenrick and Meesh can meet up again tomorrow and discuss in full……….?………..

However, the use of the ‘BBC hears’ tag tends to suggest that they don’t really want to believe it.
