Sunday Telegraph: “BBC proud to be progressive, says boss”
I believe the Romans were proud to be “progressive” (some would say degenerative). Unfortunately, a more traditional Barbaric culture eventually subsumed them leading to the Dark Ages.
Can this BBC “patrician” see any similarities? We Plebs can.
Everybody can, even those that could do something about it. But they are either too afraid to or think they will be safe after the inevitable Muslim takeover, they’re wrong. I’d say we’re already at that point. And more of their troops arrive every day, at our expense. Were paying for our own invasion.

Layla Michelle Moran was born in Hammersmith, London on 12 September 1982,[8] the elder daughter of diplomat James Moran and Randa Moran, a Christian Palestinian from Jerusalem.[9][10][11] Her great-grandfather was the Palestinian writer Wasif Jawhariyyeh, who published extensive memoirs. Moran describes herself as a British Palestinian.[12] On her upbringing, Moran said “My Palestinian background has made me interested at a global level. Politics was always at the dinner table; it primed me to engage.”[13] Moran was raised as a cultural Christian and now identifies as a humanist.[14]

Gillian Keegan the Tory Education Secretary’s Husband was it turns out CEO of Fujitsu and was then given a role at the cabinet office defining the relationship between the government and arms manufacturer BAE systems.
He was forced to step down from this role in January and Mrs Keegan says her Husband will give evidence to the Horizon enquirey if he is asked to do so (refusing would be a contempt of Parliament so of course he would).
Given what we already know about what has gone on, it is inconceivable Mr Keegan was not aware, and given the gathering storm, that he didn’t make his Tory Minister wife aware of it too, but she appears not to have moved to assist the Postmasters.

Isn’t it funny how BBC polls produce the answers they want by asking the right people the right questions?
It reminds me of Pointless, ‘we asked 100 people to……’
They never finish the sentence properly, ‘we asked 100 people ( …..coming out of a cookery course….) to name an ingredient in a chicken pie’.
But it looks like the BBC have accidentally discovered a sizeable number of immigrants who have absolutely no interest whatever in upholding this country’s interests.

According to Jeff Taylor, the UK does not have any RFA vessels now which hitherto delivered fuel, ammunition and other stores to vessels at sea. Perhaps, now, we loan/hire/barter such vessels from others?
For the first time ever in the modern era, the Royal Navy has no active supply ships and currently depends entirely on allies for the replenishment of stores, including ammunition, at sea.
The Royal Navy has witnessed its active store ship count drop from four in 2009 to none today.
As of today, RFA Fort Victoria is currently the UK’s only vessel capable of providing solid stores logistic support to the Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers. In a year, she is capable of conducting around 44 replenishments at sea, transferring 27,000 tonnes of fuel and 350 tonnes of ammo, as well as food and spares. The problem? She’s laid up with a skeleton crew.
Armed Forces Readiness
Inquiry
The Committee welcomes written evidence on the following:
Are the armed forces sufficiently capable, resourced and ready to protect the UK and our allies?
What are the main gaps in capability and/or readiness, and what will it take to fill these gaps? Are the UK armed forces a ‘tier one fighting force’? Do they need to be?
What are the consequences of the army having been “hollowed out and underfunded”? Which of these consequences needs to be addressed most urgently? Are the Government’s plans sufficient to address any shortfalls?
Despite the United Kingdom spending approximately £50bn a year on defence (plus more for Ukraine) the UK’s Armed Forces require sustained ongoing investment to be able to fight a sustained, high intensity war, alongside our Allies, against a peer adversary. https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm5804/cmselect/cmdfence/26/summary.html

Today the BBC journalists Michael Keohan and Colin Campbell released a shocking report on the channel crossings. It showed people smugglers selling their wares brazenly in the migrant camps and many children living in unsafe and dangerous conditions, as well as—this is breathtaking—a free French public bus service that migrants can use to travel directly from the camps to the Dunkirk departure beaches. Will my right hon. Friend allow a statement on the issue of tackling the small boat crossings and the Government’s response in their work with France?

Let me see if I got this right: Lee Anderson warns that Islam is getting control of our institutions, and our capital, and Labour, and Khunt.
Little runt Khunt is so outraged by the suggestion that he gets Anderson suspended, using the racism card, natch.
And thereby proving that Islam has, indeed, seized control of our institutions, including the Conservative party, if only by intimidation.
Far-rightophobia ?
When libmob say raising concerns about Islamist radicals is an attack on all Muslims and therefore Islamophobia
what do they mean.
Projection is a libmob characteristic, the smear labels they put on others are actually rooted in their own behaviour
They seem to have “Far-rightophobia”
and in the pretence of guarding against a tiny number of people who will physically harm people cos their skin colour , they broaden the label “far right” out to mean “anyone who dares to challenge lefty dogma”
Thus they are content to spread HATE against all Tories

Unlike so many women, trained almost from birth to play down their achievements lest people think them brash, Warsi is not one for false modesty. Yes, she has had a great year. Why should she deny it? When, in June, David Cameron gave her both a working peerage and a job as shadow minister for community cohesion, Warsi became, at 36, the youngest member of the House of Lords

Yuusuf Warsame, from Birmingham, described as a “happy” and “beautiful” boy, was in Gothenburg with his mother and four siblings.
People were complaining that Tucker gave Putin a soft interview. HA! (Marky Mark style)
I wasted my time watching a GB News interview with Bojo. All fannying about with convid questions.
Bojo did reveal he thinks we should “double down” on vaccinations.
“we’ve got a massively vaccinated uh UK population what we need to do is is double down on that keep vaccinating give people their fourth jab so go into the autumn, make sure people get another jab and i think and then just keep moving forward. ”
Interviewer (watshername?) Says
“without doubt that has to have been one of the government’s greatest successes the whole vaccine program”
More fannying about. Still claiming he “got Brexit done”
Then then then then…………….

“British people have shown amazing generosity warm-heartedness 200 000 homes families uh open for Ukrainians to come here we will help them get here as fast as we can i was just talking to um the president of Poland who was in here uh a few a few moments ago talking to him about what we’re doing to help uh them uh get people out of Ukraine uh into into the UK we just put another 30 million pounds in uh today to help him uh to helping Poland so we’re we’re we’re all over that but the best thing to do and what the Ukrainians really want is live in Ukraine yeah and what those women and children want is to be back in their own homes and so to your first point uh we’ve got to make sure that Putin fails in his catastrophic attempt to conquer subdue destroy another country a neighbouring Slavic country and the UK is not in the business of engaging itself or NATO in
direct conflict with Russia that would that would not be sensible but what we can do is give them maximum uh economic uh political and military support to Ukrainians to defend themselves and what this what this war has revealed is that Putin was fundamentally wrong in that bizarre essay that he wrote he was fundamentally wrong he said that Ukraine wasn’t really a proper country then it should be part of Russia essentially that has proved to be the diametric opposite of the case the Ukrainians love their country they will fight to the end for their country there is no way that Putin can now succeed that is the brute unarguable fact of the case what we have to do now is make sure that we continue to give the Ukrainians the help and support that they need continue to intensify the sanctions and continue to show
to show uh more more military support and other support and on intelligence i think that uh yeah i think if you look back at the the previous few weeks it was clear that uh US and UK intelligence was was pretty much on the money ”

https://x.com/FUDdaily/status/1761729517180092557?s=20 The reason this happened was because I got involved in the campaign to stop the asylum facility at RAF Linton on Ouse which would have been about a mile from my house. The whole thing turned very nasty, very quickly. I saw a call to protest on the local Facebook group so I went along, but there were only about twenty people there. There were at least eight “far right” activists, one of whom was Sam Melia from Patriotic Alternative. He’d been out around the village delivering leaflets.
I knew who PA were, but as a political blogger I make a point of talking to political people, so I chatted with Sam. We argued over a few points but he was entirely civil and coherent. I did a short interview in the capacity of a local resident with an independent video blogger. The Times then ran an innuendo leaden piece claiming the village had been “plagued” by far right activism, mentioning me by naime, claiming I had been “spotted” at “far right rallies”. This was a total lie and an IPSO complaint was made. But IPSO was totally useless and allowed the lie to stand. If I had money to gamble on a decrepit legal system, I would have gladly sued The Times.
Later that summer, Rachel Maskell MP, an open borders extremist, put on an event related to the asylum centre, so I went along, but by submitting my personal details via EventBrite, I ended up on the Stand Up To Racism mailing list. That’s how I think I showed up on the Antifa radar.
The meeting was pretty much as predicted, complete with an effeminate transvestite with a five o’clock shadow on the door clutching a bale full of Social Worker newspapers. The first speaker was a Covid-masked Rachael Maskell (nominative determinism?).
Her speech was pretty much a recital of all the dim-witted leftist tropes about vulnerable and desperate refugees – along with the “safe and legal routes” drivel. She described the Rwanda policy as “fascism” and went on to compare recent events with the beginnings of Nazi Germany. She’s seriously is thick as a box of hammers.
She was opposed to the migrant reception facility at Linton-on-Ouse, likening it to an “open prison”, but argued that we should be looking to house them in “our communities” (where she doesn’t live). She remarked that she had other engagements that evening (hoping to slink off without being questioned), so naturally I didn’t wait until the end to ask her where all this surplus housing was. She didn’t have an answer and I didn’t expect her to.
This is the kind of low grade, juvenile far-left politics that no serious politician would have anything to do with. This is exactly the same cohort who turn up to chant genocidal slogans and wave antisemitic banners.
As such, Labour MPs don’t get to wail about mob intimidation because they’ve encouraged it. If Rachel Reeves, Anneliese Dodds and others have a problem with being mobbed, they need to hold their own parliamentary colleagues to account. They climbed into bed with extremists. Let them live with the consequences.
But instead they are hoping the BBC will provide cover. And it is.
Interesting points … “It might be different if we could see any kind of effort to integrate and if we felt like you appreciated being British as much as we do, but when we see Muslims taking to the streets to stand with Hamas and call for Jihad, how can we not conclude we have an enemy in our midst?
Ultimately a functioning country is about kinship. The more alien cultures we import, the more diluted our commonality – and the more fragmented we become, to the point where we’re just a rabble of competing tribes, where there’s no sense of obligation to each other. A failed state basically. Those who won’t integrate need to be gone.”
Ok I'll bite. British culture is diverse. But you know it when you see it. It's pub culture. It's Wimbledon. It's airshows and steam rallies on a Summer day's. It's boating on the Thames. Democracy has always been flawed and fragile, but has muddled along based on a few key areas being recognised as inviolate not by rule, but common agreement… policing by consent… loser’s concession… one person, one vote…
All out the window now.

“In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control.
Habeas Corpus (1166 to 2003) This abolished freedom would have protected Julian Assange from imprisonment without charge. As a subject of his Majesty King Charles the Third, by the Grace of God King of the Realm of Australia, protector of Liberties. He would have been protected from exile from any Commonwealth Realm, especially to the rebel republic of the United States of America.
We shall not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgement of his Peers, or by the Law of the land.
Until 2003, people arrested without charge had the right to sue a writ of Habeas Corpus, forcing the courts to either charge or release them, and it was a fundamental right in the Constitution that protected against unlawful and indefinite imprisonment until Britain became a corporate fascist state in 2003.
It cannot remain acceptable that prisoners are held without charge or trial for years on end. Justice delayed is justice denied. The spirit, if not the letter, of Habeas Corpus is being breached. Again, the law needs to be restored and this medieval government should in the name of God, go.
Cromwell said “You are no Parliament, I say you are no Parliament; I will put an end to your sitting” He snatched up the ceremonial mace and demanded that the “bauble” be taken away. “You have sat too long here for any good you have been doing. In the name of God, go!”
Just this week, Julian Assange’s extradition appeal closed at the Royal Courts of Justice. It is concerning to hear that he is unwell and unable to appear in court. I am conscious that the proceedings are ongoing, but I want to say that human rights are central to what is happening in his case. The issue is not just how he has been treated, simply for telling the truth; if extradited, he could be at risk of treatment amounting to torture, and other forms of ill-treatment and punishment, including the death penalty.
“All that is necessary for evil to triumph, said Burke, is for good men to do nothing; and most good men nowadays can be relied upon to do precisely that. Where a reputation for intolerance is more feared than a reputation for vice itself, all manner of evil may be expected to flourish.”

“Firmness is the rule” said France’s interior minister wrote who used the law to expel an imam who made “unacceptable” remarks.
France has used tough new immigration laws to expel a “radical” imam who made “unacceptable” comments about the country’s flag. Imam Mahjoub Mahjoubi appeared to call the French flag “satanic” in a video widely shared on the internet earlier this week.
Now the country’s Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin has said immigration reforms have allowed a super swift deportation of Mr Mahjoubi. Mr Mahjoubi, who originally comes from Tunisia but has lived in France for 38 years, was an imam at the Ettaouba mosque in the small town of Bagnols-sur-Cèze, in the south of France.
He was arrested after a clip showed him calling a “tricolour flag” “satanic” and saying it has “no value with Allah”.
On Thursday Mr Darmanin wrote on X that he had asked for an expulsion order to be issued for Mahjoub Mahjoubi.
He went on to praise tough new immigration laws that makes it easier for France to deport foreign residents.

Disagree with me by all means: that’s what Twitter’s for. But if you’re rude or threatening or insulting (amazing how many people think ‘old’ is a smart rejoinder) I’ll take great pleasure in blocking you — never to hear from you again.
Too many BBC staff, and politicians, do it, because they know the reasons will be unknown and lost.
Twitter under such a regime therefore becomes broadcast propaganda without being held to account. Like the BBC.
“It might very well be that literally every word in the history books, even the things that one accepted without question, was pure fantasy. For all he knew there might never have been any such law as the JUS PRIMAE NOCTIS, or any such creature as a capitalist, or any such garment as a top hat.

What is the special term for gangs of men of white British origin who deliberately target lots of underage girls of non-white ethnicity for rape ?
.. It’s so strange there isn’t a special word
Yet libmob gaslight by claiming ethnicity has nothing to do with racist grooming gangs.
There are of course a proportion of sex offenders who are white and there have been cases of mainly white gangs in the odd children’s home or church situation, but I don’t know of any with a racial angle.

hijacking of the ideology of the noble religion of Islam
hijacking of the ideology of the noble religion of Islam
“Political Islam, which is the hijacking of the ideology of the noble religion of Islam, is a major threat to world security and peace. That was fully revealed in April 2014 with the formation of ISIS from the Iraqi franchise of the Muslim Brotherhood. ISIS took the West by surprise, as did the heinous 7 October Hamas pogrom on Israel, with Hamas clearly anticipating the violence of the Israeli response and the global concern that followed. Political Islam seeks a worldwide caliphate under sharia law: a theocracy without national borders. Thus, like any theocratic state, it is the antithesis of democracy, because it does not provide for a change of government by election. It also defies the basic concept of the United Nations, which was formed to protect the sovereignty of nation states”

Armed Forces Readiness
Inquiry
The Committee welcomes written evidence on the following:
Are the armed forces sufficiently capable, resourced and ready to protect the UK and our allies?
What are the main gaps in capability and/or readiness, and what will it take to fill these gaps?
Are the UK armed forces a ‘tier one fighting force’? Do they need to be?
What are the consequences of the army having been “hollowed out and underfunded”? Which of these consequences needs to be addressed most urgently?
Are the Government’s plans sufficient to address any shortfalls?

She was convicted of insulting Islam by allowing her class of six-year-olds to name a teddy bear “Muhammad”.[2],

Rampant dangerous mass immigration!??? Will GB News ask the question? No.
They start virtue-signalling about Ukraine. The interviewer (wotsisname?) Wants to know how we can bring in EVEN MORE immigrants from Ukraine. Faster. Easier.
Boris;
“so first of all on helping the the Ukrainians to to come here uh we’ve already given visas to tens of i think almost 30 000 people and that and the number is climbing quite fast and you know that’s a that’s a good sized uh town now and it will continue to grow. ”
Then something about chocolate oranges.

The reason this happened was because I got involved in the campaign to stop the asylum facility at RAF Linton on Ouse which would have been about a mile from my house.

Democracy has always been flawed and fragile, but has muddled along based on a few key areas being recognised as inviolate not by rule, but common agreement… policing by consent… loser’s concession… one person, one vote…
All out the window now.
The spirit of the law vs. letter was an open goal for vague legislation, selectively applied to become two tier.
Winning seldom occurs when the other side is utterly prepared to cheat. And has near total control of the broadcast system.

A comment quote just now on a Homewood thread:
“In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control.

Julian Assange: Britain in 2024
Habeas Corpus (1166 to 2003) This abolished freedom would have protected Julian Assange from imprisonment without charge.

Julian Assange’s case has profound consequences for press freedom and democracy around the world”

EU country’s ‘tough’ immigration law allows migrants to be deported in 12 hours

Too many BBC staff, and politicians, do it, because they know the reasons will be unknown and lost.
Twitter under such a regime therefore becomes broadcast propaganda without being held to account. Like the BBC.

Sheik Taj Aldin al-Hilali reportedly made the remarks in a religious address to 500 worshippers in Sydney last month, during Ramadan. The speech was translated by The Australian newspaper, which ran excerpts yesterday.

A woman tried to organise a big bikini march past his mosque, but organisers gave up the plan
For the 2007 election he tried to found an Islamic party
“The concept of the Party was abandoned once again in June 2007 when Hilaly retired from his role as Mufti.[44][45]
On 10 May 2007 the Australian Federal Police cleared Hilaly of diverting charitable funds to Hezbollah.[46]
The Council of Islamic Jurisprudence and Research reappointed Hilaly as Grand Mufti on 10 June 2007; however, he declined the position, thereby ending his term in office.
Hilaly died in Egypt on 5 October 2023, at age 82”

I ruined my own Sunday listening to Boris. He was interviewed by a Ukrainian chap. I think he might have been trying to do a Carlson-Putin copycat interview but it fails because the buffoon act doesn’t go over as well as Putin’s erudite composure.
Alarmingly he spoke about not only winning the Ukraine war but he thinks we can take Crimea.

hijacking of the ideology of the noble religion of Islam
hijacking of the ideology of the noble religion of Islam

The flags themselves are fire retardant and won’t easily light, even when they do they go out again unless an accelerant is used.
