Feddy you tricked me….. I had just posted this on the old thread.

TUV writes to BBC about disgraceful bias

    Adam Smyth
    Director

    BBC Northern Ireland

    Dear Mr Smyth,

I write to advise you of the outcome of the 2024 general election in Northern Ireland and specifically the performance of TUV which I would be obliged if you could bring to the attention of your colleagues in the production, presenting, online news and graphics departments of the BBC.

TUV polled a total of 48,685 votes or 6.2% of the total across 18 constituencies in spite of the fact that we only contested 14 constituencies.

In 6 out of 14 seats TUV out polled the SDLP. In 6 out of 14 seats TUV out polled the UUP. In 6 out of 14 seats contested TUV out polled Alliance.

In North Antrim TUV won a Westminster seat and Jim Allister is now an MP. This means that TUV has the same number of MPs as the UUP and Alliance.

I mention the above facts because they appear to have passed the BBC by and they should have some impact on your output. For example, the BBC are still using graphics acknowledging that the UUP and Alliance have one MP but lumping TUV in as “others”.

This morning on Good Morning Ulster – the programme where one of your “commentators” described Jim Allister as a Lundy without challenge before the election and a reporter employed lines straight from DUP election literature to dismiss TUV candidates at the start of the election – the presenter claimed that listeners would hear from “all the main parties” without GMU having so much as attempted to get a TUV voice on the programme.

Many of your journalists and reporters – and without naming anyone there is one in particular who comes to mind – have repeatedly said that no one saw the North Antrim result coming. This is in spite of a conversation I had with another BBC journalist a week and a half out from polling day in which I said it was possible. I take exception to being dismissed as no one, particularly when I am right.

You will recall that before the election I wrote to you many times to complain about the treatment of TUV and made the case for treating us a major party. The points made in those letters were dismissed and the issues about unequal treatment were never acknowledged. I now demand that the BBC live up to its duty to be a public service broadcaster and reflects the reality that TUV speaks for a significant number of people in Northern Ireland. It is an insult to our voters who, I remind you, pay the licence fee too and deserve to be heard.

    Yours sincerely,
    Samuel Morrison, TUV press officer

    Now there are six?
I’m not sure but I think Jim Allister of the TUV- for North Antrim, Northern Ireland has taken the Reform UK whip.

Joes speech at the NATO conference.

Watch his eyes : he’s reading word for word from teleprompters. One on each side. His eyes move continually from a position on the extreme left to a position on the extreme right . All the way through. Every word.

And while he is presenting that very peculiar leader of NATO who I do not trust one bit the ‘Presidential Medal of Freedom’ he is addressing him in the first person and telling him how great he is. Does Joe look at him while he talks to him ?. Nope, eyes left and right on the teleprompters as usual.

Joe is not allowed to talk now. He is only allowed to read things prepared for him word for word so he does not forget what he is supposed to day. It’s as clear as day – but will the BBC pick up on it ?.

    Of course not.

The whole thing is an extremely shallow display of self-admiration trying to leech the reputation of NATO’s past. It takes extreme hypocrisy to claim their interventions in Ukraines are covered by the ‘self defence’ mandate with a straight face. NATO is now an active political tool, not a defensive one.

Look : the BBC managed to find a picture of Joe taken at fast shutter speed as his eyes were transitioning from left teleprompter to right teleprompter. This is entirely unrepresentative of his speech.

100% deliberate to make it look as though he is addressing the audience directly. He did anything but. Another whopper in favour of the house.

Not a single word of what he said was his own. THAT should have been the story here. It’s about as far from what you expect from a President as you can get.

Tara Reade, who accused Joe Biden of sexual assault, defects to Russia
    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/may/30/tara-reade-defects-russia-biden

This is the woman who said Joe pushed her up against a wall and pushed his fingers inside her. She has fled to Russia. The BBC reported she was just seeking to go even though everyone else told us she had actually defected.
Woman who accused Biden of sexual assault seeks Russian citizenship
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-65764319

One thing I will say about The Guardian is that they are REAL activists. They are the ones who do things like The Killing Fields. The BBC are a different kind. They are just as nasty and spiteful, but they are more the champagne socialists from middle-class families. They are not used to getting their hands dirty.

So all the BBC tell us about her reasons are:
‘”When I got off the plane in Moscow, for the first time in a very long time I felt safe, and I felt heard and felt respected,” The Guardian newspaper quotes Ms Reade as saying during an interview with Sputnik.’

Of course the BBC didn’t tell us the full story. They missed out the most significant thing she said:
‘“I just really so appreciate Maria and everyone who’s been giving me [protection] at a time when it’s been very difficult to know if I’m safe or not.
“I just didn’t want to walk home and walk into a cage or be killed, which is basically my two choices.”’
So Biden would have had her killed.

Isn’t it just amazing what the BBC will choose to hide from us when it suits them ?. This is a thousand times worse than Trumps ‘hush money’. And it’s gone right under the carpet.

Just imagine how big this story would have been if it were Trump.

This would have been a much more accurate headline:
‘Woman who accused Joe Biden of sexual assault defects to Russia in fear of her life’.

That’s why I despise the BBC and their complete lack of ethics so much.

On Today they were talking about Trump’s “bombastic rhetoric” about getting NATO countries to pay their full whack or he would abandon them.

They then went on to say that NATO countries have increased their contributions and strengthened the alliance in spite of Trump’s wild threats. Thank God we have sensible and responsible leaders in Europe!

The BBC, who are full of Islington luvvies who don’t live in the real world, just don’t understand Trump. They don’t connect his “rhetoric” with the positive results he gets. He is a smart negotiator. He threatens sanctions because he wants agreements. He threatens higher tariffs because he wants lower tariffs. He threatens abandoning NATO because he wants NATO to get off their asses and become united and strong.

The BBC gets obsessed by certain sports personalities
to the point of total distraction for the viewers or

there was only one golfer playing in events Tiger Woods.
My wife who doesn’t have that much interest in football.
Walks around the house saying ” MBAPP.E” I asked her
why. And she said she keeps hearing that name on BBC.
Actually I honestly believe that if England were playing
France in the final. The BBC would be in a quandary.
Although England have a diverse, inclusive team. France
take the biscuit. Other than the fact that there are very
few players of Caucasian extraction .
Tennis of course at Wimbledon is a terrible problem
for the diversity department of the BBC. BIG BROTHER
must be pulling their hair out. All this whiteness. OK
the interviewer of the players after the match may be of
Caribbean , Indian extraction. But even the balls are white.
Maybe somebody could get away with telling BIG BROTHER
that Cristine Truman played with white balls . However
Cristine Keeler played with all colour of balls. This could
    placate BIG BROTHER.

TOADY Watch #1 – nostalgia is not what it used to be

The Bee Lady reminds us, I think it was in the half hour to 8 a.m., that those hot summers of our childhood (for those now in their seventies) were not so hot, not so dry, not so warm and sunny, not one bit. What we are doing, according to the Bee Lady, is looking at the past weather with rose tinted spectacles that block out the rain, block out the cold days, and we must believe in Global Warming and Climate Change.

The weather forecast incorporated into TOADY had the Beeboid presenting it apologising for the cold weather with temperatures 3 or 4 degrees C below what they should be for this time of year. Martha Kearney, Bee keeper, what do you think of that? I also remember the cool, very wet, summer of 1968 when various floods occurred in the south-East and my favourite golf trousers rotted from the hems at feet level and had to be thrown away. I also remember the legendary hot summer of 1976. 🙂

But hearing Tommy remind of how he and others have been treated and fill in some details we never knew or had forgotten, really does hit home that we living in a police state with a two tier justice system and a political class that seems to despise us.

The Labour MP Clive Lewis has apologised for using a misogynist phrase at a Labour party conference fringe event last month after being criticised by several prominent female colleagues.

Video from the Momentum event in Brighton surfaced on Friday in which Lewis, the MP for Norwich, told the actor Sam Swann to “get on your knees bitch”

The absolute best part of all Brissles is that this is a direct backfire from the MSM’s shameful cover-up of Joes mental condition for the sole purpose of stopping Trump.

They covered it up right to the point he failed so spectacularly in the debate. Now their desperation to stop Trump looks like it will be the deciding factor to make him President again. It’s just the perfect example of karma.

Now Joe is so addled, he cannot appreciate how addled he is. The only way they are going to stop him is to forcibly remove him.

The BBC are now quoting people asking Joe to take a cognitive test after never mentioning it for years – even though it has been very apparent there is something wrong. Which shows how desperate they have become overnight.

This is the only way for force him out so expect it to continue. Other people will demand it and the BBC will report it. That is their main tool for presenting their bias these days : just quote someone else saying it. After any appropriate editing of what they said of course.

It’s pathetic beyond words – but that’s the modern BBC all over. Very skilled at avoiding directly breaking the letter of OFCOM rules while totally trampling on their spirit. Not that OFCOM care of course – but it stops the Right having hard evidence.

Keep going Joe. The BBC are flapping like fish in their panic and I’m enjoying it very much.

Goodness me. That statement just elevated my opinion of Clooney from ‘don’t care’ to ‘ridiculous idiot’.

He clearly thinks everyone else lives in the same fairy-tale bubble as he does. That line is straight from the North Korean press-release handbook.

Joe has already drawn his line in the sand. Any shift from that now will make him look like a complete chump and a man with his ego certainly knows it.

,Now Labour are back in power after a slight hiatus called Gordon Brown.

We have the charming ‘Starmer’ now PM who refused to criticise the BBC for its promotion of Jimmy Saville antics, whilst Starmer was then was head of the UK DPP. They knew. The Police called them the ‘untouchables’, (then) Liberal ‘fatso’ Sir Cyril Smith (abuser of Boys) and . Saville (a serial abuser of young Girls) was a BBC fund raiser and enjoyed ‘hospitality; both at the BBC and Nurses homes he frequented, often with his BBC Chauffeur (the only one to be arrested and charged, committed suicide). Nobody at the BBC could point this out other than Ester Rantzen, who was told to shut up, and she did mostly.

I grew up with Top of the Pops, late night radio (with John Peel) and even the funny but disturbing Kenny Everett. BBC enjoyed and revelled in its success. It had total monopoly of the UK airwaves and TV. They had total control on what was news and what was not. The BBC no longer serves those that pay for it.

They have history of lying to us, its not even worth arguing over it. They even declare that its necessary, as we are so stupid and ignorant, and uneducated being ‘Not-One-of-Them’
‘Kiddy fiddlers’, ‘Bendover ‘brass-necks, ‘Trotsky and Marxists’ and several incantations of ‘Sodom and Gomorrah’ protocol as a modern Disneyland and imported from the states as being the ‘progressive left’. Biden get his full support from the UK via the BBC, which has its tenticals in CNN state side. the new boss is the one who was DG of the BBC when Saville was exposed and denied by the BBC. That ex BBC DG, Mark Thompson.

Only recently THIS WEEK the BBC been given another ten year run promoting global socialism and they can now raise the TV license well above the inflation target, and scoop up all those that refuse to pay ‘as they do not own a TV set’. Watching any TV on any device is now considered fair game (even if you don’t watch BBC), Sky, Roku, and Netflix will all have to pay the BBC, how this will happen (or enforced) wont be by the UK Courts but a ‘declaration’, that you will be asked to sign up to a channel such as the new FREELY they are currently pushing for the next generation of TV set boxes. will make it a legal requirement, how, we shall soon see. Labour will need the BBC to cover up any potential news ‘problems’.
News black outs. ‘D’ notices and an acceleration of ‘Climate changes’ running up to 2030 are all to be expected to get worse, as are banning of all new Petrol and Diesel Cars. Based on the same template, which we know is false, cannot be halted. Its too profitable now to stop.

And we have a new Climate Tzar alongside Ed Milliband to entrall us all about the ‘urgency and ‘emergency’ to come anytime now (or later). Everything will stop at about 2030. There will be riots (as in Paris), there will be starvation (no fertilizer), 15 minute cities if your lucky to have an ID card (for non existant NHS healthcare, that would have collapsed by 2030). But there still will be the BBC TV license, as you cannot turn it off or admit you do not watch it.

I leave you with somebody that worked at the BBC. Only when he left, retired could he report on what the BBC is ‘up to’ in dishonesty and its continued fascination with global ‘climate change’ even changing its TV weather maps from ‘blue to orange’ and warnings that are typical for this time of year. Even the rain is not unusual for our UK Summer. We have had worse.

“We were masters of the techniques of promoting our point of view under the cloak of impartiality. The simplest was to hold a discussion between a fluent and persuasive proponent of the view you favoured, and a humourless bigot representing the other side….
It is curiously satisfying to find all these techniques still being regularly used forty seven years after I left the BBC”.

Biden’s bruising day sinks hopes Democrats will move on
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c3g07ng2mn1o

This article is the confirmation that the BBC are now committed to the campaign to get Biden out. They are that desperate to stop Trump getting in.

They already ran the Clooney report:
‘George Clooney has issued a damning call for Joe Biden to quit the US presidential race’
Not quite sure why they think any intelligent people should give a flying f*ck what a luvvie thinks about anything (they live in an utterly warped alternate reality) – but this article is an EXTRA one repeating all the things Clooney said and has no purpose other than the club the seal. It’s just repeating everything they already reported in one place.
This is the BBC at it’s lowest and most dirty. It’s 100% attempting to influence the next election because they think Trump is going to win. It’s also 100% abuse of the ridiculous amount of power the BBC hold due to their massive public funding.
Stand by for another headline tomorrow and the day after. And the day after that until the combined pressure of the MSM force him out. They’ve done many times now and always for their own political agenda.
Still, it’s highly amusing to watch these blatant double-standard hypocrites spin on a sixpence and attack each other when their agenda calls for it. With any luck it is going to send the Democrats into civil war.

Another plus is how can use this complete farce as a clear example of the BBC’s double-standards, lies by omission and political bias. Unless of course you can succumb to Dementia overnight.
