I’m so looking forward to seeing the next pic of Donald Trump taking over from Biden, and having to meet him for a photoshoot, like he had to with Bamalam…

    https://www.npr.org/2016/11/10/501566466/in-surreal-moment-president-elect-donald-trump-meets-with-president-obama

Some sort of MSM nutter decided to make an article about the size of the ‘manspread’ and the ‘body language’, in the pic, so the next one with the silly old man whom President Trump is kicking out will be hilarious!

Just as well it won’t be Cackalama…

Yes, Obama would have known that the FBI were going to bug the incoming Trump transition team based on the dodgy Steele dosier paid for by the Democrats when that photograph was taken. Perhaps the alignment of congress might shine a bit of light on this murky affair.

    BBC 6 pm news.
An extended voxpop of tearful reporting from Washington. That is the District of Columbia. Sob. Sob.

Impartial? Representative? Don’t make me laugh.
DC has only about 300,000 voters. 90% voted Democrat. And as I’ve mentioned before, 14% are LGBT, by far the highest % in the USA.
For the BBC to give this area any coverage at all is deeply biased and reveals them in their true colours.

But it also shows how entrenched the Democrats are in terms of unelected power. All those lefty civil servants determined to prevent a legitimately elected centre-right government from carrying through its policies for which it has a clear mandate.

      https://www.instituteforgovernment.org.uk/article/explainer/nudge-unit

      What are nudges?
Nudges mean thinking harder about the way people approach decisions and using those insights to design policy. In 2010, the Institute for Government set out some of those approaches in its MINDSPACE report, which suggests that both the messenger and the message were important and that defaults mattered. It remains the Institute’s most downloaded report.

The approach depends a lot on experimentation, and the Nudge Unit has championed wider use of experiments in government.

‘Almost all Channel migrants destroy their passport or do not have one on arrival in the UK, data show.

As few as one in 50 have passports when they are picked up by Border Force after being told by people smugglers to destroy them in order to improve their chances of remaining in the UK.

Border Force insiders said the absence of ID documents made it harder to deport failed asylum seekers as most countries were reluctant to take back migrants without hard evidence of their nationality.

Kevin Saunders, a former chief immigration officer, said: “If these people have destroyed their passports, then they give Border Force an incorrect name and date of birth and they are here for life.”’

But…we do know where they came from….France……so return them there.

West Yorkshire grooming gang of 20 men are jailed for total of 219 years for rape and sex attacks on girls as young as 12 in West Yorkshire.

Reporting restrictions have up to now meant details of the enquiries could not be disclosed but these have since been lifted meaning the outcomes can be shared.

This comes as an investigation was launched in 2016 into allegations of child sexual abuse and exploitation of two girls between 2006 and 2009 when the girls were aged between 13 and 16.

A separate enquiry then commenced in the same year following reports of repeated sexual abuse of a vulnerable young girl between 2002 and 2006, starting when she was 13 years old.

In May, Trump became the first former US president ever convicted of a crime, when a Manhattan jury found him guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

Trump is scheduled to face sentencing later this month, where he could face up to four years in prison. As of writing, it’s still on the calendar.

But now that he’s president-elect, our legal system is in “truly uncharted territory”, said Anna Cominsky, a professor at New York Law School.

“For now, nothing is stopping the NY sentencing from proceeding,” Cominsky said. “That does not, of course, mean that it will not be indefinitely delayed.”

Justice Juan Merchan finds himself in an incredibly difficult position. Though he has run Trump’s criminal case by the book he has acknowledged in rulings that he is dealing with no ordinary defendant.

Two completely different takes on why Trump won….one is the reality, the other…is Sarah Smith’s version….Smith who chose to stick by Harris for the election and not go to Trump’s campaign. She chose poorly.

‘Spiked’ lays out why the Democrats lost the vote, lost the trust, lost the belief of so many Americans….Smith just basically expresses her amazement that Americans could vote for such a man as she lists all of his ‘faults’. She has no understanding of what really happened and why….which is a bit unfortunate for the BBC’s North America Editor.

The Democrat ‘elites’ tried to impose their worldview upon America and bleed it dry and were punished for that….maybe the BBC ‘elites’ should listen and learn….or maybe they’ll just double down and start lecturing us all the more until we shut them down.

Just looked at the BBC news page for something to show their bias and was swamped with headlines like:

‘Kamala Harris tells supporters “do not despair”‘

‘”I know many people feel like we are entering a dark time, but for the benefit of us all, I hope that is not the case,” she says in her first speech since losing the election’

I then moved on to the story of the BBC North American editor telling us why the Cackler lost and was astounded by just how little she comprehends why Trump won. Her article was complete rubbish.

The BBC’s reaction to this result proves beyond any doubt just who is the real threat to democracy. They simply won’t accept the result : they are in mourning.

What stands out a country mile to me is how the biggest issue for the American public was ‘to protect democracy’. And in doing so they overwhelmingly voted for Trump. An vital point which has been utterly ignored by the BBC. Because behind all their weasel-word lies, they absolutely want a world where the Left rule without any opposition from the Right. Make no mistake, in another time they would put us in concentration camps if they could. I half expected Starmer to announce one after he mandated all the Right-Wing protestors be sent to jail. And the BBC would have supported him 100%.

“UN removes quilt panel artwork calling for Israel’s extermination after facing backlash.

The incendiary painting on the panel featured a map of Israel, resembling a watermelon, without the West Bank or Gaza partition. In the top right-hand corner was the Palestinian flag.

The left side of the map contained the phrase “From the River to the Sea” and the right side contained the phrase, “Will be Free” in an obvious nod to the phrase, “From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will be Free.”

Israelis regard the phrase as a call to genocide, and for Israel to be wiped off the map entirely. ”

The U.N. said a staffer informed the organizer upon installation that several panels — including the one with the phrase “From the River to the Sea” — could not be displayed. The U.N. said the controversial panels were covered in the second week of October, but someone “removed those covers” earlier last week.”

Not quite as embrarrassing as our first diverse Foreign Minister but, notice what Trump said about this:

“Australia PM Albanese speaks to Trump as ambassador deletes comments after election win.

Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said he had spoken with Donald Trump on Thursday after the Republican’s U.S. election win, as Australia’s U.S. ambassador deleted comments he previously made about Trump, saying they did not reflect the view of the Australian government.

One potential issue is the relationship between the incoming administration and Australia’s ambassador in Washington, former Labor Party prime minister Kevin Rudd.

Among the deleted comments, Rudd had in 2020 described Trump as “the most destructive president in history”.

Trump, when asked about Rudd’s comments in a British TV interview in March, said Rudd was “not the brightest bulb” and “nasty”.
“He won’t be there long if that’s the case,” Trump said.”

      https://www.theguardian.com/books/2020/mar/08/tribes-how-need-to-belong-can-make-break-good-society-david-lammy-review

There has always been more than one David Lammy, but until I read this book I didn’t realise quite how many there were. To younger readers, he might be the man who went viral after the Grenfell tragedy with an emotional denunciation of the ways in which residents had been failed, or the Twitter warrior against Brexit.

So are tribes good or bad things in themselves? The answer, seemingly, is both. Lammy argues that the atomisation of society and collapse of old social structures are driving people towards toxic new ways of satisfying a natural desire to belong – criminal gangs, white supremacist subcultures, Isis – which would be better satisfied by creating broader communities based on positive values.

    Biomass

Biomass power stations burn plant material to produce steam to drive a turbine. Great Britain’s largest power station, Drax, is a former coal-fired power station converted to burn wood pellets.

Biomass power stations qualify for renewable energy subsidies (over £6bn so far in the case of Drax) because newly planted trees can absorb the carbon dioxide produced by burning wood from mature trees. However, this process can take decades, during which time the effects on atmospheric carbon dioxide levels are worse than those from burning fossil fuels.

Furthermore, Drax imports most of its wood pellets, and a BBC investigation found that Drax was clearfelling irreplaceable old-growth forests in Canada.

I speak of course of the news event: Trump is back (FT)

This of course amid almost universal bureaucratic, political, arts, entertainment and media elite opprobrium, on both sides of the Atlantic.

The globalist Financial Times this morning provides a fine example of bizarro world editorial policy – whereby the market oriented paper says: Stocks open at new high amid global fears over tariffs

Never mind your lefty politics, feel the economic boom – I say to the FT

Yesterday… All my troubles seemed so far away (Paul McCartney)

America decides… Polls point to tight result (FT)

All those neck and neck, nip and tuck headlines didn’t age well, did they?

New Trump v Harris drama… Result on knife edge… (freebie Metro, 6 Nov)
Shattered Harris ‘in bed’ after huge defeat (giveaway Metro, 7 Nov)

As nation decides, experts say result is ‘basically a coin toss’ (Daily Mail, 6 Nov)
In the end it wasn’t even close – it was a thumping win (the ever excitable Daily Mail, 7 Nov)

Democrats dare to believe… one of the closest and most consequential presidential elections hurtling towards an uncertain finish (Guardian, 6 Nov)
Trump returns to White House with resounding victory (Guardian, 7 Nov)

White House contest neck and neck (‘i’, 6 Nov)
Landslide… Trump wins White House, Senate and popular vote (‘i’, 7 Nov)

    Point made, I think.

Don’t believe the hype (Public Enemy 1988, from the album It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back)

    Turn up the radio
They claim that I’m a criminal
    By now I wonder how
    Some people never know
The enemy could be their friend, guardian
    I’m not a hooligan
    I rock the party and
Clear all the madness, I’m not a racist…

The minute they see me, fear me
I’m the epitome, a public enemy
    Used, abused without clues
I refused to blow a fuse
They even had it on the news
    Don’t believe the hype

One in three people of color voted for Trump as GOP makes inroads in historic Democratic stronghold… American voters less divided along racial lines, NBC News Exit Poll finds, as Black, Latino and Asian voters come out for Republican presidential nominee (Indepenedent)

    Meanwhile, in Surrey…

Sara Sharif’s stepmum was ‘possessed’, court hears… stepmother accused of killing 10-year-old… like “someone has done black magic on her”, a court has been told… found with dozens of injuries at the family’s home in Woking… Her father Urfan Sharif, 42, stepmother Beinash Batool, 30, and uncle, Faisal Malik, 29, have denied murder… she died on 8 August… The court also previously heard Mr Sharif, Ms Batool and Mr Malik travelled to Islamabad, Pakistan, with other family members on 9 August 2023 (BBC Online News, England, Local News, Surrey)

Asiseeit – as a slight anorak I do wonder a bit how elections are really won and lost …. Particularly so in the case of the US 2020 / 2024 ones . Will the result this time provide the ‘smoking gun’ to show the theft in 2020 ? – with huge difference in outcomes between the two which cannot be easily explained .?
I know it’s an academic issue but could mean more come the next election here – if TTK sees he is gonna lose and tries to employ the Obama fix methods …

Trump gets the last laugh on the ugly old bat.
May she die enraged and bitter, tormented by the realisation that all her machinations came to nought because of Orange Man.
Same goes for Obama and that whole sorry shower of crooks.

    Today
Poor our Justin still on the case . Trump is clearly the enemy – Our Justin is really concerned about ‘British exports ‘ – and tariffs . Apparently Britain still exports stuff …. Perhaps on behalf of other countries – such as Japanese cars made here .

Im waiting for the red narrative that because Trump got elected then there is no ‘growth ‘ – that Big Labour Plan – so he is to blame … you heard it here first .

Im really looking forward to the plan to close the US border – can it be done by the end of 2025 and America starting to be safer / secure again ….

Tonight / this afternoon ? The false president is going to read from the autocue – presumably after meeting the true president at the White House . ..

Missouri AG to sue New York over ‘unconstitutional lawfare’ against Trump: ‘Time to restore the rule of law’

“Radical progressives in New York are trying to rig the 2024 election. We have to stand up and fight back,” he exclusively told Fox News Digital.

Bailey said the state’s actions against Trump sabotage Missourians’ right to a free and fair election.

“We have to fight back against a rogue prosecutor who is trying to take a presidential candidate off the campaign trail,” Bailey wrote on X.

Bailey’s office noted that the lawsuit will go straight to the U.S. Supreme Court because it is a state versus state action. His office said it will be titled “Missouri vs. New York.”

Last month, Bailey probed the Justice Department for documents related to any communications with prosecutors connected to the indictments of former President Trump.

“The investigations and subsequent prosecutions of former President Donald J. Trump appear to have been conducted in coordination with the United States Department of Justice,” Bailey alleges, adding that he believes that allegation is demonstrated in part by the move of the third-highest ranking DOJ official, Matthew Colangelo, to the Manhattan DA’s office to help prosecute the criminal case, N.Y. v. Trump. ”

Hopefully all these scum far-left legal thugs can be released for new employment opportunities.

Lawfare and the use of legal is the biggest threat to western countries. The funds that it consumes would be better spent on improving economies.

The UK lot should be sent to St Kilda and their fate closely recorded by MSM. See HH Guide to the Galaxy for more details.

Always enjoy the lie of the ‘special relationship ‘ – perhaps the statue of Winston Churchill will be placed back in the Oval Office – although Britain hating Obama/ Biden would probably have melted it down ….
There is no ‘special relationship ‘ there are just national interests which coincide – as evidenced by the US sitting on its ‘ hands from 1939 – 1941 …. And exploiting the UK economy through lend – lease …
