Start the Week 13th January 2025

The BBC continues to fail to report the truth of its ‘ failing Marxist government – crashing the economy – covering up and organised sex attacks . And Lisa Nandy – the Far Left culture Secretary is mulling over putting payment for the BBC into general taxation ….

    BBC making it personal.
Story about skilled sewing machinists, willingly choosing to work up to 75 hours a week, at piece rate, to save up some coin.
Naturally the BBC don’t like this free enterprise, and are trying to guilt trip western consumers, who probably can’t afford more expensive clothing, due to low wages and high rents here.

Byron Donalds isn’t correct, Biden wasn’t exposed at the debate, it was no worse than anything else we’d seem over his presidency.
His handlers had already decided to ditch him, called for the debate date to be brought forwards, to give them time build up his replacement.
What’s more interesting is how they orchestrated the media etc to Pile in on Biden at the same moment

Just having a clear out now (2025) of old BBC cuttings and this cutting is from 2015, so TEN years ago. And I ask myself has ANYTHING changed at the BBC? Or as we all know it has got worse… Now that Labour are back in power what happens next to the despised TV license?

I am not sure this link will work but it shows The Times was then highly critical of the BBC, its not so much now, as the woes of the BBC are in many ways ENDEMIC of UK the civil-servant led public services and the NHS, All have fallen to a poltical agenda…

Only yesterday i heard on TALK RADIO Roger Bolton talking about the constant failures of the BBC and how it is totally unaccountable.
He has a website called Roger Boltons Beebwatch

    https://www.rogerboltonsbeebwatch.com/

He has been sacked from the BBC TWICE for exposing the level of corruption and incompetence that goes on there…!

And has a series of BBC ‘centric’ podcast, which I listened to yesterday, some industry information on why the BBC wastes its money continually, makes bad choices and lacks COMEDY and any good DRAMA. The only thing it was good at.

Now its all gone, but he still thinks its worth saving. But I did learn that the BBC is planning to drop the TV license due to 100,000 refusing to pay for it. And Labour ‘Lisa Nandy’ and the BBC are busy trying to make it a LOCAL/ NATIONAL taxation, (possibly run by Councils for local debt collectors) and some BBC channels will be by subscription only. You can hear it on this latest podcast below.

    — individuals who experienced negative consequences of Covid vaccines including debilitating injury, or significant side effects, some of which are ongoing

    — people who felt their concerns had not been properly addressed by experts or the medical profession

    — those who expressed the view that there had not been, and still was not, enough information about vaccines and any potential side-effects, and this vacuum of information left space for rumours, conspiracy theories and ongoing worries

One victim has even said that she was strangled, she was threatened with a knife and her home was threatened with being burnt down. She was then raped, I’m afraid to say First Minister, a thousand times.”

As Millar went on the Speaker Elin Jones interrupted him and told him he was being “overly descriptive and, I think, verging on not not being totally respectful of the victim at this point so can you tone down the rhetorics.” The Tory leader claimed he was “simply reading facts,” to which the Speaker complained:

“The use of language in this place needs to be making sure that you are keeping well away from inflaming any kind of discrimination or inciting of any kind of discrimination… you’ve become overly descriptive and I need you to now reflect on that.

Guido’s not sure what the optics are in claiming that factual descriptions of rape gangs’ methods is “inflaming discrimination.”

I’ve noticed recently that the Left in general have a new trick to try and oppress people on the Right speaking the truth.

They say they should not say it because it might make other people angry and they might attack those who are being talked about. Whether it is the truth or not is neither here nor there.

Since when was that ever a reason to suppress free-speech ?. Their ‘rules’ are getting more and more specific and more and more ridiculous as the world wakes up to what they really are and they are now getting desperate.

One of Britain’s most successful businessmen speaks out and the BBC seems to ignore him….can’t see any mention of this even tucked out of the way on the business pages…you might think they’d want to discuss it when a whole industry is being wiped out by Ed MIliband…

‘”We are witnessing the extinction of one of our major industries as chemical manufacture has the life squeezed out of it,” says INEOS boss Jim Ratcliffe.
De-industrialising Britain achieves “nothing for the environment. It merely shifts production and emissions elsewhere.”’

The BBC never learns…it adopts a line that suits its worldview and does its best to suppress, counter or demonise any narrative that contradicts their own….such as the rape gangs or covid [no irony they are now expressing so much concern for those who died or were otherwise brought low by the vaccines after having demonised those worried about taking a vaccine] and of course climate change where the ‘science is setttled’ and if you dare to suggest all is not as they claim you will be targeted.

10 or 20 years from now you can be sure they’ll all be backpedalling on their current claims about climate and CO2 as the real truth begins to surface about what causes global warming…which, shock horror, might be a good thing?

Just remember the BBC wasn’t just reporting it was campaigning just as it did with covid.

Nicky Campbell discussing Reeves and her wrecking-ball budget….he asks if we are being fair to her? Since when did any BBC presenter ask that of a Tory Chancellor? The slightest excuse and the BBC was ranting and raving about a doomsday recession looming round the corner.
The BBC’s Nick Eardley came on to continue the tag-team rooting for Reeves as Labour considers ‘massive welfare cuts’ which Eardley tells us ‘many in Labour will think that’s fine…’ and that borrowing rates are going up around the world so it’s OK here…despite it being worse here.

Since when does any Labour MP think welfare cuts are ‘just fine’? Since when did any BBC presenter think welfare cuts were ‘just fine’? Imagine it was a Tory government suggesting this….there’d be total outrage and a constant stream of ‘victims’ on 5 Live telling us how awful life will be as they have to choose between ‘heating and eating’.

Seems that the BBC is doing its best to downplay any potential criticism and smooth things over for Reeves.

Campbell then started on covid…supposedly showing concern for those suffering from the after-effects of taking covid vaccines…but it didn’t take long before the real mentality was revealed as a jolly cockney from central casting came on attacking vaccine critics…one might have suspected he was put up by the nudge unit so smooth was his delivery. Campbell lapped it up and instantly responded in agreement saying that the vaccine critics were ideological and that society if too polarised so that a sensible debate cannot be had..and things are just not that simple….hmmm…yeah…it was the vaccine critics trying to have that conversation and the ideological and polarised BBC that shut them down and demonised them….just as Campbell tried to do there….and it was interesting just how easily that comment came out of him…almost as if it was a thought that had been well developed and considered in his head for a long time…what he really thinks.

I have never seen such a targeted campaign being carried out with such flimsy proven evidence.

They even enlisted a Uni professor to validate their opinion and data…

“after reviewing the data and methodology, Prof Barratt said he was confident in the analysis, taking account of other influences such as weather and transport patterns.

“It may be that the exact numbers are not precise but I’m confident there is a strong association,” he said.

From the Beeb’s website under “Who is City Minister Tulip Siddiq?” [from Dec 2024 but updated 2 hrs ago.]

                “… … …

Siddiq joined the Labour Party at the age of 16, later giving the NHS and the care her disabled father [received] as the main reason.

She named former cabinet minister Barbara Castle as her political heroine, and has described her mother and maternal aunt as “two very strong feminists”.

Pre-politics, she worked for Amnesty International, Save The Children and the Greater London Authority, among others.

By 2010, she was working with Ed Miliband’s successful campaign for the Labour leadership, also spending time as a special adviser to former cabinet minister Tessa Jowell.

She had also been elected to Camden council in north London. After former Oscar-winning actress Glenda Jackson announced she was standing down as an MP, Siddiq was selected as Labour’s parliamentary candidate for the Hampstead and Kilburn seat.

Elected to Parliament in the 2015 general election, Siddiq was one of 36 Labour MPs who nominated Jeremy Corbyn for the party leadership, but she backed Andy Burnham in that election.

                … … …”

‘Jon Keeley: “L.A. Fires Not The Result Of Climate Change”

“Chaparral fires have been around for at least 20 million years,” says a leading US government scientist. “What’s changed is we have people on the landscape”’

    https://x.com/shellenberger/status/1877145284544798727

Lol….last week you may have heard the BBC’s climate campaigner state uncategorically that the LA fires were caused by climate change….note…not ‘climate change may have made them worse’…but ’caused by climate change’.

No proof of course and this US scientist who has studied fires in California for 40 years, so he must know a bit, says there’s no proof climate change had anything to do with the fires which are a regular occurence.

He in fact suggests an excess of population is one of the major factors…so you could say immigration caused the fires as much as you could say climate change…and add to that the fact the Dem Governor took $100 million out of the wildfire fighting funding to pay for migrants immigration is definitely the cause of the wildfires. I thankyou!

‘Governor Newsom cut $100 million in fire prevention spending this year….. all while allocating $3 BILLION DOLLARS on free healthcare for illegals’

“Keir Starmer must not be allowed to make this one horrifying change to Britain.

The ancient right to a jury trial, dating back nearly a thousand years, looks set to be abolished for a range of offences by this Labour government. Not because such a proposal will enhance justice – it clearly won’t – but because the system has been so badly managed that a dangerous shortcut is apparently needed.

One of the consequences of Covid and lockdown is that we have a massive backlog of cases, far bigger than ever. So great is this backlog, currently numbering around 75,000 (double the pre-Covid number), that the government seems serious about undermining that most fundamental right of defendants. A jury trial is the gold standard of justice. Sabotaging it would be a disgraceful expedient.

Of course, we understand the current huge challenge. The court system is a mess. We need to speed up trials to charge through the backlog, given that even shorter trials are being listed for years ahead. We know that justice delayed is justice denied, for victims and accused.

But this proposal is like a driver who’s in so much of a hurry that he refuses to stop for petrol. It will inevitably lead to less justice, not more, as defendants, innocent or guilty of a crime as serious as theft or assault, are forced to clamber on board the conveyor belt of the magistrates’ court system purely because we thrust ourselves into lockdown in 2020 and everything got so horrendously delayed.

Already, the length of custodial sentences handed out by a magistrates’ court (no jury) has risen to 12 months. Is this latest proposal another step on the slippery slope to abolishing the ancient right to a jury trial for even more cases? Once rights are removed, they are rarely restored.

If the only answer is more public funding, then so be it. This is too important a matter for the government to grasp at convenient short cuts. If that means denying public-sector workers above-average pay increases and spending less on overseas aid to free up money for maintaining our justice system, then that’s a price worth paying.

Such is the tragic state of our underfunded court system that this misguided proposal looks set to be given the green light. It’s a sad day for British justice.”

“Seven men appear in court ahead of Rochdale grooming trial
The men appeared at Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester ahead of their trial on grooming sex offences.

Seven men have appeared at Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester ahead of their trial on grooming sex offences in Rochdale. The defendants were pictured ahead of the first day of trial, estimated to last up to 12 weeks.

However, Tuesday’s hearing dealt largely with legal and administrative matters, PA reports, with the trial not expected to get underway with a jury present until next week.

The charges the seven men are facing are understood to relate to offences involving three teenage girls in Rochdale between 2000 and 2006. Each defendant denies the various sexual offences against the complainants.

The men are: Naheem Akram, 48, of Rochdale; Mohammed Shazad, 43, of Beswicke Royds Street, Rochdale; Nisar Hussain, 43, of Newfield Close, Rochdale; Mohammed Zahid, 64, of Station Road, Crumpsall, Manchester; Roheez Khan, 39, of Athole Street, Rochdale; Arfan Khan, 40, of Grouse Street, Rochdale; and Mustaq Ahmed, 66, of Corona Avenue, Oldham.

An eighth defendant, Kasir Bashir, 50, of Napier Street East, Oldham, did not appear in court.”
