Weekend 16th August 2025

BBC bill for this week – ‘thought for the day ‘ ‘pulled ‘ because the foreign speaker accused a senior British politician of xenophobia because he doesn’t want the country to be invaded every day .
Then there’s another ‘bake off ‘ contestant wanting to be pulled from the broadcast because the presenters have both been cancelled by the BBC .The editing out of the presenters was a media joke .

And the US State Department reports on the diminishing freedom of speech and thought in not so Grear Britain .

          From wiki,

“The network has been criticised for failing to meet accepted journalism ethics and standards for independence and objectivity, with some commentators, especially in the West, calling it state media[2][3] or a propaganda arm of the Erdoğan administration.[4][5][6] ”

Now why would she want to shut down a Jewish proponent of free-speech reporting on the mass illegal immigration of majority-Muslims from the area her paymasters are based?

          Because wimmin. Aye right.

Having been involved in several big development and construction projects in The Isle of Dogs in the early eighties, about the time the first peculiar woman ex-councillor being ‘interviewed’ was interfering in issues she clearly doesn’t understand, I can assure everyone that the whole place would have continued to be an absolute dump, had the lefties got their way, and nothing would have been built.

Canary Wharf and its surroundings brings in an enormous amount of tax for the NLM Khan to waste of stupid non-projects, it goes without saying that big business trounced the squealy rabids in Tower Hamlets, and the Dev Com down there, and that is why it was eventually built – despite the Commission trying to get in the way at every turn.

Such twisted lightweights wanting illegals to stay here are the real problem, and it seems that the judiciary now has more than its fair share of such idiots.

Just seeing Konstantin in action is always a pleasure!

MSM has no idea how to treat the meeting of president trump and Putin . They seem to want a forever war … ok …Russia is the ‘baddy ‘ – but sooner or later a deal has to be done …if only to stop the current war – have a breather and then get on with the next one as Putin tries to rebuild the buffer zone around his Russia … like Stalin did …

I assume the Ukrainians are running out of fighters whilst Russia pours them on and on –

Saying all this i declare I don’t really give a damn – the British government is more of a threat to us that Putin will ever be …. But that article 5 trigger is worrying …. Even if we thankfully haven’t got a standard military of much value …

Telegraph reporting that the emir of londonistan might not stand for a 4th term and a number of Marxists are throwing their hat into the ring – including red dawn butler – who is an ideal coloured shoe in being at thick as the deputy PM with a dirty mouth to match … debby Meaden looks like she ll also have a go – presumably filling the Marxist coffers with gold to do so …. And then there s idris who can use his experience as a drugs dealer in ‘the wire ‘ to put londonistan in a fully drugged up footing ….

But it’s a big challenge to make the place worse …

Wayne Rooney s sister -sally has told an Irish newspaper she is to use BBC royalties from some book to fund a terrorist organisation – ( she may be a different Rooney )

STARTS Sally Rooney has vowed to use money from the BBC to fund the proscribed terror organisation Palestine Action.
The novelist said the police should investigate the corporations and the high-street stores that stock and promote her work if they believe she is committing an act of terrorism.
Membership and support of Palestine Action, including funding, can carry sentences of up to 14 years in prison after the group was banned by the Government in July.
The Normal People author made the comments in the Irish Times, noting that it would be illegal for her to publish them in a British newspaper.
She said she felt compelled to publicly express her support after “more than 500 peaceful protesters” were arrested for doing the same in a single day on Aug 9.
“If this makes me a ‘supporter of terror’ under UK law, so be it,” she wrote.
“My books, at least for now, are still published in Britain, and are widely available in bookshops and even supermarkets.
“In recent years the UK’s state broadcaster has also televised two fine adaptations of my novels, and therefore regularly pays me residual fees.
“I want to be clear that I intend to use these proceeds of my work, as well as my public platform generally, to go on supporting Palestine Action and direct action against genocide in whatever way I can.
“If the British state considers this ‘terrorism’, then perhaps it should investigate the shady organisations that continue to promote my work and fund my activities, such as WH Smith and the BBC.”
The BBC and WH Smith have been contacted for comment.ENDS

It has been quite apparent that the BBC has not been doing ‘journalism’ in regard to the Lucy Letby case…it has been running, instead, a very hostile and aggressive campaign against her…BBC ‘journalists’ trying to belligerently smack away and discredit any questions that might be asked about the judgement claiming that they were in court and heard the evidence and it was so powerful, in their opinion, that it was unquestionable.

    Hmmm.

Of course if you don’t actually understand the evidence, or you have a predisposed position on it and confirmation bias kicks in or you’re outright dishonest and, for whatever reason, you want to proclaim Letby guilty then what that evidence said doesn’t matter.

And indeed the BBC has had to admit that it’s flagship investigation programme, Panorama, whose programme about Letby the BBC massively hyped and promoted, and was used to claim there is no doubt Letby is guilty, made serious errors in how it analysed the data that it used to ‘nail’ Letby.

    From the Telegraph…

‘BBC admits it broadcast inaccurate Lucy Letby figures’
‘The BBC has admitted that it broadcast inaccurate figures about Lucy Letby in a Panorama film looking into the case.

Letby’s barrister has vowed to complain to Ofcom over the “misleading” statistics, which claimed that breathing tubes were dislodged 40 times more than normal when Letby worked as a trainee on the neonatal unit Liverpool Women’s Hospital.
The programme said that while the usual rate of breathing tube dislodgement was less than 1 per cent, on Letby’s shifts it was 40 per cent.
BBC presenters said that meant a tube was dislodged in 40 per cent of Ms Letby’s 50 shifts at the unit.

In the Panorama programme, BBC journalist Jonathan Coffey said: “It doesn’t look good for her. For me… this looks pretty damning.”

But statisticians said they had mixed up the data meaning that they were 10 times off. The BBC has now accepted that some of its figures were inaccurate and has re-recorded sections of the programme.
Panorama estimated there were around 10 babies on the unit, so if Letby had worked 50 shifts it would equate to 500 ventilated shifts meaning 20 dislodged tubes would be just 4 per cent, only a few per cent higher than the normal rate of dislodgement.’

Letby may be guilty or may not be…but there are huge questions that need asking…and the BBC is clearly unfit to be the one to ask given that it has a preset position that Letby is guilty and that no questions should be asked….mustn’t upset the relatives of the babies is one reason the BBC always gives….obviously prepared to sacrifice a possibly innocent woman and keep her locked up for many many years so that the parents can have their pound of flesh and ‘closure’.

Maybe the real reason for those deaths was that the NHS failed massively….curious how the BBC will target the NHS maternity service and complain loudly about how bad it is when black women complain about racism but when a white girl is in the dock suddenly NHS maternity services are paragons of efficiency and duty.

BBC selective vehemence is no substitute for veracity – the hinterland of the happenings that I’ve read about where Letby worked leaves me thinking a lot of people were failing at their jobs. The whole story, in a proper context isn’t I feel being exposed – what happened with those managers that were “arrested”?

Some of the claims I’ve read are just plain absurd and media carrion have been feeding on the whole thing.

Tomo – I have such a jaurndiced view of the medical mafia that my view is that it’s very unusual for one of them to get caught killing .

They kill people every day – whether by neglect – incompetence or malice or probably a new ‘unapproved ‘ category
Letby must have killed so many she forgot to cover them up ….but it’s good to see panorama getting its ’facts ‘ wrong – off to verify and no TV awards …

Loosing two family members prematurely to medical incompetence and a third one evading the best efforts of a locum theatre anesthetist to kill her on the appendectomy table – I’m past jaundiced.

The effort put into evasion was mapped out in internal NHS docs I found inadvertently exposed online – the cynicism and chicanery is of a very high order. Losing the records, making shit up and accusing the bereaved of misremembering is lower than a snakes belly.

I’ve yet to see a summary of the Letby case as in who fingered her (hero surely…)

          Then there’s Harold Shipman…

TWoTWee Watch #1 – Jonny ‘Dalek’ Dymond presenting

A relief not to have any anti-Israel/pro-Hamas messages from the BBC. Most of the programme (only half an hour on Sundays) was spent wittering about who was going to the White House with ‘President’ Zelensky. Apparently it is TTK, who appears to like to aggrandise himself with other world leaders like President Trump, Emmanuel Macron, Ursula vd Leyen and Friedrich Merz.

Sez a lot about this shyster that he has to be told . I suspect he might turn up in one of those tasteful shell suits east Europeans find so attractive – probably with an embossed adidas strip ….
It’s a golden opportunity for 47 to put those European upstarts and Zelenski in their place … i m sure Putin will be highly amused by the circus …..

“EUROPE IS READY TO DO ITS PART”……

So says President of the European Council Antonio Costa, according to a Bbc report ,he refers to some sort of Euro involvement in the Ukraine peace deal.

Costa is not particularly well known in Euro circles outside Portugal….perhaps he is going to ban Russian Oil and Gas imports into Euroland…..Hmmm…doubt it.
But he is important, after all he was “Appointed ” to the job in December 24 ( no election needed, obviously) and it’s good that he has a contribution to make……it must help take his mind off the corruption investigation on going against him back home in Portugal…yes! for not just corrupt practices but abuse of office….What office ? Well Prime Minister of Portugal…

Europe is ready to do its part….

    Orwell’s / Starmer’s Britain, 2025…

We all know that we have to watch our Ps and Qs these day, it almost goes without saying. We’ve got poor Lucy Connolly and tragic Peter Lynch as very real warnings of what could happen if we step out of line.

Lucy wrote something nasty on Twitter, which she deleted within hours and apologised for and Peter swore at policemen and had a placard insulting the judiciary and the government. In a more truly liberal and innocent age those “crimes” might have been covered by freedom of speech. Not now…

However, some fat, ugly loud-mouthed Labour supporting lout, can incite a rabble to go out and commit murder and apparently there’s absolutely no crime committed.

When I was a lad Britain used to be a truly free country. You could pretty much say what you liked. You could insult the great and the good, you could ridicule and despise and take the micky, just so long as you didn’t incite violence.

Now it seems it’s the other way round…

Luckily, I don’t live in a shithole full of illegals and foreigners, and don’t live in a town with an unwelcome crowd which continually and arrogantly challenges my Indigenous English Christian beliefs while spending my taxes, but I’m beginning to feel that I can easily change all that with a visit to the garden shed to check on the state of the garden tools etc…
