Start the Week 18th August 2025

The BBC will be fixated with the meeting of President Trump and the dregs of Europe over the Ukraine negotiations . The invasion will continue to be ignored – together with the crimes of the invaders . Any bet Starmer will recall their cursed Parliament ?

Well blow me down with a feather – who’d have thought. Any excuse not to be here smashing the gangs

TTK’s off to Washington – who’s being tied to the mast?

That rent boy trial is scheduled for for April 2026 – he’ll have relocated to Mauritius by then.

Just going back to the post by Tomo on the last thread – plod have destroyed the front door of a social media poster – arrested him – bailed him and gagged him to prevent him speaking on line again . I bet the bail is over 3 months . So plod is silencing him before any charge – or no further action ….
That really is a denial of free speech . It’s an effing disgrace . Someone help us .

I don’t indulge in GBnews after steyn et al were censored / silenced . But I guess the owners of GBnews want to keep the Marxists at ofcom at bay … it’s a doomed project because sometimes in the next 3 years it will get banned – particularly before 2029 … dissent is illegal …

In Connolly’s case, she published the material for which she was later to be prosecuted on 31 July. She was arrested on 6 August and held in police custody until she was charged on 10 August, whence she was denied bail by Nottingham Magistrates and remanded until her trial, with her sentence handed down on 17 October.

Ricky Jones, by contrast, committed his alleged offence on 7 August, during a demonstration in Walthamstow, in north London. He was arrested by the Metropolitan Police the next day and held in custody until charged on 9 August and remanded in custody following his first court appearance the same day.

What then verges almost on the sinister is that he was subsequently released on bail at a later date, but no public announcement was ever made and there is no record of a bail hearing.

His release was picked up by a BBC reporter who learned of it via a Freedom of Information request of 23 October. The reply suggesting he had been detained for at least several weeks before being granted bail, but specific details are not publicly available.

Jones’s trial was originally scheduled for January but, for reasons which were never officially confirmed, it was delayed until August, starting last Monday with the verdict delivered yesterday.

This difference in treatment was crucial. While under remand, Connolly was under immense pressure to plead guilty and without the easier access to a lawyer that comes with freedom, it was all too easy for her to succumb to that pressure and plead guilty as the best way of reducing her sentence.

Would the BBC summarise the migrant arrangements like this?

Just something that caught my eye…

The Premier League is back and the first game was between Liverpool and Bournemouth…unfortunately there was a spot of controversy.

A Bournemouth player, Antoine Semenyo complained about a fan racially abusing him. Now, this just strikes me as somewhat implausible. I’m guessing that there must have been in excess of 40,000 in the stands for that match…and he could hear this one bloke…really?

Anyway, a 47 year old was evicted from the ground, arrested and Chief Inspector, Kev Chatterton said, “We will not tolerate hate crime of any form…There is no place for racism…We condemn racism and discrimination in all its forms…it has no place in football or society…” Right, thanks Kev, we got the message!

You have to remember this is a bloody copper talking, not a politician. I don’t need a lecture from some uniformed cretin, I just want the police looking after our streets, keeping people safe, perhaps arresting shop lifters and car thieves. I want the police to stop the grooming gangs and those migrant sex pests. But these types of PC police don’t want to do that.

They’re more interested in arresting racists than rapists…

The footage shows the Bournemouth player trying to take a throw in as a creature wearing a Liverpool shirt advances in his tax paid disabled chair to deliver the bad words .

It’s no surprise that millionaire footy players are sensitive to being called nxxxxxxs ..

Said disabled ( benefits ) scouser has been arrested . I missed the knee taking but they had a minute silence for a Portuguese mercenary player who wrapped his Lamborghini around a lamp post and killed his brother at the same time …
