Has the prison service leaked Lucy Connolly s home address yet ? Only a matter of time – if not them it will be the Islamic home office or CPS … And I bet she s fully ‘surveilled ‘…

Judging by the Marxist playbook they’ll find a neighbour or parent of a kid she cared for to undermine / slur her . Maybe it will be in the Sunday papers… I’d guess the mail the most likely …

Comment “Interview of the year. Every British citizen needs to watch and understand this.”

Comment “If Kier Starmer is watching this he should be deeply ashamed. So should the judge who passed this totally inappropriate sentence.”

“Protests over the use of hotels for housing asylum seekers have been held across the UK.
Demonstrators gathered in parts of England including Bristol, Liverpool and London, as well as in Mold in Wales, Perth in Scotland and County Antrim in Northern Ireland.
Police stepped in to keep opposing groups separated in many places where anti-racism campaigners mounted counter-demonstrations.”

“There isn’t a “Section 5A” in the Public Order Act 1986; the relevant section is Section 5, which makes it an offense to use threatening, abusive, or disorderly behaviour, or display offensive writings, within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress. This is a less serious, summary-only offense, meaning it cannot lead to imprisonment and is heard in the Magistrates’ Court. ”

There seems to be very little in the news about these three young men. Perhaps there is a super injunction in place.

Thanks for your research Stew – I was working from memory – s5 public order act was bad enough but then the blue Labour added the racial element to it – which I thought was the A bit .. stew is always a good fact checherer …

But as you’ve seen s5 is a poison …and an example of statutory denial of free speech … I think the dead blues invented it …

        ‘Gay’ police horse case dropped
A student who called a mounted policeman’s horse “gay” will not be prosecuted, it has been revealed.
But police have stood by their decision to take Sam Brown to court for making “homophobic comments” despite the Crown Prosecution Service dropping the case.

Mr Brown, 21, a student at Oxford University, had said to an officer: “Excuse me, do you realise your horse is gay?”

Police took the case to court after Mr Brown refused to pay a £80 fine.

        Rowan Atkinson on free speech

“The Christian Institute spearheaded the Reform Section 5 campaign to get the word ‘insulting’ removed from Section 5 of the Public Order Act, as part of the Crime and Courts Bill.

After a lengthy campaign, which included support from celebrities including Rowan Atkinson and Stephen Fry, the then Home Secretary Theresa May eventually agreed. The change is now incorporated in Section 57 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 which came into force on 1 February 2014.”

        Victory!

The Reform Section 5 campaign succeeded in its aim to amend Section 5. The change is now incorporated in Section 57 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 which will come into force on 1 February 2014.

        Are you breaking the law?
“Insulting words or behaviour” are outlawed by Section 5, and this is having a chilling effect on free speech right across our country, in a wide range of communities. The law rightly protects us against unjust discrimination, incitement and violence. It should not be used to protect us from having our feelings hurt. It’s time to reform Section 5.
