2025 “Three young sisters have drowned in a rubber boat carrying migrants in the central Mediterranean after waves of up to 1.5m (4.9 ft) repeatedly washed over the vessel, a German rescue charity has said.

About 65 people were rescued, including the sisters’ mother and brother, as well as three pregnant women and a seven-month-old baby, RESQSHIP added.

The “dangerously overcrowded” rubber boat had departed from Libya’s Zuwara city and “started taking on increasing amounts of water” a few hours later, the charity said.

    Gaddafi wants EU cash (£4bn) to stop African migrants {bbc.co.uk aug2010}

“Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi says the EU should pay Libya at least 5bn euros (£4bn; $6.3bn) a year to stop illegal African immigration and avoid a ‘black Europe’.

‘We don’t know what will happen, what will be the reaction of the white and Christian Europeans faced with this influx of starving and ignorant Africans,’ Col Gaddafi said…

He told them that Islam should become the religion of Europe and gave them free copies of the Koran, after he had lectured them for an hour on the freedoms enjoyed by women in Libya.”

“Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned that he will let hundreds of thousands of migrants travel on to Europe if pushed by the EU.

‘Listen to me: these border gates will be opened if you go any further,’ he warned the EU on Friday.”

I’m reminded of the Humphrey Littleton intro to ‘Pick Up Song’ on I’m sorry I haven’t a Clue. You remember that. It’s when the BBC did comedy.
For the uninitiated, a contestant sings along. to a song on a record. The record sound is then removed and the contestant carries on singing. Eventually the record volume is put back up to see if the contestant is still in time. Samantha was of course the scorer. And no-one could score like Samantha.

‘And now it’s time for a game of ‘. Pick Up Song’.
Samantha has her hands on my reproduction equipment and on my signal will turn the knob’.

I have just been watching the first of the BBC’s serialisation of the Alan Clarke diaries, made in 2004. The Labour MPs all appear to be clever, eg Claire Short; not just Alan Clarke but the other Conservative MPs were all stupid toffs. This was only the first episode but in their choice of what the BBC chose to take from the diaries shows their use subliminal bias even 20 years ago.

They may be doing well but I simply don’t trust them to be able to do almost anything they say they will. For a start, unless they scrap the civil service, and start again, they won’t be given the opportunity. Add millions of left wing, moronic, 5th columnists and, who knows how many, potential foreign soldiers already here and the best you can say is that it’s looking bleak for all us ‘far right’ Brits.

Times Radio this morning had a Purfessor of Law (aka a scumbag) from a Londonistan University on the radio.

He kept banging on and on and on and on and on about how wonderful the ECHR was and that it was Winston Churchill no less had started the ball rolling. In no way could what WC envisaged i.e. the humane rescue of vulnerable victims of tyrannical regimes be equated to the present-day open the floodgates to every barbaric freeloader caused by judicial activism.

Selectively cherry-picking, he raised the case that The Times brought and won against the UK over Thalidomide injuries back in the day. Conveniently this ignored the support given by The Times to the covid gene therapy which may turn out to be the most toxic medication ever given out by the anychess.

Atlas – I remember having to study the ECHR . the dolt was correct about Churchill – but Churchill meant the ECHR for the defective self destructive European mainland – not the British empire – which didn’t need a ladybird book of human rights .- the Common Law ( common sense ) was there .

Unfortunately some lefty got us signed up to it by mistake . This was no big deal until corrupt European lawyers / judges turned it into the archaic monster it has become and which is endangering the stability of what was once Britain .

Even comrade blunkett is now saying ‘suspend it ‘ so that britainistan can sort itself out . This won’t happen and it’s too late anyway – without drastic and brutal remedies …. Which some might say are vital ….

    Blonde maximalist moment edition

Only yesterday we highlighted the extensive use of the journalistic ‘despite’. We noticed how this prepositional little word was habitually deployed in our written news as an ironic or sarcastic link between two contrasting notions.

How amusing then that today our liberal Uniparty Yookay regime-central mouthpiece, that increasingly Guardian-immitating Times newspaper, should suddenly feel the need to side-step the use of their journalistic ‘despite’.

Does the editor’s pencil-wielding authority at the former Thunderer take the trouble to read his own reviews hereabouts – surely not. That’s the job of the boys and girls at various shady censorious No10 cabinet office security off-shoots.

    Flocking Hell Carnival

But we digress. Having had their blonde moment yesterday promoting Ukraine’s 24th, or was it 34th birthday, with a plethora of frontpage feature photos of summer flower-bedecked eastern european young girls proud to wear their national colours – today in contrast it’s the turn of The Disunited Kingdom Great Windrush Yookay and also remnant bits of Northern England to celebrate 30-odd years, give or take or thereabouts, since it’s dependence on Blairite policies.

Flocking together… Children’s Day at the Notting Hill Carnival passed with no reports of serious violence – although there were 15 arrests for assaults on police (Times) – out with ‘despite’ and in with ‘although’ – that’s the caption to the frontpage feature photo of a multi-coloured feather-bedecked young black girl on the cover of Britain’s former newspaper of record. Smiling broadly in celebration, we notice. Not this time staring mournfully into the middle distance – like yesterday’s blonde youthful european beauty – as though with regret at the loss of the mineral rich, Russian-speaking Donbas and the great naval base of the Crimea.

Passed with no reports of serious violence, apparently… so those 15 assaults on police must have been pretty tame affairs?

Hey, Mr AsI, you accuse the Times of immitating the Graun.

Yes I do. Frontpage feature photo in the Guardian is another shot of the self same black dance troop – albeit the caption outdoes the Times being about as enthusiastically laudatory as is possible: Dancing in the streets… Notting Hill carnival, Europe’s biggest street festival, got under way yesterday, with about a million people expected to attend the two-day event in west London (Guardian)

    Blonde streak

The popluar taboids have a bee in their bonnet today over Kate Princess of Wales’s new hairdo: Kate’s sun-kissed new look for Balmoral holiday… Fairest of them all (Mail); Blonde Kate’s a royal highlight… Lighter locks at Balmoral (Sun); The light princess… Hair to throne Blonde Kate in Scotland yesterday (Mirror); Hair to the throne… Kate shows off new blonde look (Express)

Not going to carnival, Kemi? I hear they have some fantastic sound systems.

Tory bid to turn the volume down on buses and trains – siding with Times and Guardian in their preference against the blonde theme the i paper carries a small frontpage pic of our Nigerian heritage Tory leader.

Ban passengers playing loud music on public transport, say Tories (Sky News) – this is of course nothing more than a re-tread re-cycled replay of LidDem policy: Call to fine ‘headphone dodgers’ who play music on buses… The Liberal Democrats are calling for fines of up to £1,000 for “headphone dodgers” who play loud music and videos on public transport. (BBC, April 2025) – hardly in the spirit of caribbean carnival, is it, Kemi?

    Max Power

Liberal globalist corporate newsheet the FT is still banging on about Ukraine: United front… Carney shows Kyiv solidarity… Mark Carney lays flowers at a memorial to fallen Ukrainian soldiers… – but does this ultimate creature of the footloose borderless internationalist elite want to stop the killing? We note the Financial Times coin a new phrase for Russia’s peace demands: Moscow’s maximalist postions

The most famous “maximum power” catchphrase comes from The Simpsons, where Homer adopts the name Max Power and says, “Remember kids, there are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way, and the Max Power way! […] Isn’t that the wrong way? Yes, but faster!”. This iconic line highlights a humorous take on achieving power through unconventional and rapid methods, even if they are not the proper approach. – well, thank you A.I.

But I had in mind that old British science fiction television programme, produced by the BBC, about a group of convicts and outcasts who fight a guerrilla war in space against an evil ruling federation: Blake’s 7 and in particular the evil, yet ineffably sexy character Supreme Commander Servalan (as played by the late lamented Jacqueline Pearce) who prepares to escape with the good guys’s seized star ship Liberator and orders “Main drive .. MAXIMUM POWER!!”

To wrap up the Daily Star wins the cliché of the summer award for their headline: Hotter than Morroco! – a commonplace banality now so naff they had to add the exclamation for comedic value.

And as though to ape our BBC’s love of an obscure weather record: Second warmest August holiday for 60 years (Star)

We’ll forgive the jokey blokey ‘and finally’ tabloid (home of Psycho Seagull news) for their teaser: Zombie mutant bunnies

PS. The Financial Times leaves us with their regime-approved ‘thought for the day’: Call for foreign workers… Heads of the Bank of England, European Central Bank and Bank of Japan have warned that rich nations will lack the workers they need in future unless they attract more foreigners

    Whataboutery

    But what about… A.I…. Robotics… Driverless Vehicles… 3D Printing… Amazon delivery by drone… Indian Call Centres… Smart Meters… HMRC Making Tax Digital… NHS Health Apps…?

‘Racist abuse arrest after flags painted on homes’

Oddly absolutely nothing about this from the Telegraph…

‘Men putting up England flags ‘attacked with firebomb’’

Some might suggest a very telling editorial choice.

Another such choice might be to only report on anti-migrant protests in Bristol which had a low turnout…more counter protestors than protestors…why is this the only story Today mentions…today and yesterday? They criticised the police for routing the protestors through the city….this was bad. No such criticism for the police in Liverpool who directed the counter-protestors towards the protestors in a much bigger demonstration….now why would the BBC want to ignore this and the violence of the counter-protestors?

As has been noted here in recent days, the BBC have been keen to manage the Lucy Connolly story to suit their agenda, in particular they’ve tried to keep her name ‘low profile’. The headline ran : “Woman jailed for race hate post released from prison”. Subheading : “A woman who was jailed for stirring up racial hatred in the aftermath of the Southport attack has been released from prison.”
Mustn’t give her the oxygen of publicity, eh beeb? Wouldn’t want her to become a household name as a political prisoner and martyr.
Well bad luck, BBC, that “woman” is to meet a Trump envoy in the coming days. So you’ll be forced to report the story and say her name; and even if you don’t it’ll be all over the msm and the public WILL get to hear her story.

So we get to the next General Election and the inevitable hung Parliament. A working Government needs a working majority, the problem will be that no party will form a coalition with Reform which will mean no Reform Government. I suspect King Charles would refuse to install Reform as a Government if they did have a majority anyway. If Reform has a substantial number of seats such that a Lab/Lib coalition wouldn’t have a majority it’s possible we could end up with a Lib/Lab/Con coalition however unlikely that might sound.

Speaking of King Charles, I think his influence may be behind why our Governments have failed to deal with the immigration issue and why we have the ridiculous situation of illegal immigrants being housed in hotels and on benefits.

Needville community concerned about thousands of busted solar panels

      …………………..

Yes, wind farms, especially large offshore installations, pose a significant national security issue by blocking and interfering with military radar systems, which creates “clutter” on screens, making it harder to detect actual threats like missiles or submarines. This interference can reduce intelligence gathering capabilities, delay threat detection, and create vulnerabilities that require costly radar system upgrades, such as the UK’s £1.5bn plan under its “Njord” program.

      ………………..

“The Secretary of State recently approved a 524-hectare solar farm in Lincolnshire—a farm linked to Dale Vince, a £5.4 million donor to the Labour party. The public have a right to be certain that this decision was carried out properly, so will the Secretary of State refer his conduct of this application to the independent adviser on ministerial standards? Yes or no?”

I must give credit when it is due. This morning on Five Dead, Rachel Burden (I think) actually stood up to a trade unionist!

The left wing ponce was from Unite, and his take on the loss of 89,000 jobs from hospitality since Rachel Reeves’ disastrous budget was to blame the greedy bosses. It was pure 1970s leftist agitprop. He refused to acknowledge that heaping huge tax rises on small businesses was unaffordable. Rachel Burden, to her credit, actually tried to correct his assertions, at which point the leftist became huffy, and complained that she had interrupted him three times. The temerity! Obviously, only disgusting nazi fascists can be interrupted, before having their throats cut (legally and non-violently).

This happens so infrequently it feels only fair to mention it. I only hope Rachel Burden has not been sent to a re-education camp.

He sees these factors as contributing to a “death-wish” in Europe, leaving the continent unable to resist fundamental societal changes and sustain its own culture. ”

I do go on and my survey if very narrow but….
Today in the Telegraph historian Professor Robert Tombs wrote an essay re the future of Britain and immigration. Tombs is not a woke liberal or wet Tory. I would put in in the centre right , well to the right of the typical Tory MP.
Basically his essay was a plea to accept peaceful integration of those migrants already here and to drastically reduce further migration.
The readers comments were on the whole once again dismissive of his arguments saying that things were now critical , no politician could be trusted to control immigration, many immigrants were totally undesirable criminals, we were being colonised against our wishes, our way of life is threatened.
After only a few hours the essay was relegated from the home pages of the electronic version.A sure sign that the editorial staff don’t like the readership’s views on a story. The gulf between the elite who have run the country for decades and the people grows ever wider.

    QUITE AN EDUCATION…..

I have not been watching BBC output for sometime but last night a family member watched the brand new “historical ” epic on the BBC which is very, very loosely based on 1066 and all that. I was called to watch a segment which showed a coronation of some sort and featured a number of guests from africa. Imagine my surprise, I felt so let down by my history teachers. How was this missed by those racist bastards, just think what harm it has done, I’m livid this was kept from me. Saxon England and Norman France had African nobility. .. it’s true..

I expect future episodes will move on to the Battle of Hastings and I suspect finally, we will have the truth about the numbers of Africans who fought on both sides.

I only hope President Macron will order that the Bayeux tapestry is corrected and diversified , as soon as possible. I know for a fact that there is a full scale Victorian copy of the tapestry in the Museum of Reading, that also will need some darning to “correct” it. Currently it shows only Europeans, which is outrageous.

In the meantime I have ordered my own “Bayeux tapestry”colouring book from Amazon and with the “correct” coloured pencils and crayons I will at least be able to start my own therapy.

The casting of Africans in European garb by the BBC, violates the very serious crime of cultural appropriation, as does the African on horseback who crossed the English Channel in the wrong direction to report to the King of France. However, it is unclear if the BBC casting director had in error, miscast Black Slaves in the wrong era.
