Midweek 15th October 2025

The State Broadcaster is desperately trying to keep its ‘ government afloat – whether it be the failing economy and coming budget disaster – or rising unemployment caused by the last budget – or the corruption of failed Chinese spying prosecutions or superinjunctions and Ukrainian rent boys … you can take your pick of State Failure .. happily concealed by the Far Left Anti British BBC .

‘Moment Sudanese migrant tries to kidnap schoolgirl in terrifying attack before heroic bystanders intervene’

Not a single word about this man being an illegal migrant from the BBC…

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3ep9j2zv1wo

    Mail again…

‘Adam, from Darfur, arrived in the UK illegally in September 2023, according to the Sun.

A month later, he pleaded guilty to arriving in the country ‘without valid entry clearance’ at Canterbury Crown Court and he was sentenced to seven months in prison.

A Home Office Spokesperson said: ‘When foreign nationals commit serious crimes in our country, we will always do everything in our power to deport them.’

Hmmm…not so far…and of course with the BBC covering up migrant crime as part of a deliberate policy agreed with government to try and downplay the dangers illegal migrants present…which of course also plays in politically for Labour as the BBC covers for them as well….covering up their massive failure that puts so many women and girls at risk…amongst of course all the other problems that come with migrants…legal and illegal.

They really couldn’t give a shit if girls are raped and abused…what’s a few white girls sacrificed for their warped ideology that wants to replace white people, and if a mixed-race baby results from the rape all the better eh?

BBC going all-in for yet more spending on benefits.
Big feature today about a woman with three kids who has had to move social housing about four times in a year.
I feel a bit sorry for the kids.
But in the whole, long, filmed feature there was not a single utterance of either of two words.
    The father
    The taxpayer.
    Or questions such as
What did/ do you do for a living
How can you afford all the makeup and nail varnish
Why did you have three kids
Just another entitled family deserving in the BBC’s opinion of more benefits and our taxes going up even more.

Curiously no story at all from the BBC…not even one declaring ‘Three Brighton Men….’

‘Three asylum seekers ‘rape woman on Brighton beach’’
‘Three asylum seekers have been accused of raping a woman on Brighton beach.

Karin Al-Danasurt, 20, and Ibrahim Alshafe, 35, Egyptian asylum seekers who live in the same migrant hotel in West Sussex, were charged alongside Abdulla Ahmadi, a 25-year-old Iranian, on Thursday.

The 33-year-old woman said she was attacked on the lower esplanade in Brighton at 5am on Sunday Oct 5 after leaving a nightclub in the East Sussex city.

Mr Al-Danasurt and Mr Alshafe appeared at Crawley magistrates’ court on Thursday, charged with two counts of rape.

Mr Ahmadi, who lives in Crewe, appeared at Brighton magistrates’ court on Thursday afternoon, also charged with two counts of rape.’

How many more….and how many times can the BBC try to cover it up?

    Propagandists cull a few jobs.

BBC set to cut its evening news programming as number of licence fee payers plummet.

    ——————————

The corporation is grappling with a steep decline in its funding, with 300,000 households ditching the licence fee last year.

it is looking to slash its original current affairs requirements and has asked Ofcom to scale back existing television quotas.

It warned it will be forced to air more repeats in primetime slots after cutting spending on new shows.

Under Ofcom rules, the corporation must broadcast at least 450 hours of news and current affairs programming across BBC One and BBC Two over a year, of which 106 hours must be shown during peak time – between 6pm and 10.30pm – including a minimum of 45 hours on BBC One.

But the BBC has asked the regulator to replace this peak-time quota with a requirement to air 70 hours of original current affairs programming. The overall quota of 450 hours would remain unchanged.

The BBC argues that it would be forced to increase its use of repeats if the quota were maintained in its current form, but insists there will be no reduction in original programming.

Corporation bosses also argue that setting primetime quotas is becoming increasingly redundant because more viewers are using iPlayer to watch flagship shows such as Panorama.

Ofcom said it was minded to accept the requested change, noting that quotas need to remain relevant in an era of streaming

The broadcaster last year outlined plans to cut 155 jobs from its news operation in an effort to save £24million – 4 per cent of its annual budget.

In recent years the BBC has scrapped news shows such as the HardTalk interview programme, as it shifts to cheaper live and breaking news.

It also closed the Asian Network news service and made cuts to news bulletins on radio stations, including Radio 5 Live and Radio 2.

Deborah Turness, chief executive of BBC News, said the cuts were needed to ‘balance the books’.

It is part of director general Tim Davie’s efforts to save £700million to help plug the gap in the corporation’s finances after licence fee income dropped by 30 per cent in real terms between 2010 and 2020 after a series of freezes and cuts to the levy.

A BBC spokesman said: ‘These proposals reflect changing viewing habits and aim to focus on delivering new, high-quality content while achieving greater value for money for licence fee payers.

‘We remain committed to providing high-impact current affairs programming..

tomo, the BBC have continually reneged on the previous commitments that the BBC originally agreed to:
Free TV Licences for the over 75s. The BBC suddenly added the requirement for the free licence to be restricted to those on Pension Credit. Then there was the iPlayer agreement. Suddenly it was ended by the BBC in, iirc, at the end of 2016. Ostensibly, the BBC hoped that it would drive viewers to buy a TV Licence, something that it has manifestly failed to do!

A couple of decades ago I read the BBC annual report and did some sums – bloated much? – £250,000 per 45 minutes of BBC1 weekday early evening low capex stuff – soaps, magazine shows etc. It’s never been revealed to viewers how much production costs were affected when TopGear morphed to Grand Tour. Youtubers with a small scale setup can produce (much) better content than many BBC progs at a tiny fraction of the cost….

BTW – One YouTube thing at the moment is AI generated history “shorts” that are complete fabrications – lies – the BBC is bound to embrace the new tech 🙁

Reassuring edition – despite unrest fears… wouldn’t you just know it

We know our former world-renowned police force, when they’re not busy arresting people for hurty words, have been diminished to the level of social workers…

“Local officers will be carrying out patrols in the area to reassure local residents and if anyone has any concerns they are advised to get in touch.”

“We have been offering reassurance to the public at the scene…”

“Police reassure public after man hurt near railway”

“Insp ****** said the aim was to reassure residents and listen to their concerns.”

All the above are clipped from recent BBC crime reports. The key word is reassure. There’s rather less emphasis on nicking villains.

In fact when the cops are a bit lacking in the softly softly namby-pamby touchy-feelie PR department they get a bad write-up from our national broadcaster: “Residents ‘feel let down’ by police communication”

So our police are now expected to act as social workers. But our Royals…?

How William inspired me to talk about my troubles (Express) – but don’t expect the Prince of Wales to make a house call when you phone the NHS about your mental health problems – this isn’t a public service – this is an exclusively Express newspaper purely in-house tale: Royal Editor Emily Ferguson bravely shares her mental health story…

Royal correspondents, eh? They’ve come a long way since the BBC’s Nicholas Witchell.

During a photoshoot with reporters, Charles was caught on a hot mic slamming the press generally but Witchell in particular. “Bloody people,” Charles was heard saying after Witchell asked him a question about his upcoming nuptials. “I can’t bear that man.” “I mean, he is so awful.”

From the man who said he was ‘proud’ of Britain’s history of free speech and promised to reduce household energy bills by £300…

Keir Starmer says there aren’t any ‘no-go’ areas for Labour anymore (Daily Mirror, July 2024) – how’s that workin’ out, Keir?

Aston Villa bans Israeli fans over unrest fears (Telegraph)

Ban on Israeli fans is ‘a national disgrace’… Decision sends message there are ‘parts of Britain where jews cannot go’ says Tory leader (Express)

Couldn’t we get the local cops to reassure the jews? Apparently not: Police told Birmingham’s safety advisory group it should not approve an away allocation on Nov 6 after threats were made (Telegraph)

Meanwhile, your Mr AsI hereabouts often accuses the junior one-pound-ten shop Guardian that is the i paper of having an anti-family editorial stance…

‘I only had kids because my husband wanted them’ Kate Lawler (i paper)

Who’s side are you on…? – asks the giveaway Metro of Keir Starmer in reference to the China spy scandal.

We might ask the same question of our entire public sector: State workers lean towards Britain’s rivals… view Britain less favourably than the public and are more sympathetic to adversaries such as Russia and China and terror groups such as Hamas, a study has found (Times)

Your Mr AsI has expressed doubts that the China story has enough public interest in it to bring down Keir Starmer. He reckons it’s not the sort of scandal we relish. However, maybe this could pique our purient plebian interest?: Revealed: Andrew’s meeting with ‘spymaster’… Cai Qi, the official at the centre of the China spy scandal (Telegraph); Wouldn’t you just know it… Andrew and ‘spy chief’ at heart of China scandal (Mail)

Presumably to ‘reassure’, our in-the-tank for Labour Daily Mirror forsakes the usual go-to journalistic ‘despite’ and instead goes for a less pithy ‘even though’: Constant security battle revealed… even though spy case was dropped

The globalist corporate FT is editorially anxious for business as usual and like the Mirror is at pains to put the case for the defence: China hits out at ‘smear’ campaign as row deepens… Accusations ‘groundless’

If there is a technological, medical, or otherwise groundbreaking advance, there will probably be a significant Israeli / Jewish contribution. The bbc could point this out to the P41estine protesters and urge them to boycott any medical procedures with a “Z10nist” factor in their development and manufacture. After the effects of the boycott take effect, the country probably won’t have a problem with overpopulation or a housing shortage either.

Ian Youngs Culture reporter Published 17 October 2025, 10:35 BST

The BBC committed a “serious breach” of broadcasting rules by failing to disclose that the narrator of a documentary about Gaza was the son of a Hamas official, UK media regulator Ofcom has ruled.

An Ofcom investigation into Gaza: How to Survive a Warzone has concluded that the programme was “materially misleading”.

“We have apologised for this and we accept Ofcom’s decision in full. We will comply with the sanction as soon as the date and wording are finalised.”

We had night exercises near Aber, and an unpleasant, bullying, manic teacher chucked a thunder flash at us to try and make things ‘more desperate’ (bastard).

I had my first ever rum-and-black in a back-street pub in Bangor, after a pint of mild, which had been bought by a chum pretending to be eighteen…

We also watched a film in the cinema in Menai Bridge, but had to leave before the end, otherwise we’d have been locked in the guard house, but at least we could smoke there…

And I got away with the hut searches for booze for some reason! They never found the cans of cider under my pillow!

My trip to Wrexham was an absolute delight a few years ago, but the business didn’t materialise, so I drove down to Swansea through the minor roads, and experienced one of the most pleasant journeys I’ve ever been on!

Lucky you, for living in a fabulous part of our country!

    Made me laugh that description!

Also just heard on the radio that OfCom has challenged BBC to justify its GAZA Documentary ‘its independent”and BBC ‘Verified’ (not); report from GAZA child (was clearly linked to HAMAS) was now found to be false propaganda piece. The BBC admitted today that it was indeed false and should not have been aired. (Probably be in the main news today in every paper, – except BBC news). They will do another docudrama – next week. Same topic but attacking Israel (again).

Larry Sanger, co-founder of Wikipedia, has been publicly critical of the BBC-led Trusted News Initiative (TNI), framing it as an agent of establishment propaganda. He said the BBC has created a “single official narrative” and suppress dissenting views and creating a single truth. He alleges that the TNI’s focus on defining and labelling “disinformation” gives it and its members undue power to dictate what constitutes truth, particularly on controversial issues like COVID-19. Sanger has repeatedly claimed that major internet platforms and legacy media organisations like the BBC have a liberal bias that is reflected in their content decisions. He sees the TNI as a co-ordinated effort to advance this agenda and suppress conservative or right-wing perspectives. Sanger and health secretary Bobby Kennedy accuse the BBC lead TNI members of colluding to censor or de-platform individuals and outlets whose reporting competes with or challenges their evil perverted Marxist narrative.

Sanger’s critique of the TNI is consistent with his broader, long-running disillusionment with the direction of Wikipedia and the internet. He has argued that Wikipedia is no longer neutral. Since leaving in 2002, he has claimed the site has been taken over by politically biased editors who manipulate articles to fit their evil perverted left-wing ideologies. Sanger has stated that legacy media and technology companies now promote an “establishment point of view”. He has also criticised Wikipedia for being dominated by anonymous editors and power brokers, a view that informs his call for an “encyclosphere” based on transparent and verifiable authority: https://www.theepochtimes.com/epochtv/how-wikipedia-turned-into-an-engine-of-defamation-co-founder-larry-sanger-5929341

Conservapedia is recommended as a replacement for fake news Wikipedia lies. Conservapedia more reliably describes the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) as a state-controlled public mouthpiece of the UK government, best known for its left-wing, anti-Brexit and politically correct bias and publication of woke, degenerate propaganda: https://www.conservapedia.com/British_Broadcasting_Corporation

It’s always interesting to see what the BBC think is newsworthy…

Today their news channel is informing us that “Three Nazi-worshipping extremists convicted of terror offences have been jailed.” apparently they were planning terrorist attacks on mosques and synagogues, although no actual attack had happened.

However, at the weekend three asylum seeking hotel migrants, two from Egypt and one from Iran, were charged with raping a 33 year old woman on the beach at Brighton…there’s not a mention of it and when I checked earlier in the week I couldn’t find any reference then either.

Oh, by the way, all three of these charming “suspects” came here illegally, via the small boats and have been housed, fed and watered ever since.

    Now, there’s a surprise…

When reporting on the release of Palestinian prisoners as part of the Gaza ceasefire deal we heard from Aida abu Rob, who was waiting to see if her brother Murad was being freed after 20 years in prison. As part of a dynamic news story that was developing quickly, we should have included in all versions the verified information we had at the time, that he was serving four life sentences. This was included in some versions and has been added to the video on the News website.

In an interview with the Green party leader Zack Polanski he was questioned about a social media post shared by one of the party’s members. We did an on-air clarification around this at the next opportunity: “I want to talk about an interview on Friday with the Green Party leader. I mentioned then a Green Party councillor in Bristol – Abdul Malik – who shared a video of a Hamas press conference which referred to Israel as an animal state. Councillor Malik has been in touch to say he mistakenly shared the post, he removed it as soon as he became aware of it and never stated the words obviously mentioned in it. He has repeatedly apologised and expressed personally contempt for Hamas.”

    This Aston Villa business.

If your child is being bullied at school by a bigger stronger child the governments response seems to be keep your child at home to stop the bullying.
Normal people would ban the bully from the school and let the bullied child carry on going to school.

This government is siding with the bully.

It’s just another one of the joys of enrichment.

The David Starkey one above sort of loads but doesn’t play.

Have YouTube started some kind of subscription before they will allow a video to play or what.

Some videos will play and others will not.
Tomo’s video at 11 this morning just shows a circle going round and round.
I’m on an iPad so I don’t know if it affects other platforms.
So then, does the Starkey video play on your system or is it something to do with my iPad.

It started not working last night so I switched the iPad off and reloaded then it worked.
I’ve just done the same now and it is working.
Dodgy iPad or do I have to empty a cache or something?

I believe we are paying 100’s of £thousands to store these dinghies being used by our replacements arriving daily.

Only a little thing but if they let the air out of them they could be stored piled on top of each other and would probably only need a small storeroom to keep them in if the almost impossible happens and an owner wanted to collect one.

This would cost about 1% of the current storage costs.
