I was nosing through the bbc news pages today and I noticed several stories about events in Iran. Stories included Iranians bravely fighting back against Israeli oppression, Missile strikes on Iranian power generation, A heroic Houthi threat to Red sea shipping, on and on….
I thought the Iranians were the baddies in this scrap? A couple of things come to mind :-
1) Starmer still seems unable to appreciate why U.S. President Donald Trump is so contemptuous of all things British; the bbc and starmer in particular.
2) would the bbc, during a previous european event, interviewed the brave citizens of Dresden, or commented on how effectively Hitler had solved problems with immigration?

Regarding green power, A few days ago the bbc were grumbling about oil tankers being unable to reach Cuba, leading to extended power cuts.
Can’t we just send them some nice windmills and Chinese solar panels, or do they need something more useful / reliable?

The sad thing is there’s a whole lot of truth in their comments.
I know most of us on here think Trump is excellent, I wish he was our PM, but they point out what we voted in and it shows what we are as a Country now.
They think we are pathetic. It’s quite sobering reading what they now think of us.
