BBC seems to be at odds on even reporting its own failures. Re Trump’s 6th January speech the BBC says what was aired (after Panorama had “edited” it) was:

They then say what the original was that should have been aired:
“We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.”
Yet the Telegraph says (and what I recall from the day) it actually was:
“We are gonna walk down to the Capitol and I’ll be with you. I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”
It seems even now the BBC won’t admit that Trump did NOT encourage the so-called insurrection
