Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said this morning:

“Anyone looking to return to the UK after being removed under the UK-France agreement is wasting their time and money. This individual was detected by biometrics and detained instantly. His case was expedited, and now he has been removed again. My message is clear: if you try to return to the UK you will be sent back. I will do whatever it takes to scale up removals of illegal migrants and secure our borders.”

94 migrants have now been sent back to France under the deal. The Home Office is not counting Mr. Hokey Cokey’s return twice, at least…

Either it’s working or they have stopped reporting it?
Or Labour are not reporting it to make it look like it is working?

Look – i know this is commons nonsense – but watching The Lammy having an emotional fits during PMQs was worth it. He got to the stsge of anger where he leant so far over the dispatch box that i thought he would deck the questioner .

Initially i thought that he was doing a well rehearsed good job of the PMQ s but at the end i think he realised a threat to his job was coming as the news of another prisoner release had happened – last week .. but has only come to light today …

On the other hand….if Trump encourages supporters to ‘fight’ for their rights he is, in the BBC’s opinion, urging them on to violence and rioting….when we all know it is actually ‘struggle’ that he is encouraging….not least because earlier in his speech he actually told his supporters to protest peacefully.

Not BBC…unless it stands for Big Black C……..

Lammy having a meltdown in PMQs was gloriously funny….it’s not the colour of his skin that does him in but the thinness of it. Interesting to note he was happy to accept being praised for being Black…

‘May I start by congratulating the Deputy Prime Minister on being the first black person to ever answer Prime Minister’s questions? It is a landmark moment for this place and for our country, and I hope he is proud.

…..It is very kind of my hon. Friend to say those opening remarks. ‘

Somewhat paradoxical then to berate Sarah Pochin as a racist for her perfectly rational comments about the predominance of Blacks in advertising. Lammy of course lives his ‘colour’…he can barely talk without making some reference to it or to Black people…ironic given he raged about colour being a ‘thing’.

Lammy is a world class chump…but the Tory opposing him today cocked up….a whole series of questions about mistaken prisoner releases and he forgot, mis-counted his questions, to nail Lammy with a final one that would reveal yet another prisoner had been let out by mistake….he had to get the question tacked on at the end as a point of order but was summarily dismissed by the speaker and so totally missed the target.

‘You have put it on the record, Mr Cartlidge. Let us move on.’

Absolute disgrace….the BBC has wiped its fake news story from the news despite the boss of Ofcom having written to them to demand they respond and take the allegations seriously…

‘BBC must ‘seriously’ examine bias dossier, Ofcom boss says’

Lord Grade writes to corporation’s chairman after Telegraph’s exclusive revelations

The head of Ofcom, the broadcasting regulator, has told the BBC chairman that he must “seriously” examine allegations of bias, censorship and doctoring uncovered by The Telegraph.

Lord Grade, who leads Ofcom, has written to Samir Shah, the corporation’s chairman, seeking reassurances that he is investigating claims in a leaked internal dossier.’

Astonishing that this story has vanished from the BBC main pages given the seriousness of the allegations and the fact that, judging by how it treated stories about GB News, if this had been GB News again it would be frontpage news for days and be filling the airwaves relentlessly.

“Yes, solar panel disposal is a significant challenge for China, as it is the world’s largest solar panel producer and will accumulate the largest volume of waste globally by 2050. The main problems are the sheer volume of waste expected, the difficulty and cost of recycling the composite materials (like glass, plastic, and metals bonded together), and a lack of a mature recycling infrastructure and regulations. This situation poses a potential environmental risk if the panels are not managed properly. “

Highly amusing to hear the BBC enthusiastically promoting the government’s plans to alter the school curriculum…one aspect of this in particular….teaching kids how to spot fake news…on social media.

Hmmmm….lol…that’s fake news itself as fake news is definitely not, as recent events show, limited to social media. Kids could learn a lot from looking at this government proposal and the BBC’s reaction…the government and BBC who both benefit by manufacturing excuses to rein in, shut down and silence ‘social media’….but it’s not ‘social media’…it’s people, their opinions, views, facts and voices that are being shut down….too inconvenient, too truthful for government and a BBC that wants to control the news narrative and your thoughts.

You can see the thinking literally as displayed by Macron days ago…

‘Emmanuel Macron says Europeans should stop relying on social media for their news and turn back to traditional public media. Speaking in Paris on Wednesday, he said people were ‘completely wrong’ to use social networks for information and should instead depend on journalists and established outlets. Social platforms, he argued, are driven by a ‘process of maximum excitement’ designed to ‘maximise advertising revenue’, a system he said is ‘destroying the foundations of democratic debate’.

He accused X of being ‘dominated by far-right content’ and added that the platform was no longer neutral because its owner had ‘decided to take part in the democratic struggle and in the international reactionary movement’. TikTok, he warned, was no less dangerous. Macron called for ‘a much stronger agenda of protection and regulation in Europe’ to rein in what he views as the excesses of social networks.’

The only danger to democracy is tinpot little dicks like Macron…and Starmer and the fake news distributors at the BBC.

Big news….or not….not only is Ofcom demanding the BBC respond to accusations of bias in a serious manner but a parliamentary committee is on the case…

‘ The BBC is facing a parliamentary inquiry into claims of bias after the whistleblower who raised the alarm was called to give evidence to MPs.

Michael Prescott, a former independent standards adviser to the BBC, will be questioned by the culture, media and sport select committee next week.

The committee has already written to Samir Shah, the BBC’s chairman, who has until Monday to explain to MPs why the corporation doctored a speech by Donald Trump, as well as address claims of widespread bias in its reporting of the war in Gaza.

The committee has the power to call Mr Shah and other senior BBC managers to give evidence in public if it feels it needs more information.

Separately, the head of the broadcasting regulator Ofcom has told Mr Shah that he must “seriously” examine allegations of bias, censorship and doctoring uncovered by The Telegraph.’

Not a peep from the BBC about the approaching tsunami.

Maybe, just maybe, they will demand the release of the Balen Report so long buried and hidden away by the BBC for reasons unknown…but guessed.

Did a double take….Vardy standing in for the Nagger who would never in a million years say anything positive about Robinson.

Naturally Robinson was still ‘Far-Right’….love to know the BBC definition of that….an official one because of course there is no definition in the editorial guidelines…which is remarkable given that it is one of the most common phrases used by the BBC. Not defining it gives them the ability to use it as they like and smear anyone they like with the phrase knowing that mud will stick and there will be no comeback….Robinson could sue for libel but it would be hard to prove with no official definition in the guidelines.

Still…think he should give it a go and put a check on the BBC’s smear campaign.

Suzanne Moore (DT) writes on the new revelations on the BBC news production team being revealed in leaked memos…

The BBC is under fire for its coverage of a “doctored” Donald Trump speech and the tendency of BBC Arabic to minimise Israeli suffering.

    (But its worse!)

An internal memo, leaked to The Telegraph, also criticises bosses for “dismissing” complaints by eminent academics that tendentious views on subjects such as slavery, colonialism and the Irish famine were being presented as fact.

Such accusations of a lack of balance (or indeed a complete absence of debate on disputed issues) come as little surprise to me. For I have long watched as the BBC deliberately attempts to “gaslight” its audience on the complex issue of transgender rights.

Gaslighting means the creation of a false narrative, and the manipulation of someone else’s perception of reality. On trans issues, by misinforming viewers or ignoring stories that did not fit its pro-trans agenda, this is exactly what the BBC has done.

The leaked memo speaks of “unintended editorial bias”, but this is a very neutral way of describing what has been going on. Activists within the corporation ran the LGBT desk, which is used by all of the BBC’s news programmes. This small group of journalists was committed to a “a pro-trans agenda” and “keeping other perspectives off air”.

All things trans were to be celebrated in rainbow-strewn flags in the name of “diversity”. In fact, diversity of reporting was crushed, and no difficult issues were to be mentioned. Coming out as trans was repeatedly described as euphoric, and anyone who questioned this was portrayed as a fascist.

    (Who would have thought it?)

There were rumours of a BBC blacklist, but certainly, even on a programme like Woman’s Hour, you would hear much more from trans women (biological males) than from any gender-critical feminist. Presenters were obsequious to any man presenting as female. Who can forget the sycophantic interview with Grace Lavery about his book Please Miss: A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Penis?

Serious issues were ignored in favour of continual fluff pieces about drag queens or about some actress becoming “non-binary” by getting a haircut. Hannah Barnes, whose reporting on Newsnight helped blow open the scandal of the Tavistock Centre, left the BBC.

Indeed, the English language itself is being twisted to confuse us. Many do not understand what transgender means, and assume that a trans woman has fully and surgically transitioned. This is mostly not the case. Headlines describing transgender women being found guilty of rape add to this confusion. Male crimes are being attributed to women.

Our blessed BBC is doing this. “Scarlet Blake”– who tortured a cat to death before murdering a stranger – was referred to as a woman, by the BBC.

We will look back on all of this – the medical negligence, the distortion and omission of facts, the suppression of those who tried to get at the truth, those permanently damaged by “gender care” – and surely feel ashamed.

That, at the centre of this misinformation and deceit is our once-cherished BBC confirms what I long suspected. Yet I am still shocked by this institutional mendacity.

That’s one more licence fee lost. ”

    (End)

(Edited). But you get the picture. The BBC has been exposed as the charade of closet perverts it really is. How long can this be allowed to go on, I wonder? Answer is that they requested an increase in the TV license to £180/year and got it, No questions asked yet.. Propaganda is expensive. And I suspect the BBC could not care less, about anything but getting paid to push an Agenda they favor on the long March to utopia. A fictitious suburb in Russia, where nothing is what it seems and dissent mean death.

BBC has questions to answer over edited Trump speech, MPs say
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ckgzkyk7knzo

The good news : The BBC have reported themselves – though the headline is phrased as if they just need to clarify it by answering some questions. Not the blatant lie it was.

The bad news : they have immediately buried it so nobody will see it unless they search. At least I never saw it on the front news page.

For agenda topics, the always link to other articles which support this one to try and make it all fresh in the readers mind. Not for this one. No other links provided.

I would have thought this one would have been 100% relevant:

James Harding on claims of BBC bias against Trump.
    https://www.bbc.com/audio/play/b0890kjg

‘We hear from Charles Moore and get a response from James Harding, the BBC’s Director of News and Current Affairs.’

I tried to listen to it but can’t stomach such dross this early in the morning. As soon as the BBC bloke started speaking, it turned into a rice-pudding of management BS. Maybe someone can listen to it and tell us how the BBC denied everything.

But it is amusing how Charles has been proven 100% right and whatever the BBC cretin said was the usual lies.

Also the MP’s said the BBC have ‘SERIOUS’ questions to answer. An extremely relevant word which the BBC didn’t use in the headline.

Another of their deliberate misrepresentation lies. How appropriate.

I can tell the arrogant BBC’s attitude to this is ‘f*ck you. We do what we want.’. They REALLY need bringing down a peg or two.

Brilliant piece by Alister Heath in the DT:

Britain is a decaying, dysfunctional society, and the BBC is complicit in our decline. Our national broadcaster is not merely dishonest, biased and prone to cover-ups, as a Telegraph investigation reveals; it has also been wrong about almost everything that matters.

Fuelled by billions of pounds extracted via the licence fee, the BBC has spent forty years shrinking the Overton window, waging war against centre-Right dissidents, bullying politicians into following destructive orthodoxies and promoting an anti-Western, anti-capitalist, anti-conservative worldview.

Its output, riddled with group-think, lapped up by our decrepit establishment, reeks of oikophobia, economic illiteracy, soft socialism, suicidal empathy and luxury beliefs. Seduced by critical theory, the BBC backs the “anywheres” against the “somewheres”, supports global institutions, from the EU to UNRWA, and barely conceals its disgust at those who prefer power to be located at the national level.

One of the BBC’s foundational biases is to assume more government – spending, regulation, intervention, censorship – is the answer to every problem, rather than private initiative and markets. It often describes those on the Left as “respected experts” while labelling others as “Right-wing”.

It is indulgent towards virtue-signalling “charities” and NGOs, and has no interest in who funds them or in gauging the efficacy or track record of their ideas; but is always ready to slam, trash and interrupt their opponents. The BBC assumes the worst of business, and the best of “environmental” or “human rights” campaigners. It rightly holds politicians with genuinely fascistic views to account, but is soft on far-Left extremists such as the repellent Zohran Mamdani, mayor elect of New York.

The BBC never forgave itself for the modicum of balance it displayed during the EU referendum, and spent the next few years taking Brussels’ side in the Brexit negotiations. It still assembles audiences that over-index on metropolitan Lefties.

The BBC rarely states its views explicitly, and may even at times believe that it is merely fighting for truth and justice, but its institutional bias is off the charts. Yes, it is regulated, and yes, it generally follows tough box-ticking requirements to demonstrate “balance”, but despite that it remains partial on every contested issue. Its prejudices come through in story selection, the questions it asks, its interview picks and the slant of reporters, editors and interviewers.

There are exceptions, but a few unpartisan, journalistic heroes are no match for a structurally parti pris corporate machine gripped by a systemic pensée unique. The BBC is disconnected not just from the working class but from suburban values and Reform and Conservative-voting Britain.

There is endless hand-wringing, much of it justified, over the impact of demented online personalities and fake news, yet the BBC’s role in corrupting our national debate through its ideological gatekeeping is overlooked.

Our pathetic growth and diminished living standards? The BBC made life hard for any politician who had the temerity to call for lower spending, reduced red tape or lower tax rates, the obvious solutions. Years of excessive immigration, which has, inter alia, fuelled Islamism? For decades, it wasn’t possible to propose lower migration without accusations of racism.

Net zero, which destroyed industry and pushed up energy prices, was pushed almost uncritically by the BBC. Lockdowns? The BBC turned itself into a hysterical purveyor of the official line, claiming the problem was not shutting down fast enough and cancelling anybody who (truthfully) blamed a Chinese virus leak.

Our second-rate NHS? The BBC, to its credit, does expose individual cases of wrongdoing, but overall has played a central role in defending the NHS’s role as our unofficial secular religion.

One reason the Tories’ 14 years in office were a disaster is because they were wrongly terrified of the BBC. Convinced the corporation could make or break any government, they ensured the top 10 per cent of earners were hit at every Budget and dreamt up Leftist policies to pass the “BBC test”.

It is in this context that the memo sent to the corporation’s board by internal whistleblower Michael Prescott, revealed by The Telegraph, should be read.

A Panorama documentary a week before the US elections spliced together two sections of a speech by Donald Trump on the day of the Capitol Hill riots. Trump, whom the BBC hates, was made to appear as if he were inciting supporters to go to Congress and “fight like hell”, when he was actually encouraging them to protest peacefully. Why hasn’t the BBC deployed its ludicrous “fact-checkers” against itself?

The memo reveals BBC bosses were “dismissive” and defensive when academics accused it of rewriting history to promote a woke agenda, especially with regards to slavery, colonialism and the Irish famine. The BBC regularly behaves as a propaganda channel, a campaigning organisation for extreme views, not as a middle of the road, dispassionate news media for all of Britain.

Damningly, the report accuses BBC Arabic of deciding to “minimise Israeli suffering” in the Gaza war to “paint Israel as the aggressor”. Allegations against the Jewish state were “raced to air” without proper checks, as were Hamas’s made-up casualty figures, implying either incompetence or “a desire always to believe the worst about Israel”.

It’s not just BBC Arabic, in my view: the corporation’s overall output has propagated incendiary libels against Israel for years, and especially since October 7. Given its influence and reach, this has played a central role in fuelling the return of anti-Semitism in Britain and around the world. It’s a shameful, foul betrayal.

Heads must roll. Tim Davie, the director general, must resign. BBC Arabic needs to be shut down. The licence fee must be abolished, as well as all subsidies for any part of the BBC. The corporation should become a member-controlled charity, funded through advertising, subscriptions or donations, or disappear. We need private Left-wing media, and we need private Right-wing media, but it is madness to force taxpayers to underwrite the warping of our polity. Enough is enough.

Funny thing….Lammy raged yesterday and refused to answer a question about mistaken early release of prisoners…he also refused the Speakers request to come back and answer a point of order on the same subject…the Times reports that he thought this would be ‘career suicide’ to admit he knew about the releases…..but he also, in fact, had a pre-prepared statement with him in PMQs about the latest release but chose not to make the statement and instead bluffed it out angrily.

So Lammy put his career before the national interests and the truth and basically lied to Parliament by omission.

And yet…none of this is on the BBC website…yet…lol.

We get a pretty anodyne report from Chris Mason that doesn’t dish the real dirt on Lammy…quite something surely when the Justice Secretary of all people lies to us…..

Ahead of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Andrew Tate edition

The science of a trustworthy face – and how to spot a liar (or Traitor) – this is BBC old stager Pallab Ghosh, Science Correspondent, delegated (for some contractual reason, I guess) to produce a puff piece supporting feature for the BBC’s current light entertainment marquee The Traitors – as hosted by the BBC payroll premier league star presently working her notice our shampoo-advertising would-be answer to Jennifer Aniston.

“Nobody can spot a liar. At least if you do it’s through a slip – through reason, not this ‘gut instinct’ we put so much value on.” So said Sir Stephen Fry, the Mensa card-carrier with a reported IQ of 170, shortly before he was voted out of The Celebrity Traitors. (Pallab Ghosh, BBC)

Due obeisance paid there to the liberal mid-wit’s notion of the National Treasure great thinking man of our times. Or just another former Cambridge Footlights graduate turned TV comic actor with all the approved bien pensant views and some interesting lifestyle choices.

Or then again, do we detect a slight backhander of a compliment from our Pallab: “…reported IQ of 170, shortly before he was voted out of The Celebrity Traitors

    Here comes The Science bit…

Mr Ghosh goes on to the meat of his argument that tells us how we can’t spot a wrong’un just by the look of ’em – he’s keen to disparage the: …19th century… ancient practice known as physiognomy…Utter nonsense, of course: it was everything to do with social and racial prejudice and nothing at all to do with science. It has long been discredited.

“Long… discredited” I guess that’s how come this keeps happening: Not again… jail crisis is laid bare after two more prisoners freed in error (Mirror); ‘Shocking’ release of Algerian sex attacker (the Express shocked there)

I’m oddly reminded of that scene toward the end of the Monty Python movie The Life of Brian where the naive prison official played by Michael Palin standing with his tablet/clip board sympathetically enquires of the condemned convicts as they pass by on their way out of the dungeon: “Crucifixion?”

Cheeky Eric Idle says: “Er no, Freedom. Freedom for me. They said I hadn’t done anything and I could go and live on an island somewhere.”

Palin as jail administrator: “Oh well, that’s jolly good. Off you go then.”

Idle as cocky convict: “Nah, I’m only pulling your leg. It’s Crucifixion really.”

And on a day when: The fall guy… An effigy of Keir Starmer will be burnt on a bonfire… after the public chose him ahead of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Andrew Tate (Telegraph)

Don’t worry folks, our Sir Keir has got Labour’s top talent on the job: Lammy under pressure after two more prisoners freed (Guardian)
