    Richard – what ever happens with the legal action the BBC will have to alter its’ treatment / attitude toward President Trump ….and hide the TDS deeper down – becoming so cavalier as to butcher that speech so obviously indicates the true internal group think .
    And to our delight they are completely screwed .

    Although I say that the BBC needs to approach President Trump more carefully – I wonder if the hateful Marxists in the BBC might become even more hostile to 47 and JD as a ‘point of principle ‘ – or ‘journalistic integrity ‘ or some other deceit …

    Both the President of the United States, Donald Trump, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are taking legal action against the BBC, to destroy the BBC’s Global Propaganda and Censorship network.

    The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a statement of interest backing US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) to sue the BBC lead Trusted News Initiative (TNI). Jed Rubenfeld, an attorney for CHD, said the DOJ’s statement confirms the “importance of this case and the gravity of the TNI’s concerted attack on dissenting online news publishers.” “The TNI is a classic abuse of market power and its censorship of facts and opinions online, especially during the pandemic, was and is a grave threat to democracy,” Rubenfeld said. The plaintiffs allege they were censored, banned, deplatformed, shadow-banned or otherwise penalised by the Big Tech firms that partnered with the BBC lead TNI.

    US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that the TNI was initiated by the BBC and sought to prevent the publication of stories or events that deviated from government orthodoxy. But the role of the media is to speak truth to power and safeguard the freedom of expression guaranteed by the First Amendment.
