Maybe the BBC thought that they could just do this again with DT

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-47719166

Although they did try and fight it in court

“The judgment in Poroshenko v. BBC serves as a pivotal reference in defamation law, particularly concerning the interpretation of defamatory meanings within media reports. By reinforcing the significance of the hypothetical reasonable reader’s perspective and scrutinizing the efficacy of mitigating statements, the court underscored the responsibilities of broadcasters to ensure their content does not unjustly damage reputations. Additionally, the ruling emphasizes the importance of cooperative litigation practices in resolving preliminary issues efficiently. This case will undoubtedly influence future defamation claims, guiding both claimants and defendants in navigating the complexities of defamation law with greater clarity and judicial precision. ”

      How Qatar bought up Britain
This article is more than 3 years old
As the world’s attention turns to the emirate for the World Cup, an Observer investigation reveals that it and its ruling family have amassed a £10bn property empire
      https://www.theguardian.com/business/ng-interactive/2022/nov/05/how-qatar-bought-up-britain

Prince Andrew, Boris Johnson and the prime minister of Qatar gazed through rain-spattered glass on to the streets of London far below as they celebrated the opening of Britain’s tallest building, the Shard.

For Johnson, then mayor of London, the unseasonably cold July day in 2012 symbolised London’s resurgence after the devastation of the global financial crisis.

Prince Andrew marked the occasion by abseiling down a section of the 310-metre tower for charity, saying afterwards that he had easily overcome the “psychobabble” about fear of heights.

The state of Qatar alone, not counting individual royals’ personal holdings, is the 10th largest landowner in the UK, according to analysts at MSCI Real Assets.

Another “Bias by ommision” by the BBC. Why can’t they just tell the full story ( A rhetorical question)

“BBC News fails to accurately and impartially report South Africa plane story”

    The BBC’s report continues:

“Gift of the Givers has since called for Ramaphosa to investigate the home affairs ministry and border authority for the “humiliation they’ve caused” the Palestinians.
The organisation’s founder Dr Imtiaz Sooliman said this treatment included being forced to wait for hours on the tarmac at the airport, being denied food provided by the group and “using every excuse in the book to prevent these passengers from disembarking”.”

Remarkably, the BBC had nothing to tell its audiences either about the organisation it chose to quote or its founder – including his participation in a Cape Town rally marking the anniversary of the October 7th attacks.

““On 5 October 2024, Sooliman shared a platform under a banner proclaiming, “We are all Hamas” with known Islamist extremists. He said, “Every time we protested, the Zionists were too clever. They were arrogant, acting with impunity, put fear into you. They put fear into corporate corporations, into universities, into communities, into governments, into political parties, into associations. They run the world with fear. They control the world with money. And every time you say something, they terrify you and they say it’s antisemitic. But I’ve got a message for them. Find a new narrative, this one is dull, boring, and stupid.””

Looking through the articles on how the BBC lie by ommision or otherwise on the CAMERA UK (https://camera-uk.org/) site It becomes clear that the BBC don’t even try and get their “news articles” right before putting them out to a gullable audience. One can only conclude that they don’t care All that seems to matter is their in-house anti-Israel narrative.

I happen to know Crowborough well, great rugby club, decent shops and a very pleasant small town!

That camp where all the illegals will finish up, used to classed as a super-dooper mysterious place, with secrets under every atomic bomb hatchway, and even when there was any work to be done on the fabric of the buildigs and roads, you needed a whole trunk-load of documents to prove who you were, what your firm did a hundred years ago, etc.

Funny how all that’s gone in a flish and the illegal foreigners will wallow in one of the most secure places in the UK! Hope they don’t start escaping!

Much funnier that the Greens are suddenly panicking – as they always do when anyone even looks at them in the street…

I had a revelation recently where I realised the more extreme Left hate themselves so much because they know inside what nasty and spiteful people they are – but they cannot do anything about it. It’s just how their brain is wired.

Poland says blast on rail line to Ukraine ‘unprecedented act of sabotage’
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cp85g86x0zgo

Another gem from the BBC’s vile Sarah Rainsford.

She’s a master of every dirty trick the BBC play. This one is the assertion of what someone else said as fact. But it doesn’t need to be as it’s just what someone said.

I wonder if Sarah think the Nordstream pipeline sabotage and the ensuing huge ecological disaster it caused (which the BBC completely and shamelessly ignored because it suited them) was a tad more significant – given that it was deliberate so that could have killed thousands of people if it had been a cold winter ?.

That too was blamed on Russia – our own minister of defence hilariously just said ‘Russia probably did it’. But that too has gone very quite since we discovered some Ukrainians did it (and almost certainly in collusion with Biden).

I had a look at what’s been going of that and found this – though another one I never saw on the BBC front page – and I check it daily.

Polish judge refuses to extradite Ukrainian Nord Stream blasts suspect
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c8drmzv98jzo

‘A Polish judge has refused to extradite a Ukrainian citizen – suspected by Germany of sabotaging the Nord Stream gas pipelines in September 2022 – arguing that if Ukraine was responsible for the attack, then it was a “just” act.’
He said the attack had “deprived the enemy of billions of euros paid by Germany for the gas… and weakened Russia’s military potential”.
What could be seen as terrorism or sabotage in peace time, the judge said, was different in a time of war.’

He failed to mention how the pipeline was shut down and the only possible victims of it could be Germany.

A report from only last month. Seems like Tusk brought his EU training with him. Corrupt to the core and doesn’t care how many people die in the pursuit of EU expansion.

It’s not the men throwing gays off the buildings which bothers me Mark : they are a few extremists who can be dealt with.

It’s the baying mob of ordinary Muslims down on the ground holding large rocks who are eager to stone them when they land.

That’s an entire culture. An completely different enemy which you can’t shoot like a dog which needs to be put down. And we are importing that exact same culture by the dingy-load.

The end game is obvious : when they have the numbers they will take over and turn us into another shithole like where they came from. We already have MP’s elected simply because they are Muslims and blatantly push their racist, terrorist agenda into our government. Their number will only grow.

Mutiny on the bounty bar edition

It’s a classic move – think what an over-spending local authority would say when faced with the threat of having to cut its coat according to its cloth, as they say.

Inevitably the profligate local council will always be loathe to draw attention to its senior staff pay budget or – given the present cultural climate – would always avoid mention of its cockamamy diversity initiatives.

Instead rate payers would be regailed with threats of cuts to their library opening hours – that’s always a good one. Perhaps the regular weekly bin collection might be altered to only happen on alternate Wednesdays. You get the idea. Stave off any real austerity by threats of hitting them where it hurts.

Panorama – Trump: A Second Chance?
      28 October 2024

This programme was reviewed after criticism of how President Donald Trump’s 6th January 2021 speech was edited.

During that sequence, we showed excerpts taken from different parts of the speech.

However, we accept that our edit unintentionally created the impression that we were showing a single continuous section of the speech, rather than excerpts from different points in the speech, and that this gave the mistaken impression that President Trump had made a direct call for violent action.

The BBC would like to apologise to President Trump for that error of judgement.

This programme was not scheduled to be re-broadcast and will not be broadcast again in this form on any BBC platforms.

Bearing mind that the 5 ‘i’ arrangement seem shaky under the Marxists perhaps thd Chinese won’t get much success getting into the pentagon via britistan traitors

Why would the Chinese be bothered with a third world failing state like britainistan other than supplying dinghies to invaders ?

If the state was interested in stopping the dinghies the factories that make them would accidentally catch fire ….

Could be worse, we have the UK’s first Chinese MP, here in Reading. Labour naturally, won’t listen to residents whose children are sexually harassed by “Asylum Seekers” on their way to school and back. We’re all far right racists down here.

I went to look (virtually) at that dump near Oxford – I was staggered at the scale of it and wondered how they managed to get what must’ve been hundreds of truckloads in there.

They had to drive across fields…. I really can’t see that this could’ve happened without some collusion somewhere…. I notice the Environment Agency have been v.quiet about it…. Given that they have access to ANPR etcetera and the full facilities of the state they should have people all over that pile looking for clues…. as it stands, nobody seems to be doing much of anything – one might think a reward might be offered for a snitch?

In 2019, former Prime Minister Theresa May enshrined the UK’s net zero emissions target into law by amending the Climate Change Act 2008. This legally committed the UK to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050, a move that passed Parliament with support from all major parties at the time.

In March, Israel introduced a new registration process for aid groups working in Gaza, citing security reasons. It requires that they give lists of their local Palestinian staff. However, aid groups say that data protection laws in donor countries prevent them from handing over such information.

I thought it was the latest exhibit in the Tate!

The EA have known about this for months, and are still talking about wondering if they should form a committee to investigate claims that the dump is an illegal act, so they’ve asked the ECHR to form a legal quango to consider the several options which are guidelines dreamed up on the spur of the moment at a meeting three years ago, and have still to report on the findings…

A preliminary report is being prepared, and the findings submitted to Oxford CC, when they have found their way around the city by tricycle on annotated days for visitors and councillors alike.

The decision on the findings will be submitted at the meeting planned in May 2026, unless the ECHR decide that they need more time, in which case, the next meeting will certainly be in six months afterwards in November 2026. The findings will be submitted to some oik in the Whitehall Emporium for waste disposal, (i.e. all of the bloody place), and the next Prime Minister, David Lammy, will decide what to do in time for the 2034 General Election.

“Research director, Darwin Friend followed up in Conservative Home, rightly arguing that it’s time to ditch the anachronistic licence fee: “Organisations which provide a successful, desirable product will thrive. We simply have to trust that the British people ultimately value fact-based journalism… The problem with the BBC, is that no matter how far it falls, no matter how badly it fails, it has a safety net. The licence fee, or TV tax. Introduced when the BBC was the only broadcaster, and when its transmission could not be limited to only specified TVs, it made sense as a funding model. The fact that it still exists is farcical.”

The time is now to scrap the licence fee. It’s outdated, provides an unfair advantage to a discredited broadcaster, and penalises families who have no interest in its output often leading to those from the poorest households being hauled before magistrates.

With negotiations over the BBC charter and its funding due to get under way in the new year, now is the time to ramp up the pressure on ministers to ditch the hated TV tax. Write to your MP today using our tool and help end the unfairness of the licence fee once and for all.

257 000 Britons left britainistan in 2024 – according to the ONS . It doesn’t say whether they used dinghies to go .

I suspect that number will be at least double for 2025 .

That great replacement thing is real . I wonder how many leaving were higher rate tax payers .

I certainly spend less time in britainistan than I used to and it’s looking as though I’ll be permanently leaving too ….

CANNOT STOP ONE SMALL DINGHY…. CAN STOP CHINA! HA HA AH AH AH A!

“Jarvis highlighted a pattern of behaviour around Chinese spying attempts, which he said he would take “all necessary measures” to protect against, including updating and strengthening national security powers.”
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4gpnz05kr8o
Stressing that China is still the UK’s third biggest trading partner, Jarvis said the UK would nevertheless use sanctions “as necessary”.

    sanctions?

“In January 2025, UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves finalized agreements with China worth £600 million for the UK economy, aiming for secure growth through deeper cooperation in financial services, trade, and investment. The deals include lifting market access barriers, supporting British business exports, and improving cooperation on climate issues. ”
    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/chancellor-marks-600m-of-secure-growth-for-uk-economy-in-beijing
In recognition that upholding national security is this government’s first duty, the Chancellor raised this government’s deep concerns over cases involving interference in our democracy and malicious cyber activity emanating from China. Reeves also raised the case of British National Jimmy Lai and raised UK concerns around the respect of protected rights and freedoms in Hong Kong.

She raised human rights, including in Xinjiang, and forced labour. The Chancellor made clear that China’s sanctions against Parliamentarians are completely unwarranted and unacceptable.
