      Prince Andrew, Boris Johnson and the prime minister of Qatar gazed through rain-spattered glass on to the streets of London far below as they celebrated the opening of Britain’s tallest building, the Shard.

      For Johnson, then mayor of London, the unseasonably cold July day in 2012 symbolised London’s resurgence after the devastation of the global financial crisis.

      Prince Andrew marked the occasion by abseiling down a section of the 310-metre tower for charity, saying afterwards that he had easily overcome the “psychobabble” about fear of heights.

    Another “Bias by ommision” by the BBC. Why can’t they just tell the full story ( A rhetorical question)

    The BBC’s report continues:

    “Gift of the Givers has since called for Ramaphosa to investigate the home affairs ministry and border authority for the “humiliation they’ve caused” the Palestinians.
    The organisation’s founder Dr Imtiaz Sooliman said this treatment included being forced to wait for hours on the tarmac at the airport, being denied food provided by the group and “using every excuse in the book to prevent these passengers from disembarking”.”

    Remarkably, the BBC had nothing to tell its audiences either about the organisation it chose to quote or its founder – including his participation in a Cape Town rally marking the anniversary of the October 7th attacks.

    Looking through the articles on how the BBC lie by ommision or otherwise on the CAMERA UK (https://camera-uk.org/) site It becomes clear that the BBC don’t even try and get their “news articles” right before putting them out to a gullable audience. One can only conclude that they don’t care All that seems to matter is their in-house anti-Israel narrative.

    Does the awful ECHR cover Indigenous British Citizens living rough in doorways, unable to afford the manic electricity bills, unable to pay for food and clothes, while illegals get all their accommodation, food, heat etc., for free when they rock up with help from the RNLI and the Frogs?

    Just asking for a Veteran, and old Mrs Jones, surviving in the hovels down the road…

    I’ve been told there’s been anti asylum seekers demonstrations outside an illegal immigrants hotel in Crewe about 2 months ago. It was news to me as there’s not been anything in local or national media about it. It seems we have a news blackout regarding anti immigrant protests in operation, I wonder how prevalent this is?
