    Starmer was speaking at the Guildhall last night.

    It was closer ties to Europe and slagging off Reform , because they want to withdraw from the ECHR which stops us deporting sexual deviant illegals from raping women and teenagers.

    I would say, let’s rejoin the EC and see how much they will PAY US for the privilege.

    No policies of their own, just blame others.

    FFS he has a teenage daughter of his own to protect.

    The report is a bit brief as of reading at the moment.

    I m in 2 minds about the abolishing of jury trials for ordinary crimes ….i used to favour it because I believed juries were too prone to ‘external factors ‘ – subjective stuff like whether they prefer on barrister or another – attention span – google – pressures outside court – all that stuff .

    But I made assumptions back then that the State – plod – CPS- Judge – court staff – could be relied to be politically neutral .

    But that assumption is dead now – and victims of the state need any protection they can get .

    There are other ways to get rid of backlogs – longer court sittings – 7 day weeks – 12 hour courts – abolishing the 2 tier lawyer system – using funding to encourage less delays – those just seem common sense things from a layman like me …

    But let’s face it – all that effort to get criminals convicted – sentenced – and then released because the prisons are too full –
    It’s a game …

    Today Lammy will sound as bombastic as can be along with loads of MPs who make a living from the Lefty Law

    The establishment ha recently become quite keen to prosecute SOME people for social meia posts
    I asked Grok to check the most common surnames in court cases of people charged for posting on Social media

    1 Smith ~5–7%
    Most common UK surname (285k bearers); frequent in public order/harassment cases (e.g., generic listings).

    2 Jones ~4–6% High in Wales/England border courts; seen in 2024 Twitter abuse prosecutions.
    3 Williams ~3–5% Common in VAWG-related online harassment (up in 2023–2024).
    4 Brown ~2–4% Appears in malicious comms (e.g., 2025 Ofcom-linked cases).

      The other assumption I made about the validity of juries was that their complexion would be ‘neutral ‘ i e British and mainly Anglo Saxon .
      But the demography now means in big cities and towns the juries are likely to be invader / Muslim dominant – and since these characters are tribal – the Muslim defendant is going to walk .
      Same with ethnic judges of course … the system is polluted ,,,
