So then, if this one policeman resigns, everything else in the West Midlands Police Force will be all good?
*Resigns…not much of a punishment. Probably will have some huge payouts/pension etc and will be welcomed into some other woke job.

My thoughts are getting rid of a few hundred of these woke ‘top’ cops in WMP would be a small step in the right direction.

Not much point in taking legal action against stopping all these elections as the legal profession is completely captured by the woke and will side with the government.
What did they think, leaving the choice of whether to have the elections or not to the very people who will in all likelihood lose their jobs if the elections go ahead.

Eva Vlaardingbroek(?) banned from UK yet any number of proven terrorists welcomed in.

Every day this government manages to find more ways to astonish normal people with their far left dictatorial actions yet we meekly appear to accept whatever they do to us.

BBC ‘completely unaware’ Traitors star compared Israel to Nazi Germany as it responds to unearthed social media posts
    https://www.gbnews.com/celebrity/bbc-traitors-2026-israel-nazi-germany-online-social-media-posts-maz

The REAL story here which nobody even mentions is not that the BBC have hired an extreme Jew hater for a TV program, it’s that EVERY time we discover they have given air time to full-on activists, they are ALWAYS of the far-Left type.

The problem is the extreme bias in who the BBC select to appear in their programs. And most of the time, they KNOW what they are but pretend they didn’t. I don’t recall them EVER accidentally hiring someone far-Right and it exposes the extent of the Leftist bias right through the organisation.

The real blame for all of this getting this far of course lies with OFCOM. Yet they seem to be absolutely immune to criticism for some reason. It was their job to stop the BBC before they got out of control and they failed utterly. Why aren’t THEY up in front of MP’s answering awkward questions ?.

A Dr Who was caught issuing sick notes (reports the Telegraph today)
“A doctor who sold fake sick notes has been struck off the medical register.

Asif Munaf, who was revealed by The Telegraph to be selling some same-day sick notes for £29, was stripped of his licence to practise on Wednesday.

The 37-year-old, a former contestant on BBC’s “The Apprentice”, had already been suspended from the medical register after posting anti-Semitic content online last year.

The panel also found he had sold a sick note through Dr Sick Ltd in 2024 despite being suspended from practicing.

He has now had his license to practice medicine permanently removed. This penalty – known as erasure – means Mr Munaf can no longer work as a doctor or call himself a registered medical practitioner.
    ..
The tribunal previously heard Mr Munaf had posted “objectively anti-Semitic” material on social media between Oct 23 and July 2025.”

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/01/14/doctor-sold-sick-notes-struck-off-telegraph-munaf-gmc/

My comment is that he must have been ‘vetted’ and fully ‘approved’ to appear on the BBC ‘Apprentice’ program, so the BBC thought he would be a perfect fit for their tedious program of grovelling. Only the BBC can make a turd out of Sick-note and call it an ‘entrepreneur’, in a program of who can make the most cock-ups and still work in the NHS as a prize and serial abuser of being a Doctor, in the NHS. Only the BBC, would ignore any hazard warnings and accept ‘anti-sematism’ as normal within the BBC and NHS. They think they are on the same team.

BBC again:London’s Burning actor ‘destroyed wellbeing’ (?) of sexual assault victim
“The 54-year-old, who also appeared in the BBC series Grange Hill, left the property in the early hours of the morning and returned from a trip to a nearby petrol station after spending £250 on goods including food, cigarettes and a bottle of vodka, the court heard.

Alford then had sex with the 14-year-old girl in the garden of the home and later in a downstairs toilet. He inappropriately touched the 15-year-old girl as she lay half asleep on the living room sofa, jurors heard.”

Comment: There must be something in the BBC script that takes over!, and they change the world to how they want it. Arrogance takes over. The BBC has a long history of sexual abuse and perversions, by those working for the BBC over a long period of time. Mental derangement sets in and they start to abuse ANY boys or girls anywhere near them. All paid for by the TV license fee, if not this one, another further down the line is being ‘prepped’.

‘Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood says she has lost confidence in West Midlands Police’s chief constable after Israeli football fans were banned from a match against Aston Villa.’

So the Home Secretary herself has no confidence in the West Midland’s police chief.

Hmmm…and yet the BBC, even as the evidence piled up in plain sight for all to see, continued to cover up and downplay the truth…still pushing the line that the Israeli fans were the problem whilst forgetting to mention the Muslim pressure and threats that the police caved in to.

Maybe it’s not just the police chief that should consider his position especially as this isn’t a first offence for the BBC when it comes to demonising and broadcasting lies about Jews.

The benefits of Labour’s choices? In every corner?

      Well maybe.

The Belfast Telegraph highlights some of the possible/probable results of these choices, we’ll not class them as benefits, in the most western part of the UK, Stroke City.( or Derry/ Londonderry as it now seems to have to be known)

      https://m.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/northern-ireland/man-arrested-on-suspicion-of-indecent-exposure-near-school-following-police-investigation/a2130914326.html

‘A man has been arrested in Co Londonderry on suspicion of indecent exposure close to a school following a police investigation.’

Unusually after the Tuesday afternoon incident an actual desription was given,

‘a black male, around 6ft tall and wearing a blue coat, blue chino-type trousers, and dark-coloured shoes.
He was also reported to have had a tight short haircut, with an athletic build, and aged between 30 and 40 years old.’

Not a typically pasty Paddy then? In a separate episode in the same city in the early hours of the following morning,

‘A female described being followed by a man while walking on Great James Street around 20 minutes earlier.
The suspect was reported as having a dark skin tone and wearing a black top and grey bottoms. The woman was able to escape safely but has been left “distressed” by the incident’.

No mention of a mop of ginger hair or more in keeping with the apparently workshy local gents, a thin moustache and a greyhound?
Derry is of course majority Catholic/ Nationalist / Irish Republican, their demand to drop the London from the name of their city says a whole lot about their mentality. Anti-British, Pro-Palestine, victim mentality, no virtue too small. The Protestant/ Unionist parts of NI have borne the brunt of the problems caused by ‘Labour’s choices’ in recent years, hence the unrest in Ballymena and to a lesser extent Larne during last summer.
Not the case anymore it seems. With the ongoing disquiet in the South that the city would rather be a part of, it’ll be interesting to see what happens here in the next year or so.

The bbbc coverage of this? Nothing.

    • Flotsam says:

The reason/excuse given for election postponement is the forthcoming local govrenment reorganisation. I believe the interval between the possible elections and the creation of the new LG structures is 18 months. I would have thought that oversight by newly elected Councils with mandates would have been very desirable and 18 months is not a trivial period.

I believe these elections can only legally be cancelled because of emergency. The situation is surely not an emergency so a Reform legal challenge could succeed.

    DT:
Four million denied a vote in local elections.
Will you get to vote in May’s local elections? Almost four million people won’t, because Labour is cancelling ballots in at least 27 councils.
If this strikes you as convenient for Labour at a time when they are tanking in the polls, you are not alone, and today The Telegraph launches a campaign to ensure this shameful attack on democracy can never be repeated.

We are calling for a change in the law to remove ministers’ ability to cancel elections at the stroke of a pen, and opposition leaders are already on board.
The Tories say Sir Keir Starmer is “running scared” of the electorate. In some areas, this is the second year in a row that elections have been cancelled, meaning some councillors will stay in office for seven years without having to be re-elected.
Labour’s excuse is that the councils in question do not have the bandwidth to organise elections at a time when they are facing major restructuring (caused by Labour’s decision to scrap many district councils and create new mayoralties).

Yet the councils themselves get to choose whether to take up the offer of postponing elections, and out of 63 affected councils, the majority have decided they do have the time to organise elections. It may not come as a surprise to you that the vast majority of those that have taken up the chance to postpone are Labour…

I’ve just listened to it . The wokes show their collective delusion over how bad things are in the UK and the rapid decline .

Like the TTK they see cuts in interest rates and inflation as a good thing – but they have no idea that cuts in rates are desperate attempts to get the economy going – nor the impact of what should be cheaper oil .

I don’t know about you, dear reader, but I’m somewhat confused by that BBC headline and first line of the report. It sounded at the get-go as though Yookay had won some fantastic contracts – but then suddenly we’re told Yookay has awarded itself the contracts.

If I claim I’ve secured a prize – then I admit it was me that awarded that prize – it’s likely a rubbish prize – and so our Beeb boys are simply polishing a turd of a government Green PR announcement. Now I’m already assuming the windy contracts concerned are duds – otherwise other countries might have tendered for them.

Here’s a tip – if you happen to see a Gideon Bible offered for what looks like a good price on eBay – you should probably save your money.

95% of statistics you see in the news are untrustworthy – and 90% of the news is all about the emphases in the headlines.

Which brings to mind a gag from the largely forgotten proto-The Office TV comic mockumentary, by John Morton and starring shamed actor Chris Langham, People Like Us.

I find it interesting – nay revealing – that the leftist excuse for that West Midland’s police ruling an Israel ban is going to be blamed simply on inappropriate A.I. use – rather than what was really at the heart of the decision – pandering to the prejudices of their local islamist community. When the weather improves, i.e. it’s a bit warmer, I’ll be out in my shed making the ‘EU Committee Designed Useless Oil-based Plastic Unremoveable Closure’ removal device, based on an industrial version of one of those natty foil remover twiddly wheel items for pricier plonk!

I always twist off the cap, remove the rest of the plastic disc with a sharp pair of scissors, and then trim up the top to suit my gnarled, but perfectly formed mitts!

It’s a ridiculous idea, and a real problem for many people with the arhritics etc, but the EU numpties, (including GB of course, as we’re almost back in), never consider issues like this…

One more sobering thought from the news this week, is the prevalence of cancer being connected with the covid jabs. my beloved Senora was the first to succumb, and I bloody nearly did too.

“In the past, some European space officials, most notably from Arianespace, dismissed Elon Musk’s reusable rocket concept as a “dream”.
This sentiment was expressed in the early 2010s when SpaceX was developing the Falcon 9 and its reusability was unproven. For example, in 2013, Arianespace’s Chief of Sales, Richard Bowles, said: “Personally, I think reusability is a dream. How am I supposed to respond to a dream? My answer is simple: you don’t wake people up”.

Why is X using the smear label phrase ?

      Leo Kearse’s take
The French govt has banned Brits from entering France if they disrupt people smugglers. But they don’t ban the people smugglers.

The leaders appeared on Patrick Cristy’s last night.
      saying they hadn’t broken laws

hmm .. older videos seemed to imply they had knifed the boats themselves

I keep thinking about the ‘phantom’ West Ham match that the West Midlands police chief inserted into his report about the Villa, Tel Aviv football match. The way it is being reported on GB News (top of the hour stuff), it sounds as though Google inserted it all by itself. If it did the surely Sir Keir should go after Google far harder than he has gone after X. To create such a match is dangerous and could put lives at risk. The press should be highlighting these sort of dangers of AI.

But worse is that bad actors (I think that is the correct term) maybe inventing and posting anti Israel information on the internet which Google is picking up. Perhaps OFCOM should be going after people creating false anti Israel information wherever in the world these people exist (perhaps Iran or Quwait for example).

I am beginning to believe the Chief of the Police story is hiding far more important things.

      Deborah I checked with Grok
The existence of the fake match in the report showed lack of credibility
but ends there cos it was mere list info. it said nothing about violence
Secondly it was Microsoft AI … not Google
The police chief did initially claim it was Google
but then said he went back and checked
      Grok says
Someone in the force used Microsoft Copilot (an AI chatbot) to query or generate information on Maccabi’s past fixtures.
Copilot produced fabricated details, including a claim that Maccabi Tel Aviv had played West Ham United in the UEFA Europa Conference League group stage on November 9, 2023, at the London Stadium.
In reality: No such match ever occurred. On that date, West Ham played Olympiacos in the Europa League.
Maccabi played Zorya Luhansk (Ukraine) in Poland in a different competition.

This non-existent fixture was included in the police intelligence report as if it were factual, contributing to the “high risk” classification and the fan ban rationale.
No sources describe Copilot adding fabricated details about violence or any trouble occurring at this invented game.

I just spotted that Grok was contradicting its own tweet from this morning

        It just replied to me
In my post, I erroneously conflated the AI’s fabrication of the West Ham game with the report’s separate exaggerations of violence in Amsterdam, implying the AI invented violent details for the fake game.
This was a mischaracterization based on how some early summaries blurred the issues—my bad, and I apologize for the imprecise wording. AI outputs (including mine) can sometimes generalize too broadly without double-checking nuances, which is ironic given the topic.

Bertolt Brecht in 1953 asked if it wouldn’t be easier for the East German Communists to dissolve the people using abortion, vaccines and assisted death, and elect another by assisting the mass immigration of Africans, Muslims and rapists. But instead, East Germany banned all other political partys, for being ‘right-wing, pro-democracy, pro-West German, free speech fascists’.

Brecht wrote a poem in 1953 called Die Lösung (‘The Solution’) expressing the sentiment but did not mention anything about abortion, vaccines and immigration etc, which are relatively recent ‘innovations’. As it was critical of the government it was not actually published until six years later.

After the uprising of the 17th of June
The Secretary of the Writers’ Union
Had leaflets distributed on the Stalinallee
        Which stated that the people
Had squandered the confidence of the government
And could only win it back
By redoubled work. Would it not in that case
        Be simpler for the government
        To dissolve the people
        And elect another?

Astronauts splash down to Earth after medical evacuation from space station (Georgina Rannard, Science reporter, BBC)

    Billion dollar sick note

Nasa astronaut Mike Fincke, exited the spacecraft first, smiling and wobbling slightly on his feet before lying down on a gurney, following normal procedures. Nasa’s Zena Cardman, Japan’s Kimiya Yui and cosmonaut Oleg Platonov followed, waving and beaming at cameras. “It’s so good to be home!”, said Cardman… It is the first time astronauts have been evacuated due to a health issue since the station was put into Earth’s orbit in 1998… Judging by past Nasa communications about astronauts’ health, it is unlikely that the identity of the crew member or details of the health issue will be released to the public.

Well, it’s not as though a huge amount of public money was at stake – possibly jeopardised by Nasa’s DEI-based crew selection policies.

No, don’t be silly, try guessing again – here’s a clue – it wasn’t the Wesh choirboy Doctor Who fan astronaut.
