Midweek 4th March 2026 IRAN

The State Broadcaster continues to predictably give the TTK regime an easy time over its’ failure to protect British assets such as Cyprus – being attacked by the Islamic republic of Iran . Empty excuses about ‘international law ‘ is used to avoid support for the US finally dealing with the Iranian regime .
How far will the BBC go to side with Iran?

I noticed a couple of things on youtube (Not bbc I know but similar biases and values). I found, by accident, a site called retrofutura, which has some amazing steampunk AI future city tours. I couldn’t help but notice the ethnic non-diversity, which was refreshing. Reading the notes, I saw that youtube had de-monetised the site due to its ambient worlds being “inauthentic”. I hope there is no link, but I’m sure its more than coincidence. Secondly how long can Simon Webb keep up his entirely spot-on observations and comments before he disappears in an Alex Belfield fashion? I know Belfield was convicted of “stalking” but I think that was merely a convenient vehicle to shut him up. Finally, a good evening to one and all!

Top BBC executive quits as broadcaster races to cut costs (today)
In a resignation email, Ms Tavaziva said she would be leaving amid a restructuring of the BBC’s product and technology divisions, with the company set to combine teams from its public service and its BBC Studios commercial arm.

The reorganisation comes after Tim Davie, the BBC’s outgoing director general, announced plans for further cost savings of 10pc in the next three years.

A BBC spokesman said: “We are not announcing any cost saving measures as part of the announcement now.”
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/03/03/top-bbc-executive-quits-as-broadcaster-races-to-cut-costs/

    My thoughts….
The funny thing is the former then Director of the BBC did exactly the same thing ten years ago, they laid off (some) BBC staff due to falling TV numbers, promised more job cuts and some staff were laid off. They also Promised that the £2 million+ (minimum) ‘elite’ board pension scheme bonus would stop. A new BBC Worldwide was created to try to make the BBC more accountable (worldwide sales of old repeats) to cable TV such as Netflix.. They have got their TV license up tick (then £150 to £175 ) and another ten years Charter (can you imagine they do not?) Lisa Nandy is playing the same game as if she has a choice), she does not have the power to change the BBC in any meaningful way, just its funding model, and it all based on the TV License. Nobody else wants to fund it,, so its either the TV license or nothing and they can – ONLY -do that via the – BBC Charter – which stipulates that the BBC (to demand a Radio or TV license fee) MUST be totally impartial (expect for news and opinion which is strangely exempt). So it can be as biased as it likes, and pay itself as much as it likes, as long as it survives somehow. And the civil service elites will ensure it survives somehow. Since the last BBC Charter they now have even more BBC staff then they had then. And they still have 2 million pound pensions! and generous expenses, cabs everywhere and very well paid presenters (some of them avoiding jail) and others tickets to Glastonbury… for staff moral… and they still have lots of staff! And now its hoping NetFlix or Youtube will save it. Somehow I doubt it.

Let’s get this straight, the spat between Trump and Starmer is down to the lily livered Starmer and his Party being over influenced by the need to pacify his sizeable Muslim voter base to stay in power.

What a bloody foul and insincere way to lead the UK into any kind of stable future!

The more him and his rotten party does this sort of cowardly capitulation the more aggressive will become the strident Muslim grip on this nation.

I never thought That this state of affairs would threaten my children and their children. I cannot begin to describe how disgusted I am by his cowardly, capitulating actions just to try to hang on to power.

    Rats leaving a sinking ship…

‘The BBC’s chief operating officer has resigned, becoming the third senior executive departure at the broadcaster in four months, as the corporation pushes ahead with a cost-cutting drive.

Leigh Tavaziva, who spent five years at the BBC, told staff on Tuesday that she would be stepping down in September to “pursue new opportunities”.’

What’s amazing is just how much she is paid….how many more like her living the good life off of the licence fee…so often forced out of the poorest in the land?

‘Ms Tavaziva joined the BBC from Centrica in 2021, taking on responsibility for operations and the technology behind products such as iPlayer. She received a salary of up to £470,000 in 2025.’

The BBC so often justifies itself by saying it is nurturing and nourishing new talent and creativity, the seedbed for the nation’s creative industries….so do it…bring on new talent and pay them apprentice wages instead of hanging on to the grandees such as Lineker who was paid over £1 million and yet his job could have been done by by talented newbies that would undoubtedly grow into the job and become well liked and respected…and then let them go to the commercial side if they want to earn the mega bucks.

The BBC is like the Forces….they buy ever more sophisticated and expensive kit but can only afford a handful of the tanks or planes or ships which means they can’t do their job, they haven’t got the men or quantity of equipment to actually fight a war…the BBC pays huge wages to its ‘talent’ both sides of the cameras which takes away money that should go to programming….which is at the end of the day its whole reason for existence….instead it has become a plaything and a pension fund for entitled lefties to peddle their biased worldviews whilst gorging themselves on our money.

As an indicator of just how utterly clueless the people are who the BBC put onto writing their articles, they have a video titled

    ‘RAF F35 shoots down drone’.
They have a blurry picture of the RAF jet which I resume is meant to make us think they got a picture of it ‘in action’.

The trouble is, they have used a picture of a twin engine Typhoon, not the single engine F35 because the clueless clone doesn’t know the difference.

Of course we all know by now that a BBC ‘reporter’ only need 3 attributes:
    1) To hate Trump, Farage and Tommy Robinson with every fibre of their body
    2) To get the DEI statistics up
    3) To write whatever they are told by the anonymous BBC political control team without question.

This ‘control team’ has immense power – yet we know nothing about it. I only know it exists because they leave their fingerprints across all the articles.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c98qpz144nvo

Here we go again : the BBC giving full credit and ‘implied truth’ in lengthy articles loaded with empathy and quotations – all based on information from Muslim terrorists.

And not a single picture of any sign of one single corpse from the pictures of the small building where 160 children were apparently killed. Nor do the BBC point out this glaring point. I am 100% certain Iran would have shown pictures of the dead and the BBC would have put them straight on the front page.

The tell-tale for extreme agenda stories such as this is how quickly the BBC drop them.

They start off with the full treatment but if they discover the information is probably fake, they just drop it and move on. They don’t report it – they leave everyone believing the last article which they now know is a lie. As far as I can tell with google, it was dropped after the first article.

I just searched for information and Wiki is presenting some mysterious videos as proof. One is part of an arm : we don’t see it being dug up and anyone, one would expect a lot more videos of bodies in the rubble than that for the size of the catastrophe. The second is of some bodies ‘at the scene’. There is no evidence at all it is at the same place – as with the first video. One wonders why they cut them so short so we don’t see any context for the uploads ….

And of course it is entirely possible the Iranian government blew them up itself to make the news. It would not be the worst thing they have done believing they died to help the cause.

This is the kind of thing where AI is worse than useless. It presents ‘trusted’ BBC reports as being the definitive fact. Almost all it’s evidence for stories like this seem to come from the BBC and Guardian and as you would expect, they are very heavily biased to the Leftists agenda.

How odd that the first thing Israel should bomb would be a school. This is a country which can send a bomb to kill the entire leadership of Iran at a breakfast meeting.

The school is apparently near an IRGC base. Is there just a slight possibility that they were storing munitions there? Could these munitions have gone off? Don’t bother asking the BBC or any of the other credulous fools in the MSM.

‘Authorities say at least six people were killed in clashes with police on Sunday after hundreds of protesters stormed the U.S. Consulate in the Pakistani port city of Karachi’

Nowhere to be seen on the BBC. I have a feeling we have entered a ‘No negative news about Muslims’ period at the BBC to stop any negative sentiment against Iran.

We saw a similar rule about the EU before (and after) Brexit. We don’t get told much about anything happening over there – particularly if it involves customers at ‘Alans Snackbar’.

The ever-excitable Daily Mail can start us off this morning with a false analogy: Imagine… – now there’s an odd way to start a news report…

    Cue John Lennon:

    Imagine there’s no countries
    It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
    And no religion too

Ah, the left-liberal globalist materialist anti-national anthem.

Sorry, I rudely interrupted the Mail editorial there – mid false analogy: Imagine if Sir Keir Starmer had been in charge when Argentina invaded the Falklands – missing the point that General Galtieri may have been many things – but he wasn’t a shi-ite ayatollah and his tin pot Latin American junta wasn’t an islamic state.

Spurs may have already purchased a pair of Argentine footballers at the time – but in 1982 Britain wasn’t tin pot yet and we didn’t just see a local by-election constituency flooded with immigrants from the Pampas return a party demanding their style of beef be served wall-to-wall at free breakfast clubs and English soccer matches be paused for the siesta.

Do you get the point? It’s not that one would mind us joining in the fun and games – but let’s be brutally honest – we haven’t got the military capability or the money – so let’s not kid ourselves – and worst of all active British participation will only serve to set off this lot…

Beyond MI5 and police active investigations into 3,000 “subjects of interest” (SOIs) there are estimated to be over 20,000 individuals who have previously been investigated and are considered at risk of re-engaging in terrorism. Some estimates have placed the total number of people on the intelligence services’ radar (including “closed” subjects of interest) at over 40,000. Islamism remains the predominant threat (roughly 75% of the caseload) – thank you A.I. – the other 25% are probably dodgy 13-year-olds whose only crime is to prefer the Aifix kit of a Messerschmitt Bf 109 over the Spitfire. More such heresy later…

So let’s have a bit less of this Churchill talk.

    In other news…

Feeling slightly guilty over his constant moaning about how a certain vaguely British tennis starlet was constantly being rammed down our throats, Mr AsI widens the focus of his ire… to other personalities repeatedly forced into our collective consciousness by media…

‘I can’t be Mary Berry at 90 because I’m not white’: Nadiya Hussain on why her cookery show ended… After a decade of BBC cookery shows, the former Bake Off winner says the cancellation of her series forced her to confront uncomfortable truths about race, representation and who is allowed longevity on British television (‘writes Lauren Taylor’ Independent) – soliciting the frankly misogynist response – get back in yer kitchen, luv.

    Shaggery in Provence

Just as the massive popularity of the recent 50 Shades trilogy esposed the counter-narrative revelation that many modern female guilty pleasures extended to BDSM (no, we’re not referring to the anti-Israel BDS campaign) – so it may be that one possible explanation for the intense female chattering class preocupation with the Gisèle Pelicot story might perhaps be a certain private titillation at the thought of getting shagged by a hundred random Frenchmen? Heresy, I know.

Even vanguard leftist magazine The New Statesman (how much longer can that title stand before being redubbed The New Statesperson, or some such) apparently feels the need to re-examine the phenomenon: Gisèle Pelicot is not your hero… In her new memoir, Pelicot rejects the pedestal she has been put on (Faye Curran)

The punch line (money shot… times a hundred?) of this think piece is beyond the paywall (and therefore well outside our remit) but before the text of the column fades away into the mist we get the gist of the feminist motive for pushing the story (if not the unspoken frisson it also provides to our secretly girly journos)

When Antoine Camus, Gisèle Pelicot’s lawyer, rose to deliver his closing argument in November 2024, he declared that his client’s case would put rape culture on trial. It would “invite the whole of society to take up this case, to make our debates the breeding ground for a new awareness, a change in mentalities”. Whispering to the room, he announced: “This trial is our Vietnam.” (New Statesman)

I’m assuming in some whispered aside Nadiya Hussain, first taken up with relish by our BBC in 2015, and still yet a favourite dish served by the media is multiculturalism’s “Vietnam” – a sort aceptable face or anti-Shabana Begum.

Ah, the third mosqueteer. To borrow a phrasing from the jews: “Next year in Jerusalem” – This year back in Blightly, Insha’Allah!

So Mr AsI wins his little wager.

The men used the front toilet and when the middle toilets started to overflow the crew tried to get the women and children to the front toilet the men blocked them, in the end they were using any containers or blankets they could get their hands on . It wasn’t considered an emergency so they couldn’t land anywhere else but their destination.

“Based on parliamentary, expert, and wargaming reports (2022-2025), the British Army faces a critical shortage of munitions, with estimates suggesting it could exhaust its ammunition stocks within 10 days of a high-intensity conflict. ” Google AI

Causes: The depletion is linked to years of decreased spending, the “peace dividend,” and the high consumption rates of modern, intensive warfare (such as in Ukraine), which differs from historical assumptions.

    Annie Crabill

When he was killed by American and Israeli strikes, Iran’s supreme leader was holding a meeting. He was not in a bunker, though one was available; he was at his compound.

Well, maybe, Annie don’t got no gun. To think the BBC still use The Economist for back up gobs.

“Was it necessary to kill the top 49 leaders of Iran, including Ayatollah Khamenei, the supreme leader?” Tapper asked.

“I think it was a very wise move for a couple of reasons,” Lt. General Moore replied. “First, anytime you can decapitate leadership in the government and military organizations, you put the whole country, the entire apparatus, in a state of upheaval. They don’t know what’s going on. It’s extremely difficult for them to execute command and control, to have any type of synchronization or integration of their forces.”

In other words, welcome to warfare.”

I drew petrol from my local filling station yesterday and was amazed at the speed by which the process of distillation from raw crude and transportation costs etc makes it to the pump. Seems a couple of days (excluding the wholesalers anxious to make a fast buck). I paid £1.28 a litre and, having paid and was sat in the car fixing my seatbelt to leave, I noticed the price change to £1.30 / L.

Perhaps they’re flying it in? That would account for the short space of time…………….

Nice to see the Greeks and the French already supporting British interests in Cyprus, while Saddamer sits like a wet fart, dithering about all the raghead votes he’ll lose in May. He said as much in Queen Elizabeth Hall just last evening!

I guess that these defenders of our territory will be told to bill us the usual daily rate for TTK’s cowardice – about a billion* a day or thereabouts. Greece already pays over the odds for NATO, where we just do the absolute minimum, and no doubt the far-lefties in Labour want that halved to pay for more benefits to the feckless.

I have had men watching you for a long time, and am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves.
