    “I came to Wales 20 years ago, and saw the damage that Thatcher had done. People in Wales still went to cafe’s and talked, I liked that and made Wales my home. I also feel in love with Welsh history. How a 100 miners chipped in to keep a doctor in their community (Private healthcare?). That lead to the creation of the NHS. (IS THIS REALLY WHAT HAPPENED?     Wonderful news! The BBC is planning to cut nearly 1 in 10 of its staff. Some might say cutting 9 out of 10 would be better but hey, it’s a start.
    But look at the numbers they quote: cutting 1800-2000 ‘jobs’ will save £500 million. What? That means each person is costing an average of £250,000 each! Assuming NI and other costs and overheads, that equates to a salary of more than £160,000 each, which is more than FOUR times the average UK salary. Precisely what are these people doing that makes them so much more valuable than, say, doctors, nurses, policemen, refuse collectors etc?

    Tons and I and tons of egg will end up on the face of the Globalist commentariat as despite all their doom ladened predictions President Trump emerges even stronger from the Iran conflict.

    So far the commentariat’s predictions on , the impossibility of closing the US Mexico border, of stopping the inflow of drugs to the USA, the dire impact of imposing tariffs on the US economy, the impossibility of bringing Venezuela to heel , and now the impossibility of defeating the Mad Mullahs of Tehran , have all been totally and utterly wrong.

    What is even more astounding to me is that with such a dire track record so many ordinary folks still believe the nonsense that these increasingly deranged ,TDS damaged , Globalist’s spew forth. I’m sure that as each prediction turns out to be massively wrong lots of ordinary people are turning their backs on the legacy media in all its forms . but incredibly millions still think these buffoons have credibility and take their prognostications seriously.

    Or when Nigerian muslims murdered, raped kidnapped and tortured thousands of Christians?
    But suddenly he’s all outraged when Trump says that hurty words to the islamofascists running Iran!

    (Same could be said of the BBC)
