Midweek 13th May 2026

The King delivers the words of the Labour Regime on Wednesday . How will the State Broadcaster handle that ? With a PM on the verge of leaving after the electorate finally got the opportunity to tell him what they think of him .

Here I am so send me to the top of the Thread. Apparently TTK has some allies among the Labour Parliamentary Party who have signed a letter saying TTK should stay on. Dem grate Bibbycee would want TTK to fight on! I would think he should resign now. TTK is only prolonging our agony – will he, wont he resign?

There is a saying that the Conservative Party went through so many leaders after ‘Dave’ resigned, that Labour would not want to repeat that process. TTK is not popular. What was the great ‘reset’ speech about? My bills are increasing thanks to Mad Minibrain and his net zero obsession. Lowering the ‘cost of living’ would be a great goal. Unfortunately, dem grate Bibbycee want extra Licence Fee each year. Defund the BBC! The BBC are greedy and inflation only makes it worse.

He should resign now – but he won’t because he is nothing short of a dictator clinging to power. Isn;t it amazing how when things like this happen, we get a sudden response to defend him from a group of people all singing from the same hymn sheet. 100% they have been instructed to do it by Starmers office under instruction from him.

I’ve been looking at some of the BBC reports when Boris was under fire and the difference in reporting tone is extreme. They were reporting with uncontrolled excitement about the possibility.

And to prove just how biased the BBC really, have a look at this video where a presenter breaks the news of his resignation and the audience start clapping and cheering. Even the presenter can’t quite control how happy she is.

      https://www.independent.co.uk/tv/news/boris-johnson-resigns-bbc-radio-b2355100.html

The Conservative in the program points it out and they they start booing him.

This is the bias of the BBC which is plain to see. OFCOM and all the other Lefties infesting the MSM just choose not to see it.

Unbiased my arse. Someone rid us of this cancer called the BBC which is rotting our society from the inside.

Rupert is the only one who calls them what they are : child rapists.

The BBC would refer to them as ‘grooming gang members’. Because they don’t care if they raped children or not. They only care about protecting Muslims from the general population realising what they are really like.

The outstanding issue about the rape gangs for me is something I haven’t seen anyone mention. It’s that these were not lone perverts acting alone – they were entire groups of men from a single community acting openly and without shame. These men were so comfortable about what they were doing, they trusted every other man to keep it secret.

And the reason they didn’t think it was wrong is something else nobody reports. Islam teaches that these white girls showing flesh and wearing makeup deserved it.

“Reading this morning how the Pakistani Government is refusing to take back two Rochdale child rapists. This shouldn’t be a negotiation, there is no need to negotiate with the Pakistanis.

If they don’t comply? £133 million in foreign aid, gone. Send them a bill for previous years too.

Tax remittances. 25% sounds fair. In 2021, there was £2.94bn sent to Pakistan. Tax it.

Enforce tariffs on Pakistani goods. We have a trade deficit with the Pakistanis. Use it.

Suspend visas. Use it as leverage – be cold and calculating.

I like the idea of doing it all alongside like-minded nations. A ‘deportation NATO’.

I’m sure the Americans would join the effort, with plenty of others. Do it swiftly, brutally, and as one.

The Pakistanis would fold by lunchtime.

We don’t need to negotiate. We hold all the cards. Use them.”

What’s the bond market for the UK doing at the moment?

The UK government bond market (gilts) is experiencing severe selling pressure, driving borrowing costs up to multi-decade highs due to a brewing domestic political crisis and global energy inflation shocks.Current Key Gilt YieldsBecause bond yields move inversely to bond prices, the rapid investor exit from UK debt has pushed benchmark interest rates to critical milestones:

10-Year Gilt Yield: Rose above 5.1%. This marks the highest borrowing cost for the benchmark note since the July 2008 global financial crisis.
30-Year Gilt Yield: Touched 5.81% before stabilizing near 5.76%. This represents the highest long-term borrowing level for the UK since 1998.

Core Drivers of the Market Turmoil1. Domestic Political Instability

Leadership Crisis: Prime Minister Keir Starmer is fighting a severe internal party rebellion following catastrophic results in the May 2026 local elections.

Fiscal Credibility Concerns: More than 70 Labour MPs have demanded his resignation.

Bond investors fear that his potential replacement could abandon the current strict fiscal rules and significantly increase public spending and debt issuance to win back voters.

Sector Impact: Bank shares (NatWest, Lloyds, and Barclays) have fallen on speculation that a new administration might introduce aggressive tax raids on the financial sector.

UK is now pretty well near to a busted flush, all because of a total mire of disgraceful ineptitude, socialist claptrap, spineless ‘leadership’, and now a useless bunch of cowards sitting on their pudgy hands and whining, while the chief whinger sits his fat arse on the ‘pm’s. chair and is incapable of even understanding the inevitable result that he’s destined for the chop any day now.

Amen to the lyrics from 1977…

The Moggster’s podcast is revealing him to be a lesser man than I once thought.
Yesterday he was fulsome in his praise of Jess Phillips the Labour safeguarding minister who has called on Starmer to go.Moggy said that over the years she had an admirable record in standing up for the rights of women. He never mentioned her refusal to start an inquiry into the Muslim rape and torture gangs and her consequent abandonment of hundreds of thousands of young white girls.
Moggy well knows this but he obviously doesn’t want to keep the issue at the front of everyone’s minds . The entire political and media establishment are tainted by this decades long scandal and they want it kicked into the long grass. We must refuse to let that happen.

Sometimes it’s the ‘skill’ of reading into stuff that doesn’t happen – as opposed to what he are fed . For instance – in the case of vile Jess Phillips – where is she ? Her resignation letter was brutal . Yet has she been doing the studios ? No – has she popped up on ‘today ‘? No .

Now why would that be ?

Bribes – threats by whips – the ever promise of the peerage gong ? Threats from her Muslim protectors ?

She was meant to be running the Muslim rape inquiry – but you can bet that will be buried for years …

Those Marxist councils which facilitated organised Muslim child rape are now under new management – I hope reform open the files – but even they will be threatens by the Muslim gang votes …

I understand why Phillips and many other Labour MPs want to bury the Muslim rape and torture gang scandal for ever but I don’t understand why Mogg isn’t pushing it to the forefront of the political debate .
The only reason that I can think of is that he is under orders from Tory HQ to let the scandal wither on the vine because they , the Tories , have unsavoury involvement in it to . Or possibly that they think that if the scandal is kept high on the political headlines it will favour Reform. Either way they are quite prepared to abandon hundreds of thousands of young white girls. The whole political establishment of this country is rotten to the core.

The problem with the right is for many years debate and tolerance has been the way, if anyone has said nasty or hateful things they’ve been castigated and told they must be tolerant. I’ve noticed that lately mockery has become more prevalent which has sent the Left into a tailspin but I wonder if deeper hatred will surface and in what form.

It strikes rather ironic that the Daily Express should still imagine their euphenasia campaign will have any traction: Pleas to MPs not to give up on assisted dying law

Palace held talks with No 10 over ‘awkward’ situation for Charles… King’s speech today will cover EU, cost of living, asylum and rail – profers the i paper – wot, no suicide on the NHS?

Perhaps the discomfort for Chas is that he’s practised his King’s speech in front of the mirror and noticed Starmer, having already binned the hereditary peers, now has to pander to lefty rivals so far as to require the King himself to announce a law to abolish himself? I jest of course. Charles infact harbours ambitions to be Yookay’s first Caliph – I jest… or do I?

    In tech news…

Talking of people who need a script written for them before they can speak a word – Not the Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke or Philip K. Dick-like futuristic transhuman fevered imaginings of an Elon Musk, nor Peter Thiel…

…using the emerging technology in film-making could be “beautiful” – apparently, she says.

Frankenstein virtual reanimations of now long-departed stars in rebooted reimagined past classic remakes – I know someone who’s up for that idea: Will Starmer’s old Labour tribute strategy rescue him from the abyss? Probably not, but there’s a logic to it… Gordon Brown and Harriet Harman offer experience and political craft (Guardian)

Inevitably, I’m thinking Carry On Regardless, strap line: “Infamy, infamy, they’ve all got it in for me”

Starring a hapless young Jim Dale in that familiar white doctor’s coat of his, getting absolutely nowhere in his blundering reform the NHS career, as the lad Streeting, the lugubrious Bernard Bresslaw as windmill freak Miliband, the nagging shrewish Joan Sims as Jess Phillips, that self-regarding preening would-be ladiesman character Leslie Phillips, daubing on the eye make-up and affecting a northern accent as Andy Burnham, I think Barbara Windsor (“I’m only sixteen”) could play common as muck salt of the earth Angela Rayner. And somewhere in the shadows a mash-up A.I. Kenneth Williams/Charles Hawtrey as Mandelson.

The DWP has confirmed in its benefits uprating list that ‘additional spouses’ in ‘polygamous marriages’ are being given a 4.8% boost (Evening Standard) – Inshallah

And just to reassure us old stick-in-the-muds who might think that’s all gone a bit awry: Why humans simply aren’t built for strict monogamy (BBC Science Focus)

I think for balance we should get a word or two from a properly feminist outlet: Generation Lonely (i paper); I keep our cleaner secret. My husband thinks I do it all (i paper) – there’s another good argument for open border mass third world immigration, think of the “Help”.

    Best man for the job?

One noticed Alastair Campbell on that excruciating podscarf (TM Harry Hill) of his with lizardman Rory Stewart – I know, it’s toecurlingly akin to watching the Spurs or the Hammers at home these days (the kids term it a ‘hate watch’) – our Alastair was naturally rooting for Starmer to stick around. Afterall, Labour governments only come around to do their damage once in a blue moon, so to speak. Facinatingly our Alastair in arguing against a Labour leadership contest threw in the curve ball: “Someone might say, it has to be a woman this time”

Checking out the ‘talent’ of that persuasion presently on show, I think our Alastair may have a point in wanting Sir Keir to stay the course.

I suspect the journalists were given the wink. It was all done for appearance. Whatever he was saying to whom could have been done by phone or zoom.

    The Times:
Live: Streeting leaves No10 after brief Starmer meeting.

    Evening Standard:
LIVE: Streeting confronts Starmer in No10 as unions ditch PM on King’s Speech day

    And the BBC ? ……
‘A decade on, Trump returns to a stronger and more assertive China’

The Streeting story is a small sub-pane on the right hand side.

It’s now time for Labour to experience what the BBC managed to inflict on Boris. Except this time, they are doing everything they can (within their rules) to prevent it.

The ambitious wannabe PM’s smell blood and they are thinking it’s their chance of a lifetime. So they are getting the knives out. Luckily Starmer is being as pig-headed and stubborn as he always is so get ready for the dirty tricks.

    Other front-page BBC headlines include:

‘Plans for Australia’s first Trump Tower scrapped due to ‘toxic’ brand, developer says’
When you read it, it becomes clear that Trump pulled out and the developer has turned to spite. Must be a Lefty.

‘Jason Collins, NBA’s first openly gay player, dies aged 47’
More BBC driving the agenda to keep division in society by pushing this total non-story to the front page.

Britain’s welfare bill exceeds income tax revenue.
Based on forecasts for the 2025/26 financial year, it is projected that total UK welfare expenditure will, for the first time, exceed income tax revenue.

Here is a breakdown of the figures based on the search results:

Welfare Spending (2025/26): Forecasts indicate around £333–334 billion will be spent on social security, which includes benefits, tax credits, and state pensions.

Income Tax Revenue (2025/26): The UK government is forecast to collect approximately £329–331 billion in income tax receipts.

Context: A substantial portion of this welfare spending (roughly 55% or £177.8 billion) supports pensioners, rather than solely working-age adults not in employment.

Drivers of Cost: The increase is driven by an aging population (triple lock on state pensions) and a rise in disability and incapacity benefits.

Key Takeaway: The projected welfare bill exceeds income tax revenue by a narrow margin, highlighting pressures on public finances from demographic shifts and health-related claims. ”

I suggested a long time ago that this illegal immigration would result in ID cards.
We didn’t vote for that, unless I am mistaken it wasn’t in the manifesto Starmer claims to have a mandate for. He didn’t have a mandate, he was gifted the election result.

With the spate of arrests for speech “hate crimes”, I suspect that those arrested and, “in the know” will have recognised that it is the process of arrest and the inconvenience of perhaps being locked up over night before release is the total punishment Starmers Stazi can legally inflict. Those, “in the know” will know that, admittedly a high court judgement, the case law would not support the CPS putting any allegation of hate speech through the court system. Still the case. I recommend getting hold of a copy of the case in question and keep it to hand:

    Katherine Elizabeth Scotow v CPS

“If the British government is going to be completely dominated by the bond market, MPs might as well go home.”

Diane Abbott told Cathy Newman on Sky News that whoever replaces Keir Starmer as prime minister must go through a “properly organised selection process”, regardless of any “hissy fit” made by the bond markets. When this provoked laughter from Newman and eye rolling from former Conservative cabinet minister Gillian Keegan, Abbott argued that there’s no point in having a parliament if the financial sector always has the final word.

So then, the unwanted Comical Kier wants ID Cards.

If they try to make it law that we must have ID Cards I can’t see it happening.

What they will do is make it voluntary.
    Sounds ok so far eh!

That is, until more and more places will require an ID Card to use their services, gain entry, open an account, sign contracts and so on with an ever increasing number of places demanding this ID or refusing their services.
They will be nudged by the government to push ID cards and who will make things ever more difficult, complicated and long winded to complete transactions without them.
In short, you will not be able to function without one.

That’s how they will do it.

Unless…..they are voted / kicked out.
Then, Nigel will cancel all of it.

Last April, Bracknell Forest Council started to house 300 Afghans in a four-star hotel. The scheme provided on-site healthcare and “move-on” support to help Afghans resettle in private rented properties, with deposits and upfront rent paid for.

All of this information was already in the public domain. But the council didn’t appear to like John asking questions about the impact of the scheme on local services and residents. It subsequently launched a year-long investigation into him, costing taxpayers £15,000.”

As just metioned on Talk, even if they ‘find against’ Farage, he’ll just get a ban for a few days – for a well-earned rest, and if the worst is that there’s another by-election in his constituency, he’ll win by a landslide!

All fabulous news for Reform of course, but as it’s TTK Rodney’s donosauric, craving for ‘process’, it’s a total waste of money – an issue well understood by lefties everywhere!

To think that Rodney would re-stand in an election race for PM is one of the funniest jokes I’ve heard today! The ‘man’ is a deluded idiot…

Fed, you may well be right, but as was also mentioned, everyone seems to have forgotten that Farage said, once Brexit was done – as much as he could do that is – he’d just walk away from politics, but after some ‘advice’, came back into the fold! It was probs then that he got the dosh well before, because he was disliked by so many rabid lefties at the time, and because he has a far stronger spine than Rodney or his whelps. I think – don’t know of course, but really think that his legal team will wipe the floor with the far-left OffGov lot, and what a result that might be!

The more the guy gets crap chucked at him, the harder he becomes, and while he’s certainly getting up quite a few noses, I know exactly where I feel he’s going – to the top!

I’d also like him to bury the hatchet with Rupert Lowe and Ben Habib, but they’re all so similar, strong-willed, experienced in commercial issues, and show ability, which is the direct opposite of the whole of Rodney’s kidults in his pathetic little Woolworths ‘cupboard’!

            Thanks Atlas.

Fed, the word is indeed ‘acrimony’ – those three are far better than the whole ‘labour’ party put together, but just can’t seem to get on – as many businessmen do when stakes are so high.

We’re not really used to having proper commercial politicians, yeah, there are some here and there, but like President Donald Trump, their work can be ruthless, competent, and usually disliked by many, but the requirement for someone to lead the UK out of the disgraceful mess both the Tories started, and Labour have magnified tenfold, is the most serious requirement for us now.

(Just as an aside, Fed and Atlas, I find coming here to read decent comments, refreshing and encouraging after seeing some of the other places which sometimes aren’t so erudite. Seeing some of the trolls on many other outlets, makes one believe that screaming masochism is more than a spitting disease with some posters – gladly not an issue here)!

And I only see stuff on the bBC site when I absolutely have to, just to reinforce my disgust at the waste, bias and very poor reporting and sleb dross…
