    The Labour Party leadership debate has thrust Brexit into the news again. All of the leadership contenders and the existing PM are Remoaners, all of them moderating/misrepresenting their re-entry to the EU positions.
    It’s notable that the greatest support for the EU is from the Left and Far left section of political opinion, I’ve often wondered why that should be, this is what I think. In part it’s because the Left believe in Government control and more Government, ie the EU is better. I think it’s also because the Public Sector are to the Left and they view extending the Public Sector as being a good thing. There’s the golden EU trough from which senior politicians benefit and the dispersion of political accountability that they get.
    Frankly I’m astounded that anyone would want Britain to be back in the EU.

    many times have I got to tell you this !!! ”
    Just as an appendage I have to be fair to the BBC. They
    have changed the imaging for the cost of living , from an ethnic women to a white.lady . And now suggest that the
    ethnic supporter of
    Arsenal ,is now a player?
