Jonathan – thanks for posting- its good to see the RICU getting some well deserved publicity – and exploiting the grief of the bereaved using plod ‘familty liaison officers ‘ is a special kind of ‘ low’ ..
Im sure RICU will have a ‘brand change ‘ once the google search numbers increase ..
There’s an interesting quote from our very own site pages, ‘In their own words’.
“I absorbed and expressed all the accepted BBC attitudes: hostility to, or at least suspicion of, America, monarchy, government, capitalism, empire, banking and the defence establishment, and in favour of the Health Service, state welfare, the social sciences, the environment and state education. But perhaps our most powerful antagonism was directed at advertising. This is not surprising; commercial television was the biggest threat the BBC had ever had to face.

Solar and wind generation and the failure to create the infrastructure necessary to deal with it has led to the threat of blackouts…as in Spain recently.
For some reason the BBC has not reported this at all as far as I can see…..whereas the Telegraph put out a couple of big stories and then the Times jumped aboard and has been making a lot of noise about this…but not the BBC. You might think it was a big story that blackouts are a growing threat…but obviously not in BBC world.
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/07/28/grid-bosses-tried-to-water-down-rules-before-blackout-scare/
‘Grid bosses tried to water down rules before blackout scare’
‘Britain’s grid operators sought to weaken the electricity system’s shock-absorbers just months before they breached safety limits during June’s heatwave, new documents show.
The revelations will add to questions about energy security after whistleblowers alleged the rapid growth in wind and solar farms on the system had left Neso “flying blind” and struggling to manage the system.
Neso’s decision to reduce inertia in Britain risked leaving the grid more exposed, pointing to a major blackout in Spain in April 2025, which was exacerbated by low inertia.’
The BBC does not want to publish stories that will undermine confidence in the Nut Zero Stalinist plans….similarly they don’t want to publish anything that will raise questions about the wisdom of immigration, especially by Muslims, to Europe…which is why they completely ignored the attack by a Muslim in Paris where he stabbed three women because ‘Allah told him to do it’ and IS is urging Muslims to carry out lone wolf attacks…
‘A week after counter-terrorism analysts warned of Islamic State-linked groups inciting lone-wolf attacks on digital platforms against Western targets, a man in Paris stabbed three women, claiming his jihadi-style actions had been ordered by Allah.’
Telling what the BBC doesn’t want you to see and hear.

Fears stem from a copyright lawsuit brought against AI company Anthropic in the United States by book authors. Unsealed court files revealed earlier this year that the company was engaging in the practice of “destructive scanning” – buying physical books, slicing off the spines to more efficiently scan the pages, then pulping the remains – and had sought to keep it quiet. The judge ruled this was lawful under US copyright law, as it amounted to “transformative use”.

With Lowe saying Restore and Reform should work together (which I fully support) he could make a show of goodwill gesture by withdrawing from the Clacton by election.
EG, Restore doesn’t seem to be standing in the Clacton By-election. Unless I’ve missed something. In fact wasn’t Lowe quick to announce he wasn’t going to stand when his friend Kemi announced her Tories would be boycotting it? Anyway why would Reform want to work with Lowe? The man is bad news all round. Nobody of any standing has joined his party, and he is notoriously difficult to work with.
His sole mission is to destroy Farage and he and his deluded followers thought they would be well on the way to doing that by now the cracks have been showing and his party remains on the fringes with no talent whatsoever. His support is largely online and from arrogant twits like the Lotus Eaters, and the ever hysterical Dan Wooton.
So Lowe is having to change his tactics so now we have him going public trying to present himself as the reasonable person making a magnanimous offer showing us what a great person he is!?
He does so by issuing demands! That is not how to bring about reconciliation. Some of these demands he knows are totally unacceptable. For example banning Reform’s former Tory Minsters from holding cabinet positions. This means Nigel has to tell Danny Kruger, Suella Braverman, Lee Anderson etc they have to leave the party because they wont be getting anywhere for all their efforts.
I hope Nigel dismisses these demands immediately. Lowe is the failed politician. The most difficult man to work with posing as a unifier, give me strength! I wouldn’t trust him an inch.
YD
You’re correct, Restore are not standing in Clacton. Maybe I misread Reclaim who are standing or didn’t notice Restore had withdrawn. So much for that idea.
What I do know is these other Parties on the Right may well end up giving us another Labour government so there must be some sort of deal to stop splitting the vote.
In Makerfield and Manchester the Restore vote added to Reform would not have won but there will be a huge number of places where a few percent off Reform’s vote going to Restore would let Labour in and perhaps give Labour another 5 years to finish off the UK.
The Right MUST get its act together.
Maybe the Tories could split and the proper Tories could support Reform leaving the wet Tories to join their mates in the liblab parties.
I don’t know what will happen but it’s obvious to me that the squabbling Right Parties need to get together.
Unfortunately, Reform are fading fast, having peaked too early and now Farage is easily being called out by the Establishment and its dirty tricks brigade. If the new UK mayor was to call a General Election this side of Christmas, then it is likely that Labour would win it outright, albeit by a greatly reduced majority. Burnham would then have a straight five years to pursue Labour’s scorched earth policy on behalf of their globalist masters. If the General Election does not take place until 2029, we are likely to end up with a satanic coalition of Labour, Greens, Lib Dems, independent Islamist MPs, Binfaces and anybody else to ensure that the left stays in power. A lot of people have to eat humble pie, hold their noses, and work together to try and achieve some form of viable patriotic alliance consisting of the best people from Reform, Restore and the Conservatives.
Ian, You say Reform are ‘fading fast’. may I politely point out a few facts. They were recently number one in the opinion polls and now have slightly slipped to second. Considering the Burnham bounced and the coordinated media attack on Farage and the party I would say they are still in a strong position.
That they haven’t won the last four by-election is being cited elsewhere as a failure. This is media spin. Reform were never favourites to win any of them, but if you look closely at the results you will see that Reform has increased its share of the vote in all of them and is the strongest opposition party in the country.
To expect that Reform has to win every by-election or otherwise it is failing is the height of political stupidity but that is the line the MSM will keep pushing hoping to weaken the resolve of the Reform members and supporters.
None of the recent parliamentary byelections have been in areas where Reform has any great strength. The local elections were only a few weeks and Reform stormed to success in much of the country. Suddenly the msm tell us its all over.
Rupert Lowe has made his so called olive branch, in reality a last nasty attempt to save his dwindling credibility, not out of love for the country but because he’s got no choice. Surely people should or smell a rat over this.
Reform has built up a substantial network of strength. It is the establishments No1 enemy. In Scotland and Wales it is the major opposition. This is no time for faint hearts and fair-weather friends

Meanwhile the BBC has kicked into top gear today with anti-natalist propaganda to ensure that Britons become a minority asap. First we have a piece extolling the virtues of the single life for women: why have a marriage and family when you can spend your life doing pretend HR or marketing for an anonymous corporation and then have a lonely old age with a cat and a bottle of wine? Girl power! Then we have a Soy-boy special, in which the highest aspiration for a man is to have a vasectomy, ideally once he’s hold enough to shave and preferably before he can do his bit to help create the next generation.
Take a look at the photos in the two articles. Notice anything? Here’s a clue: none of the many pictures are from Getty Images, the BBC’s go-to source for photos. Play spot the white man …
I’ve just seen a very clever, but actually quite cunning, post by Restore leader, Rupert Lowe, offering an olive branch to Nigel Farage. He’s offering to “unite the right”. For a minute or two I almost fell for it…
He starts off well, talking about returning all illegals, making sure that Whites don’t become a minority in Blighty by 2063, cutting welfare, removing entire families associated with Pakistani child rapists, if they knew what their husbands/brothers/fathers were up to. I mean, this is music to my ears. I’m agreeing with every sentence and syllable…And then comes the googly…
He insists that no former member of the Conservative Party can be a member of any future Reform government. Now this is, as he well knows, utterly ludicrous. Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman jumped ship and defected to Reform with great fanfare. Their defections caused a heck of a political storm…as well they should…No party leader would have two heavyweights like these and not use them.
So, a very subtle subterfuge by Rupert. He knows that Nigel can’t accept his “offering”, but that both Reform and Restore followers will be nodding in agreement with what he had earlier said and hoping he does.
As the late, great Jimmy Greaves almost said
Politics is a funny old game…

Elisabeth-Jane Ross, 38, from Edinburgh, was discovered on July 18 stuffed inside the suitcase and hidden in an abandoned building in the Kypseli district of the Greek capital.
Ms Ross, a committed Christian who was known as Lisa, often travelled to Greece to volunteer and help people through non-governmental organisations, and was regarded as a “good Samaritan”.
Greek police said a 26-year-old foreign national from Afghanistan had been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter, robbery and weapon violations after CCTV footage showed him carrying a large travel bag to the location.

BBC considering putting the iPlayer behind a pay wall …
STARTS The BBC is considering blocking iPlayer for viewers who do not pay the licence fee.
Putting the on-demand service behind a paywall is thought to be an “opportunity” the broadcaster could pursue in the years ahead.
Kerris Bright, the BBC’s chief customer officer, raised the prospect during an all-staff call on Monday.
The proposed clampdown comes as the corporation grapples with growing licence fee evasion and significant job cuts.
Under current rules, anyone who watches or records live TV on any channel or uses BBC iPlayer must have a valid TV licence, costing £180 a year. Around 12.5pc of households are thought to evade the bill.
In a recording obtained by Deadline, Ms Bright told BBC staff that the broadcaster should “absolutely keep looking” at putting iPlayer behind a paywall, but conceded that such action was not yet viable.
“iPlayer is the only service really that’s licensable where you could actually decide to put a gate in front of it, but the data today says that actually [there’s] not really the return on investment for doing that,” she said.
“The data says … [it] is not the silver bullet to generating more revenue. There’s probably more cost in it than revenue, but it is something we should absolutely keep looking at because it might be something that you actually would want to do in the future.”
A source confirmed to The Telegraph that while blocking iPlayer was not currently viable, staff were informed that the BBC would keep the idea under review as streaming technology continued to improve.
iPlayer has long been easily accessible for those who do not pay the fee. The platform occasionally asks users whether they have a licence fee, though it does not require proof.
The BBC took in £3.8bn from the licence fee in 2024-25, but up to £550m is estimated to have been lost through evasion.
A damning report by the public accounts committee in November accused it of “not doing enough” to enforce the requirement.ENDS
( it goes on a bit more but I just couldn’t be asked …)
I’ve never used ‘iPlayer ‘ – the BBC seems to think it has stuff people really would pay for … im not so sure …
I guess that iPlayer is for stuff chucked around by the bBC for people who can’t watch it live.
I can’t remember ever seeing stuff there, but no doubt, they think that people will pay!
Fat chance, with proper commercial companies leading the market!
With a bloke from Google, and a labourite ex-bBC face in cahoots with ‘our An-deh’, the whole issue is doomed to fail.
Good.
