The BBC showed a distinct reluctance to report the emergence of these racist ‘Muslim Patrols’….and when eventually getting around to it they emphasised how the perpetrators, and especially their beliefs, were not representative of the Muslim community or religion. During the highly successful Olympics last year Labour’s Tessa Jowell was a constant guest on the BBC being Labour’s ‘Olympics Minister’.
