BBC POSTER BOY BINYAM BECOMES COCKNEY SPARROW…

Cor Blimey, but ain’t Binyam Mohammed become a true Brit? The Mail has the details here and I cover it here. But in the context of the BBC, it’s worth contrasting how they salivate over the Jihadist and how the rage against this anti-Jihadist, Odd that.

I had to laugh about the Daily Mails crying about Binyam trying to shut them up. I mean, what did they expect was going to happen? The Daily Mail et al created the monster that is now allowed to live in this country, no doubt on benefits and in a council house!

Perhaps if the Daily Mail et al had bothered to get off their arses and cover his story, instead of indulging in some cheap anti-GW bashing, then this might not have been such a shock to them.

    A necessary reprise for INBBC-Chakrabarti:

    -from 2009 article:

     “Binyam Mohamed: the false martyr”

    [Extract]:

“The items Mohamed admitted include the following:
    1. The detainee is an Ethiopian who lived in the United States from 1992 to 1994, and in London, United Kingdom, until he departed for Pakistan in 2001.

    2. The detainee arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan, in June 2001, and traveled to the al Farouq training camp in Afghanistan, to receive paramilitary training.
    3. At the al Farouq camp, the detainee received 40 days of training in light arms handling, explosives, and principles of topography.
    4. The detainee was taught to falsify documents, and received instruction from a senior al Qaeda operative on how to encode telephone numbers before passing them to another individual.

At a minimum, therefore, we know that Mohamed has admitted being an al Qaeda-trained operative.”

Oh no…he reckons he said all that under torture. So therefore its clear this guy was only in Afghanistan to fight his drug addiction.

I mean, far be it for me to disagree with the man but surely there are far safer ways of beating drug addiction instead of travelling to Afghanistan?

  5. Cassandra King says:

When the law is perverted to protect our mortal enemies and when the law gives preferential and special treatment to terrorist enemies then the nation has no law.

There has been an ugly revolution happening in the UK, the deliberate and carefully planned perversion and theft of our most basic and cherished human right. The right of fair and equal justice. The case of this ugly foreign terrorist and his claims of ‘torture’ and his claims to residency of the UK proves beyond a doubt that in fact our entire system of law and order is no more.

Where is the proof he was actually tortured at all? Anyone can make accusation and ambulance chasing spivs are lining up to take advantage of perverted human rights laws and deep legal aid coffers. The law has become a money making device filled with spivs and carpet baggers on the make and these people would rather destroy our entire nation than give up this new scam.
I would like to ask these spiv lawyers face to face why they do what they do when they know full well the incredible damage they are doing through their selfish actions. Thousands of selfish lawyer scum making millions out of a perverted legal system set up for their benefit, they are no better than common looters in fact.

While I accept that the law is perverse, you concentrate your fire on the effect. not the cause.

The law of the land is set by parliament, (and by the EU unfortunately due to the amount of nod throughs). Judges interpret law, but parliament has been slow to redraw law to restate its original intent where judges have strayed from it.

The ‘spiv’ lawyers are there no doubt, but the Barrister system is designed with the specific purpose that all have access to the same defence. Barristers must be careful about passing cases over, the taxi rank system is not quite as it once was but it still operates. After that it is a matter of professional conduct – all arguments that can be made must be made without recourse to the individual barrister’s personal opinions. If they fail to do their utmost, the Bar council is within its rights to censure.

In general this is to the benefit of the citizen, bt of course can be corrupted to fit any circumstance.

If you want to end the recent debacle then the place to go is Parliament – draft tight and sensible law and the problem disappears. The law is currently like a decaying fish: It rots from the head.

        Tony_E,

        Thanks for the great reply.

I agree 100% with you and you are very correct in your assertions. The system is unfair and people have taken advantage of a system manufactured in a hurry to replace the system we had, the modernisation of the legal system was rushed and bodged and undertaken by people who should have been kept well away.
The effort to tear down our national legal system and replace it with a prefabricated ‘social justice’ model where the concept of human rights leglislation topped English law and where cases could be brought using that template ecouraged the perversions we see today.

Our English system of law is hated by these so called progressives’, our system is the target of those who desire that our system of laws and justice be modified to alien values and there is no doubt that badly worded and highly flawed modern laws have attracted spiv ambulance chasers by the trainload. These spivs know full well how to work the system and one high profile human rights case can pay the rent by itself for years. The downside is that these selfich pricks are in fact helping to deny legal aid and justice to those who really deserve it, you know, those native British people who pay into the system and find that foreign terrorist scum get all the aid they need while ordinary British people are turned away for lack of resources.

Our legal system is a shambles, courts either hobbled by HR & E legislation or interpreted by liberal progressives in an alien and deeply unfair manner or judges unable to issue real justice. Thousands of new laws and thousands more to come, the deliberate and calculated harmonisation of our laws with EU legal systems leading to the ultimate aim of replacement of English law with the EU legal system.
A badly thought out and excecuted reform process led by stupid people advised by politically motivated fanatics and exploited by the very worst sort of selfish people. The entire reformation has been a disaster for us all, it has given us the worst of all worlds, taking out the good tried and tested and replacing it with ill thought out political drivel.

I welcome your reply, it shows who is to blame and where the root of the problem lays and yes you are right about the fish head, there is a distinct smell of rotteness emanating from teh direction of Westminster.

The BBC narrative becomes clear now that the inquest is under way.

They need us to believe that the British state are to blame for the murders, the BBC will move heaven and earth to manipulate the facts to portray the security services as guilty of gross negligence and if it were not for the British state there would have been no bombings.

The BBC needs us to believe that islam and the mosques and the fanatics who peddle their hate in the UK are blameless and the facts are not examined in any detail, the universities and the maddrassas and the mosques and the immams and the young deranged indoctrinated thugs churned out by the thousands are not to blame.
The BBC will try its best and use its massive resources to portray a very different reality to actual reality, we are to blame, the state is to blame, the security services are to blame anyone and everyone is to blame apart from those scumbags who are actually to blame, they are protected and hidden and nurtured by the BBC.
For the next six months we will be subjected to a daily barrage of pro islamist propaganda from the BBC as they attempt to shift the blame and responsibility away from those who deserve it to those who give thier lives trying to protect us.

Its well worth remembering how the BBC led axis actively sabotaged and slandered and insulted our security services before 7/7, this axis managed to hobble the fight against islamist terror as it began, most of the errors were in fact down to the deliberate sabotage of the fight against terror that the BBC played a large part in.

Now remember the BBC message, islam is not to blame and the bombers are not to blame and the mosques and their immams are not to blame….geddit?

I take it the bBC will cracking open the bottles of champagne in which to celebrate this most welcome outcome. But at the bBC the battle against those who question ‘Islam’ will never cease until it becomes the majority faith. Which means that during the reporting on the inquest into 7/7 I’ll bet my bottom dinar that the bBC’s coverage will point the finger of blame at…Non Muslims.

“Most citizen journalism strikes me as nothing to do with journalism at all”

But then how his sickly, sycophantic sucking-up to Labour politicians on his godawful Sunday morning programme could be described as “journalism” is beyond me.

Oh dear red Andy and his comrades are starting to feel the heat, they are no longer the sole conduit to the public and they are no longer the sole auditors of what the public sees and hears.

The new media speaks a different language, the message is clear and the likes of Marr do not like the writing on the wall one little bit. Marr is a self opinionted smug arrogant lefty twat just like his friends, their message was once the only message in town but now there is direct competition where others can now speak to the people bypassing the traditional leftist firewall of censorship.
More and more people are sick of the likes of Marr spewing out his prejudice and political beliefs, boring to the point of inducing a coma his kind are finished and they know it and they are lashing out blindly at those who are taking their place.

It worries me the way that the internet seems to be about to succumb to big business.  Part of the success of the net has been the lack of restrictions and the freedoms therein and so if content is to become more and more commercial and regulated, it could end up just like TV, a propaganda machine.   Its obvious why the establishment don’t like the net, its because the truth can get out through this medium and they just can’t handle that.
