What has the photograph of a man herocically holding a Palestinian flag aloft to do with the caption Palestinian business will be badly affected by a lengthy loss of access to the phone and internet?
At first I was thinking that this isn’t a big deal, as this is about Palestinian Statehood. From that perspective, the flag seems an obvious choice. But then I started wondering why they didn’t add a photo of one of the businesses affected. Maybe the Beeboids don’t want to show the overflowing shops or the Mercedes dealership, in order to maintain the “World’s Largest Open Prison” Narrative?
“Last month we broadcast some reports from the Conservative Party conference which fell below our usual standards. Our reports gave a misleading impression that Andrew Tyrie MP had been influenced by a Downing Street official to say something he did not believe to be true. We have apologised to Mr Tyrie for our broadcasts.”
