LAURA TREVELYAN’S OCCUPY POSTER BOY IS RAGING ANTI-SEMITE

From Laura Trevelyan’s “At the scene” report:

Daniel Klein shows me his bruised face and his broken ribs – a casualty, he said, of last night’s eviction of Zuccotti Park by the NYPD. Daniel is back, and intends to stay in the park overnight, somehow – though he can’t sleep here.

She’s put his picture on Twitter (although there she calls him Daniel Maslwosky, but it’s definitely the same guy and Danny Cline appears to be the name he usually goes by):

My first thought on seeing that was, “He looks familiar.” Remember this video I posted back on October 6?

Yup, same guy. Here’s a collection of more outbursts by Danny, aka “The Lotion Man”:

Even if one takes the claims of injury at face value (which I don’t – unlike Trevelyan) it’s not too difficult to imagine how this nasty piece of work might have ended up getting hurt during the course of the eviction.

Given that the BBC has been doing its utmost to portray the Occupy movement in as positive a light as possible, it’s wonderfully ironic that Laura Trevelyan should choose this angry racist little weasel as a symbol of OWS defiance.

UPDATE. This recently posted video suggests that Danny has indulged in one petulant outburst too many. “I got angry and threw my piece of artwork on the floor by mistake… You want me to leave the park? I’ll never come back, and this place will be deserted…” “OK, now collect your gear.”

He has a Jewish name and calls himself a Jew in the clip with the old man.  However, what he said was still blatant anti-semitism as he was picking on a man who was a lot “more Jewish” than himself.

He is just a poor excuse as a human being.

I have been watching the videos of this nasty piece of work and am not impressed. His spite and hate make him an ideal BBC hero.

Here he is telling Steven Crowder that he’d been robbed three times by “the animals”, ie his fellow Occupiers.

If it really is the same guy – the BBC hack looks really stupid,  indeed a dangerous dupe.

In which case this story should be forwarded far and wide.

It is the same guy – the scar under his eye in the “I’ll never come back” video matches Trevelyan’s photo, and it’s the same person in all the videos.

I reckon this site only scratches the surface of the endemic bias to be found in the backgrounds of those whom the BBC just “happens” to interview or see fit to invite onto current affairs programmes.

Someone with the time time to research the undisclosed backgrounds of these people over a prolonged period could be on to a big story.

Agreeing wholeheartedly, I have to wonder about the whole sorry cess pit that is the MSM vox pop.

SKY’s Adam Boulton was doing a piece on yoog unemployment, so we were treated to two studio guests apparently germane to the issue.

One was some bloke who was on the Apprentice.

The other was a ‘graduate’, who wasn’t too clear on what his degree was in, wasn’t to sure what he wanted to do with it, wasn’t too familiar with a comb or shampoo, and seemed to feel it was casual Friday down the jobcentre.

Yet folk were not giving him a job.

I can only imagine the selection from ‘We are the 99% Single Muvvas’ who constitute the public who speak for the UK on BBC producer iPhones.

I wonder how much money the BBC has squandered pimping this tiny gang of rent a rabble scum? Full on no expense spared coverage, no contrary opinions sought of course just wall to wall cod Marxist half asses claptrap spewed by a handful of whack jobs.

Just a few dozen rent a rabble with the ‘correct’ views can gain a world wide MSM coverage worth its weight in gold. Still with all the money the BBC has been raking in selling positive airtime to scum like greenpiss and the world wild lies fund etc a few freebies thrown to their ideological friends is small change and well worth it for them.

It shows that when tiny groups need a world wide prime time MSM platform all they need to do is hold the exact same views and prejudices as the BBC.

Yes, BBC-Democrat’s Ms Trevelyan is politically embedded with yesterday’s OWS.

More generally, this collection of pieces in Glenn Beck’s ‘The Blaze’ is informative on OWS, and relates to role of BBC political chums at ‘Huff Post’.

A tiny unrepresentative group of low-lifes get unremitting favourable publicity, despite being often violent and racist.

The Tea Party and the Countryside Alliance, whose protests were largely peaceful but had much greater support were virtually ignored by the BBC.

    Agenda?  What agenda?

Nice work, DB.  Trevelyan is a shill, Mardell is a shill, Franz Strasser is a shill.  Every single Beeboid who has reported on the Occupiers has engaged in propaganda on some level.  This is where the debate over whether or not personal bias can irredeemably influence reporting ends.

  10. Louis Robinson says:

Well done DB. And Preiser. And others. Your “chapter and verse” videos are useful when making a case. Some of my friends are shaken by what they don’t know about the Flea party. Here’s a little thought of my own:

Chris and Mike, Laura trevelyan tells us, are “brothers who work for a football charity”. Now, these two guys could be described in many ways: tall, short, black, white, Hispanic, rich, poor, handsome, ugly, serious, funny…So why is it the only fact we are told about them is that they “work for a football charity”? Implication: all the “protesters” are like these two saintly boys.  This is NOT reporting. It is advocacy. The attempt to make these people look good is the most blatent example in recent weeks of the willful blindness of the mediacracy.

Compare Trevelyan’s spin with this from the NY Post:

City sanitation workers yesterday were forced to pick through a filthy pile of property seized from Zuccotti Park including dirty hypodermic needles, moldy food and glass-littered, broken gadgets.
“I pick up garbage [for a living], and these were some of the worst smells I’ve ever experienced,’’ one worker grumbled to The Post.

    Occupy LA wanker:

Five people at the Occupy L.A. encampment have been charged with separate crimes, including a man who allegedly exposed himself and commited a sex act in front of a child, officials said Tuesday.
Angele Chaidez, 21, faces one count of lewd conduct and one count of indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of several people, including children, Friday on the south steps of City Hall, said prosecutors with the L.A. city attorney’s office.

Pally bus ‘protests’… this… are we seeing a bit of a meme here?

When is the public going to suss that little they see or hear is anything more than an MSM creation barely different to an Islington scriptwriters most fevered dream.

The BBC is in the thick of it. Not alone, but the only one I have to co-fund.

I linked to the Crowder encounter near the top of the thread, D+C (easy to skim through and miss, I know). What’s interesting is that many in the right-of-centre blogopshere know this character by sight, but BBC journalists who have covered OWS for the past couple of months are unaware who he is. I guess Huffpo didn’t feature him.

This individual is clearly mentally ill, and if Laura Trevelyan was any kind of a journalist rather than a stooge, she would have realised it and refused to feature him out of basic human decency.  People should focus their anger on her, not Danny Klein/Cline/Maslowski.

David, a theme I’m seeing is that many BBC reporters do not check the credibility of their interviewees. As Beeboid said (can’t remember the context) “there was no reason to disbelieve” the contributer.

We also had the Grandma from Blackpool, a novice protester who just happened to be a co-ordinator of anti-war campaigns, and the young mum with her lovely toddler who turned out to be a professional Oxfam activist (the word “actvist” was even her in job title, if I recall).

At best this level of incompetence.

Or they do and, worse, they have moved into agenda-driven propaganda.

Co-funding an entity whose ‘news’ needs to be framed with a ‘based on a possibly true story, using actors’ disclaimer is vexing.

I posted earlier that this egregious example of BBC bias from the US needs to be circulated wider.  So I have spent a few minutes emailing Powerline,  HotAir, Melanie Phillips and Bill O’Reilly at Fox News – eg to O’Reilly,  who had a big run-in with the BBC a few years back,  I emailed as follows:

    “Mr O’Reilly

Your old amigos at the BBC have been presenting the “Occupy” sites at St Paul’s Cathedral in London and in the US in a favourable light – seldom reporting on the mess and violence and some of the real “nasties” at the camps.

One of the first nasties I saw on the Internet was a young man screaming abuse at an elderly Jewish man in New York. I believe you featured it – he was caught on YouTube.

The BBC has just given this bigot more airtime, portraying him as some sort of victim. Details (gory!) with relevant links to YouTube etc are in today’s post at the biasedbbc.tv website.

(That site instances examples each week of the BBC mis-reportingfrom the US – they are de facto in the Jourmnalista crowd,  nearly always taking their cue from White House?Dem Party talking points,  WaPo,  HuffPo etc.    We here in the UK are forced to pay for the bloated BBC “news” operation in the US,  which frequently presents your country and especially the Republicans in a bad light.   This past fortnight,  for example,  there have been multiple adverse reports on Herman Cain – but nothing on Gingrich’s rise in the polls,  nothing on Obama’s gaffes in Hawaii.   Just the BBC channeling Politico )

More power to your elbow !

    regards”

Maybe others will also wish to circulate Laura Trevelyan’s awful stuff to other websites.

Clips of this weirdo have been doing the rounds for weeks and weeks now. Don’t these BBC reporters have their eyes and ears open? These are the people we’re supposed to rely on to inform us of what’s going on within these kinds of events. Thankfully, we now have the internet to provide us with a huge variety of sources, so that we no longer have to accept the line fed to us by our national broadcaster.

It’s also clear that this creep suddenly realises that his knee-jerk anti-semitic comment of ‘You’re a bum, Jew!’ shows him up for what he is, and he tries to immediately neutralise it by adding ‘I’m a Jew’. It’s too late, you’ve show your true colours for all to see.
