An election candidate arrested for quoting Winston Churchill’s unflattering observations on Islam.
The election candidate in question, Paul Weston of Liberty GB, notes on his party’s website, that had he quoted Adolf Hitler’s admiration for Islam he would not have been arrested.
Why should it come as a surprise to anyone who has listened to the TODAY programme over the last 30 years that it does not cover this latest outrage against British democracy?
Police officers now uphold political correctness instead of the law with impunity. BBC Thought Police on TODAY and other programmes have been instrumental in creating the conditions for this.
Not so much now, as they have achieved their major objective in bringing about the transition stage to tyranny of ‘shamocracy’, but I regularly used to hear TODAY ‘interviews’ with correctnick guests that were nothing more than propaganda pieces. Correctnick guests were fed prompts to give them a platform. Guests out of lockstep with ‘kulturkampf’ would be harried and harangued to ‘unperson’ them. In my experience ‘ex-catedra’ pronouncements dressed up as ‘interviews’ were – and still are – most in evidence with representatives from Stonewall, spurious ‘anti-racism’ campaigners, the EU and those aiding and abetting enemy propaganda in the Jihad war against the West.
Islam is as much a natural ally of the totalitarian left as it was for the fascist right in the 30’s. The arrest of Mr Weston clearly demonstrates that.
For the record, I do have qualms about Liberty GB. Maybe it is a racist party, maybe it isn’t. I wouldn’t dream of voting for them while doubts remain. However, whether Mr Weston is a closet racist or not, the fact remains he was exercising his democratic right to free speech within the law. But in ‘New Britain’, Political Correctness trumps law. There have been many examples of Christians being arrested for saying homosexuality is a sin. Invariably charges are either dropped or dismissed at Court. In the most recent case the Magistrate cast doubt on whether a Police Constable was acting in the execution of her duty. To date, to my knowledge, no Police officer has ever faced disciplinary action for such clear abuse of power. As in these cases as will no doubt prove to be the case with Mr Weston, Correctnick police act with impunity.
They know that BBC programmes like TODAY and Newsnight have their backs.”
It would seem, in today’s multicultural society, that calling someone names and/or hurting their feelings is met with harsher consequences than committing your more traditional hard crime – say beating someone up because they don’t follow Islam.
Paul Weston strikes me as being a nice middle class bloke who has actually read the Koran & the Hadith & understood exactly what Islam is all about. I’d vote for him but I live in a 9,000 majority Labour ward, so it would be almost pointless. If the BBC did pull their tongue out of Islam’s arsehole & actually said what it does on the tin, we then might have a slim chance of addressing the Sharia laws bullshit before it becomes enshrined in our country. Fat chance of that happening though!

Another matter that I doubt the bbc will announce to the country is that Lloyds Bank; you know, one of the Banks we have poured billions of our taxpayer pounds into keeping afloat; has decided that muslims can take out accounts that, being sharia compliant, do not attract interest payments for overdrafts. And, as I understand it, these accounts are only available to muslims.

Islam Creates Monsters Says Psychologist
Danish psychologist Nicolai Sennels, an expert in working with Muslim youth criminal offenders, has written a new book entitled Among Criminal Muslims. A Psychologist’s Experience from the Copenhagen Municipality, and in an essay supporting the book, he claims that “Islam creates monsters.” A recent study out of Germany supports Sennels’ statement. It found that devout Muslims were more prone to violence than the non-Muslim participants in the study.
Sennels says Islam is different from other religions because the way it is taught brainwashes its youth with violent messages. Parents inflict violence on their children repeatedly, Sennels claims, and at the same time, deliver religious ideology. He says this behavior makes Muslim extremists far more violent than extremists of other religious faiths.
The brainwashing, as Sennels terms it, begins very early on in a child’s life, and religious messages are repeated vigorously along with a heavy dose of physical discipline. It is this combination of pain and reinforcement, Sennels claims, that creates Islamic “monsters” who then feel justified in torturing and killing innocent people.

Robert Spencer is nearly always dead on the money on Islam, but when one looks at his hysterical reaction to Melanie Phillips not being in 100% agreement with him. I think he’s far more influenced by Islam than he’d care to imagine. He’s a very unpleasant character and it would suprise me at all if one day he becomes a Muslim like a member of Geert Wilder’s party did.
Like the rest of us, the apathy of the spineless media, and the liars traitors and thieves in No10, and the Whitehouse must drive him to distraction … particularly as he is another who has to live under constant death threat.

It`s no surprise that our watchmen and women are-by nature-prickly, and not the easiest people for many of us to like.
The likes of Hitchens, Phillips, Hannan, Farage etc, etc…Wilders and Spencer for that matter-are brave and fearless, and have been right on all this for a long time.
The abuse and hatred-and dangers incurred in speaking out-will make them seem unreasonable…and all are deeply flawed like the rest of us.
But-despite my not agreeing entirely with any of them at all times-they are right far more often than they are wrong. They are all too often doing my heavy lifting for me, and I don`t care about their blind spots and errors any more than they would for mine.
They are better off being right than being liked…and I salute each and every one of them.
Leave the flat pack crap of stock solutions to the thick, nasty and evil left of politics…and that now includes liberals and creepy greens of all shades.
Only the thinking right will turn this liberal lilo around…from Burke to Thatcher, Israel and the USA…Christianity and freedom…all litmus test and non-negotiable to me.

Why is anyone surprised? The BBC and the liberal media are not interested in reality or in anybody or thing that conflicts with the liberal prime directives.
The BBC has taken sides in the culture war for this country’s future. It will have to live with that.
“Reality” is a subversive concept for the Left. That is why they are so addicted to pseudo-sciences. They are more interested (as part of their narcissism) in justifying their psychological (and moral) inadequacies by projecting them onto the world. The bloke who regularly comes on here saying how much he hates everybody here is a classic example. He rarely has anything to say about the BBC, all he tells us about is his own innate pathologies – which of course is of zero interest to anybody but himself.
Despite all the blather we hear about our “inclusive” “multicultural” and “tolerant” society, we do seem to be somewhat lacking in the last of those qualities. We are seeing people being criminalised for what is effectively thought crime. This is shameful and frightening and something I didn’t ever think I would witness in Britain. He was detained after failing to comply with a request by police to move on under the powers of a dispersal order.
He was further arrested on suspicion of religious or racial harassment
According to Mr Weston which is not disputed in a Police Statement, the basis for the dispersal order was some people didn’t like the views he was expressing. Disobeying the dispersal order was, according to Mr Weston, dropped at the station, and then he was rearrested for racial harrassment.
One notes the BBC were not interested in getting Mr Weston’s side of things.
Nor Churchill’s side of things on Islam.

Can the truth be racist ? It seems that you can quote official figures and in certain places they are racist. For instance if I was to stand outside the regents park mosque and quote the figures for the alarming rise in mutilation of pre-pubic children, I would be arrested.

Of course, BBC-NUJ in using our public broadcaster to give political support to (Australian) Al Jazeera reporter, Mr Greste; he is currently charged in Egypt with supporting the Muslim Brotherhood. The BBC-NUJ should point out with each report that Mr Greste is an ex-BBC reporter, lest BBC-NUJ be accused of special preferential pleading, but it doesn’t.
It is no good BBC-NUJ trying to claim that it is supporting ‘free speech,’ because we know that BBC-NUJ opposes ‘free speech’ of Geller and Spencer to criticise Islam; unless BBC-NUJ now admits it has become so Islamic that it is only politically acceptable to support the Muslim Brotherhood, but not to oppose it.
